I've gone to heaven!!! It's my first time in Egypt and my first time in this hotel, and it's just incredible. There is an incredibly beautiful territory, and an insanely delicious buffet, and insanely Pleasant staff. And what else captivated me was the animation. The program is very pleasant and the animators are very friendly, funny, uplifting and conduct amazing activities such as zumba, water aerobics, stretching, volleyball, a lot of interesting things. Especially the animator Max is very friendly, does an amazing job, and gives a good mood. And the evening shows are also very effective, I really enjoyed the dance show 1000 and 1 night!! Gorgeous beautiful dancers and dancing. And cleaning room is perfect. All perfect. Thank you so much about with paradise!

The hotel is wonderful for 4 stars! We were in early September Positive: + There is a lot of food, there is a lot to choose from + the sea is clean, there are not very many people + activities + empty pools, it is difficult to swim quietly together + cleaning every day + close to the airport and the city + wonderful beach Minuses - terrible clerks in the on-site shops, you shouldn't even get involved. - no slippers/bathrobe - the floor is not always cleaned - cocktails in free bars are very strange - for the first time we faced an additional payment for cocktails in glass glasses)) Important and strange in my opinion Initially, we were put in a room with a door in the wall to the next room! The door is inside, everything is very audible right up to when the neighbor put on his slippers. And it's scary, to be honest. They asked me to change it. They gave me a room without a door, but with separate beds... It turned out that king size beds are only available in rooms with a door to the next room. If you want without a door, there will be 2 separate beds. (The cleaner can move the beds and put a large mattress pad on them) In the end, we chose the second option)) I am attaching a photo of the door :))

I stayed at the Mercure Hurghada Hotel for a couple of weeks. Overall, I had a good impression, although there were some minor drawbacks. The main advantage is the location. The hotel is located right on the shore, the sea is nearby, the beach is clean, the entrance is gentle. You can swim in peace, snorkeling is not bad, the water is clear. The territory is well maintained, lots of greenery, several pools — you can always find a quiet corner. The staff is mostly friendly, they try to help, especially the guys from the restaurant and the animators. The atmosphere is light, without pathos, but with a relaxed mood. Now about what spoiled the impression. The rooms clearly need updating — the furniture is old, the paint is peeling in some places, and the plumbing is tired. It's not critical, but it's clear that the repairs were done a long time ago. The Internet is weak, it catches mainly in the lobby, and it often disappears in the rooms. The food is average: you won't stay hungry, but the menu is monotonous, the drinks from all inclusive are simple, without frills. If you are looking for luxury and complete silence, this is not the option. It is quite active here: music by the pool, evening shows, children's animation. But if you just want a warm sea, sun, normal food and without too much fuss, it's a worthwhile option. In general, the hotel left a feeling of a good "four-day" vacation. It's not perfect, but honestly, it's great for your money.

The best hotel I've ever been to in Egypt. Friendly staff, attention and care at every step. The territory is beautiful, green, lots of flowers. One unexpected bonus: a family number instead of the standard Wi-Fi number. A huge comfortable bed, a huge bathroom with a large shower and a large balcony. Everything is clean, white linen, bathrobes and slippers were brought upon request. The animators are great, darts, stretching, all kinds of aerobics, in the evening after the children's disco show program. The restaurant is delicious, the waiters try their best, the chef is constantly in the hall, communicating with the guests. Sea... Clean, beautiful. There are not many fish, but there are. The tides are there, but not too noticeable. There is windsurfing on the left side of the beach, due to this, the water area for swimmers is limited, but not critical. But it's very fun to watch the "sails". The approach is sandy, coral slippers are not needed. There is a stable for 15 horses on site. Even if you don't know how to drive, you can always come to feed them or just look at them. The horses are clean, well-groomed, and calm. I definitely recommend the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel with my husband in September 2025. We arrived early in the morning. The guest card was filled out at the reception. After that, we were invited to sit in the lobby. They didn't explain anything further. I myself later found out from the receptionist that at 10:00 we would be given bracelets and we would be able to have a snack at the AZUR bar (coffee, tea, cookies), and we would be checked in only at 14:00. (No early check-in and a normal breakfast.) We had coffee, changed our clothes and went to the beach. So do not waste time and also go to the sea or to the pool. The hotel has its own large territory. Several 3-storey houses with rooms, 3 swimming pools, several bars, the main restaurant and 2 a la carte restaurants: Italian and oriental. Each one can be visited once for free. But keep in mind that alcohol is in them for a fee. I really liked the oriental cuisine restaurant: several types of meat, served on hot coals, everything is very tasty and satisfying))) I was not impressed with the Italian ((( They make very tasty pizza at the pool bar from 12:00. There are also burgers, hot dogs, French fries, soft drinks and beer. The main restaurant serves delicious and varied food.👍Nice beach. There are small coral reefs, many different fish. We even saw a stingray. We were checked into a room on the 1st floor. The room is large, with a balcony. There is a refrigerator, TV, kettle. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. During the day you can play volleyball, football, darts, table tennis. There are also animation guys who do water aerobics and stretching. In the evening, various performances and contests. We really liked the hotel! I recommend it to everyone.

