I liked everything very much, clean rooms, very comfortable mattresses, silence at night, nothing bothered or annoyed in this hotel. An atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The pool is magnificent.It's just a pity that there are a lot of people from the city in the evenings. In the morning, you can swim quite calmly.The Victoria Olympus Hotel has more interesting breakfasts, but there is no such gorgeous pool.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2025. It doesn't have 4 stars.The rooms look more like the USSR, the watering can is leaking in the bathroom, the kettle is old, there was no tea or spoons in the room, only two mugs.The spa is paid for, and the reception couldn't figure out the prices for a family of four, so they told us to contact the spa directly.Food:breakfast is normal, lunch and dinner are of the same type, the service is so-so, we wouldn't go any more

The breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are comfortable. The view from the window was of the park and the Independence Palace - it was beautiful. From the Spa pools - the norms, the Jacuzzi too. The sauna is a little small and, for me personally, a little cold. It's dark in the hammam, the light bulbs don't work.

The rooms are huge. But unfortunately, the extra space is only on a 2-bedroom sofa. As a result, a large family is accommodated in only two rooms. The breakfast is edible, but without frills. Unfortunately, half of the rooms overlook the Atlant factory, which is working around the clock, which, although the standard of the Belarusian production culture, is so noisy that you can't sleep with the window open. The pool is pleasant, there are 2 warm Jacuzzi bowls, a hammam and a sauna. The pool is included in the accommodation. Parking is free, sometimes full, but there is always a place in the surrounding area behind the barrier, which is always open.
Now about the service. The mini-bar is empty. There is a kettle, but there is no tea or sugar! When contacting the reception, they say that it is not allowed, and they send for a tea bag to a bar where expensive tea is in a kettle. And this is at a room price of 10 tr/day?
I do not recommend this hotel. It is really cheaper for this money to live in one of the Communist Party's three cities, which are closer to Nemiga and have breakfast and swim in other places.

The three of us moved in, put towels on 2, Asked for more bathrobes, asked 2 times, and took them from the reception himself 3 times, it's not difficult for me, but somehow it's wrong. There's something with a faucet in the shower, there's no pressure, well, we need to dig a little, in short, I disassembled, cleaned the filter, it worked. The parking at the hotel is very small, the staff says that there is a parking lot nearby, but it is impossible to get to it, because there is never a valet. He asked to call a valet, the hotel staff promised that the valet would come, drove up several times, but he did not come. WIFI works exclusively for viewing at low speed, I had to buy a roaming package every day. There is no dry cleaning (although there is one in the price list), I used the laundry.

We just returned from Minsk, stayed for 2 nights at the victoria & spa hotel. I rated it 5 with a minus. I liked everything. And the location, and the beautiful view from the window, and the room itself, the breakfasts are also very tasty and the choice of sufficient dishes, and the presence of a spa area with a swimming pool! One small disadvantage is that the room was not cleaned. It's just elementary to at least take out the trash. Otherwise, I liked everything!

There were four nights in this hotel. We took a triple superior TWIN room. The hotel is large, with 13 floors of rooms. The check-in is long, we arrived on a weekday afternoon, there was one employee at the reception, there was a queue for her, the poor girl didn't even have time to go to the toilet. This is not an order. There are two beds in the room that are quite wide, the beds can be moved, but there is no toper. We knew about it, so we weren't upset. The mattresses are comfortable. The sofa in the room is broken, it turned out to be very uncomfortable for my son, since the mattress on the sofa is thin, the crossbars dig into his back. It may be normal for kids. They asked for a cot, the mattress was removed from it, also thin by the way, but it seemed to improve the situation. There is no maid after 8 pm, so if she took the towels and did not leave fresh ones, you need to call the reception to ask. This happened with us, but since there is one employee at the reception, the guard brought towels. In general, the staff is good, friendly, but there are few of them. We went down to the pool, looked at it, but did not swim, there was no time. And there are always quite a lot of people there. The pool is small, the water is warm. There is a sauna and a hammam. In general, it's fine. Our room was very spacious, 46 meters. There are no screens on the windows, the central air conditioner did not work at all on the first day, it was repaired the next day, but it was also not very cold. If it gets hot, it will be very stuffy there. Parking is provided for the car, but the spaces are very narrow, if there are two cars, you don't know how to get into the driver's seat, through the trunk only) We parked the car there once, on other days we parked near the entrance. I put four stars at a stretch.

Despite the fact that I smoke myself, I don't really like the smell of cigarettes in the room. The lobby bar is also open until midnight, although the description of the services that are in the room says that around the clock. It's time to update the materials in the rooms so as not to mislead the guests.
