A good location is true. The rooms are renovated, but they are already a little shabby, there is a problem with the bathroom in all rooms, water is all over the floor, there is no normal partition. We are having a rest here for the second time and I will say for me another significant disadvantage is that they give only water at lunches and dinners. There are no juices, tea, coffee. Although it was half a year ago, the concept was shortened in one word. And also transfers to the beach, they repeatedly came up with complaints about the late arrival of the bus to the beach, for pick-up at the hotel. But they just shrug their shoulders. People stand in the middle of the heat for an hour waiting for a transfer. The travel agent herself is not very pretentious as a tourist, but then something got worse.

There's no drunk in the hotel, forget it! Nobody talks Russian at the hotel either (bear with it)! The TV in the room is a scrap metal box, it doesn't show anything except local channels, and the toilet is also low-level! I've been better!

Great hotel, good location (for us). About an hour's walk to the city's Al Khan beach (the beach is clean, good entrance to the sea, fine sand, sun beds and awnings for a fee). The hotel has excellent breakfasts, I recommend it. The pool has heated water, there are towels for the beach and for the pool. Nice sauna and hammam with Jacuzzi. There are two buses that take you to piyazh. Our room faced the city, it was quite noisy, the noise of the city is blocked when the doors are closed. Pleasant rooms, comfortable mattress, good bed linen. The room was cleaned daily, water 0.5/person/day. There is a market with adequate prices not far from the hotel (you can and should bargain). At the market, you can eat tasty and inexpensive (60 dirhams for both), the portions are huge. There is also a bus station nearby, from which you can get cheap to Dubai by purchasing a card. It is far from the sea, the bus carries it once a day, picks it up from the hotel at 9.00 and brings it back at 13.00. On the beach, shezlogs and umbrellas are paid, for 30 dirhams each. The breakfasts are monotonous, porridge, oatmeal, eggs., yoghurts (strawberry flavor!!!and the taste!!!mango), coffee, tea, toast, honey, jam, butter, omelet (eggs with diluted milk powder), rustic potatoes, soy sausages, legumes with red gravy. From fruits, watermelons, melons and sliced oranges. Rooms for 3+. The hotel is more like a 3, not a 4. Water, shampoos, etc., were taken from the room cleaners themselves. There is no territory at all. The pool is small, crows fly near the pool, drink water from the pool and shit on shezlogs, no one drives crows. You can get to Dubai (old city) by bus from the hotel and then by metro to Dubai Mall. You can get to the beach by taxi, 17 derham in one direction. There are cafes nearby, for two at a cost in the area of 60-80 derham. Near McDonald's, KFS, burger king. There is a construction site around the hotel.

The rooms are not super, but they are quite decent. There is a delivery to the beach. Sometimes, a bus would arrive on the 3rd and even 4th flight while there were people waiting. This is a +. A huge plus is the view of the lagoon, and, of course, the outdoor pool, for which we were here again, especially for children. Nearby there is a park, a lagoon, one of the most beautiful mosques, steam trains in 5-7 minutes walk. There is an amusement park nearby. For our family with 4 children, the downside was that there are no family rooms here, we had to settle in two rooms. The benefit of the neighboring ones, between which there was a door. The price was even cheaper than other hotels in this category. I recommend it, especially for families with young children.

We had a rest at the Holiday International Hotel at the end of December 2023. A nice hotel in a very beautiful location. There is a beautiful fountain and a swimming pool on the territory of the hotel. Next to the pool there is a separate room with a sauna and a Jacuzzi, but there are separate men's and women's days. The rooms are modern, but they are not cleaned very well. The curtains and walls in the bathroom are not very clean. The pastel linen was changed 1 time per week. The water drain in the bathroom is bad, after the shower all the water is on the floor, the partition in the shower is small, water flies all over the room. There is a free safe. The food at the hotel is varied, there are many desserts. Very beautiful promenade near the hotel, palm grove. In the evening, you can go shopping. There are sales and discounts at the end of December. Far from the beach, 2 buses are taken to the beach only in the morning - at 8.30 and 9.00, from the beach at 13 and 13.30. This, of course, is not very convenient, I would like more flights to the beach. And after lunch, to be driven. We were lucky with the weather this year, it was 26-29 degrees, the sun, the weather is super for the end of December. We had a good rest.

The rooms are as shown in the photo. The location is excellent - the bay. There are inexpensive Indian, Pakistani, Nepali cafes across the street. In the evening, you can walk to the cool laffah cafe. They take you to the beach, if you don't get on one bus, another bus is served. By taxi to the beach is inexpensive - 17 AED. The entrance to the beach is free with a hotel voucher. The beach is cool - the entrance is shallow, toilet, showers, stalls. We used the transfer to Deira (shopping center right at the metro station). Of the minuses, there is something to wipe off in the bathroom: extractor hood, tile. The floors were washed only upon request.

Wonderful hotel, fits the description. The room is clean, daily cleaning. Tea, coffee, water, and cosmetics are replenished daily. For breakfast, there are always fresh fruits, vegetables, porridges, omelets-scrambled eggs for every taste) A bus takes you to Al Khan beach, picks you up at lunch, but we left earlier by taxi because it is very hot in September. A great hotel for families with and without children. If you are a tourist from Russia, as in my case, then this hotel has staff who at least understands Russian. Although you should not count on this, it is still Dubai and knowledge of English at least at a conversational level is mandatory here. At the hotel, you can choose to stay with one-time, two-time or three-time meals. The food is delicious, there are always fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff is polite, always neat and friendly. Now let's go through the hotel itself and the rooms: The room I rented was clean, with a view of the river and the amusement park. But there was still one negative🙁 It's a terrible Wi-Fi. I don't know how it happened, but my room had terrible Wi-Fi. Other people's Wi-Fi was better, but when I found out it was too late and I didn't figure it out anymore. Since the Wi-Fi in the lobby is excellent. The hotel itself has a good location as there is a steam train market, butterfly island, and a river nearby (which seems to have a fantasy show on weekends, but I'm not sure in the evening). In a 15-20 minute walk there are three fairly large shopping malls, cheap souvenir shops (1-20 dirhams is called), and grocery stores. The hotel also has a shuttle service to the sea and to the shopping center in Dubai. There is also a swimming pool with music and a mini bar. The water is cool despite the heat and the drinks at the bar are excellent. I advise everyone!

We booked a room 1 month ago, but our room was missing upon arrival. We checked into a nearby hotel with a non-working Wi-Fi, sockets, televisions (there were 2 of them in the room), and also in a dirty and very "tired" repair.
