A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. If you come with the kids, then there is a children's water park. The territory is green, well maintained, and very large. There are many pools. There is a pool +16. Only adults, and believe me, children will not be allowed and you can safely swim. It's the same in the restaurant. There is a room where you can eat without children.
There are many bars on site. Cocktails and drinks are available from 12.00. The staff speaks English.
You can eat for every taste! And meat and fish and chicken! Everything is diverse. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits (bananas, melon, pineapples, grapefruit). Ice cream for lunch and dinner! In any quantity!
The room is cleaned every three days, but if you put up a sign, everything will be cleaned for you.
Polite staff! Ready to help at any moment!
The beach is clean, fine seashell, with sand. There are plenty of sun beds! It is not necessary to run the sutra and borrow as in Turkey.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We have to rest for 4 more days! I don't want to leave anyway..

Excellent family hotel, clean sea, excellent service! Accommodation options: villa, main building and club buildings. A huge blooming area where everyone will find a leisure option to their liking. There are many pools. There were May holidays in 2024, the high season and everyone had enough of everything, and sun beds, and tables and smiles of the staff. We lived in a room of the highest category of the bay club:newly renovated, capsule coffee machine, gorgeous view of the bay, private entrance to the restaurant, you can use the infinity pool.
The territory of the hotel is green, well-groomed, beautifully illuminated in the evening. On the territory of the hotel there is a cool playground, a small water park (even adults ride), cool 3 slides in the sea (only for children under 60 kg, adults are not allowed), a small pantone and bungee in the sea, an inflatable trampoline in the sea.
Check-in time is from 15h. But if rooms are available, they are checked in earlier, for free. Only lunch and dinner are allowed on the day of check-in. Only breakfast is served on the day of the eviction. But if you didn't have lunch on the day of arrival, you can have lunch on the day of departure. They always ask for the room number in the restaurant and periodically at the bars, they have lists.
The breakfasts are very good: several types of scrambled eggs, poached eggs, 3 types of ham, 2 types of cereals, a variety of vegetables, delicious pastries and Viennese waffles. Sometimes there was mackerel. A variety of fruits only in the morning: watermelon, melon, pineapple, banana, grapefruit. For lunch and dinner, only pineapple and grapefruit.
The dinners leave much to be desired: little variety, 2 types of chicken and lamb, mashed soup, vegetables in different forms (raw, stewed and steamed), pasta is cooked with any additives, some salads. I tried tomato and chicken soups, they were delicious. The rest were not very aesthetically pleasing.
The dinners are delicious: several types of lamb and chicken, veal, fish, vegetables in various forms, pasta, pita bread with various fillings, several types of rice and pasta. There were rolls a day later, pretty decent ones.
It should be noted that many dishes are spicy, and there is a "Red pepper" icon on the plates.
For lunch and dinner, delicious pizza is made very quickly in the oven. During the 10 days of stay, there were only 2 squids. Seafood, you can say, no.
On the children's table: pasta, steamed vegetables, cutlets and sausages, popcorn. Fries and nuggets are ordered in portions from the waiters.
Alcohol is included in everything from 12 to 00h, then for a fee. Water and soft drinks are available around the clock for free. From alcohol: Beck's and Starberg beer cans, Portuguese red, pink and white wine in boxes (bottled in the sports bar in the evening), light and dark rum, tequila, vodka, several cocktails. Premium alcohol and champagne are available for a fee.
A mini bar in the room is available for a fee. You can refuse it, then they will not take a deposit upon check-in.
The entrance to the sea is gentle, white sand with small shells, the legs are comfortable. There are many paid water activities: catamarans, cars, floatboads, bananas, cheesecakes, parachutes, jet skaters.
The mini-club is noisy and fun, they play and do crafts, free face painting. Children are mostly under 7 years old, more adults are not interested anymore. There are 3 slot machines, for a fee. Every evening there is a mini-disco with life-size dolls.
A separate 16+ area in the restaurant and a swimming pool, a modern gym on the 9th floor with a magnificent view of the bay, only 16+. They strictly monitor everywhere so that children do not leak out.
Since this year, 4 animators have been working, 2 of them are very active Russian-speaking girls. Of the activities: water aerobics, dancing in the pool, beach volleyball, yoga at sunset
In the evening, small shows: jugglers, local dancers, fire shows. It's fun for kids, but, of course, there's no big bang.
The hotel has 2 beach shops, 2 souvenir shops. There is a small promenade with a playground outside the territory, you can take a leisurely walk.
I recommend the hotel for families with children.
There are very few Russian-speaking staff at the hotel.
The contingent consists of Russians, Kazakhs, Germans and a few British. A lot of locals come on weekends.

