Great hotel. Clean rooms, snow-white sheets, polite staff. A buffet breakfast is served. The only drawback is the restaurant. I had dinner at the restaurant in the evening, I did not like the quality of cooking.

In a suite, for a lot of money 556 rubles. local, per night:
One of the TVs is not working.
The kettle is not working.
There is no tea bag or sugar in the tea set.
The refrigerator is warm.
WiFi doesn't really work!
There's someone else's hair in one of the bathrooms, everywhere!
Breakfast for 40 rubles separately, very sad.
Of the small advantages, there are not many people in the pool, but the saunas are cold!
The view from the window, if you're lucky. We were lucky to have a view of the park, not the refrigerator factory.
And also.. The queue for check-in was exactly 1 hour! Yes, peak season, so put another person in.

The atmosphere in the hotel is not the first freshness, there was no kettle in the room. The restaurant was open until 22.00 to order tea in the room was problematic. On the first evening I was lucky, I managed to order tea and dessert in the room before 22.00.
I have to go down to the lobby bar myself, one of the employees said there was no tea and coffee. The next evening it turned out that tea in a teapot can be ordered and picked up by yourself in the same lobby bar.

The service leaves much to be desired. It was a birthday, and taking two glasses of champagne turned out to be a huge problem. I spent 30 minutes on it.
The breakfasts are very average.
There is a strong smell of bleach from the SPA in the reception hall.
We wanted to drink coffee with something sweet in the evening, there was nothing on the menu for coffee. The waiter does not know the menu, is dissuaded by the fact that he has recently been working...

The outside is shiny, chic. And when we settled in, the disadvantages became visible, which I will list-lack of lighting in the rooms; bathrobes, slippers, shaving accessories- are issued on demand; bathrobes are far from the first freshness fringe around the edges, one had a leaky sleeve; kitchen for three (in the nearest cafe and restaurant it is much tastier- located in the shopping center Castle). Otherwise, everything is fine. But the listed disadvantages.....for 4*, it's not solid.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is not small either. But the style is Soviet.
There was no cleaning as such, they just made the bed, left new towels and didn't even take the old ones. Hair was constantly popping up in the bathtub drain-it was terrible!
The mini bar was not working. They asked for water, they said come down and take it yourself))
Breakfasts of 40 Belarusian rubles are the worst breakfasts in my life, and I travel a lot.
The omelet should wait for 40 minutes, baking is almost zero, fruits are only apples and pears, there are no vegetables, lettuce leaves are old and rotten, in general it is very scarce.
The pool is cold for some reason, pool towels must be taken from the room. The Jacuzzi is full of people. Of course, they quickly ran away from there.
The ladies at the reception of the SPA area are not particularly friendly.
The gym was pleased, there are a lot of decent gym equipment, Soviet carpet like in the rooms, but in general you can consume it.
Still, a solid three for this hotel. I won't come back again

Great rooms. And the restaurant where breakfast takes place is a bit strange. Plastered with arakal, the doors are always closed, apparently, to hide from the outside world what is happening inside. No one is fighting like that now. The staff is businesslike and not very friendly, no one smiled at me. But maybe people don't like me. As it is, the hotel is good.

Nice hotel! Spacious rooms, especially pleased with the dressing room and the spacious bathroom in the 2-room room 😁
Restaurant and breakfast for 4 people. Terrible coffee, obviously not enough dairy-free porridge, but the desserts are great!
The restaurant has a very short menu - a small selection of vegetable dishes, many items are not available.
Excellent Parking - there are always places.
BUT why do you need to call a local number to be released from the parking lot?! That's a big minus for that.
In general, a solid 4 for this hotel 🏨

Upon check-in, they did not warn that the air conditioner was turned off, the windows were locked, a bathrobe and slippers were only on request for 4* people, the sauna and hammam were very small for a huge number of people. The parking lot is 7 storeys high. Visitors of the hotel can park from the 3rd floor, but why not immediately on the seventh floor?

We were with my wife. The hotel clearly does not pull in 4 stars: there are no slippers and bathrobes, there are cups and a kettle, but no tea, the refrigerator is empty, the wallpaper is taped, there is hair in the bathroom. Athletes lived on the floors and it was a surprise to leave the room in the evening and see mountains of dirty laundry and dirty socks spread out on a bench under the door. The staff enters the room without knocking. The aquazone is more or less missing the bar. Breakfast is normal. In general, I no longer set foot in this hotel.

Great rooms, clean, spacious. But I was surprised by the lack of water and tea set in the room. After all, the hotel positions itself not as an economy. Breakfast for three ... for such a price tag, you can have a wider range.
The price includes a visit to the spa. Which includes a swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, a Finnish sauna and a hammam. Bathrobes and slippers in the room on request.
The location is good, near the park, there is a Castle shopping center nearby, with many shops and a grocery supermarket.

The hotel is great, the staff is great too. The SPA area is a bit rustic, but we were ready that there would be just a swimming pool with a small sauna and a hammam + children's pools😊 But if you don't be picky, everything is fine. And the location of the hotel near parks, river, residence is excellent. Walking to the center is a 20-minute walk, by transport - 5-10 minutes.

I have only been here at the SPA and I can confidently recommend it to visit. The receptionist at the reception was polite and friendly. Specialist Larisa is a master of her craft! The room turned out to be very pleasant, spacious, the renovation is fresh, polite girls work at the Reception desk, who tell and explain everything in detail, the lobby of the hotel is beautiful.
But!
The room was dirty, there were a lot of drops, smudges, we arrived late at night, did not investigate anything, there was even a suspicion that the linen had not been changed, perhaps this is not the case.. The next day, no one cleaned up, not even the trash was taken out. On the third day we left.
I would put 2 out of 5 for cleaning.
But I liked the hotel itself, fresh, spacious, pleasant.

A good hotel, we walked to the city center, you go from one park to another and you are in the very center. The car could be parked in a nearby parking lot, our car could be seen from the room window :). Quite a normal hotel.
We did not use the spa. As for the shopping center that's nearby, that's just the name, but there's a grocery store that has sooooo delicious own cooking (especially rolls)!

We were on a business trip, the invitees settled in. The hotel itself is very nice, and comfortable, and new. Polite staff, everything is in the rooms, ironing facilities are shared in the corridor. Normal breakfasts. It's a bit far from the center by Minsk standards, but the taxi is cheap, and the transport runs normally. Opposite is a park, beautiful Komsomol ponds, etc., which can be seen on the map. But refugees from the Middle East, who periodically appear in droves at the hotel, spoil the experience somewhat. There is no racism, they do not brawl, they do not look like homeless people (these are obviously poorly dressed non-poor people), etc. But it's still uncomfortable, considering that they were clearly not kept in quarantine for COVID, and with vaccinations, and with ALL of them, everything is not always good there...

Reception for 4+ (polite but detached girls, it feels like they are not up to you).
Rooms for 4 (in fact, everything is very good, bathroom, refrigerator, bed linen. I pumped up the folding sofa for children, I don't even know if the sofa is normal, next time I will look for two beds for them).
Cleaning for 5 (politely, quickly, they gave extra bathrobes and a towel, although they were clamped at the reception).
SPA for 5 (there were no big requirements, the children really liked it. Swimming pool, mini pools, saunas - everything is fine).
The food is for 3 (the weak point of the hotel, you need to come to the opening, otherwise there will be nothing to eat, only sausages from meat, no vegetables. Sad)

Of the advantages, parking for cars, 1 free entrance to the spa area (Jacuzzi pool, hammam and sauna)you can also take a walk, opposite the water park and the residence.
There are no good restaurants nearby, you need to drive closer to the center.
