The hotel accommodation was comfortable. The room is clean, spacious enough, everything you need is available!
The hotel staff is friendly. I really liked the breakfasts - varied, hearty, abundant, for every taste.
There is a cooler with hot and cold water in the lobby of each floor.
The only disadvantage in my opinion is one place in the entire hotel where you can iron clothes. When everyone started to gather for the event at once, a huge queue formed! If you come as part of a large delegation, you need to take this into account.

The hotel is located 20 minutes by bus from the city center in a nice new area, where there are many sports facilities and embassies. Buses run frequently, there are no problems with this, the cost is 90 kopecks. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
The rooms are small enough, but cozy. The hotel has 15 floors. Breakfast is a buffet. The range of dishes is quite monotonous, but you definitely won't leave hungry. Garbage is collected every day, towels and beds are changed every 3 days. Coolers are located on all floors. Bottled water is not provided in the room. But this is not critical. There were no neighbors from the adjoining rooms, although the hotel was almost full. The rooms have good ventilation, windows can be opened. Smoking is prohibited, but sometimes the cigarette smell was felt. Apparently, someone was smoking out the window after all. Price - quality - corresponds. I recommend.

A good hotel, a little far from the center, if you walk or walk on your own. It should be taken into account when choosing. I liked the breakfasts, they were delicious and varied. I did not like the lunch-business lunch: the canteen menu, but the prices are appropriate, I must say. We went as if to a restaurant, in fact we were not impressed. A good hotel for its price.
And here is a restaurant for five!!! Excellent breakfast buffet and just to order. Fast, tasty, polite and for reasonable money. Given the fact that the hotel is slightly isolated and it is not so easy to find an alternative to it, they work hard!!! We arrived from the city with excursions 25 minutes before closing time. There is no one in the restaurant. We were accepted. The order was taken. Everything is cooked-super!!!

Hello everyone. My wife and I decided to celebrate our birthdays in Minsk.
We bought plane tickets from Kaluga and spent a wonderful mini-vacation in the capital of Belarus from July 11 to 18.
The hotel was booked through the T Bank application so that there would be a cashback. The room rate included a buffet breakfast.
We arrived at the hotel around 18 o'clock, asked for a higher room and were not refused. They gave me a room on the 9th floor. The hotel has 2 elevators, which is very convenient. There were no queues for the elevator) The room is spacious with a window in the bathroom. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The view from the window is beautiful. Across the street from the Minsk Arena hotel, beautiful lighting in the evening. The linen is clean, the furniture is good, and there is a large TV. The pillows are too small, but we asked for a couple more and they brought us right away. For each of our birthdays, the hotel gave us a huge fruit plate in the room.
The hotel has a restaurant with a wide selection of dishes and affordable prices. For hotel guests, a 20% discount on all menus.
The breakfast is simply gorgeous, a huge selection of dishes and drinks, fruits, pastries, sweets, yoghurts, cottage cheese. It's just delicious. And everything is very tasty cooked.
The hotel has Wi-Fi, works for 4 people. But that was enough for us.
There are public transport stops near the hotel and across the street from it. You can get anywhere in the city.
The largest water park in Minsk is Lebyazhy, 4 km from the hotel. We went there by taxi.
There are many cafes and grocery stores within walking distance.
The location area is great just. Everything is clean everywhere.
The hotel staff is very polite.
We were very satisfied with the trip to the hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed, all the staff is polite, different lighting options, a cooler on each floor, air conditioning saved in the hot summer. On the ground floor there is an excellent restaurant, a buffet breakfast, a large selection, we ate our fill. Within walking distance there are grocery and wine shops, small cooking and pastry shops, a 24-hour ATM, bus stops.
Of the cons, there were not enough sockets by the bed, it seems to be logical, but they are only on the table and in the toilet.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Everything matches the photos. I liked the quick check-in. Great breakfasts! The buffet is very decent for 25 rubles. An inexpensive restaurant at the hotel. They book accommodation without prepayment. The hotel corresponds to its cost. The only thing I didn't like was someone else's hair on the floor in the room - please ask the staff to clean the rooms better. In general, I recommend it.

The hotel is great, the furniture is a bit old in places, but this is not a problem for us, shampoos and shower gels, soap only from accessories, slippers and bathrobes are not available, tea, coffee, water and kettle are not in the room. We knew about it in advance, and treated it normally, there is a cooler with cups on the floor. The view from the window is gorgeous, there are shopping malls and markets nearby. Shops are nearby. In the room, I did not like the pillow and the fact that the sheet was coming off and going, apparently the sheet was not the right size and there was not enough to wrap it under the mattress. Otherwise, everything is fine. The most chic of this hotel is the breakfasts, I've been to many places, but there are few places where there is such a chic breakfast in hotels. The hotel is modern, located far from the center, there is no metro nearby. But the area itself is very pleasant, near the Minsk Arena. The room is equipped with modern furniture, pleasant design, in white and brown soothing tones. I didn't like that there was no refrigerator, no kettle, no glasses, no cups, no bags of coffee, tea, or welcome bottles of water in the room. There is a cooler in the hallway, with paper cups. When we checked in, we found that there was no hot water in the cooler. I went to the reception, after a while I checked: there is no water. I called the reception again: they advised me to look for hot water on other floors. I consider such a service unacceptable. The standard room is 150 Belarusian rubles. For this money, I would like to get a cooler with water, cups in the room, and a refrigerator. The positive thing is that the hotel has a restaurant. There you can take a business lunch or order from the menu. The food is delicious, the service is fast, the prices are adequate. The hotel is super, clean, modern. I lived on the top floor, the view from the windows was wonderful. Be sure to take accommodation with breakfast. I have not seen such a cool breakfast in any hotel in any country. Of the minor disadvantages, the room key card was a little buggy and toothpaste in addition to the available soap, shower gel and shampoo would not hurt.

