I liked the interior, so we went in. We looked at the menu: prices are high, so expectations were also high. But: unfortunately, the kitchen disappointed. Only the cheese turned out to be really tasty, all the other dishes were at the level of a bad cheap canteen. For example, the tomatoes in the salad were spoiled and abundantly filled with a sickly sweet sauce. Pike cutlets were bland, tasteless, sorrel was not cooked in a hot dish, but was thrown fresh, beef with lentils and poached egg was an unpleasant mess, tasted the same as it looked. We will never go to this restaurant again. The evening was ruined.

The interior is original. The staff is helpful, but often changes and forgets orders. You order one, and the other comes up and does not bring what you ordered, you have to remind them again. We ordered a dish with chicken liver and waited for two hours. Either the order was not sent to the kitchen, they forgot, or they caught the chicken to cut out the liver. All dishes are too high in calories due to cheese. But from simple products - bell peppers, cauliflower, onions, carrots. Mushrooms were no longer found in the rabbit dish. It's not worth the money you paid. I liked the pizza, it's good. Delicious. Four pieces of cheese are added to the beer. Fish dishes - the fish has become smaller than when opened. Cola is brought in such tiny bottles, for one or two sips.

If you do not like pilaf, purely Uzbek food, then this place from Novikov groups is what you need👌
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the interior is magnificent (lots of flowers, beautiful chandeliers).
The menu is quite diverse, they produce cheese themselves, bake bread and all sorts of dessert delicacies.
Bonus - there is alcohol (in Tashkent, we faced the fact that it is missing in a number of restaurants)

I am writing at 3 a.m., as a huge dislike for this institution has accumulated: let's start with the fact that the cheese factory positions itself as an Italian restaurant with Italian history and traditions - this is how the waiter explained to us before serving dishes - my personal opinion is that this is such a cheap marketing ploy that you, dear managers, should be ashamed to apply such a slogan- what you call pizza margarita is in no way connected with the real famous Margarita in Italy! You should call it "a ton of cheese", no other way! Even my wife and I, as lovers of a variety of cheeses - this was something too much!! It's just absurd! Further, the service here does not reach at least average praise, because the waiter wrote down and forgot first about water with lemon, then about ice - well, it doesn't matter, it happens) and the most disgusting thing is that my wife and I were poisoned in this very cheese factory with okroshka on kvass! Every time I go into the toilet (I apologize for such statements) I remembered the waiter telling me that their kvass was the best from a trusted supplier! This is very cynical and deceitful... until three o'clock in the morning I was rinsing be healthy!!! And I think we're not the only ones! What this cheese factory has in common with Italy is cutlery, with an appropriate inscription about the country of production... for such a price of dishes, service, etc. Strictly minus 1, you don't pull for more! In general, there is no desire to come to you! At the very thought of the word cheese factory and the false phrases of the waiter, I personally have a gag reflex!

After reading the reviews about this restaurant, I decided to visit it at lunchtime. They met us very friendly and immediately provided us with a table. The interior is beautiful, but because of the hum and noise from the conversations of visitors, it feels as if we are not sitting in a restaurant, but in a dining room. The waiters were running in different directions at such a speed that we couldn't place an order for ten minutes. It was only after they raised their voice that they finally came up to us and accepted the order. In the future, the staff was at the restaurant level. Yes, I agree the prices are above average and the portions are too small.

In 7 minutes, they brought the most delicious borscht and snacks to it! The service is excellent , the cleanliness is crystal clear, fresh air , good ventilation , there are no foreign odors , especially I would like to note a very cool New Year's cozy atmosphere and interior decoration😍 the only thing I would like to add is a separate privacy of the place ...)
