I really like this hotel. This is the third time I've been vacationing in it in different years, always in February. It's not hot, it's only +25, the sea is +20. The hotel is located in a picturesque location, near the embankment of the most beautiful lagoon and the city park. Also, the Gold Suok Gold Market is 5 minutes away. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, good mattresses, pillows and snow-white linen. There is a mini fridge, tea making facilities, two bottles of water every day. The bathroom has a modern hosepipe shower, which is very convenient. Small cosmetic bottles for the shower. There is a safe, white slippers, a large mirror, and a balcony! With a magnificent view of the lagoon and the skyscrapers of Sharjah. Free buses run daily from the hotel to the second-hand beach and Deira shopping center, next to the metro station of the same name. There are good breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There is a private pool. Excellent WiFi. The reception has excellent service. The rooms are very clean. Everything is fine, I like it!

The rooms are modern and the rooms are comfortable. It is located a little far from the beach, it is a long walk. Either transfer from the hotel from 9-13, or by taxi for 15AED. There are no mega malls nearby, the transfer from the hotel is only to Daira City Mall. There are few shops we know there, you can see the list on the shopping center's website. By taxi near the Sahara Mall, 15-20 AED one way or Al Zaria Mall 30-40 AED one way. The average distance to the Dubai Mall is 130 AED. Food - get ready for Indian pickles. It is not very tasty and there is little choice. The service is good, the staff is polite. Cleanliness is 4/5. A joke with towels: they give towels to the beach only from 7 to 9. If you got up later or stayed late for breakfast, you are not allowed a towel for the beach. Stay at the hotel. A pool towel is provided during the day, but it is forbidden to take it outside the hotel. Strange rules, it is not clear why they were invented. In general, it's good, the beach is clean, it's worth going there.

A wonderful hotel! The staff is very polite, some try to speak Russian. The check-in was quick. There is a swimming pool on site, suitable for both adults and children (a lifeguard watches all day). Three meals a day, but we only had breakfast. The buffet is very tasty, especially the toasts, pastries, juices and mini sausages (chicken/beef). The room is cleaned efficiently, the bed and towels are changed if asked. Shampoos, shower gels, soap, tea, coffee, and sugar are also left every time. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach and to Dubai A wonderful vacation🥰

On the second day, the neighbor began to have allergic bites on her body, for a couple of days they wondered what it was, did not even think about bedbugs and bad about the hotel, but the bites kept appearing. Then the second one began to manifest itself And it turned out to be them-BEDBUGS. They found traces of blood on the bed. We immediately went to the reception... we were confirmed that this is possible.. The extras were moved to another room during the night, but there were no guarantees that they were not in this room. In general, two neighbors suffered from bites all the rest, left with terrible marks on their bodies. Which all the rest just grew That's the kind of sadness… If it wasn't for this moment, everything would be great I'm attaching photos

We returned from this hotel a couple of days ago. We had a family vacation. I really liked the hotel. It is located in a great location next to the embankment, you can always take a walk in the evening. The food was very good: tea, coffee, juices in unlimited quantities. The staff is polite and friendly. Of the disadvantages, I want to mention only the transfer to the sea and to the Dealer's shopping center. There are a lot of people going to the sea, we had to wait for the bus for 30 minutes. The schedule to the shopping center is inconvenient, departure there at 10 a.m. and only on Fridays departure at 16.00. In general, the hotel is very good, we would return here 2 times!

We stayed from 23.04 to 30.04. Very decent hotel. Nice urban-type apartment. The pool is on the ground. Meals were taken for breakfast and dinner. Everything was fresh and delicious. Transfer to the beach in the morning, pick up at 13h. There were a lot of people, but they all fit. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend.

Good location of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean with a nice interior. The staff is polite. The food is not spicy. The room is cleaned daily. A bus takes you to the beach at 9.00 a.m. It takes everyone who wants to. But it only picks up at 13.00. I would like it to pick up early, at least at 12.00. Otherwise, the sun is very scorching after 11.30. We were burned (not very pleasantly). We also went to the Deira City shopping center by appointment. The hotel grounds are clean. There is an embankment and a park nearby. It's very beautiful.

