She lived in February 2024. I really liked the edm - diverse, for every taste. The day of the Abkhazian national cuisine was wonderful. In the evening, they came to meet us and brought out dinner for the group later than usual. The audibility in the rooms is perhaps the only disadvantage, but my neighbors turned out to be adequate, they did not make noise at night☺️ Wonderful mattresses and pillows - I got a great night's sleep! And also - the most beautiful themed paintings, different on each floor. In general, it is cozy, friendly, delicious! There is a kettle in the room, a cooler on the floor, a mini fridge - everything is there.

A great hotel near the waterfront and the center of Sukhum! Within walking distance of beaches, a kindergarten, a monkey nursery... I advise you to consider the place for those who care about the sights of the city. The hotel itself is very beautiful, smells great of oriental incense everywhere, very clean, friendly staff, delicious and varied food (breakfast and dinner are included in the price). The linen and robes are snow-white! The staff replenishes the supply of drinking water in the room daily. And there is also a vase with tangerines at the entrance - I don't want to take it around the clock! The trip to Sukhum turned out great thanks to you, Garuda hotel!

Excellent hotel in the center of Sukhum. We stayed for three days. On your birthday, the staff wishes you a happy birthday at breakfast, giving you a bottle of wine and a cake. We lived on the 6th floor, there was a balcony overlooking the sea. We were settled ahead of time, thanks a lot for that. We had breakfast and dinner included, the dishes changed every day (the kitchen is delicious).

We stayed at this hotel on 04/11/2024 for seven days. The impression is only positive. The rooms are clean, everything works, the interior is pleasant. The room was cleaned every day. The staff is just wonderful, always smiling, very attentive to each client. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, according to the buffet system. During the whole vacation, the dishes were always different. The choice of dishes is also excellent for almost every taste. There was always enough for everyone, even if you came at the end of the evening there is always plenty of everything! The pool is there, it's really warm, but it was cool outside and we didn't swim. We will definitely come again.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! It's just disgusting. All night (don't you think!!) renovation work was underway above the 5th floor! They drilled, hammered, and knocked. To our calls and requests to the admin to resolve the issue, because we damn want to sleep-the repair was stopped for 15 minutes to let us supposedly fall asleep and continued again! We have never encountered such disrespect for guests! And at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, the repair continued. The pillows are also terrible, just stone, apparently the cheapest. If you don't want to spoil your vacation, then don't choose this hotel)

Expectation = reality! A great hotel, just like in the photo. Beautiful eclectic design. Generous breakfasts, delicious and beautiful. Nice staff. Everyone is trying, smiling, but unobtrusive. We visited Abkhazia in January and chose the Garuda Hotel for our stay. An amazing place, if you doubt whether to choose a hotel or not, then definitely YES! Very cozy and bright rooms, each floor is decorated in its own style, beautiful hand-painted walls. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, TV, desk, heater. There is a shower with a curtain in the bathroom, bathroom accessories were replenished every day. The kitchen at the hotel is excellent, breakfasts and dinners were included in the package. The food is very diverse, everyone will find something to their taste, both an adult and a child, and those who lose weight, and who gain weight and who just came to relax and do not deny themselves anything. At the bar, you can separately purchase wine, cocktails, both of your own production and branded ones. I was very pleased with the compliment from the hotel in the form of a welcome glass of wine, it would seem a trifle, but it's nice (very nice)! The hotel is located not far from the sea, 5-10 minutes walking distance, if you go to the central embankment, then a little more, there are pharmacies, shops, bakeries nearby, the central market is also a 10-minute walk away. I would like to note separately that the hotel offers excursions along the most popular routes in Abkhazia, it is very convenient, in the morning after breakfast it picks up a comfortable transfer, and brings it back right for dinner. The excursions are very diverse (during their stay they visited two Ritz and a Spa Day). I would like to note the professionalism of the guides who accompanied us, they tell us amazing stories, not memorized text on paper, but real live communication, they are always ready to help, suggest something and show delicious and interesting places in the city. Our guide was a young man Alias, well-mannered, smart and intelligent, who will get into his group, you are definitely lucky! I am sure that anyone who visits this wonderful place once will definitely come back again!

Honest 5 stars for service and cuisine, taking into account the surrounding reality - this hotel is an oasis in the middle of the desert. I really liked the design of the room, breakfasts and dinners. The staff is trying very hard, during my stay in Abkhazia - this is a place to which I did not have any thoughts of anything bad. The pool is conditional, but it was not declared as an advantage. I thank the founder of the hotel for the space that was created in the center of Sukhum. All the experience taken from the trips was implemented in Abkhazia. I love this country very much and I am glad that in recent years everything has been developing here and such hotels have appeared. Location: 15-20 minutes to the central embankment Features: It is convenient that the hotel has its own excursions, the cost is from 1600 to 2800 per person. We took a jeep to the island of Ritzai and the Hek waterfall for 2,800 per person - in general we liked it, the only thing we were not told was that there would be 6 more passengers besides us. If you take a similar tour, keep in mind that you may get the most "thug" places - in the trunk))) In our case, there was a Patriot VAZ, whose trunk was converted into an additional 4 seats (bulky people will definitely not be comfortable).