We rested with our family for 4 days in the suite. The room is not bad, clean enough, 15th floor, beautiful view. And everything seems to be fine, but as always there are BUT:
1. The breakfasts are sad, the choice of dishes is small. We arrived at 10.30 (breakfast until 11.00), a third of the containers are empty, everything is cold and already dried. Over coffee at 10.59, I had to swear to turn on the coffee machine again, which had already been turned off. All the other days we had a delicious breakfast for the same money in other places.
2. After cleaning, no water, tea, or shampoo /gel were supplied. When asked to update the water, tea and gel, they received the answer that "according to the regulations it is not allowed, it is put only when you stop by, go to the cooler on the floor for water." From which we conclude that, according to the management, it is not necessary to wash, but to drink tea once for the entire stay (although the cost of living does not decrease from the number of days).
In general, the hotel is good, but as a message to the management I want to say "stop saving on small things, it spoils your credibility"

Clean rooms, pretty decent furniture (just change the chairs, shabby leatherette), friendly reception, good Wi-Fi, cooler on the floor (the floors are small, so it's enough). I would like to mention very tasty and varied breakfasts! It was very tasty and satisfying (especially the casserole). The rooms are in good condition. The audibility is just terrible. It was almost impossible to sleep, as the whole floor (people in other rooms) could be heard. There are no slippers in the rooms, and there are no hygiene kits (there was soap and shampoo). The staff is friendly.
If you go back there, it's only for breakfast.

Everything is really good. But there are several important nuances.
There is no refrigerator in the room. There are no cups on the guest table either. There's not even a shoe spoon. And also a separate request to install soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink. For some reason, a towel was taken away during cleaning, but a new one was not put in. Bags of shampoo and a piece of soap last century!
But in fact, you can live with it perfectly. But if they fixed it, it would be great!

We had previously been to a hotel in Brest, where everything was perfect. Unfortunately, this placement was disappointing.
We were with friends and everyone was "lucky".
We were checked into a room where there is a closed door to the next room. No one warned me about this, why is there a closed door in my room at all 🤔
The floor covering is stained, the room is insanely small and the bathroom is clean. There are no slippers, an insanely meager set for taking a shower, there is also no kettle and refrigerator.
After we discussed among ourselves what we didn't like, a woman came and began to find out what we didn't like. When asked what kind of door the reception desk answered that there was a staff room (on the 5th floor), it was strange, well, okay.
Friends had someone else's hair on the bed in the room, upon request, the employee apologized and moved the guys. After that, I asked
to be moved because of the strange door, to which the reception replied that there were no staff and everything was OK. 2 minutes after we discussed this situation among ourselves, we called from another number and offered a new number. We were happy to move in, the room turned out to be bigger. But the dirty coating and this mediocrity remained. The next day, we arrive at the room at 6 o'clock and see that no one has cleaned our room. Again, we discussed this and after about 2 minutes a woman comes and asks if we need cleaning. Throughout our stay, there was a feeling that we were being listened to.
In addition, the walls are paper, because you can hear all the sounds of the neighbors + a joint with a TV, because when the neighbors switched channels, our TV also reacted.

A good, honest hotel in Minsk for your money.
The interior is clean, tidy, comfortable and smells delicious.
The rooms of unusual shapes are quite a cool idea, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the built-in wardrobes with lights are quite modern.
I liked the view from the window to the Minsk Arena, the window in the bathroom is also a good idea, but the view from it into the residential area.
There is a large parking lot, there is a restaurant, the staff is friendly. The barrier at the entrance works strangely, it is open and everything is closed and taxis with guests have to wait.
In general, the impressions of the hotel are only the best!

We chose this hotel because it is next to the ice arena (we came to the KHL matches). The hotel is excellent, the room is good, everything you need is there. I lowered the rating because we were placed on a floor where all the rooms were occupied by young athletes (boys 7-11 years old) who played football almost all day in the hallway of the floor. That is, right in front of our room. It was noisy all the time, knocking on doors, shouting. I had to constantly call security. But it didn't stop for long. They asked us to relocate, but the receptionist said that it was impossible and she was very sorry that we were so unlucky. It's a strange position about our bad luck. In general, I had to suffer for several days with such a neighborhood. Therefore, next time, we will probably look for another place to stop.

The hotel staff and the restaurant staff are polite and friendly, will do everything to solve your question. The restaurant has a discount for residents and the cook cooks deliciously.
I would like to have the towels completely changed at least once in 4 nights, but this is not essential. Room cleaning every day. Change of towels for feet, gels and soaps every day.

The hotel fully meets our expectations. We asked for a room with a view of the arena, and our wish was taken into account. Cleaning was carried out on request (we hung a sign on the door handle). Sometimes there were problems with the air conditioner, it made noise and rattled at night, but they could be solved by turning it off. Overall, the room is good. There were no problems with the water, the pressure was excellent, there was always hot water. The breakfasts are delicious, although you should not expect them to be different every day, but you can find something suitable for yourself. The Internet works well, but if you need the Internet for work, it's better to go down to the reception desk. Parking for cars is located behind the barrier. The hotel has met our expectations, we recommend it.
