We had a rest in the middle of June. The location is excellent, the center of Kemer is 10 minutes away. The views are gorgeous, the territory is small, but everything is beautiful.
The rooms in the main building after renovation are very good, cleaning every day plus refilled refrigerator, water, beer, juices.
Since the hotel is renovated, somewhere it is good and somewhere not everything is finished.
The beach is pebbly like the whole of Kemer, but this is only a plus for us. The water is crystal clear. There are problems with sun beds, sometimes they were not enough, people have been occupying them since 7 a.m.
We've been using our towels since the night before ( they take away the hotel ones )
So now the food. As many wrote earlier, these are really queues for food and drinks. (this is more of a question for the management)
In general, the food is without frills, but you will not be hungry , some positions are delicious , some are not. Apples , bananas , apricots are made from fruits.
No cherries, no watermelon, no strawberries
Local alcohol (imported such as maccalan, chivas for a fee)
But in general, you can drink. Ephesus beer is so normal for me, the wine is delicious white. Cocktails are also more or less.
From entertainment, table tennis, darts, water polo, football field + basketball.

One of the best hotels in Turkey in this price segment. Everything is at a very decent level: accommodation, pool, beach, pier, spa, food, service.
The staff is well trained, it is amazing with what good manners and patience the services are provided.
Of the five stars, two need to be removed:
- obscene loud music from 21:30 to one o'clock in the morning, like we're on you ... ; we have to close the balcony door, but there is no split system, general ventilation is blowing, living its own life;

At the end of the stay, coffee ran out in the vending machines and water was pouring. We didn't get into the Asian restaurant. There is a cafe open at lunch, with French fries and burgers. Beef is strangely cooked, I do not advise you to try it. The staff is responsive, but there were precedents of complaints and comments from the staff themselves to the guests, they saw such a picture themselves at lunch. The female manager chastises the man for no clear reason. And so on the whole, nice people. Many people know Russian, a little English. There will probably be no problems with sun beds, but many people occupy them from 6 in the morning and come only by 12. The hotel has a rule "for more than an hour, a towel is on the sunbed without a person and it is cleaned." This is certainly not the case, but you can remove it yourself, it will make life easier)). There is a private pier with sun beds, but it is definitely worth occupying there in the morning. The hotel room is in good condition, cleaned every day, and towels are also changed, the bar is updated every day. It would only be worth replacing the air conditioner. We were in October, the weather is not particularly hot, 25-28 degrees, but it gets stuffy at night, the balcony does not save, the air conditioner almost does not blow.
We were at the end of the season, most likely everyone was tired, so there are no strong complaints. Everything is probably much better in the summer

We visited this hotel in October 2024. Nice rooms in the main building, large. Cleaning is daily, well cleaned. We lived on the 3rd floor of rooms 1304 and 1302, were at the very end, the hallway smelled of cat urine. The rooms faced the disco in the evening, so it's noisy in the evening if you have the windows open, but we closed the doors for us. What was disappointing was the food. There are constant queues, the food is the same every day, you won't be hungry, but there is no special choice. The local alcohol is disgusting, only beer can be drunk.

- huge queues at the bar , in the dining room , street burgers/tortillas

Positive:
1. The purest sea (not the merit of the hotel)
2. Beautiful nature (not the merit of the hotel)
3. A normal pier for entry to the input.
4. There are enough sun beds
5. Delicious Turkish coffee in the lobby
Minuses:
1. Terrible room cleaning. You can check on the issued white slippers. Walk for 1-2 days, and the sneakers are blacker than the stoker's clothes.
2. Disgusting food. There is no variety in food. 2 types of meat: chicken and turkey. In a huge amount of oil and overcooked. 1 kind of fish, slightly more edible. There is a constant shortage of food and huge queues. All fruits are green: apples, bananas, grapes. No strawberries / figs and other tasty and healthy fruits, although the season allows. The sweets are good.
3. Disgusting drinks. The coffee in the vending machines is terrible. Alcoholic beverages were declared to be both local and imported (UAI), everything is included in the price. In fact, local drinks are poured, and you have to pay for foreign ones from above. It is not clear where the UAI is then.
4. Unwashed and/ or broken dishes are constantly laid out. Sometimes they even pour it into cracked glasses at the bar. I think that this is not something that 5 *, 3 * should not allow themselves.
5. A boorish aunt wanders around the hotel with some guy, they impose fur coats. If they refuse, they continue to look for a conflict. They left unpleasant impressions.
I don't appreciate animation, because I'm not interested in it. Animator girls are constantly running around, doing something there, they have their own audience.
I won't even list the minor disadvantages.
The result: 3 out of 10 (I'll give you an asterisk for Turkish coffee in the lobby and friendly staff at the bar). It's not worth the money. Never set foot in this hotel or in other hotels of the Seven Seas chain.

