We had an amazing stay , our children enjoyed alot they liked the pools , food is good and the room was perfect for us however there was problem with the balcony door and the ac we went to guest relations desk and there was a gurl her name is Maria i think she was attentive and very polite and she solved the issue promptly and i would like to thank her personaly but I couldn’t find her today in the morning

Our stay was amazing because of aijamal and Mariam they were amazing and super helpful , they replied all the question promptly, very attentive and they have warm hospitality and felt welcomed, I felt that's my home, we had small issue that the pool water and the water park is cold however they mentioned that they will mentioned our feedback to the managers and I really trust them thank you make our stay memorable and enjoyable

Good afternoon! We had a family vacation in early September! We have been visiting this hotel for the second year in a row. Compared to the previous year, the hotel has been greatly transformed. The beach has been updated . A new building with a family pool was opened, a children's aqua park was renovated, and a lawn tennis court was added. There were no questions about nutrition , there was enough for every taste . (A small minus was not enough seafood) Everything is decent for drinks and alcohol !! White, pink,red wine Bottled beer only (Germany) Strong alcohol is mainly produced in the USA. The staff was mostly helpful , and I rarely had to ask twice. I really liked the service in the lobby, as well as in the main restaurant. As they say, a lot depends on the staff! I will recommend this hotel to my friends! When visiting the hotel next year, I wanted to receive a compliment in the form of a voucher for a visit to the Ala Karta restaurant

Nice hotel. + Good food, despite the full utilization of the hotel, the restaurant copes, there are no queues, sometimes they may ask to wait at the entrance (they did not wait longer than 5 minutes) . Clean, warm sea, white sand. Its own water park, + slides and bungee jump in the sea water. There are paid jet skis, speedboats, bananas, and more. There are 4 swimming pools on site, one for adults only, and one is open even at night. Internet in the lobby and on the beach. Football, volleyball and other entertainment in the evening - it's incredibly hot during the day and you won't lose much in the sun. The large territory of the hotel + the embankment behind the hotel, but you are not very far away - the sun is baking. - The rooms could use cosmetic repairs and general cleaning - there are carved ornaments in the decoration on which dust accumulates perfectly. Evening animation for 4-- We were in October - 35 days in the shade, tin in the sun - take good creams for protection, there is a local store, but the choice is not rich, the price tag is generally the same as on our marketplaces.

We had the task of just relaxing on the beach, changing the environment, and we did it. The hotel is family-run, both foreigners and people from the CIS countries have a rest. There are 3-4 pools, for children and an adult. There is a whole separate area for children, where there is a lot of entertainment during the day. In the evenings, volleyball, football, a small disco, there is even a nightclub on site! But it is difficult to find it, please check with the administrators. The territory is large, there is a place to walk, as well as a beautiful embankment at the exit from the hotel. If you do not take a view of the beach, then you will have a view of the water from the embankment. The rooms were very ordinary and well cleaned. There were bathrobes, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, everything in large containers, if something ran out, they came and poured a new remedy. Who cares about perfumes - all with the scent of men's perfume. The food is not varied and spicy. We spent the whole vacation on rice, and in the end we didn't know what to take or what to eat. The dining halls are large, there are enough places for everyone, there are no queues. The drinks are delicious. Excellent accommodation (bay club room Sea view), daily cleaning and towel change. The sea is gorgeous, it's hot at the end of September, there are no waves (for me this is a minus). The white-and-yellow sand does not burn your feet. I'm not fussy about food, but it was difficult for me to find something for myself in this hotel with food for a couple of days. I liked the dates, very tasty hard cheeses and mineral water in a green glass bottle) There is very little animation - a couple of hours before lunch by the pool. You can play volleyball and soccer on the sand. There is a children's room and a children's water park. We had a rest together, it was fun!!! but there is no desire to return to this particular hotel anymore.

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel from February 13th to 21st. Upon arrival at Dubai Airport, we were met by a transfer from the hotel. Everything was organized quickly: we were put in a car and driven to the hotel in about 1 hour and 20 minutes without traffic jams. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00, checked out, received bracelets, but check-in was only at 14:00. Initially, we were placed in the wrong room that was booked, but they promised to move us the next day. That's what happened — they moved us without any problems, moved our suitcases, and brought dessert as an apology. The first room was on the fifth floor with a sea view — very beautiful. But we still chose a room on the ground floor with a view of the garden, as it was a bit bigger. We liked both options. The food at the hotel is excellent. The main course changed every day: fish, meat, chicken, crabs, sushi. Everything was delicious, varied, and there was always enough food. We had an all-inclusive system: drinks were included, including bottled beer, cola, sprite, and water. We could have paid extra to "ultra all inclusive" — it included drinks like Corona, Carlsberg and food delivery from 00:00 to 06:00, but we didn't need it. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day. They even called our room several times and asked if everything was okay. There are 4-5 heated pools on site for both children and adults. There is a small water park, as well as water activities when entering the sea. The sea (bay) is excellent — warm, clean, and beautifully colored. The sand is snow-white and does not heat up. The territory is well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly, everyone is smiling, no one hints at tips — unlike in some other countries, this was not the case here. There is animation, a children's room where children are engaged, aquagrim, paint, sculpt. Everything is well organized. On the day of departure, we checked in at 12:00, and the transfer was at 16:00. We left our suitcases in the luggage room and continued to relax. We went to Dubai one day, so we had one lunch left unused. The hotel has a rule: either you use lunch on the day of arrival or on the day of departure. If you plan to be absent, you need to be notified in advance — then you will receive a voucher and you will be able to use this lunch later. It was the only moment that seemed a little unclear at first, but in the end everything turned out well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is great, the sea is beautiful, the sand is perfect, the staff is wonderful. Everything is great, we strongly recommend it.

