Of the cons - the hotel does not have its own territory, but this is understandable, the city center, and there is no possibility. I definitely recommend it!!! We were very satisfied.

A great place to relax with both family and friends. This is the first time in Abkhazia. We chose this hotel based on its location and reviews. We didn't regret a single day! The hotel is wonderful in everything. The staff is polite and will help you solve any issue. Cuisine : the breakfast is varied, everyone will find something for themselves. Dinner is decent and varied every day. The room is clean, bright, cleaning every day. The windows are large, there is a balcony and a wonderful view. Location 15 minutes leisurely to the sea, 20 minutes to the botanical garden, railway station is also nearby.

I was at the Garuda Hotel from 12.01.2024-16.01.2024. The hotel left the most pleasant impressions. We arrived late. We were greeted by polite staff. I really liked that there was a huge mandarin vase at the entrance. We were gorging on them. There was a compliment waiting for us at the bar in the form of a glass of wine in honor of our arrival. The room was on the 2nd floor, Egyptian floor, deluxe room. The room is huge, with two balconies. The room had everything!!!! Live and rejoice. The bed is clean, all the accessories in the bathroom are disposable. Tea and coffee were replenished daily. The breakfasts were very tasty and hearty. Dinners were cheap, for 500 rubles buffet. The hotel fulfilled any wishes immediately. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I didn't think there could be such cool hotels in Sukhum. The level is high. Also, excursions by minivan are organized directly from the hotel. We took the Ritz. We were traveling in comfort for 6 people. The driver, he's a guide right away.

We decided to spend the New Year holidays in a warm, sunny place and for this we chose the Garuda hotel in Sukhum. We arrived at the hotel on 31.12.23 at 10-45 and we were immediately checked in, although check-in from 14-00 was very pleased.A glass of wine was offered as a compliment. The standard room turned out to be spacious, shampoos, shower gel, toothpaste and a brush were all available in the bathroom. So we booked a room with breakfast and dinners, you will not stay hungry here for sure, everything is very diverse and delicious. I would like to note this New Year's banquet separately, when we checked in, we were offered it (it was for a separate price) there was a gorgeous New Year's table, a real sweet feast with songs, dances, contests and prizes. It was very pleasant that on January 1, Santa Claus came for the children with the Snow Maiden and the Grinch, and gave gifts.I highly recommend spending the New Year holidays at this hotel.