Pizza, French fries and a variety of rolls with fillings are served at the main pool bar from 12 o'clock. The concept of bracelets is not entirely clear, they are worn from 10 o'clock. It is also not clear why alcoholic drinks start at 11 a.m. The animation leaves a lot to be desired, and that's not just my opinion. The rooms are standard, daily and high-quality cleaning. But the main thing is the ideal location, its own reef with a variety of fish, rays and small moray eels.

Upon arrival at the reception , I voiced my wishes for the room , but I still came to celebrate the anniversary . 😁 The room was given to a family , with a large terrace , a bed and a view of the sea . 🌊 ( without extra charges ) just the royal chambers for me ) The food is quite varied, the hotel is very full, so it's better to come either to the beginning or to the end of the meal. Entering the sea on the soft sand is perfect! There would be enough sun beds if the vacationers did not get impudent and did not occupy them early, but would probably come at closing time) at the moment I am on the beach (the third hour as) and I observe the sun beds occupied by towels without people. We liked the hotel and had a great rest! we reviewed all the reviews, followed the publications on banned networks - we chose this hotel and did not regret it! The price/quality ratio is top! we had a rest at the very beginning of April - it was hot, but windy, the sea was cool, about 22 degrees, probably. The wind adds thrills, this must be taken into account)). but we swam every day- the beach, going into the sea, the water is a fairy tale!!! It's a small reef, but there's a lot to see, we swam with masks every day (you can't compare with the reefs in charm, but it's still great here, especially with children) The Red Sea is about fish, I don't see the point in hotels without reefs.. We can, of course, sail by ship, but during our vacation the sea was closed for walks because of the wind. So it's great that the hotel has its own reef) in general, the hotel corresponds to the comments of vacationers- although not new, it is very beautiful, the territory and houses, flowers, trees. the beach and the sea are a delight for the eyes! It's very spacious, no one bothers each other, it's a real buzz. There are queues at restaurants or on the beach for food, but they quickly resolve. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, but the ones closest to the sea are dismantled early in the morning;) The pool is warm, I haven't seen many people in it at the same time, but you need to take sun beds in the morning, you won't find any free ones after 10 a.m.) As for the food, it was delicious for me personally, but I need to know what to eat;) they perfectly cook beef with gravy, rice, stewed vegetables...I love all this and I am ready to eat it every day. it will seem monotonous to some. falafel for breakfast, hummus.... mmm))baking, unfortunately, is just top :) the coffee is so-so, it's instant in vending machines, but you can drink it))) beer and wine are normal, but we don't drink much either. fresh vegetables and fruits, delicious melon. The burgers, fries, and pizza on the beach are pretty good. There were no stomach problems after the canteen and cafe on the beach, however, after the alyakart restaurants, there were, although it was really nice and delicious from the beginning. The staff and animation are excellent, on the one hand unobtrusive, on the other - there is always something to do. The animators are professional dancers! In general, a recommendation!

