I booked a ticket from Moscow to Samara on 06/17/2021 (evening flight 17:30) the ticket price was 4200. The ticket did not arrive for a long time. I wrote to the support service and they sent me a ticket for 07/15/2021 and cost 5457. They did not respond to the claim in the chat for a long time and as a result they told me that I made a mistake myself and mixed up the dates and amounts. I do not recommend this office.

Airlines do NOT contact you for a refund or ticket replacement (if they cancelled the flight themselves!!!) motivating that you communicate with your mobile operator. You can't help yourself! I still can't calm my nerves after this gang disrupted the check-in for the Moscow-Beijing flight for me and my family. I bought tickets from them with an extra.paid check-in service for the flight. I found information on the airline's website (Air China) that registration for foreign flights begins in 36 hours. After the registration begins, I write to the Ticket Office in order to find out when they will register me and send me boarding passes. In response, I receive information that they register within 24 hours before departure. I ask them what prevents me from registering earlier. The answer is internal regulations. As a result, I received a letter from them that they could not register me with my family for technical reasons!!! What's it???? I have three children, booking tickets at the portholes was negotiated separately with the coupon. When I started to register myself, of course, all the seats at the windows were already occupied. Such is the lack of service this CupiBilet, it sucks, the money spent on the wind, a spoiled impression and nerves. I do not recommend everyone to use the services of this company.

Only after contacting the aggregator company, through which I got to Kupibilet.ru , the money was still returned (for this + 1 point), but minus various service fees - and according to the law of the Russian Federation, money for an unproven service must be returned in full. (By the way, another seller refunded all the money for tickets for the same flight on the third day after the request and in full.) Since the company has a foreign registration, it is difficult to ask them according to the laws of the Russian Federation ( Summary: I personally do not intend to deal with Kupibilet.ru and I don't advise anyone.