Let's be honest. This is a foursome with an all-inclusive package. I came here on the advice of my parents (I've been here already 2 times).
We moved into a room not in the main building, BUT (this is a huge room on the 1st floor) - there are no complaints. Kondey and everything that should work from the equipment worked properly.
Yes, the end of the season, yes, the tired look of the hotel and everything in it! You can find fault with everything. But for 220k in 2 weeks, I have not found such prices anywhere else in Kemer. Therefore, the beach, the weather and a good mood made a good vacation.
Once again, there are plenty of disadvantages (food gets boring on day 4, after that we sometimes went to eat at restaurants nearby).
And so in general, we gave 220k for 2 with a flight and an individual transfer. If your character is not vile, then at a normal price, you can stop here.
PS. They pour alcohol, but it seems to me that even the Red Label is locally bottled.

The hotel is on solid 4. I'll start with the obvious disadvantages: you can only drink wine and beer from alcohol, everything else is very mediocre, bartenders do not know how to make cocktails, everyone gets in the way with a huge amount of sugary juices, and they only make cocktails in the lobby bar
There are indeed queues for food, especially on the grill, because there is no staff to give out food. Because of this, people pile huge plates on themselves and others have to wait for the next batch. It is worth coming by the end of dinner/ breakfast to avoid queues. Also, empty marmites are not replenished for a very long time, you come to take food, but everywhere is empty!! The dishes in the restaurant are broken, the tables are crooked, they swing.
The variety of the buffet is quite meager, but the grill is delicious.
Animation: very weak. The animators do not try, they go to relax for their own pleasure. Once a hurricane passed in the afternoon, the weather improved in the evening, but for some reason the animation was canceled, apparently the animators decided to arrange a day off🫠 There were good discos a couple of times. The music from the nearby hotel is really booming, but it wasn't critical for us.

We have been to Turkey many times, but before the pandemic, so I do not know how to evaluate this place. Let me remind you that the hotel has the status of 5* and ultra all inclusive.
The hotel needs renovation! They didn't live in the main building. The rooms were small, there was no armchair, no chair, no table. There was almost no cleaning. There were also no bathrobes, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, but there was a hair conditioner. The reception said it was 3 in 1, but it didn't foam at all. Well, romantic swans on the bed after cleaning are probably not in fashion now))
There is a lot of food, repeated every day. Powdered mashed potatoes, crayfish and mussels were once for dinner in 5 days, for which there was a queue, like in a Mausoleum, they ended in 15 minutes). The food is modest. Alcoholic beverages are diluted.
The beach... is a separate story)) The beach in Adler is steeper)) considering that the occupancy of the hotel was 50%, we did not have enough space on the beach, and in the following days we had to "occupy" places under the sun. I can't even imagine what happens on the beach in summer.
And the pleasant thing is, the weather in the first half of November is warm +23 +27, you can sunbathe and swim in the sea. It's cool to go in, but I don't want to get out😉