A great beach with a sandy entrance and a clear sea with small islands of reefs where there are many different fish. Well-maintained territory. A great family hotel. We had a rest with .07.10 to 16.10, 2025, we were very satisfied. The food was excellent, varied, lots of fruits, sweets, the child was full and satisfied. The service is good, the staff is attentive. During the day, you can always have a snack at the bar, and there are always plenty of drinks to choose from. We arrived at night, waited for 30-40 minutes to check in, and were given a room on the 5th floor. We were not fed, there was only water in the room.The view from the window is cool, the food is delicious, but on the 4th day the child started having diarrhea. They are not allowed into the nursery with a 1-year-old child, there is nothing else to occupy the baby there, the outdoor areas are very hot. Children's animation is the same every day, and it's not clear what territory it takes place in, you're always looking for it.She's not very mature either. And apparently the locals were relaxing there, they ate on deck chairs, their children brought them food from the restaurant and always left the shit behind. The sea and the beach. The hotel is old, the rooms are in poor condition, cleaned before check-in purely for show. The houses are three-storeyed, there are several rooms on the tenth floor, it is quite comfortable. The audibility between the rooms is normal. The door is on the card, it works every other time. Two bottles of 0.6 liters of water are brought to the room in the morning (but they may not bring it), they can bring it into the room or put it at the door or hammer it in general. Cleaning every day (they forgot to clean our place once) - they wash the floors and change towels (if you throw them on the floor) , the furniture is old, everything creaks, but everything is functioning. There is a balcony with exactly 2 plastic chairs and a table for an ashtray. You can dry your clothes either on these chairs or on a fishing line in the shower stall. There are lumps of dust on all the ducts. The air conditioner is manually adjusted at the entrance door. It does not work adequately in all rooms. About a third of the guests are Russian speakers, but only 1 person at the reception understands Russian. In both restaurants, they don't understand Russian. They don't understand Russian in the laundry. Check-in starts at 14.00. We arrived at 6 :00. None of the staff told or explained where to change clothes, store luggage, pour water or coffee (all this can be done before check-in, as we realized later) We offered early check-in (from 8.00 to 10.00) $ 40 one-time + $15 daily (there were no rooms of our level with early check-in) Bracelets (with which you can already walk to the dining room) are given out from 10.00. Breakfast ends at 10.00 sharp. It is best to choose flights arriving after 12.00 pm. The main dining room includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a lot of food, different, delicious. But there is a caveat: everything was fine for the first two days, but apparently a lot of people moved into the hotel, there were not enough tables for everyone, the staff organized a queue at the entrance - one left, one entered. There is free locally produced alcohol, which is disgusting and not tasty, as well as local free cocktails. You can swim in the pools or the sea from 8.00 am until sunset. There is a playground, but I would not send my children there - they are all shaky and very tired. Free fitness room, they never got to it. The sun beds by the pools are good. By the sea, they're broken The entrance to the sea is sandy, and there are corals with fish in the distance. Lifeguards are on duty at the pools and on the beach during working hours. Two alyakard restaurants. Both are not delicious. Every evening, the music and entertainment program are of mediocre quality They say there are animators, and we've even seen them a couple of times, but they don't attract a lot of people. There are bars and pools on the beach - water, soda, juices, coffee for free - alcohol for a fee. There is a stable and camels on site. If the wind is blowing from the direction of the stable, well, you understand ... WiFi at the reception and in one of the bars, well, and nearby them (they said that the signal reached the nearest houses) There is a private taxi. The prices are adequate, they understand Russian, they take you where you need to go, they take you back after the right time. Right from the reception desk. Other taxi drivers are not allowed on the territory - it will take 10 minutes to walk from the gate. There are a lot of shops and a pharmacy on the territory, they sell SIM cards. It is better to get a SIM card through a guide. Prices are high in all stores, but you need to bargain everywhere (in one of the stores, the price of sunglasses was lowered by 2 times, and I think this is not the limit, in the store next to the hotel, prices are even lower and get better)

