I do not recommend this aggregator for Tickets - it is better to take them directly from the Airline. My case: we bought Tickets (23k rubles) + the service "Kupibilet.Refund" (5k rubles). Azimut Aviation Company canceled the flight 14 days before departure, we refused other proposed dates. The ticket price was promised to be refunded, and for the service "Kupibilet.Refund" - money (5k rubles) is not refunded (as stated in the Offer Agreement).

I tried to explain that I was in another part of the registration, but the guy with fear in his eyes, and looking at this witch, refused. In addition, at the time of the debit, I did not see that the amount had been changed, and I was not sent a code to confirm the transaction. After contacting the bank, they explained to me that such debits can occur if the card is linked to a service that does not support 3D Secure. However, I was not warned about this in advance during the card binding process. I consider this practice unacceptable, as it violates my rights as a consumer and also jeopardizes the security of payments. I hope that in the future such situations will be controlled more strictly, and users will be warned in advance about such conditions in order to avoid unexpected charges.

When paying for the ticket, a technical error occurred on the side of the KupiBilet service - the money was debited (135,000 rubles), but the tickets were not issued. Support told me to wait up to 30 days for a refund, they can't issue a ticket. No alternative solutions have been proposed.
