Then we re-issued the application, the situation repeated itself.
After a while, they contacted Buy a ticket and we were informed that the reservation was made for the second payment, but not confirmed, since the payment had already been refunded to me and it was required to make it again for re-registration. Paid. The confirmation and the booking number came to the mail. According to this booking number, we could not find our order either on the airline's website or in the Buy a Ticket application, but (I attach a screenshot), according to the support service, everything is correct.
Upon arrival in Bangkok, we were unable to register online, went to an independent check-in desk, also failed, contacted the airline representatives and received an answer about their lack of information about our booking. We are not worried, we arrived at the airport in advance and we have two hours to contact the support service to buy a ticket and eliminate this misunderstanding. We wrote to the support service with a request to clarify the situation.
But! Then the most interesting thing began: one employee answered me (we will return with information) and ... disappeared.
Then the second employee answered me, the request was transferred to specialists (there was no talk about the timing of the response and something like that). We waited for a while and asked to update the status (registration is ending, and we believe that everything will be decided by this moment, but I don't want to jump on the plane last) and the answer was silence, then, of course, I couldn't stand it and in fact began to hysteria in the chat (and who wouldn't start?) and hurry. But they repeated again: the issue is under consideration by specialists. Which ones, then why can't you help - remained unanswered. As it turned out later, the support staff are incompetent in reservations (but my reservation was confirmed to me earlier, the screen will be attached to their message).
Then the plane flew away safely, I'm roaring, there's nothing to do - we were left waiting for an answer, writing to the chat, rushing, clarifying the timing of answers, intimidating with a claim (it's on the registration because in my opinion and in the opinion of several competent lawyers and after studying all the materials, there was a confirmation of non-provision of services from Buy a ticket), in response, standard template answers that periodically tried to misfire me. There is no information on the timing of the answer (even quite approximate).
At the moment, we have issued tickets on our own in one direction (the cost is twice as high as it was there and back) and spent more than 12 hours at the airport.
Now imagine if you don't have any additional funds? The aggregator refers to another aggregator, well, it's not even funny, we didn't go to another site and bought a ticket from Buy. They didn't even support us morally.
I had the following suggestions that were ignored:
1. We buy updated tickets and we are compensated only for their cost
2. Next, Buy a ticket without involving me, deals with its aggregator and preserves its reputation. But apparently this is not the company that values it.

I don't know the exact reason, probably this autocomplete worked like that. I entered data from my mobile phone on the kupibilet website.ru
contacted the support service, where they told me that these were my problems and that this was my browser, and canceling the order would cost minus 2779p, and correcting passenger data is even more expensive.
As a result, nerves, and minus 2779r.
Then I thought, why was I even going to pay these outbidders?
And bought tickets directly from the airline.
I advise everyone to do the same - buy tickets from airlines directly. Because if, for example, there is a need to make an adjustment, then you will have to pay both outbidders and the airline - a double fee.

P.S. also initially tried to pay with a card without a name. Apparently, their company does not know that there are such cards, so they had to transfer to another card, thereby spending their transfer limit.