The territory of the hotel is beautiful, well-groomed, there are no unnecessary thickets, everything is neat and aesthetically pleasing. Rooms: the furniture is not new, but there is everything you need, everything is functioning, large balconies. About the rooms and the hotel in general: very clean. The sea is gorgeous, the beach is large and clean, soft sand, we walked barefoot both on the beach and in the sea, the approach is very good, not a single pebble, it does not take long to go to a normal depth. There are few fish in the sea, but there is, there is a small reef, for those who have nothing to compare it with, it will be quite enough. The pools are of sufficient size and depth, there is a bar near each pool, and lifeguards are on duty near both pools and the sea. The bartenders were nice and friendly, and the drinks were brought directly to the sun beds. The majority of the vacationers are Europeans-Germans, French, Russians and Belarusians are also enough. We didn't notice that someone was treated better, someone was treated worse, the staff was very friendly and unobtrusive with everyone. Regarding the obsession: even on the beach, no one bothered with excursions and massages, they asked once, they didn't come up anymore. I don't know if this is a minus or a plus, there is no strong alcohol and cocktails in the main restaurant, only beer and wine. The wine is surprisingly good. Now about the cons: The first impression of the hotel was immediately spoiled by the reception staff, who openly extorted money for checking into rooms next to each other, because the four of them were relaxing (2+2). Moreover, they offered money to move in a little earlier, but they were refused. We checked in at exactly 14.00, still nearby, but after a conversation in raised tones, we did not give the money in principle. Bartenders at the beach bar: To say that they are boors is very mild. After a couple of times they threw glasses of beer on the bar so that beer splashed, they simply stopped using this bar so as not to spoil their rest. Upon departure, they were announced to the manager, who confirmed that they had been complained about repeatedly. Overall, I really liked the hotel, we can safely recommend it.

My friends and I decided to celebrate the New Year 2025 not at home, but to go somewhere warm, sea, sun, sand. We chose the Egypt MERCURE HURGADA 4* hotel and did not regret our choice for a minute. This hotel is located 12 km from the airport. We got to the hotel quickly in 15 minutes. At the hotel, we immediately plunged into a cozy, comfortable atmosphere, away from the noisy streets. We were greeted at the reception by hospitable staff who quickly accepted us and gave us the keys. We were moved to the third floor (almost the roof), but it's even good. The room is bright and spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. The territory of the hotel is impressive. In addition to small cozy sleeping buildings, there are many green lawns, flowering shrubs, and various palm trees. Every day there is a new entertainment program for both children and adults. Those who do not like to go to bed early have the opportunity to go to a disco, which takes place in a separate room and does not interfere with other vacationers. The breakfasts were standard, everyone chose according to their taste and color, lots of pastries, sweets. The waiters are attentive, friendly, they serve beer, wine (white, pink, red). We would like to mention the New Year's festive table separately. The evening started with a large assortment of cocktails: blue, white, red, orange). The drinks were in beautiful glasses, as well as beautifully carved melons and coconuts. Everyone who celebrated the New Year had a pleasant surprise: a gift bag with attributes for celebrating and creating a mood. We enjoyed the large amount of seafood and strawberries on the New Year's table. The AZUR bar makes delicious cocktails, makes Turkish coffee, but it costs $2 for a fee, and pleasant music is played. Vacationers gather here in the evenings to listen to live music and play board games. There are two more restaurants serving Italian and Oriental cuisine on site. As always, everything is on top and the organization is even better than through hydra. On all excursions we had an individual transfer, they gave me a birthday cake and turned on a Russian song happy birthday!!! I was howling with delight! Thank you - 1sttouroperator very much. We also ordered a taxi through them, the hotel is far from civilization. I will definitely return to the hotel for gorgeous sunrises! The only comment to the hotel ... no way to congratulate on a birthday, we had a company of 8 people, during the vacation there were 3 others, no one was congratulated either in the room or in the restaurant, this is of course the first time in Egypt)!

The actions of people who constantly move these types of barriers as the sun moves and demand to move away from their place are incomprehensible. When people leave the beach, they leave towels on the sun beds, as if they are busy, and as a result you walk along the beach, looking for empty seats. We contacted the reception about this issue, but did not receive an answer. Another strange thing is that there are no paper napkins in the restaurant, they talked about this problem, explained it with ecology, but I did not understand what ecology had to do with it. Unfortunately, I want to point out the unfriendliness of some of the staff, namely, the bartender on the beach, instead of taking turns serving me, he serves the person behind me. And it happened more than once. So that the review does not turn out to be only negative, I will note the excellent location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the kindness of the cleaning staff in the rooms and the work of the waiter Ahmed.

