At the reception, the Russian-speaking Ahmed helped us a lot, picked up the room according to our requests, bathrobe and slippers - please, late check-out. Loves Russian chocolate) In general, the entire staff is very customer-oriented. In addition to issuing beach towels, always with a dissatisfied face ... this is one of the significant disadvantages: towels are issued from 7 to 9. I saw how the guests came at 9.01, they did not give towels ... they need to be returned before 14.00, I did not have time - tomorrow you will go with dirty ones.
They take a bus to the beach: at 9 to the beach at 13 back. There are a lot of people, they don't have time for one flight, people have to wait until the first group is taken. In principle, this was not a surprise, because we specifically chose a city hotel, not a beach hotel. They didn't use the bus, rented a car and went to different beaches.
In general, the hotel was chosen because of the gorgeous view of the lagoon ... take the high floors, it's worth it! Nearby there are places to walk, restaurants, shops. I liked the hotel, I recommend it.

It is far from the sea, the bus carries it once a day, picks it up from the hotel at 9.00 and brings it back at 13.00. On the beach, shezlogs and umbrellas are paid, for 30 dirhams each.
The breakfasts are monotonous, porridge, oatmeal, eggs., yoghurts (strawberry flavor!!!and the taste!!!mango), coffee, tea, toast, honey, jam, butter, omelet (eggs with diluted milk powder), rustic potatoes, soy sausages, legumes with red gravy. From fruits, watermelons, melons and sliced oranges.
Rooms for 3+. The hotel is more like a 3, not a 4. Water, shampoos, etc., were taken from the room cleaners themselves.
There is no territory at all. The pool is small, crows fly near the pool, drink water from the pool and shit on shezlogs, no one drives crows.
You can get to Dubai (old city) by bus from the hotel and then by metro to Dubai Mall.
You can get to the beach by taxi, 17 derham in one direction.
There are cafes nearby, for two at a cost in the area of 60-80 derham. Near McDonald's, KFS, burger king.

We are currently staying at this hotel. It cost 170,000 with breakfast for 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years old. A beautiful lagoon with a promenade and an alley of palm trees nearby. We have a view on the right side - the Ferris wheel and the UAE flag. Disadvantages of the hotel:
- long check-in. We waited for 3 hours. But at this time, you can use the pool.
- pipes leak when you use the sink;
- poor drain and shower location - after 5 minutes, the shower fills the floor to the toilet;
- poor ventilation. It feels like someone is smoking either in the room next door or on the balcony, with our balcony closed. If you turn off the ventilation in the toilet, it smells bad of dampness. - The room is to the left of the elevator - there is never any sun. No sunrises, no sunsets :(
- poor sound insulation - you can hear everything that is being said in the next room.
- they forget to bring towels after cleaning. Once, for some reason, they put fresh towels on a dirty suitcase that was lying on the floor in the hallway, and not on a shelf in the bathroom.
- toilet paper is not brought for the third day (upd. They did not bring it until the end of the rest). There was a pack of napkins in the room, which we put next to the toilet instead of paper. She was also taken away during the cleaning.
- cleaning. The bed is not changed, cups and teaspoons are not washed. Now we have already put up a do not disturb sign, because cleaning for 5 days was to make the bed, throw out the trash, pick up towels and do not put fresh ones, which you need to go to the reception.
- the TV is not working (this would not have been noticed if the child had not fallen ill and would not have had to stay in the room, so it's just a trifle)
- upd. Check-out is at 2:55. They called at 1:40 and kicked them out of the room, saying that the guide called them and said that the bus would arrive in 5 minutes. The bus arrived at 2:55 a.m. Why lie that someone called them? They asked the guide - no one called. Keep in mind and don't get fooled by this.

We had dinner 3 times - 3 times we took portions less and less, overeated, but could not overpower their huge portions. Dinner was 80-85 dirhams per family. If you are a tourist from Russia, as in my case, then this hotel has staff who at least understands Russian. Although you should not count on this, it is still Dubai and knowledge of English at least at a conversational level is mandatory here.

Other people's Wi-Fi was better, but when I found out it was too late and I didn't figure it out anymore. Since the Wi-Fi in the lobby is excellent.
The hotel itself has a good location as there is a steam train market, butterfly island, and a river nearby (which seems to have a fantasy show on weekends, but I'm not sure in the evening).
In a 15-20 minute walk there are three fairly large shopping malls, cheap souvenir shops (1-20 dirhams is called), and grocery stores.
The hotel also has a shuttle service to the sea and to the shopping center in Dubai.
There is also a swimming pool with music and a mini bar. The water is cool despite the heat and the drinks at the bar are excellent.

In general, everything is fine. Excellent location, the very center of Sharjah. Near the embankment, the market. There are delicious local cafes across the street. I advise you to go (20/25 dirhams for a huge plate). The pool is clean and warm. The staff is responsive and customer-oriented.
The rooms are not the cleanest, especially the balcony. Water in the room, tea, coffee every day. Delicious mojitos on the bar (22 dirhams for two)
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are quite similar. Once there was mashed potatoes, mostly rice, noodles. Sausages, there are fresh and steamed vegetables. Delicious cinnamon buns. From fruits papaya, watermelons, melons. Delicious hummus. The soup was once vegetable, not tasty. Porridge for breakfast is also so-so.
It was our first time, we liked it.
From February 20-24, we did not go to the beach, because there is a red flag and you can't swim anyway. But we walked to see it. Along the way, you can buy a lot of fresh fruits and smoothies. Walk for 40/45 minutes at a pace.

The rest of the hotel is 3*: too monotonous food, coffee (from a vat) and tea only for breakfast, and lunch and dinner without these drinks. But the food, unfortunately, hardly pulls for 3 hours and despite the fact that there is nothing to eat until 10.30 at 9 am, half-empty tables, only melon from fruits, even vegetables-cucumbers and tomatoes- do not always have and the taste of cooked food also leaves much to be desired, even fried eggs are underdone. Cheese happens in about a day, jams are also not always there. In general, such food spoils the impression of the hotel very much ☹

The only advantages are the presence of a sauna with a Jacuzzi and an outdoor pool and a good view from the window, if you're lucky. We had a family vacation from January 8 to January 15, 24, the food is monotonous and the choice is very meager, only an omelet saved at breakfast, for which you need to stand in line. During the whole time, the room was not cleaned properly, the floor was not touched, only the replacement of shower accessories, water and beds were made. The beds themselves are hard, the blankets are not removable, the pillows are huge. There is no sound insulation, the door does not seem to be there, everything and everyone can be heard well. Although I read about the shower in the reviews, I thought they just don't wash neatly, but no, it's true, the barrier is narrow, water easily gets on the floor to the toilet. There was no desire to go to the beach in the morning, it was cool, we took a taxi 15-17 dirhams in one direction after lunch. By the way, you can't call a Yandex taxi in Sharjah, but in Dubai without any problems, we used it. Despite all the shortcomings of the hotel, we had a good rest, visiting various excursions, but if we go again, it's definitely not this one, since there is something to compare it with (that year we were at the Ramada hotel in Ajman, an order of magnitude better, there was also a free bus to Dubai Mall every day).
