We are having a vacation with friends and children in January. The staff at the restaurants is not very friendly, biased attitude. The food is monotonous, nothing changes, there is little seafood, there is no meat either. But the best thing about the hotel is the animation. Beautiful girls. The territory is green, there is a lot of entertainment for children:There is a children's club, a water park, inflatable trampolines on the beach, inflatable trampolines in the water, a diving board in the sea, a bungee and a water slide in the sea. The food for us is quite diverse, of the disadvantages, only again, because of the English inscriptions, it was not always clear what kind of dish and there were no marks where it was spicy. The animation is not intrusive. The children's animator is a very funny, groovy young man- the child was delighted at the mini disco. There are many different pools. There are quieter corners, where there is music and animation, so everyone will find something to their liking. There are relaxation zones where there are only 16+, so that children's noise does not interfere with relaxation. We liked everything to our taste. Among the disadvantages: as on the whole island, there are hotels under construction nearby, most of the noise is not audible, but our building was remote, there are buildings closer to the construction site and the noise is more felt. It was rare, but still there was a smell coming from the construction site when something was burned. On the positive side: We arrived early in the morning, we didn't have to wait for check-in- the rooms were given immediately. The pros outweighed the cons. We will be glad to return in the future.

We stayed at the hotel until lunch at 12, left our suitcases in the luggage room, took a shower from the road and went to the pool. At about 13:00, they gave 1 number out of two. Our room was without a sea view (geast room). The hotel is very popular, there were always a lot of people. For the most part, they are large families. The large area of the water park was very useful for my children aged 6,8 and 10. They didn't come out for the first 3 days. The beach is large, and sun beds can be found at any time. But I still think Russians have it in their blood, and in the morning I went and took places by the pool and in gazebos. Because after breakfast, it's not realistic to find places. The staff was all slow, the rooms were cleaned mediocre. But we've rarely been there. The restaurant is large, there is a lot of variety, there have always been pineapples, watermelons, melons from fruits. We went on an excursion one day and on the last day we were given a free lunch voucher, which was not included in the price. A nice bonus. Everything is very expensive without "all inclusive". The beach is beautiful, I don't know who writes negative reviews about the beach, the seashell is ground into sand, snow-white, not prickly, pleasant, there are shells, it doesn't heat up, the approach is gentle, ideal for children, we were at a time when the water was ideal in temperature, there are several swings on the coastline for a photo shoot)) the water is clean, in the morning when there are no people, even transparent. There are several pools on the territory: the main one where aqua aerobics takes place at 11:00, the pool opposite the main building is 18+, then if you walk around the territory, we found several more pools, but they were far from our villa, so we didn't swim there, we mostly settled for the main large pool, by the way, next to which there are water slides for the kids, my first three days were just hanging out there) there's an ice cream stall next to the slides (for a fee). About food: it's quite diverse, you won't stay hungry, fresh orange juice is always available for breakfast, from fruits: watermelon, melon, grapefruit, pineapple always! The pizza for lunch and dinner is amazing! There were several dinners with sea creatures (crabs, mussels, vongole), several dinners with rolls (but the rolls are weak), and meat and fish in various cooking variations were always available for dinner, everything was delicious and for every taste. My husband liked the Indian corner, masala, various chutneys, etc. There is also a children's corner, where you could find delicious soup for lunch for the youngest. For a change, we went to lunch at the restaurant opposite the beach bar, but they did barbecue there (kefte, chicken, beef, grilled sausages), there is less choice of the Swedish line, but everything is also delicious. From 15 to 17, you can get ice cream at the bar near the villas, and various ice creams are also available at dinner near the children's corner. At the bar that makes delicious mojitos on the beach, take a double right away. In the trailer (Hawaiian theme) opposite the main building, they make a wonderful Pinot colada. I repeat, we lived in two-storey villas opposite the playground, the room has everything you need, the rooms are spacious and clean. I would also like to mention the animation team, namely KRISTINA and the guy (I don't remember his name). both are very active, they amused the whole hotel))) There is also a free shuttle service from the hotel to the local mall in Ras al Khaimah, a 15-minute drive away. There are almost no brands there, but it's possible to stock up on goodies, chocolates and dates in chocolate on a budget) the review is real, not hyped up) we were very satisfied with the rest, we didn't want to leave. There are many Russian speakers. At first, they gave us a room near a restaurant with live music, at our request they changed the room to the other side (by the way, the view is much better there) . The air conditioners are also buzzing heavily near the restaurant , there is also a construction site 700 meters away from the hotel , there is noise from it , but it didn 't really bother us . The beach is big, there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. From 07 to 09 it is almost empty . The only drawbacks are that there is no sea to the horizon , the approach to the sea is gentle , you can still stand 50 meters . According to the all-inclusive system, the local algol is of decent quality. Food for every taste , lots of salads , cuts , soups . If, by Russian nature, you don't type everything at once, then you can diversify. It is better to look for excursions based on reviews, the guide is twice as expensive. Be sure to go watch the sunset on the opposite side of the beach, there is a large embankment.