After reading some not very good reviews, we ventured to check for ourselves. A wonderful hotel, the territory is large, there is a place to walk. The sea is excellent, warm and affectionate, shallow and calm! There are always plenty of sun beds, you can comfortably stay on the beach and in the pools.
Food: this is not Turkey and you do not need to wait for 35 types of salads and 40 types of kebabs. There is enough meat and greens, desserts and fruits. Of the latter, apples, watermelon, pear, melon and grapefruit.
The room is cleaned every day, everything is decent and clean. In the room: bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, refrigerator. Tooth set on request.
Entertainment : there are few of them here. We went to the sea in the morning, Activity by the pool, we honestly did not go.
According to the all-inclusive system, drinks from 10, alcohol from 12 in the morning, ice cream from 15-16, but it is always available for lunch and dinner. There are all drinks at breakfast, except alcohol.
We were with children from young to old, everyone liked it. The sea is nearby, the food is normal, we went to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. I recommend it to families with children who are looking for a sea holiday

A great choice for families with children! We had a rest in October 2022. Service, food, accommodation - everything is top! The choice and quality of drinks and cocktails is excellent! There is beer in cans in bars, you can take it with you to your room. There is a great children's room for children, a water park, many pools (including for very small ones with a canopy from the sun). A mini water park in the sea is a very cool thing, older children like it more than a water park on land. It's cool for adults too. That is, in fact, there are 2 water parks in this hotel. We lived in a family cabin in a three-storey bungalow type, which stand on the sides of the main building. I recommend taking rooms in them - the rooms are bigger, quieter, closer to the sea (I went around the corner of my house - the beach) + huge balconies - there is a place to spend time with your wife or friends when you put the children to bed. There is an 18+ swimming pool. But don't be under any illusions - no foam parties and topless models. It's just a quiet pool right next to the main restaurant, where children are not allowed, i.e. no one yells, rushes or dives with splashes. Peaceful people (often elderly) They are quietly chilling with books. The same childfree zone is available in the restaurant. In general, animation is tight here. This is perhaps the main disadvantage. In the evenings, the same girl plays the guitar. Well, from the comments - the headboard of the bed was painted with a pen in the room - I think it is unacceptable for such a five. On the last day, we accidentally discovered a sauna, Jacuzzi, hammam - free of charge in the main building. The hotel has a car rental service, it's OK for the price and everything is fair. We drove to Dubai for several days. It takes an hour or an hour and a half to get to Dubai, everything is simple, the navigator is working. There are a lot of people, but there is enough space for everyone in the restaurant and sun beds. Pools, however, can be crowded. In general, for animation - 2 points, for the rest - an honest 5. I recommend it with children. Without children, the neighboring Rixos is better - we went there to watch evening shows.

The food is ordinary, everything seems to be there, but after five days there is nothing to choose. But everyone has different wishes and tastes. For 10 days, there is almost nothing from seafood, only on the menu. There's nowhere to go out of the hotel, there's nothing nearby. We took a club room on the ground floor, cool. You can sit on your own access to the beach and terrace. If you just lie down with the children, then here. The slides didn't work.

In extreme heat, the water park became a salvation for us - the water is cool there, you don't feel the heat. When choosing all inclusive, meals are held in the restaurant on the ground floor of the main building, it's not far from the bay club rooms, everything is comfortable. The food is very good quality, but after 8 days of vacation, everything really got boring, because the dishes hardly change. The staff at the hotel is 90% smiling and welcoming, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. In the children's room, they really study with children, play, help, do crafts and so on.
I read about the sea, they write about "white sand", but this is not so. The sand heats up, and it's just a shell rock, it's not very pleasant to walk, but it's not critical. There are stones in the water sometimes, you can step on them. Snorkeling is not something to do here - starfish and small crabs, that's all the wealth. The club bay room with access to the sea was very pleasant, spacious, beautifully decorated. The Wi-Fi worked tolerably well, the calls to the Whatsapp app did not pull much, but the messages, including audio, went /came well. There is a pleasant promenade at the exit of the hotel, where it is good to walk.there is a playground both on the embankment and in the hotel itself, but the hotel is small, children get bored quickly. I was lucky with one of the rooms, it was taken in a detached building and it turned out that it was right with access to a separate pool for this building, just a couple of steps and you're in a heated pool.
One of the disadvantages is the remoteness from Dubai, about an hour and 15 minutes by car. Well, it's not closing the restaurant minute by minute in the evening. We missed dinner a couple of times because of this. Plus, if you fly without a transfer, it will cost about 30 thousand rubles round trip. We took a car with gasoline (1300 km), fines (360 dirhams) and an additional driver (150 dirhams), it cost 2100 dirhams. If without a second driver and fines, then you can keep up to 1600 if with filing and delivery at the airport.

