Nice hotel, clean rooms - it's generally clean! The food is delicious, the staff is relatively friendly and helpful. We got to the May holidays - there was a children's competition - it really bothered me and I'm lowering one star (I'm ready to take off two more) - this is a problem with the elevator! There are TWO of them in a huge building of 16 floors. This is a real problem, waiting for 7 minutes is not serious at all. It's really faster to go down the stairs, but everyone has their own options. Another disadvantage was that we didn't have a refrigerator in the room. The cooler is in the hallway. In the evening, if the water runs out, no one rushes to replace it until the morning. And what surprised me was the distribution of towels... a set is provided for two people: 2 pcs. for hands and face, 2 pcs. large bath and 1 (!) for two foot.. I clarified at the reception, I thought they hadn't informed me. It turns out that this is the standard. That's how it should be. In general, the hotel *** has justified itself. From the window (there is no balcony) there is a very beautiful view of the city. And the picture of the clouds changes every 2-3 minutes. If you don't really delve into it, it's soft, clean, delicious, and cozy. Maybe we'll stop there next time.

It's a great hotel. Next to Minsk Arena. The rooms are not big, but everything is thought out, clean. There is a cooler with hot cold water on the floor. One disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator. Hair dryer, shampoo, gel soap are all there. Breakfasts are generally out of the question. Ooooh, we stayed at this hotel on the recommendation and did not lose. Great hotel! Cleanliness, order, comfort, and the highlight of the hotel are the breakfasts. Such a variety for 3 stars is cool. And the draniki are the best in the whole city, although we tried them in the famous "Cornflower", and on the advice of the guide in "My dear". They're the most delicious here! I would like to mention very tasty and varied breakfasts! It was very tasty and satisfying (especially the casserole). The rooms are in good condition. The audibility is just terrible. It was almost impossible to sleep, as the whole floor (people in other rooms) could be heard. There are no slippers in the rooms, and there are no hygiene kits (there was soap and shampoo). The staff is friendly.
If you go back there, it's only for breakfast.

The hotel is modern, located far from the center, there is no metro nearby. But the area itself is very pleasant, near the Minsk Arena. The room is equipped with modern furniture, pleasant design, in white and brown soothing tones. I didn't like that there was no refrigerator, no kettle, no glasses, no cups, no bags of coffee, tea, or welcome bottles of water in the room. There is a cooler in the hallway, with paper cups. When we checked in, we found that there was no hot water in the cooler. I went to the reception, after a while I checked: there is no water. I called the reception again: they advised me to look for hot water on other floors. I consider such a service unacceptable. The standard room is 150 Belarusian rubles. For this money, I would like to get a cooler with water, cups in the room, and a refrigerator. The positive thing is that the hotel has a restaurant. There you can take a business lunch or order from the menu. The food is delicious, the service is fast, the prices are adequate. There is a grocery store next to the hotel, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. There was another unpleasant moment: the TV was showing very poorly. The hotel is located 20 minutes by bus from the city center in a nice new area, where there are many sports facilities and embassies. Buses run frequently, there are no problems with this, the cost is 90 kopecks. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
The rooms are small enough, but cozy. The hotel has 15 floors. Breakfast is a buffet. The range of dishes is quite monotonous, but you definitely won't leave hungry. Garbage is collected every day, towels and beds are changed every 3 days. Coolers are located on all floors. Bottled water is not provided in the room. But this is not critical. There were no neighbors from the adjoining rooms, although the hotel was almost full. The rooms have good ventilation, windows can be opened. Smoking is prohibited, but sometimes the cigarette smell was felt. Apparently, someone was smoking out the window after all. Price - quality - corresponds. I recommend.

We rested with our family for 4 days in the suite. The room is not bad, clean enough, 15th floor, beautiful view. And everything seems to be fine, but as always there are BUT:
1. The breakfasts are sad, the choice of dishes is small. We arrived at 10.30 (breakfast until 11.00), a third of the containers are empty, everything is cold and already dried. Over coffee at 10.59, I had to swear to turn on the coffee machine again, which had already been turned off. All the other days we had a delicious breakfast for the same money in other places.
2. After cleaning, no water, tea, or shampoo /gel were supplied. When asked to update the water, tea and gel, they received the answer that "according to the regulations it is not allowed, it is put only when you stop by, go to the cooler on the floor for water." From which we conclude that, according to the management, it is not necessary to wash, but to drink tea once for the entire stay (although the cost of living does not decrease from the number of days).
In general, the hotel is good, but as a message to the management I want to say "stop saving on small things, it spoils your credibility"

Hello everyone. My wife and I decided to celebrate our birthdays in Minsk.
We bought plane tickets from Kaluga and spent a wonderful mini-vacation in the capital of Belarus from July 11 to 18.

We arrived at the hotel around 18 o'clock, asked for a higher room and were not refused. They gave me a room on the 9th floor. The hotel has 2 elevators, which is very convenient. There were no queues for the elevator) The room is spacious with a window in the bathroom. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The view from the window is beautiful. Across the street from the Minsk Arena hotel, beautiful lighting in the evening. The linen is clean, the furniture is good, and there is a large TV. The pillows are too small, but we asked for a couple more and they brought us right away. For each of our birthdays, the hotel gave us a huge fruit plate in the room.
The hotel has a restaurant with a wide selection of dishes and affordable prices. For hotel guests, a 20% discount on all menus.
The breakfast is simply gorgeous, a huge selection of dishes and drinks, fruits, pastries, sweets, yoghurts, cottage cheese. It's just delicious. And everything is very tasty cooked.
The hotel has Wi-Fi, works for 4 people. But that was enough for us.
There are public transport stops near the hotel and across the street from it. You can get anywhere in the city.
The largest water park in Minsk is Lebyazhy, 4 km from the hotel. We went there by taxi.
There are many cafes and grocery stores within walking distance.
The location area is great just. Everything is clean everywhere.
The hotel staff is very polite.
We were very satisfied with the trip to the hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

A very cozy hotel for a reasonable price. We are staying here for the second time. The rooms are clean and comfortable for living, there is a hairdryer (but no refrigerator). Polite staff. It's a bit far from the city center, but there is a bus stop nearby - the number "1" will take you both to the center and to the railway station (runs often) - this is in case you don't want to use a taxi. But not far from the water park.
One of the disadvantages is expensive breakfasts (for a very poor buffet), but it is possible to rent a room without breakfast (and this is a plus). We also plan to stay at this hotel next time.