We just returned from this hotel. The tour was All inclusive. The hotel and the territory: the territory is decent, there is a place to walk. Private beach with white sand, plenty of greenery, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. We had no problems with sun beds, we could always find a free one both in the sun and in the shade. Note: Lifeguards work from 09:00, so if you arrive at the beach earlier and enter the water, the guards will ask you to leave. The water ebbs / flows with large fluctuations, so if you go to the sea early, you will need to walk to the water and the bottom will not be the cleanest. Towels start to be given out early (I don't know exactly the time, but they were taken at 7 a.m.) and you can also hand them in before 19. During the day, towels are changed to dry/clean ones without any problems. The territory of the hotel is well maintained. Across the street from the hotel there is a beautiful modern promenade along which you can stroll in the evening. I really liked that the hotel has a swimming pool and a room in the 16+ restaurant. For families with children, there are two halls in the restaurant and two swimming pools. The pool has large "cushions" on which you can swim. We arrived in the morning and were immediately checked in without any expectations (I note here that not everyone was so lucky). Wi-fi is available everywhere in the hotel, and it's very good, but it depends on the number of people in the hotel. No one speaks much Russian at the reception, but the staff actively uses an interpreter to create a comfortable environment for guests. Room: nice room, large bathroom, pleasant interior, TV, balcony, air conditioning works very well. Cleaning was regular, water was replenished, towels were changed. The room has shampoo, body lotion, conditioner and shower gel. They forgot to put toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. on arrival. They were issued only upon request. What I especially want to mention is a powerful hair dryer that simply plugs into an outlet (not built into the bathroom, as is most often the case, and you do not need to pinch and hold the button on it). Food: everything is fresh, but the dishes, plus or minus, are repeated every breakfast/lunch/dinner. We saw crabs the first night, but there were none more. The fruits were pineapple, watermelon, bananas and melon. They even made poached eggs for breakfast. A lot of fresh vegetables and herbs is a separate love. The desserts are mediocre, for which the hotel thanks a lot) Alcohol is very good. The UAE is not Turkey, and after you are evicted at 12:00, you will no longer be allowed to have lunch. In general, we are very happy with the rest, and the hotel too, I would like to return to it.