We had a vacation in Turkey for the first time. The hotel was chosen due to the circumstances at that time, and seeing all these reviews, I was afraid to settle in it. But in fact, everything turned out to be very decent. We got a family garden room - beautiful and clean, cleaning was done every day. There were no insects in the room. The air conditioner was working properly.
The beach is nice. Maybe we were lucky, but there were always sun beds. The sea is clean, the fish did not bite.
About food and drinks. There are always queues for the buffet during lunch and dinner, but as for me, this is more a question for the guests. There is quite a lot of delicious food, but it is monotonous. We have selected potatoes/rice/pasta from the side dishes, and schnitzel /steamed fish/chicken nuggets from the meat. There was a real shortage of normal salads. Watermelon, melons, lots of cakes, ice cream are available. Sometimes there is a queue for drinks too, juice is like juice, cola is like Cola. There is also a queue at street food, there will be no burgers like at McDonald's, but they are delicious at home. We chose Asian A la carte and we didn't like it. I also didn't like how we packed lunch for the tour - two plums and a sandwich with cabbage leaves and cheese.
I can't say anything about alcohol, I don't drink. The animation is very so-so, but we were not interested in it.
In general, our impressions of the trip were positive, but we are unlikely to return to Turkey, we did not like the mentality, and the rest was not at all budget-friendly, as everyone around us said.

Excellent hotel, value for money. Renovated rooms, well-groomed territory, decent food selection. Sweets and ice cream are delicious. Turkish tea, ayran, lots of cocktails and other drinks, but no Turkish coffee. There is animation. The water is the purest. Friendly staff)

We had a rest at the end of May 2023. The service suffers – everyone looks down on it, the variety of fruits is also not pleasing (only apples and oranges, I will find them in Moscow without problems). The rooms are tired, although it says that there was a renovation. There was almost no animation, part of the team had not arrived yet. To each of these remarks, everyone shrugged their shoulders and said "well, it's not the season yet" (we spent our whole lives vacationing in Turkey in early May and everything was always fine).
But the territory is small and cozy, the sea is clean and beautiful, the view of the mountains is incredible, the city is very close

This is one of the terrible hotels in Kemer. I do not recommend taking a trip here. It is suitable only for those who have not eaten anything sweeter than carrots. Below is my impression, which I decided to send to the travel agent. For information for future tourists. Today is the 2nd day we arrived. I hoped that the impressions would be better on the second day, because the fatigue from the flight affects the first, but no. By points:1. The room was given a good, updated one (probably this is the only plus). 2. Refrigerator in the room with drinks: water gas. , Fanta / cola, plain water (no beer) replenishment for some reason for one🤷♀️ 3. Food: quiet horror, study from the entrance, there is no choice, but what to eat is vegetables in different cooking options, from hot yesterday there was only grilled fish at lunch, in the evening chicken on grilled (only bones), everything is really nothing (and this is not a quibble). The food is at level 3, I've only seen this once, when I went to a distant 20 years ago at 3*. 4. Alcohol is not even close to All in, and certainly not ultra. There's nothing like "over" at 18. And is it all in??? 5. Territory: many closed bars, coffee shops, everything is covered in dust. Sun beds, mattresses, towels - everything is washed, old and sagging. I do not recommend this hotel, never 5. It is better to go to honest 4 for less money than to this "type 5". P.s. - the first line
- the rooms are quite modern
- the guest service is friendly
Minuses:
- there was no normal animation, only discos in the basement, although they were already in season (at the end of the rest, the stage was completed and animation probably began)
- the food is monotonous, lunch and dinner are the same, there were no cooks outside for dinner as in previous years, there were very few fruits
- bartenders do not know how to do anything, they only understand Turkish, it was impossible to drink anything alcoholic except beer
In general, the hotel does not meet the stated 5 stars and even more so the "Ultra all inclusive"

Animation is zero! The food wants the best! Restaurants suck! The beach has not been cleaned in 12 days, not once! Dirty mattresses on the sun beds! I don't care about vacationers!!! The hotel itself is not bad, we lived in the main building on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious, the towels were cleaned and changed every day.
But everything spoils the food - disgusting quality, no assortment, and most importantly, everything is organized in such a way that you have to stand in a huge queue for rations.
And a complete mess with sun beds on the beach. And the sea itself is magnificent!

