Great location! Right next to the waterfront. It takes about 9 minutes by taxi to the beach (sometimes a little longer).
The food is delicious, although there was a day when everything was spicy for dinner, but then it didn't happen. There was meat, fish, and vegetables. A decent dinner! You can change it for lunch.
There is a pool bar where you can buy ice cream, order food and drinks.
The rooms are comfortable, everything is there. They give you water, tea, and sugar every day.
It is necessary that someone from the staff speaks Russian, so there will be no problems

Great hotel. We had a rest in March 2023, we liked everything. Clean, cozy rooms (cleaning was done every day), polite, friendly staff (there are several people with knowledge of Russian). There were no problems with communication. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, which are included in the price. The food is delicious, varied (we took breakfast and dinner, but if necessary, you can change dinner for lunch, which is very convenient when traveling on excursions). There is a transfer to the beach. The hotel is located in a very beautiful place on the shore of the lagoon, along the embankment of which it is pleasant to walk. There is a magnificent date grove nearby. There is a market within walking distance where you can buy fresh seafood, which will be prepared for you right away. In general, the rest was wonderful and the warmest memories of the Holiday Hotel remained. We will come here again with great pleasure.

The hotel is very well located, close to a park area and a lagoon. There is also the island of Al-Nur, entrance is 35 dirhams per person. There is a free shuttle service to the beach, entrance is 10 dirhams per person. The staff is polite and attentive, the rooms are clean with fresh repairs, cleaned every day and replenished the bar with water. The tour included breakfast, delicious, no frills, but at a good level. There is also a swimming pool, spa, gym on site. I really liked the hotel, I will be happy to return to it again.

The room seems to be newly renovated, but all plumbing leaks, there is always water on the floor in the toilet, dirt on the walls. The breakfast is modest, but you will not stay hungry.

We stayed at the hotel from 04/08/24 for two weeks. The hotel has a very poorly organized transfer to the beach! There are constant queues, everyone is pushing, climbing out of line, in order to leave, the queue must take 40 minutes before departure, since the bus is very small and accommodates only half of those who wish. There is an alternative by taxi for 400 rubles one way. We "tried" the transfer for a couple of days, and decided to take a taxi so as not to spoil our vacation with this nightmare! The hotel has a very poor breakfast, only an omelette and boiled eggs and watermelon are edible) tomatoes and melon are constantly green, paper sausages. I have been to many countries, the hotel does not correspond to 4 stars! After the flooding on April 17, the pool was closed for 3 days, there was no transfer to the beach and Dubai for several days, there was no way out of the hotel, everything was flooded, they were not in a hurry to pump out the water. They were able to leave the hotel only two days later, they found a way around. And so everyone walked above the ankles on the water, with the smell of sewage. There is no organization, even if they put up a bridge! People have been sitting on sun beds by the non-working pool for 2 days, they can't leave the hotel! As in the conclusion!It turned out to be a good vacation! I do not recommend the hotel!

I really liked the hotel, the room has everything you need, including an iron and ironing board, there are markets and shops not far from the hotel, there is also a park and a promenade. There was no information anywhere about whether it was possible to smoke in the hotel or not, but it turned out that it was possible on the balcony, which was very important specifically for me... One small thing, BUT I had a rest in early July there is about +45 for me, it's too much, condors save, there are buses to the beach at 9:00 arrives at 13:30, but I was already on the beach at 6 am in the afternoon it is impossible for me, the temperature of the Persian Gulf is +33. I liked the hotel. The room is large, two wide beds, a table with armchairs. The kettle, coffee, cream, water are all replenished. We have a balcony overlooking the lagoon and the pool, it was so nice to sit there in the morning. Yes, the minus is the bathroom. The water pours after the shower.we sometimes went to the beach by bus, more often by taxi. After reading the reviews, I knew what to be ready for.
1. Check-in. We arrived at 9 a.m., we were issued immediately, they said the meeting was at 14, but in the end they settled us at 12.
2. A room with a view of the lagoon, but what I didn't want most of all, I got - an adjacent door to another room. I went to the reception and asked for a room change. The arrogant receptionist began to assure that no one would live in the next room, and our room would be quiet. My stupid guide from Anex was standing next to me - by the way, I don't recommend it to anyone - I bred it from the Turkish market. And the guide also assured that there would be no check-in in the next room. As a result, the neighbors turned out to be Arabs who were listening loudly to the TV and smoking on the balcony, which caused all the smoke to come towards us. With the scandal, on the second day I still knocked out another number, which turned out to be many times better.
3. The cleanliness of the first room was questionable, the mugs had to be washed, there were stains from other people's fingers on the cabinet. In the second room, everything turned out to be clean.
4. In the first room there were not even glasses for toothbrushes, I had to improvise.
5. Drain the bathroom. That's horrible. How could it be so stupid to design and build. Yes, every shower turns into a flood.
6. I feel terribly sorry for the cleaners, who have to suffer from this consequence of the bathroom every day.
7. The pool is super.
8. Breakfasts are scarce. Even hotels in the Leningrad region bypass, it would seem, the UAE in breakfast. On the 4th day, I was already sick of this food. Nothing has changed in a week, except that the pancakes have disappeared.
9. I didn't take lunches and dinners, we went next door to a restaurant with an excellent Swedish area.
10. The gym doesn't work - it's a fiasco.
11. There are a lot of seals in the pool area. Therefore, always take a few sausages with you from breakfast- the seals will be happy.
Will I come back here? If the price is very low and there are no alternatives. Purposefully, no.

I had a rest in this hotel on the tour from Anex from April 15 to 23. I really liked the hotel - it turns out that it was opened literally by Dima after renovation - everything is new, neat and clean. My meals were half-board - varied both at breakfast and at dinner (this is purely my opinion). There is a palm grove near the hotel - you can walk there, however, there are a lot of visiting workers from other countries who look at you as a Martian, not a particularly pleasant feeling ((
The hotel has a swimming pool with sun loungers, after lunch you can lie there, as the transfer to the beach is only in the morning.
In the evening, it's nice to sit with a cup of tea in the lounge area by the pool. The hotel left a pleasant impression. The staff is attentive and friendly)

I can recommend this hotel. Of course, it is not on line 1, but buses to Al Khan beach (10 min) in the morning there and from 13:00 back to the hotel. In addition, there is always a line of taxis (15 dirhams to the beach, also back). The most pleasant thing about this hotel is a 5-star view of the lagoon, if you are lucky or you are strongly, but kindly, ask to be accommodated on this side of the hotel (attention, an additional fee will be required, but not much). It's quiet there (a slight hum of cars from the road on the opposite side of the lagoon 1.5 km away from you). It doesn't tire you out. And what sunsets are visible from there! We took full board. Everything is edible. Of course, there were not many delicacies in the food, but everything was sound, satisfying and delicious. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, there is also a steam room and a Jacuzzi (by appointment, women and men separately). The Dubai Mall is 45-50 minutes away, depending on traffic (longer in the evening). You can save money on excursions to Miracle Garden and Global Village (great places to spend time after lunch). They are offered for $ 70/person. There were three of us and we just bought tickets there via the Internet (about 100 dirhams per person to one and another place) and took a taxi for 100 dirhams to the Garden.