We had a rest during spring break, only 5 days. it was the end of March, the weather was great, the sea was warm. I really liked the hotel and the location. We paid extra to have 3 meals a day., the food was delicious. there is a shop next to the hotel opposite, we went there to buy water in cans and various fruits, juices. The guys from Samara worked in the store -they took excursions from them. We visited the Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa Tower, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque and the Ferrari Museum. I am absolutely delighted with the excursions, at a price 2 times cheaper than at the hotel, the guide is Russian-speaking. I really hope to visit here again)))

We had a vacation with my husband in February. We arrived at 9 a.m., and by 11 a.m. we were already in our room, thanks to the Alyonka chocolate bar. The room is great with a view of the city and the fountain. Large bed, fridge, kettle, safe. They cleaned it up every day, replenished it with tea, coffee, and water. The territory is clean, well maintained, beautiful swimming pool and sauna. Daily transfer to the beach. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't leave hungry. I would like to note that it was my husband's birthday, he was congratulated at the reception and presented with a cake. It was a pleasure.

There was a transfer in Sharjah, we decided to spend the night at the hotel. Close to the airport, the price-quality ratio is super. We upgraded the room for free. The hotel is tired, but clean. For your own money and for the purpose of spending the night to relax before the next flight - great!

Overall, the hotel is not bad, solid 4 stars. The only thing that could be placed in the rooms earlier. At an early check-in, and I arrived at 6 a.m., they settled in as expected after 14.00, even closer to 15.00 hours. They didn't feed me breakfast either!(the hotel has very strict rules, it is supposed to be at 14.00, so it will be. Although in Sharjah in other similar hotels, they always go to a meeting. The location of the hotel is very good, everything is nearby. Park, embankment, gold market, food market, shops, public transport. In general, it is clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, although there is a certain smell in the rooms, especially when the air conditioner is on. I liked everything very much, as most vacationers write, the room stock is new, the dining room is without complaints. There were different beaches, the one that Al Khan was taken to liked more than in Dubai Marina, ajaman and a couple more places. I liked Al Mamzar the most, but a taxi there costs 60 dirhams. Lunches and dinners were in different places from unsightly and good, everywhere high-quality tasty and large portions. On average, a good place is about 45 dirhams (lunch or dinner)for two people. The most expensive meal was about 160 dirhams for two in a potbelly at the Burj Khalifa. The water park that is visible from the window, at first glance it seems that it is not working, in fact it works and is not bad, there were very few people on Saturday, all the slides were held the first time without queues. It was interesting for a 14-year-old child. The entrance is 175 dirhams with a tourist discount, they do it right at the box office.

The only drinks are tea/coffee, orange/apple juice and water. Only for breakfast! Only WATER for lunch and dinner. The food is edible, but scanty and peppery. They say there are so many places in the UAE with drinks, but this is our first time here and it's a big nuisance for us, I order all inclusive. The receptionist said to tell us the room number and they would give us juices, but it looks like begging. There are 2 restaurants, a lobby cafe and a pool bar on site. In fact, only one main restaurant is open, the pool bar has been open for 3 days for 1 day and on this day it turned out to take juice. There are price tags for everything in the lobby bar. Once I managed to get one free tea bag. The next time they told us it was for a fee So where all inclusive is here is not clear. Naturally soft. No alcohol. I would give it 3 stars, but because of the friendly staff, I can't.

We returned from a vacation from this hotel yesterday. I liked the hotel. The location is very good. Everything is nearby, shops, market. We took breakfast. We read the reviews about them and decided to get to know the country with them. We recommend this travel agency! Very good organization, even water was distributed to everyone on the bus, it was very hot. But there is a big disadvantage in the hotel. This is a transfer to the beach and back. This is the first time we've encountered this. The buses are small, but there are sooo many people who want to buy. Waiting for the bus for tourists, for some reason, took place under the bright sun, without any shade. And how people boarded the bus is a different story. You could have just joined the queue, but no! They push just to get in, regardless of the children,! I don't want to blame the tourists, this is a bad transfer arrangement by the hotel! This is a big disadvantage for the reputation of this hotel. The situation is even worse, as people are already being delivered from the beach,! There, in general, it was necessary to jump on the bus, no one wanted to stay under the scorching sun and wait for the next bus. There is also no canopy to hide under. The second disadvantage is the cleaning of the room, they didn't clean every day, they took away towels, and forgot to bring clean ones. It happened three times. Please kindly ask the hotel administration to consider the transfer arrangements.

In the UAE for the fourth time. We have been to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman. This hotel is the worst.
