I bought Moscow-Kazan air tickets through Kupibilet and a Kazan-Moscow return ticket on the same day, additionally paying for online registration, which makes it possible to choose an approximate place in the boarding pass in advance (beginning-middle-end of the cabin and at the porthole or at the aisle) and not waste time checking in at the airport counter.
Everything went well for the ticket to Kazan. The boarding pass, as promised, came to the post office a day before departure. But for the return flight, instead of a boarding pass, I received just a text letter indicating a specific place and saying that in order to "clarify my passport data" I need to arrive at the check-in desk at the airport. No clarifications were required at the reception, I was simply given a boarding pass for another seat (not the one indicated in the letter). I.e. there was no advance registration. The place was completely inconvenient and at the reception desk in another place I was refused. They explained that there were no other places left.
There is no way to contact Kupibilet somehow. Despite the fact that they promise that their "Care Service" will solve any issues, I could not find a link to a chat with this service on their website from the phone. Apparently the mobile version of the site does not allow you to do this. There are no other contacts with anyone from the company on the site.
Be careful and attentive when purchasing tickets through this company. Do not pay for "air" and imaginary additional services. It seems that this is just one of Ostap Bender's "relatively honest way of taking money from the population".

Kupibilet lasted exactly 24 hours before registration and was informed that they could not do anything and could only refund the money for the tickets. The ticket price was 84,184, they offered to return 74,407, because I have to pay them for their work! But the work was not done, the service was not provided, the ticket that they canceled by mistake (as I think), because the Turkish airline reported that it canceled only one flight, the rest is all on the side of the ticket). In general, as a result: my new ticket from Mexico to Istanbul cost 168,000, according to the canceled ticket from the master's shoulder, the coupon may not return the full cost.
Communicate, waste time and nerves, it's all useless with this agency.
