A great hotel. Delicious breakfasts, buffet. There is a spa, but we didn't have time to go there. Our room was quite spacious (920), triple. There is a restaurant, a bar, a casino... good sound insulation in the rooms. I recommend it!!!

It's a good hotel, I really liked the room, I don't know what people are picking on there. Everything is very clean, quite quiet.
They settled in right away, although I arrived before 14.00, respect to the girls at the reception. They gave me a subscription to the spa area, but I never used it. They make great coffee in the lobby bar, I only drank it in Italy, but dinner at the restaurant is expensive and the quality of the food is poor, despite the fact that the breakfast is excellent.

A decent hotel in a convenient location in Minsk. The room(513) is large, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, there is a refrigerator/safe/TV. The windows of the room overlooked the Palace of Independence.
For those staying at the hotel, there is a multi-storey parking lot (on the side of the hotel)but you can park your car in front of the hotel. The cost of a day with breakfast and parking is 176 Belarusian rubles, which at the exchange rate is 4,500 rubles, but already Russian (approximately) Nearby, 5 minutes from the hotel, there is the Castle shopping center, where there are ATMs and currency exchange offices, Mir cards are accepted everywhere, but Mastercard and Visa do not work.

I lived in a double room. The room is cozy, blackout curtains, there is a TV, air conditioning, WiFi, mini bar, safe, kettle, shared bathroom.
Breakfast is a modest buffet. The rooms are cleaned, the cleanliness is maintained by cleaning once a day. Shampoo/shower gel is available. The price also includes a one-time visit per day to the SPA area: Jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, hammam.

We spent 5 days on the May holidays. Nice hotel. We took a two-room room, in principle not bad, but a softer sofa would not hurt. The view from the window from the 14th floor is excellent. There is a swimming pool and a sauna, but there are a lot of people, not only hotel guests go, but also with the townspeople. The location is good, near the park and the river, we rode a catamaran, walked. The accessibility of shops and restaurants is good. The breakfasts are good, the dinner at the restaurant is also quite good. There is parking at the hotel, nearby parking is covered and free for hotel guests.

I went to this pool according to the recommendations. And I was immediately disappointed by what I saw. There was a married couple with two small children who had chickenpox. And the employees don't care, they took the fee, and then whatever you want. As a result: my visit was disrupted, the mood and opinion about the visit is also negative.

About the cons:
- the room is large and comfortable, but already tired and not very clean🤷
- there is no refrigerator (a huge minus)
- bottled water according to the number of residents (replenished every day), but there are no glasses. When asked to bring glasses, the girl at the reception sent us far and for a long time. And when asked why there is no refrigerator, she said, "thank you for having a TV."🙃
- there is a nice receptionist at the spa who is not nice at all. It feels like I came to her house to take a bath🤣
- Towels! In general, a strange moment with towels. We have to go to the Spa complex with our towels, respectively, we return with wet towels. And..... there are no more towels in the room. One large towel per person. But apparently I have to say 'thank you' that the towels were changed every day!🤣
Now about the advantages;
- a decent spa. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, baths. It's warm and clean.
- excellent varied breakfasts. We liked them! Lovely girls who meet at the restaurant. And the whole restaurant staff is great👍
- good location near the hotel
- the hotel itself looks beautiful and respectable. A gorgeous lobby.✨
Despite the disadvantages, we had a great rest! Impoliteness and rudeness at every step in Belarus, you always have to be on the lookout🤣Everything is in order, but there is no service! 🤷But apparently there is something to strive for😜

The hotel's service leaves a negative negative for choosing a hotel.
1. They waited for a cot in the room for 5 hours, and were reminded several times. This is about the fact that when booking a room , it was indicated that it was necessary . The staff didn't even apologize
2. Access to the spa with towels and bathrobes from the room. We waited for more than an hour , called twice , came to the reception ourselves
To the first points, specialist Elizabeth at the reception replied, "look at how many guests there are. We are not in time"
3. There are 2 4x glasses in the room
4. There is a kettle and 2 cups (there were 4 guests, this is a family room). But, there are no tea bags
5. If you have the last floors, prepare that you will not sleep at night - there is a banquet hall on the 16th floor and everything can be heard on the 14th
6. "cherry" - when I asked the senior manager of the hotel or the manager, they told me there was no one, it was also impossible to talk on the phone.
Summary : I travel a lot on business trips , I have not seen such a service for a long time

We were in July 2924, we chose the spa for a week's rest, we got to the spa only on the first day, then the spa was closed for prevention, we were extremely surprised. Why wasn't I warned? There is also no street area where it is fashionable to drink coffee, I had to stand with cups on the street on the parapet. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The buffet is mediocre, for an additional breakfast there are places where you can have a tastier and more satisfying breakfast.

The rooms are spacious with scenic views from the windows, especially if the upper floors. I took room No. 612 on the 6th floor. A huge bed in the center of the living room. Wi-Fi. Conditioner. Lots of furniture, sockets and LED lights. A large ICE-TV with many channels. A complete set of everything you need in the bathroom is updated daily: 5 towels, gel, shampoo, soap, shower cap, and a wonderful professional hair dryer at 3 temperatures and 2 speeds. The service is at the highest level. The only drawback: I didn't find any slippers. Either they forgot to put it in, or they don't rely on it. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel restaurant, but the lobby bar is open around the clock, here any visitor can always sit in a comfortable armchair with a laptop, drink coffee or something stronger.

It is not clear why there is no bathrobe in the room and disposable slippers!? I checked in after 22 hours, a bathrobe and slippers can be taken from a maid who works until 22 hours, as a result, I was left without a bathrobe and slippers. The room was given the most terrible, for the first time in Belarus and a view of the roof of the entrance area, instead of a view of the park and the presidential palace, I asked to change, they said there were no available rooms, thank you for the hospitality and a stunning view from the window, a photo of the room and the view from it in the photo to the review…

A mediocre hotel, with unfriendly staff and a terrible SPA.
After checking in, they found that bathrobes and disposable slippers were not brought to the room, there were no hygiene kits (toothbrushes and paste) tea, coffee, sugar. After calling the accommodation service, the girl replied dryly and displeased: Right now they will bring tea and coffee for a fee in the lobby bar. And hung up the phone!
Glasses are not brought to the room, they are not given in the Lobby bar, the bartender did not even look at us, but standing with his back to us loudly said: No, we do not give!
The SPA area can be visited every day of your stay, but there is nothing to do there, the pool, Jacuzzi and sauna are ALL
A bunch of people from the street (you can buy a visit for 32 b.r.) were sitting at tables and sun loungers and drinking alcoholic beverages
HORROR, we are very unhappy with the managers, we need to do a lot of work with the staff and service!!!
