We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The place is beautiful. The territory is not large, but very picturesque. The rooms in the hotel are clean, the furniture and plumbing are in good condition. I highly recommend the hotel complex to visit! A magnificent SPA complex, a large territory, near a lake where you can rent boats, catamarans, etc. Breakfast in the lobby is something incredible! The choice is huge for every taste, diet and age, from omelet to barbecue. The restaurant also has a very diverse menu, it is cooked quickly and tasty. We had a rest during the New Year holidays in 2024.
A SPA hotel of the level of Scandinavian-Baltic SPA hotels. For residents of the northwestern region of Russia, it should be "close" and understandable. Sooo decent level of both the SPA area and the accommodation area. The SPA has a large swimming pool (25m) with three lanes and a set of different saunas (Russian, Finnish and Turkish). Luxurious spacious rooms of the hotel, delicious breakfast. For hotel guests, a SPA area and a gym from 7:00 to 11:00 are included in the price. There is a possibility of accommodation in cottages.
In winter, the only outdoor entertainment is a Jacuzzi with hot water or outdoor walks on the territory of the complex. But in summer there is a lot of entertainment for every taste. A separate building of the restaurant complex.
99% of the guests in the parking lot are citizens of the Russian Federation.

I informed the reception and the technical service - the answer is nothing can be done and no one else complained. Petty dirty tricks, of course, are tolerable, but unpleasant.

They took more money from the card than the room was worth and refused to make a refund, saying that this was impossible and could only provide a deposit for this amount. The hotel manager is unable to hire or train staff, or perhaps this is done specifically to increase the check. Be vigilant.
There was also a lack of hair balm in the room. Shampoo of dubious quality, it is impossible to comb your hair afterwards.
I also used the massage services. A dubious pleasure for 120 rubles, they just stroked me for an hour.
The only thing that pleases is the opportunity to visit the spa area in the morning.

We stayed with our family in a house with a Jacuzzi. The house is very decent, beds, pillows-all for five. Its own track, territory and barbecue. Excellent bathroom and the most powerful pressure in the water supply system. Taking a shower is a pleasure. The Jacuzzi didn't work 100% right away, but the staff fixed everything. We spent half the night gurgling with the children. It's the best thing from the road. Cleanliness and order. The spa at the hotel also pleased me. However, for an additional fee. In the spa, there are options for steam rooms, an outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi and a 25-meter under the roof, with crystal water. It's actually a great place... A delicious restaurant, a hookah, a playground with roller skates and trampolines, gazebos in flowers on the shore... It's not a cheap place in general, but it's worth it. We liked it. The nn manager came out and when we left to apologize, apparently he has a lot of work with an empty restaurant hall..I was even more surprised that the dish was counted to me in the bill receipt..It seemed to me that in such cases, client-oriented establishments offer a discount, a compliment, I withdraw payment for the dish. We decided to make a transit night in this club, the price and quality do not match at all. 340 Belarusian rubles for peeling wallpaper , a bathtub without a curtain, everything is wet around, there is a fluffy carpet 1.5 / 1.5 meters on the bathroom floor, the colors of sadness and most likely they covered the split tiles on the floor, there is no time to do repairs, the season, so they covered the floor. The spa costs 40 people per hour. You can only swim in the indoor pool because the street is occupied by children and teenagers screaming, watering everyone and no one saying a word. I didn't want to get my head wet, so I just wanted to be in a calm atmosphere. That's why there are children's and adult pools and they are separated. Of the positive, only dinner at the restaurant. And everything else is very average and closer to shabby. The maid took the room, but they would not let me go, she flew in when I was still going and did not even ask if I could enter or not, she just almost pushed me away at the door. In short, I do not recommend it. Pay for every step, and it's not worth it.

We stayed there for the weekend. The territory of the hotel is located outside Minsk. It takes 15-20 minutes to get there, but the lack of traffic jams is good. The territory itself is very well maintained. The interior and service are pleasant. The rooms are neat and clean, I have already said about the pleasant interior :) Also, cottages were later found on the territory. So for those who like complete privacy, go there.
I really liked the area with gazebos, swings and good paths. I was pleased with the presence of a SPA and proximity to the water. We were not very pleased with the prices in the restaurant and SPA, but the service smoothed this point. And sitting in the morning in the gazebo on the ground floor and drinking coffee with a view of the water is generally a fairy tale.

A good restaurant.BUT there is no possibility of settling in with animals (neither in the main building nor in the cottages), this is a big problem for us, since we travel with beaver York. It's a pity, but we'll have to look for another hotel. If you are relaxing without a dog, I recommend it.