The All in bracelets were put on immediately, treated to branded cookies, offered to drink coffee in the lobby, change clothes at the spa and go to the beach. At 12:00, I already received a message on whatsapp: your number is ready, come to the reception. They took me to my room in a golf cart with a breeze. Thank you for the early check-in and the hospitality. Number. We booked a Bay Club room. The number was 4237. We were very satisfied: the room is spacious, stylish, beautiful, the renovation is fresh, the balcony is gorgeous. They cleaned our building specifically very well, the guys were diligent and there was an instant response to any request. Territory. I really liked the area: it is atypically green for the UAE, there is a lot of entertainment for children, there is a pool for adults only, the pool at the Bay Club buildings is open until 22.00 (it's just great). There is a place to walk both in the hotel and outside the hotel there is a gentrified walking area with fountains and lights. The beach and the sea. We were also 100% satisfied here. The sea is beautiful, the sand is snow-white and very soft. There is a trampoline, an inflatable slide, a bungee jump, a diving tower, and three water slides on the sea. The beach is long, the sun beds are at a decent distance from each other. The only drawback is that it is not clear why not every "group" of sun beds has an umbrella on the beach. Please ask the hotel management to finalize this point. Staff. Everyone is nice and friendly, they respond to requests instantly. Everything is fine here too. Food. This deserves special attention. No hotel had such a modest, even economical meal for lunch and dinner. Yes, the fours in Ajman had three heads higher meals than at the Hilton! All the regular guests of the hotel noted that the food had deteriorated very much. The breakfasts are normal, without delights and frills. For breakfast, a solid 4. The coffee is simply amazing in all the bars of the hotel. For the quality of the grain, a solid 5. The range of all inclusive bars is quite decent: they took water, juices, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, coffee and hot chocolate. I liked everything. Lunches and dinners at the main restaurant are a complete failure. On different days, our lunch and dinner scores fluctuated between three and one. This is very weak for a 5* hotel! Only the pizza was really consistently delicious. As my son said, "I only liked pizza and cucumbers." Sweets are variations of the same type on the theme of the Fairy Tale cake. Even what is signed "Cheesecake" is actually a "Fairy Tale" cake. The child was not eager for cakes, where is it seen? I didn't understand the concept of salads at all: a salad of noodles and beans, seriously? Forget about seafood. For hot dishes: not only are there only a couple of them, but the quality is very mediocre. The meat is often stringy, and the sauces are not tasty. There were a lot of guests at the hotel in October. And if it wasn't felt on the premises, then the main restaurant was always fully loaded for lunch and dinner. It didn't add comfort. Al inclusive includes one a la carte restaurant, Brasserie. He partially brightened up the nutritional situation for us. For lunch there was a barbecue buffet, a decent Greek salad. And it was more pleasant to be there than in the main restaurant. For the defenders and fans of the hotel, I'll say right away: I'm looking through the reviews with photos of crabs and other goodies on the plates and I understand that the food was in economy mode during our check-in. There was none of this! Conclusion. Despite the failure with the food in the main restaurant, we liked the hotel. The cool, well-thought-out territory, the beach, the sea, the staff, the "children's concept" - it's all at an excellent level. If the food is improved, we are ready to return here. I really liked the hotel! The food is top-notch without Arabic seasonings! From Peking duck to rolls, pizza is like in Italy, which is cooked in an oven by the fire. Alcohol is no different from bottling in Turkey, and the men at the next table said they had decent whiskey. The rooms were cleaned every day. We had a rest in September 2025 (11.09-17.09). We chose this hotel as a honeymoon with my husband. The service is top-notch. Despite the fact that the staff mostly does not know Russian, you can always talk calmly through an interpreter. The rooms are spacious, cozy, cleaned every day, but late (after lunch). The food is delicious, not varied, and we didn't stay hungry. It's perfect for relaxing with children, but it's boring for young people, no animation. We are staying at this hotel for the second time, I really like spending my holidays with children here! Lots of pools, a water park, the first line with white sand like in the Maldives. The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a sauna and Jacuzzi for adults, a children's area for children, where children are very well watched and have something to entertain. The food suited us, there is something to eat, ice cream is offered for lunch and dinner. The children played soccer and volleyball in the sand, and there is a special place for this.