Nice hotel, quiet, peaceful. We took a room in a villa with sea and pool access on the ground floor, it turned out to be very convenient. The sea is super for small children, there are no waves, you can safely splash on the shore.

Delicious sweets, ice cream, etc. The room was superior - 45 m (not in the main building). Access to the sea 3 min. Everything is thought out: very warm sea and cold pools. And there is an indoor thermal pool. I will especially mention the SPA. Gorgeous massage - Rustina's girlfriend is just a magician. The staff is very cool, friendly and hardworking everywhere. The room cleaning is super. If you have any wishes: coffee, tea, water - everything will be brought. Tips are at your discretion. There were issues with the air conditioning and TV - they immediately came and did everything. But the hotel is on a strong 4. It's a different five. I think many people will understand. The all-inclusive atmosphere makes the hotel look like a solid communism, drunkenness, and the situation " every derham is an extra sausage, a can of beer, whiskey, cocktail, a lot of alcohol and food for every ruble, derham, dollar, etc. but nevertheless: Thank you to the owners of the hotel for everything. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the service. The cleaning is bad, we have to beg for everything - I'm sorry, but right down to toilet paper and shower gel, which for some reason are not replenished during the next cleaning - maybe we were so unlucky.
The service in the restaurant and bars is also poor. It's a completely stupid system when you're not escorted to a table - and you go looking for an empty seat, and then you look for a waiter to clean the table and put the dishes down. All drinks (even juices, water and tea/coffee) at lunch and dinner are inclusive only through an order from the waiter. It turns into a whole quest - find a waiter and wait for a drink)
The restaurant itself is a dining room - very fussy and few tables, they preferred to eat outside even in the heat))
Food - if you have children from the age of 3 - it will be very problematic to feed them. There is a children's table, but there is super diet food - boiled pasta, sausages, mashed vegetables and empty rice. Children who have learned the taste of normal food, of course, do not like this. Only pizza and pasta saved. And the usual food on an adult table is very spicy, but, by the way, delicious. We always ate with pleasure. But, of course, if you are on a diet or you can't have spicy food, there is little choice.…
There was a large selection of desserts, puddings - a dump of the head. There were very few fish and seafood, there was sushi. From fruits - watermelons, melons, bananas. On weekends there is an open kitchen, a large selection of grilled meat.
They couldn't drink wine and cocktails on the olinclude - the jury is terrible. Beer in cans Karlbsberg, Amstel - norm.
It was annoying that the beach bar was always running out of something - rum, then Cola) and the service was out of favor - you can see how they all got everything.
Another disadvantage is that the stall with juices and cocktails starts working from day 12. We usually leave the beach at 12 to relax and have lunch, it's inconvenient for us. Okay, if it were the AI rule (alcohol, for example, is poured only from 12) but it's really impossible to buy a milkshake and ice cream for a child even for money)) I don't understand why this is so.
Of the advantages -
We lived in a deluxe room, this is the right wing of the hotel. We really liked the room - very spacious, with a balcony, in a 3-storey building, there is an elevator. Upon check-in, we were offered rooms in the left wing of the Bay Club for an additional fee. We refused - to be honest, I did not see any advantages in these rooms when booking, and I never saw them in practice. Probably, if there are no children, then maybe it's better to go to the Bay Club. But with children, it's definitely deluxe. There's a playground opposite, a children's pool, a water park, trampolines. Everything is nearby. If you settle in the Bay Club, you will have to hobble in the heat - there is not enough pleasure.

An evening disco for children indoors - we didn't like it, sometimes they turned on a movie on the screen near the playground, but we kept getting into some strange ones)
A very cool evening bar on the beach - it was our favorite place. Smoking a hookah on sofas overlooking the bay to cool music is just a thrill)
Also a big plus is the check-in, very quickly, clearly, there is a hotel map in Russian, they treat you with delicious cookies traditional for this chain - everything is really good with desserts at the hotel)
And by the way, 80% of the people in the hotel are Russian-speaking. Sometimes it feels like you're in Anapa somewhere))