The hotel does not correspond to 5*, in some places it does not even pull to 4*.
There are huge queues in the dining room. Standing in line with plates for dishes, like unemployed people for free soup, does not correspond to a five-star hotel in any way. The quality of the dishes is low, mostly stewed and boiled, hamburgers are generally not edible. Many dishes circulate like this: what is not eaten at breakfast is put out for lunch, what is not eaten at lunch appears for dinner.
I found out that the bed linen should be changed on the 3rd day a week later when I asked myself. It's the same with the mini bar: when you ask, they start replenishing.
The staff is not always professional, and employees are in no hurry to admit their mistakes.
In general, there is a feeling of saving on everything.
One of the advantages is the location of the hotel, a large beach and the surrounding landscape.
I do not recommend this hotel, and I will not return there myself.

We made a mistake and took vouchers to this hotel. I must say right away, he is not worth his money. The kitchen is at zero, I don't know who writes good reviews here, don't believe them. The rooms are shabby, straight old, although they look decent in photos and reviews. Air conditioners do not work in all rooms, and if they do, they stink of dampness. Cobwebs on the ceiling, very dirty in the room. I'm writing about the garden rooms. In the dining room, I can't call it anything else, there are always dirty dishes, greasy chairs, ants crawling on the tables. There is nothing to eat from the word at all. No, there's a lot of food, but it's not tasty. There is no animation. We spent 3 days there, exchanged the hotel for an additional fee, and ran that our heels sparkled with joy that our vacation was saved.

There is no question of any 5*, although the external entourage is decent. On our first visit to the restaurant (?) we were surprised by the huge queue, which stretched ~ 20 m. It must be defended in order to try hot dishes , and moreover, a meager assortment. The wi-fi coverage area is 10 m from the reception. Rested at the end of September 2023. I have been regularly vacationing in Turkey since 1995. But this is the first time I've met such a hotel!
1. Animation - 0. There is a staff of animators, quite pretty girls. They appear in the morning by the pool, dance for 2 minutes and that's it. No minidisko, no entertaining games at/in the pool, no evening shows, no... - "0".
2. The restaurant is the worst I've ever met. A large set of dishes, but which are completely tasteless. It kind of sucks! Of the fish - one fried mackerel, but cooked completely tasteless. Even potatoes can't be cooked deliciously. A small set of sweets. In general, if you want to lose weight, then this is your choice!
3. Swimming pool - the water in the pool is icy. 2-3 people swim in the peak heat. What it was built for. It seems to me more for beauty and a set of "stars"!
4. Does not apply directly to the hotel. The flight was an Aeroflot flight. Quite a normal business hall in Sheremetyevo. Flight by inquiry. Everything is ruined by baggage claim in Antalya. We received the luggage in 1.5 hours! The transfer manager said that we were lucky - many are waiting for 2 hours or more. The airport is clearly not coping with the flow of tourists. And Recep Tayipovich set the task to increase the flow of tourists to 10 million per year (((

- a normal spacious room with a sea view.
- not a bad set of fruits.
- normal lobby bar with drinks
- awnings for sun beds by the pool
- clear sea, but the pier requires major repairs.

It's a good hotel, but I was a little bored in it because of the small territory. Beautiful views, nice rooms (renovated). They are clean, there is a kettle with tea and coffee bags, sugar. The mini-bar is also present and updated! The cleaners clean the rooms quickly!
There was a lot of food, but there was practically no meat, which upset me (a lot of different stews and something from greens). There used to be a toaster oven at breakfast, but it was removed (there are a lot of different rolls). Now there were no fruits like strawberries and cherries, there were few watermelons.
The staff is very kind and helpful, they will always help you and tell you everything!
Animators are constantly calling to be active and participate in various events!
There are shops, so you can even buy a fur coat if you need it :D
Parents complained about imported alcohol, which was scarce and not particularly tasty. But there is a lot of soda, juices, tea and ayran!

Either you whiners are calculated at the reception and put in poop, or you haven't seen the fours!!! We are going to this hotel on the first of October, for the THIRD TIME! Everything is cool, we only take the Garden. We always take only the upper floors (the loggia is hefty with two sun beds). I especially like the kettle in the room.Yes, there are questions for the staff, but it can be solved! There were many places, ranging from ephtalia and kalidomaris to Marmaris.
