I was very upset by the service and the complete lack of standards of guest service, for which I reduce the number of stars.
The interior is beautiful and stylish, the food is delicious, the menu is not overblown, but everything was ruined by the service, or rather its absence. Waiters who stand next to customers and discuss among themselves: "Who needs this New Year, only the Russians...". The wait for desserts that are already on display, and they just need to be put on plates and taken to the guests, took more than 10 minutes with a small landing.
My impressions were quite chaotic. I really want to draw the attention of the management to these points and train the staff.

We decided to celebrate a birthday there with friends. We were pleasantly surprised by the sensitivity of the restaurant staff.
In general, it is an atmospheric, cozy "green" place. The prices are reasonable, the dishes are delicious, the portion size (for whom it is important) is rather big.

Well, the restaurant is rightfully called one of the best in the city. You can't smoke there and you can have dogs (small ones). There is no loud music. A special place is a cheese shop - sometimes I just stop by to buy strachetella. In general, the guys did well, despite the high price tag, which is correct.

We haven't been to the cheese factory for a long time. We looked at the reviews, were surprised by so many negative reviews lately and decided to visit. As it turned out, the cheese factory is in a deplorable state, incompetent waiters, rude hostesses and invisible managers. We ordered bruschetta with strachatella, we were not warned that there was trout. The waiter asked for an aperitif, ordered something, and he brings them after serving salads. So why offer an aperitif if you carry it after the dishes anyway. We walked around the restaurant, watched how bread is cut - it's actually something. Drop the bread, pick it up and put it back in the basket from where in the bag and to us guests. Where the management is looking. In my opinion, the SES should be called here to check the quality of all dishes and bread. The cheese factory disappointed me very much. It used to be much better, the manager comes over to check if everything is fine with us, how is the kitchen service. The waiters were more professional, knew the menu, told stories about the dishes, and gave advice on the proper use of certain items. The hostesses were friendly, found places wherever we wanted. And now everything is in a very deplorable state, we hope that soon the cheese factory will return to its former top1.

I came, sat down in a pre-booked place, the waiter Ruslan Avezov came up, asked politely to take the order now or later, said to come up in 15 minutes, since my family was just coming here.
We arrived, sat down, the waiter looked at the situation very carefully and came over. He took my top, hung it on a hanger, meanwhile we looked at the menu, asked to come over in 10 minutes. We sat, talked, thought about it and decided to consult with Ruslan. He came up, recommended frequently ordered dishes, while taking into account our preferences. We have collected the order. Any of our questions had a detailed answer from him, due to which we were confident in our order.
After 6 minutes, he started bringing our ordered dishes every 1-2 minutes. Very fast, neat and delicious.
