It is located in the city center. A decent breakfast. There is an exchange office in the lobby. The elevators work well, even with heavy loads.

I have been staying at this hotel for several years. He calmly endured the earthquake of 2024. Thanks to the Soviet engineers and designers. I am a little tired of many years of constant repairs on some floors of the hotel, which makes me periodically encounter workers in dusty clothes in the elevator.

Очень дорого и все довольно старое и нерабочее. Почти 200 долларов сутки за номер, где не работают краны с водой, пробка в ванне и кнопки смыва на унитазе, не нажимаются и выстреливают на пол. Даже в 2-3 звездочных отелях такое не встречал.
Так же отсутствует звукоизоляция, 24-й этаж а снизу грохочет дискотека до утра как будто за стеной. Выспаться за 2 дня абсолютно не смог!
Единственное что порадовало это вид на горы.
Ну и не понял с туристическим сбором 5% почти 9000тг хотя с июля принято максимум 1700тг.

Общее впечатление хорошее, в отличие от сетевиков, это гостиница с местным колоритом. Номера разные, мы жили в улучшенном, но стандартные номера - с вопросиками, у подруги был номер без ремонта. Мы просили номер с 2-мя кроватями, но нам дали одну большую, предложив переехать на следующий день в номер с раздельными. В целом, это не испортило впечатления. Есть весомые плюсы - вид из номеров на горы, отличный ресторан, бар и караоке на 26-м этаже, где приветливый персонал и очень вкусное меню. Если вы любите вино, шампанское, то в ресторане оно есть, но в рум сервисе его не оказалось. Завтрак очень разнообразный шведский стол, но в выходные лучше не приходить в 10:30, в популярный час практически нет свободных столов… Расположение хорошее, рядом фуникулер, рестораны и магазины. Честные 4 звезды.

He lived here back in 2016. It is clean enough, cozy, good breakfasts, average room rate. Excellent location, near the Kok-Tobe ski lift. If I'm in Almaty next time, I'll stay here!

Прекрасная гостиница и персонал. Хоть она и 1977 года, но сделан современный ремонт. Номера чистые, все на 10/10.
Один недостаток , это шумоизоляция. Снизу есть клуб, если он работает то слышат все. Жили на 21 этаже, не было сна , пока он не закрылся. А это почти всю ночь.

Гостиница видна из многих мест города. Особенно красиво здание вечером. Сверху, как будто золотая корона на здании. Рядом с гостиницей парк, фонтаны. Отличное место

Отличное месторасположение. Жили на 20м этаже - прекрасный вид из окон. Разнообразные завтраки. Приветливый персонал. Всё чисто и аккуратно.
Номера видно, что уже не новые, но впечатления от прибывания не портят.

A big hotel. The breakfasts are average. The norm is "killed", there are after repairs. The staff is super. One of the advantages is the view. It's not worth the money, but this is my purely personal opinion. It's fine for one or two nights.

The Bar Fly restaurant on the 26th floor is a great place to dine in a romantic setting with a wonderful view of the city. I recommend. I liked the rooms too. The only thing was uncomfortable pillows for sleeping, and it is advisable to add a second blanket to the double room. And so a very good hotel on various points. A good breakfast. I liked.

Очень хорошая гостиница. Говорят, что построена с учётом всех требований сейсмобезопасности. Из минусов мало место в ванной и для одежды в номере. На завтраке найти место - квест. Всего 20 столов на 25 этажную гостиницу. В остальном все на высоком уровне. Я бы рекомендовал эту гостиницу для проживания.

One of the best hotels in the real capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was built under the USSR with steel cables stretched inside, which have nothing to do even with a powerful earthquake. It was 3-4 points at night and I almost didn't feel it. A high-floor restock offers stunning views of the city. The room had a mountain view, for which you could pay extra, but got it for free.

Расположение - супер, Персонал - приветливый, готовы помочь, подсказать, позитивные .Номер -чистый , большой и комфортный.
Но утром , в 5 часов приходило солнце, а вот шторы на огромном окне совсем не блэкаут..
В гостинице нет фитнеса и сауны , бассейна, завтраки -не вкусные, заказ яичницы- просто квест!! лифты работают очень странно, на некоторых написано ТОЛЬКО ДЛЯ ПЕРСОНАЛА, но они приезжают по вызову и только на них можно уехать,,, странная система, WIFI - отличный, принимают карточки МИР