We had a rest here in August 2025, and really enjoyed it. A cozy hotel, 12 small buildings, clean and well-maintained territory, lots of greenery. Location right on the shore of the Red Sea, its own beach equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, toilets. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is shallow. There are also 5 swimming pools on the territory, the central one where the animation program takes place, 2 deep ones for swimming and 2 for small children. The hotel has three restaurants, a central buffet, a la carte restaurants of Italian and Oriental cuisine, visited all three, were satisfied. There are bars on the beach and by the pools. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, they speak Russian well enough, there will be no problems with the language barrier. There are many different shops, it is possible and even necessary to bargain, this is the favorite entertainment of the Egyptians :). If you need a calm, measured rest, I recommend it!

We really liked the MERCURE. We have just arrived and have been staying at this hotel since June 4, 2025. Convenient location: close to the airport, convenient to drive to all excursions. And the alcohol is not diluted. Ice cream at the beach bar, snacks at the bars (French fries, pizzas, burgers). Cool atmosphere: evening animation (dancing, fireshow, on glass, on needles, oriental dancing, acrobatic show, Miss Hotel....) and during the day there is always something to do - we went to gymnastics, yoga, foam party, volleyball. There were plenty of vacationers at the hotel: everything was distributed between three pools and the beach. By the way, good access to the sea and its own reef. We swam and watched the fish.

If you don't express your dissatisfaction, then you will continue to live in this filth. Although the rooms are cleaned every day. After cleaning, there is an unpleasant smell in the rooms. Apparently they wash all the rooms with one cloth and don't wash it. They forget to bring water to the rooms unless they are reminded a couple of times. The balcony is covered in dried leaves and bird feces. They don't do any cleaning there. And there is no clothes dryer. You can't even hang a swimsuit to dry. Another disadvantage is that you can swim in the pool only until sunset. After sunset, the pools begin to be cleaned. On the one hand, this is good. But we could have done it a little later. In the evening, I also want to go swimming and sit by the pool. It is dangerous to swim in the sea after sunset. The sun beds on the sea have not been updated for a very long time. There are two restaurants that I do not recommend visiting. The food is disgusting. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. But you can find places on the territory where you can catch Wi-Fi. There are various small shops on the territory, they are not bad, but you need to bargain with the seller so that the price of the goods pleases. Positive: 1. A variety of delicious food. There are always several types of meat (and not just cooked in different ways, namely a varied meat menu - chicken, beef, duck. There has also always been fish in different variations (the fish is the freshest and very tasty). Side dishes for every taste. Vegetables (fresh and stewed). Fruits (in October there were melons, bananas, grapefruits, pomegranates, quinces). There have always been dates. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. There are a lot of sweets and all sorts of different ones. The children's menu is a little sparse - there is always one side dish and some meat/fish. There is one name from the children's, because everything is peppery and spicy, just like in adults. It was difficult to feed a 2-year-old child with healthy food. There are queues for lunch and dinner, but they have never stood for more than 5 minutes, somehow everything is fast. There were always enough dishes and tables. They clean up very quickly, the waiters try their best. The only drawback is THE SHORTAGE OF ORDINARY NAPKINS! Only reusable rags and not very clean (sometimes they were either poorly washed or reused). And in general, sterility is very bad in the dining room (dishes are not always clean, cutlery lies on dirty reusable napkins). My child and I went with wet wipes (and wiped the handles before eating, and cutlery, and wiped something on the table / chair). There are plenty of high chairs for children. When we checked into the hotel after the transfer, we were asked to go through the security framework and enlightened the luggage. RECEPTION Always friendly boys. They speak Russian. We left early in the morning, before breakfast - lunch boxes were packed for us. There were a lot of people in the hotel, but it was comfortable. There were no queues anywhere except for lunch and dinner. There were plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pools. There is a main pool (where all the movement takes place), and there is a calm, quiet pool. Everyone treats children well. There are many shops on the territory of the hotel, they have almost everything. But be careful!!! Check the change in dollars!!! They give change in torn or taped bills!!! Then they say it's not them and refuse to change it. And in Egypt, torn and taped dollars are not accepted anywhere!!! We will have to return it to Russia. The hotel guide gives little information, you have to find out for yourself. We went with Fun & Sun, the guide's name was Mohamed. The impression of the hotel is good, but no more. We will not return here, because for the same money you can go to a slightly better hotel (there are many such hotels nearby).
