Hello. I would like to file a complaint about staying at the hotel on a weekend tour from July 20 to 22.
At first, the managers did not provide a link to the prepayment for 2 days, then for the wrong amount. I had to solve this in Viber for several days. The simplest actions!
We were booked on July 21 for a massage for two at 12.00. As a result, in the morning at 12, we were informed in the spa area that there was no record for us and as a result, no one, neither the hotel staff nor the managers of the spa area solved the problem. They just re-recorded us at inconvenient and different times in the evening. And we generally had a different holiday schedule. But no one cares!
There was no cleaning in the room and at 15.30 when we clarified about cleaning, we were informed that the cleaner would come when it was convenient for her! Despite the fact that according to all regulations, cleaning is carried out in any hotel until 14.00
The disgusting work of the staff, the inability to solve an unusual situation and admit their guilt. We were not offered any compensation for the ruined day, except for a late check-out, which we did not need at all on Monday.
With a rather big check for a two-day tour, this is the first time I've met such a disgusting service!
The hotel itself is fine. The restaurant is delicious. The pool and grounds are super.

A great place to relax. For both romantic and family use. The rooms are at a height. Clean, comfortable. Breakfast for every taste. There is a lot of everything and it is delicious. The aqua zone with two pools gives you the choice of swimming outdoors or indoors. Steam rooms also provide the right to choose dry or wet steam. A great place to relax.
There are two small disadvantages. There wasn't even a toothbrush in the suite. And since the night at the Robinson Club was a birthday surprise for me, of course it wasn't in my bag.
Second. It is clear that breakfast starts at 7:30. You can't order coffee until then!!!. At all.

In general, the place is cool, picturesque, fashionable. Well-maintained territory, photogenic locations. We came to swim in the reservoir, took a catamaran. Rental prices are reasonable. We also wanted to use the services of an aqua zone, namely an outdoor swimming pool. Prices are already biting here, but we were ready to spend money because we were impressed by the photos. But it turned out that the angle decides everything. This outdoor area looks decent in person, but compared to the photo, we were disappointed. Especially the size of the pool. I liked that despite the weekday and lunchtime, a saxophonist was playing on the veranda of the restaurant.

We rested on the gift certificate "Weekend Tour". We have chosen and booked a room for the weekend from March 7 to March 9. When booking, we were warned that the menu for dinner on March 8 will be festive, so it is not possible to order a set from those that were originally presented for selection. At the check-out, when they came to pay for an additional fee. services, we were billed for 100 bel. rubles more. When we asked why, we were told that the dinner was built with a special menu, so the cost was higher! If this is really the case, then really it was impossible to warn in advance?! And is it really an addition? the costs amounted to exactly 100 rubles?! Funny and uncomfortable! The waiters in the lobby bar are extremely slow. Drinking water in the room is free of charge 1 liter. When they went to buy, it turns out that they do not have ordinary water produced in Belarus on sale, but only imported water for 17 bel. rubles per liter. In general, if it were not for the aqua zone, then there would be no positive emotions from the rest at all. Although it may be quite small things for someone, but here it tastes and colors, as they say...

There were 4 people (2 adults and children - 12 and 14 years old). The room is a luxe. The price included breakfast, aqua zone from 07 to 11. The aqua zone is gorgeous, a large swimming pool (there is a smell of chlorine, especially in the Jacuzzi). The room is clean, spacious, a kettle on demand, cups were not brought to the kettle, shampoo and gel were in dispensers, there were no individual hygiene products. There is a mini bar, everything is paid. The water in the room for drinking only upon check-in (3 bottles of 1 liter each) was not further updated. Cleaning every day. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. There is no entertainment in winter.

We came for the New Year, the complex is quite large, the pool is located on the shore of the lake. In the summer, it's probably very even. Everything is paid on the territory of the complex, a swimming pool, restaurants at high prices, in comparison with restaurants in Minsk. The breakfasts are not bad, you will find something to eat. We lived in a two-room suite, the room was nice, but there was no hot water on the second day. If you are eating with children, then there is no entertainment for children besides the pool, and there is no animation either. There is a playground on site. No evening programs, no karaoke, no music. If you want to move, it's not here. And the rest is decent.

We rested in a Suite according to the "Romantic" program on a weekday. Due to the fact that the rest was not on weekends, there were practically no people, which, of course, made the rest more pleasant.
Among the advantages: beautiful and well-groomed territory, very beautiful nature, delicious food and excellent service in the restaurant. Among the minuses: the oldish design of the room (dark brown furniture, depressing), the Jacuzzi did not work in the aqua zone (at the same time we were not warned about this in advance, and the cost of the program remained the same), cold water in the pool and in general it was cold in the aqua zone, a small blanket on the double bed and uncomfortable pillows.

We rented the yacht Delphia Madam in June 2024. For 2 hours, the rental cost was 600 rubles. When we went down to the lower deck, we saw how the socks on the heaters were drying. I would like to see at least some kind of service for that kind of money. The dishes and glasses were all plastic, plus in the end they had to be washed and all the rest of the dishes. It is not clear why they take such money because the service is not worthy of even 1 point, completely spoiled mood

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The place is beautiful. The territory is not large, but very picturesque. The rooms in the hotel are clean, the furniture and plumbing are in good condition. I highly recommend the hotel complex to visit! A magnificent SPA complex, a large territory, near a lake where you can rent boats, catamarans, etc. Breakfast in the lobby is something incredible! The choice is huge for every taste, diet and age, from omelet to barbecue. The restaurant also has a very diverse menu, it is cooked quickly and tasty. We had a rest during the New Year holidays in 2024.
A SPA hotel of the level of Scandinavian-Baltic SPA hotels. For residents of the northwestern region of Russia, it should be "close" and understandable.
