The most favorite hotel in Minsk. Convenient location in a green area of the city, close to the center. We arrived at 11 a.m., we were immediately checked into the room, we did not have to wait until 14 o'clock. The room is spacious, the bed is large and very comfortable, cleaning is daily. There is a restaurant at the hotel, but we were not there, we ate at the food court of the Castle shopping center, and for breakfast we chose the dining room at the University of Physical Education dormitory on Ignatenko Street. For residents of the hotel, access to the spa area and pool is available at any time, the pool is large enough, about 30 meters, Finnish and Turkish saunas, 2 Jacuzzis. In general, we are satisfied, we recommend the hotel.

A good hotel, not far from the center, there is a large hypermarket, groceries and clothes of different brands nearby 5-7 minutes on foot. Polite staff. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, the water was always hot, the hair dryer works, the bathtub itself is large, not cast iron and too high for me. I didn't quite figure out how to set up the climate system, this feeling lives its own life. The hotel was not built yesterday and it is clear that there are nuances in the form of not tightened hinges of cabinets and the operation of the air conditioner that is not clear to me, perhaps I did not figure it out myself, otherwise everything is fine.

Well, speaking of aquazone, the showers are broken, the shower is also broken in the bath, the smell is not pleasant, the girl in the spa is not particularly distracted by visitors from personal conversations on the phone.

A taxi was called, but they did not warn about the cost, the taxi was called without a termite to pay with a card. The cash withdrawal exchanger was in the next building, where a sleepy girl came out. It was dark in the corner by the ATM. She didn't turn on the light for us. They asked for help with the ATM. The answer was very strange-she doesn't know how to handle him. We managed it ourselves, but it took longer than usual. It's good that the taxi driver is adequate and waited. A big minus for the whole hotel for such staff work. But at the Victoria hotel of this chain, at the Victoria Olympus hotel, everything was perfectly explained to us the next day.

They don't know what four stars are in Victoria Spa! Three stars with a stretch! We came to celebrate the New Year in Minsk. A New Year's banquet at the price of 12,000 per person is just terrible. The buffet was stormed. At two o'clock in the morning, there was a snack like herring under a fur coat, olivier in tartlets and some curls. They went to the kitchen to get Morse. We were just given two packages in our hands. There is no program, 80% is just a disco with music. In total, 24,000 for two people were thrown to the wind. The rooms are large and this is the first and last advantage of the hotel. Let me remind you-this is 4 stars! There are two cups and a kettle in the room. There is no tea, no coffee, not even spoons. There were no bathrobes and slippers, they asked for them. The hotel itself and the rooms are tired. They require repairs and updates. We had a room with an extra bed for a child, a room for three, this is indicated in the reservation. And of course there was no crib, no third set of towels. Again, they went and begged for everything. Next is the SPA. He's just killed. They let in an already small SPA and just people from the street for a fee. In the sauna and hammam, everything is like herring in a barrel. The tiles in the hammam are peeling. In general, despite the fact that the spa was included in the room price, we were there once, and we didn't want to anymore and we don't advise you.
Breakfast is a separate song. Sometimes there are no plates, then there are no appliances, and with a cup I just began to walk out of the room, because they had to be stupidly hunted. There is only ONE high chair in the restaurant! Although there are a lot of people with small children. We were lucky, we pulled out the high chair, and later the parents looked at us with quiet hatred, because they either had to wait or feed the children in their arms, which is very inconvenient.
We went to Victoria's restaurant once. The cook is well done. The food is delicious, although we did not hope, but it's like a miracle, the food was on the level. But there is one big BUT. The whole hall, and it is not small, was served by one waiter! He tried very hard, I can't say anything, but he just didn't have time. Some left without waiting for the menu! Very sorry.
In general, the conclusion is this: do not be fooled by the SPA, you can find a much better hotel than Victoria and if you need it, you will come here from the street. The only advantage of the hotel is the large rooms and delicious cuisine in the restaurant, which you can also come to from the street and if you are patient and wait for the waiter, you will taste excellent food (if the chefs do not change)

I really liked this hotel. The rooms are spacious. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Invigorated by water treatments in the morning or evening (as given free time). Jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool - a complete set for relaxation. Hearty breakfasts for every taste (buffet). All requests of the guests were instantly fulfilled. The hotel is located a little away from the city center, but by taxi or bus you could get anywhere quickly and inexpensively.

4 stars for the excellent location (the center is nearby, near a park with great jogging paths and a shopping center with delicious coffee and shops) and spacious, clean rooms. The breakfast restaurant is disgusting. The choice of dishes is small, the quality is low, the tables are not cleaned, you need to wait 15 (!) minutes for clean cups to pour yourself tea or coffee. And you also need to wait for 10-15 minutes for some kind of dish, if it is over. I wanted to lower the rating to 3 stars, but the other services are not to blame.
The person responsible for the restaurant's work should be fired and a normal manager should be hired. It's a shame.

We went to the pool, it's big and the children really liked it. There is a lot of chlorine in the water, but I think there will be less infection. The sauna is normal, the hammam is not very good. The restaurant downstairs was not inspiring at all. The food, well, let's say it's not a restaurant, there's not much for children to eat and they cook for a very long time, once for about an hour, but as I read reviews of other establishments in Belarus, this is the norm. The waiters are polite, there are no questions. The breakfast buffet is standard, everything is on the level. In general, everything was fine.

The room rate included the use of the swimming pool and sauna 1 time per day without time limit. We only used the pool. There are no bathrobes and slippers in the standard room. Breakfast is a buffet. The choice of dishes is sufficient: milk, omelette, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheesecakes, cereals, fruits, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. The hotel is for a full 5.

We were at this hotel during the holiday week. It definitely doesn't look like a four-star hotel. They couldn't register at the reception for 3 hours! The room is clean, but there was no drinking water, bathrobes, slippers, soap, shampoos, etc. The refrigerators in the rooms do not work. The built-in air conditioner makes noise like a tractor, and does not heat or cool. They demanded robes, turned out to be dwarfs. The breakfasts were also not pleasant. Poor choice. And this is in a 4 star hotel! In general, it feels like we were "dumped". In three days, only the garbage was thrown out.
On the positive side, I can mention the SPA and a decent-sized bed in the room. I put a three only because of them. Next time I'll choose a simpler hotel. I understand that it may be because of the New Year holidays, but with the stated price tags, I also want good quality.

The bedding seems to be normal, but I saw a trace on the sheet, as if from a cigarette. General air conditioning - could not be adjusted. If you get into the heat, it will be hot (12th floor). There was no refrigerator. My friends had a refrigerator, but there were enough towels. The light in the common hallway did not work for friends. A kettle, cups, a set of disposable appliances. Tea and coffee are not provided. Water is given 0.5 liters per person. They put it on at twelve o 'clock in the afternoon . The garbage was not taken out at all on the first day. There is no cooler on the floors. We had a tour with breakfast. Buffet - sausages, sausages, two types of cereals, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, salads, pancakes with different fillings, milk, cereals, dried fruits, walnuts, fruits, tea, coffee machine, pastries. But - everything is cold. The tour guide says that the pool is unlimited. No time limit, but once a day. The gym is small, but everything is functioning and the filling is normal. You can go there at least for the whole day) Well, it's not four stars. That's why I'm writing in such detail. In 2022, we lived in a 3-star Wheeling Hotel. Tea and coffee were replenished every day. Cooler on the floors. The air conditioning is general, but it works for five. All channels are being picked up. The cleaning is excellent. Refrigerator- bar 👍. Sorry for the details, but even the bags were for feminine hygiene.