A nice bathroom with a rain shower, all the accessories in the bathroom are there and they are reported every day. There is a mini bar in the refrigerator. A teapot with cups and tea is available. Special thanks to the chefs and the waiter girls. The food is very very tasty, varied. Every meal is like going to a great restaurant. Small disadvantages, Very high audibility. You can hear how the neighbors can't plug the plug into the socket and the neighbor's snoring. For this level of hotel, I would like to have umbrellas or raincoats for sale at least at the reception. There is no bottled water, there is a bottle of dark glass with a plastic lid. We didn't dare to drink such water. Later, in glamping, we were told that this is a wonderful spring water. Make a reminder for the tourist in the room about the water. The shelf in the bathroom has cracked. Not very aesthetically pleasing. The cost of a taxi from the hotel to glamping Garuda is 600-700 rubles, it's a pity that there is no transfer. We will be happy to come back and advise our friends and acquaintances.

If the conversations are a little louder, you can hear all the conversations, that's it! It is not possible to sleep. The pool is tiny, looks like a bathtub. The breakfast area is microscopic (well, there's also a veranda outside). A spoiled impression is not saved by either the hotel's entourage or the notorious compliment of a glass of wine. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the sound insulation is excellent. There are also pleasant balconies with flowers. The hotel went perfectly! I will stop here again - of course YES! They wrote a statement on December 30, 2024 for a refund. The money was not refunded on 3.01 2025. They promise that the management will consider it. I do not recommend the hotel for accommodation because no one returns the money and no one assumes responsibility.

We were in Garuda for the New Year holidays. The hotel was chosen according to the following criteria: outdoor heated swimming pool, catering, city center. The food is excellent, varied menu, buffet. I especially liked the broccoli and spinach rolls, delicious salads and cakes. There were always several meat dishes to choose from, too. The staff is very friendly. They always responded to our little requests. The 2-bed room is spacious with new furniture. The chandelier and sconces seemed especially elegant to me. The room temperature is comfortable (24°). I didn't even have to turn on the electric battery. Many thanks to the girls at the reception, the chefs and the waiters! We will definitely come back)))

The hotel was chosen for a holiday in early May. The impressions are great! The price is the most affordable 23k for two, 5 nights, breakfast, dinner included. Friendly staff at the reception, the restaurant generally has a homely cozy atmosphere, attentive waiters, a bartender. The cuisine is varied, delicious, not a luxury restaurant, but also far from a dining room, dishes are complemented during the morning and evening, you can conveniently eat at any allotted time and you will not see the "eaten" buffet. The renovation in the hotel is fresh, there is everything you need in the room, which is not large, but quite enough for two people to live, clean, quiet enough, you can not hear the neighbors. The location is normal, it's a little far from the sea (you can walk in 15 minutes, maybe a little longer), but there are a lot of shops around, a shopping center, not far from the central market, from the exit from Sukhum as well. There is parking in front of the hotel (there are no small places), also opposite behind the fence (a little more), it is convenient, but I think that in summer it can cause difficulties (because the season, there are more people). By the way, there were a lot of people even in May, which also gives the impression that the place for tourists to live is worthy. One of the disadvantages is a small parking lot, one day in the bathroom sink the cleaner left dirty plates and cups with a bunch of splashes, it is unclear whether they forgot to wash or intentionally. For such a price, location, service and conditions, I definitely advise you to choose Garuda Boutique!

Good afternoon! I want to warn you right away "A paid mini-bar.Be careful." We stayed at this hotel from 09/14/24 to 09/21/24 in room No.310. In general, we had a good impression about the hotel: comfortable rooms, very comfortable bed, delicious food, friendly staff, the only minus is the sea is not close. So we enjoyed our vacation until we started renting out the room. Upon departure, I went down to the reception and went to the bar to pay for a coke and a pack of cookies (I never used the mini-bar, but my husband's temperature rose at night and he wanted to drink something sharp), after payment we calmly loaded things and were about to leave when the bartender girl jumped out of the hotel, with wide eyes and told us that we also had to pay for two bottles of beer, a bottle of Coke and peanuts, honestly I was stunned, I stand and don't know what to say, I'm 62 years old and I stood and "flowed" with shame. We definitely didn't touch anything else, and we wouldn't risk our reputation over some bottles. Even for a moment to assume that we drank these bottles in "oblivion", then we would be tortured with peanuts, but we would not eat it. The maid claimed that there was a bottle of beer in the trash can and everything seemed to have grown together "evidence" on the face, except that we bought this bottle of beer in a store (it makes sense to use a mini-bar if there is a store two steps away). Well, what happened happened, I paid 650 rubles and we left in shock. To say that the rest was completely ruined is nothing to say. I want to give you some advice: Before entering, check the price list with the availability of this product in the mine bar (we did not do this) and even take a video. Before leaving, call an employee who would record that there are no complaints against you. All this sad situation gave me the idea that the calculation is that a person who is in a hurry to leave will not make a big scandal and will give the required amount. That's the kind of extra income the hotel staff made for themselves!!!