There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, but there are not enough umbrellas, so if early in the morning, at 7 o'clock, the sunbed under the umbrella is not occupied, you can walk for a long time and then look for a place in the shade. After lunch, of course, there is more choice, the tourists are those who go by numbers with children. On the children's table in the restaurant, cutlets fried until black. Monotonous confectionery, the same thing every day. I was also surprised that there were no apples on the fruit table. Not edible, unripe melons, pineapple and red orange are eaten. Construction is underway on the neighboring territory of the Deluxe Villas, so I chose a room in the main building, which I did not regret. Standard room with sea view. The number is quite normal for the standard, I have no comments on the number. Except for the size of the bathroom: it is large, about 2/3 of the size of the living space. Well, it's somehow not quite logically arranged: there's transparent glass in the shower, and the area with the toilet and bidet is not fenced off. As a result, only one person can use the bathroom at a time, but it's really possible to arrange a disco there. In my opinion, it would be better to redistribute the area from the bathroom to the living space. But it's true, my quibbles, in general the room is great, there is a spacious balcony with a table and armchairs, we dried our clothes on them. TV, air conditioning, kettle with tea set, which was replenished daily. But there is no mini bar, i.e. there is a refrigerator, but it only contains what you put yourself. However, beer is bottled in bars, so there are no problems with replenishing the mini-bar. The main restaurant Al Marjan and its outdoor part are located in the main building, the entrance to the Bay Club Restaurant is located on the side of the Bay Club villas, but in fact it is the same very large restaurant, just different halls. At the entrance to the restaurant, the hostess always asks for the room number. When the restaurant starts to fill up, the hostess at the entrance begins to regulate the flow, passes the incoming guests to another hostess, who already escorts them to an empty table. And this, in my opinion, is an excellent organization of the process: firstly, no one with filled plates is loitering in search of an empty table, and secondly, optimal table occupancy is achieved. After all, often one person can occupy a table designed for four, and a couple can occupy a table for six, etc. Hostesses arrange each company at a table of the appropriate capacity, which increases the capacity of the restaurant. The hostesses also follow the Dress Code, nothing supernatural, no evening dresses for dinner is necessary. The main rule is not to come in wet clothes. But some bad people still manage to walk in wet swimsuits, and then after them you get a surprise in the form of a wet chair. We always came to the main restaurant Al Marjan, but often we were seated in the Bay Club Restaurant, I have already said that these are just different halls connected to each other. There are a lot more families with children in the Bay Club Restaurant (maybe they do this on purpose, I do not know), and I have a vague feeling that the choice of dishes in the main hall is still a little better, at least ice cream and popcorn are only available in the main hall. There is a small 16+ room between the main hall and the Bay Club hall, and there is one on the street. The Vespa Italian / Brasserie French Restaurant building is located next to the main building. You can have breakfast and lunch there, and they work like an a la carte for dinner. In general, I have no complaints about nutrition, the variety may not be like in the Turkish five, but it is very worthy for the Emirates (this is the third time in the Emirates). The only thing is, the gym is strictly 16+, in my opinion it's a bit too much - my son is 13, and he loves to work out. The hotel has a very large beach, about half a kilometer long. The sand is snow-white, but very fine, so the water is cloudy. In Sharjah, we had a natural beach (here is an artificial island), the sand was coarse, and the water was absolutely clear. But still, the beach here is gorgeous, the beach on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai cannot be compared with it. The beach pleases not only with its width, but also with its length in the sea - it is very far from the buoys. The tides here are quite significant, from the bottom to the top point the water runs along the beach for probably 15-20 meters. But even at the peak of low tide, there are no problems entering the sea: no algae, mud, mud, etc. The only thing is, the beach is made in the form of a lagoon, and there are no waves here. Not at all. Only if the jet ski passes. There is an inflatable slide and a trampoline in the sea. There are two children's water slides on the pier, from which you fly directly into the sea, there is also a bungee jump and a diving board. There is also a saltwater pool on the pier, well, like a pool - a hole is made in the pier about 10 by 20 meters, into which a net is lowered. That is, you swim in the sea, but also in the pool :) There are a lot of sun beds, we always found a free one. Of course, a lot of sun beds are occupied with towels from morning to evening. A poster on the beach says that if no one comes for two hours, employees have the right to remove towels. But I haven't seen anything like that. I saw in the reviews they wrote about cats and impudent birds, it's all true. If you leave food freely available, the birds will certainly take it away. It's amazing that it's amazing for someone. Cats are also present insofar as they are fed by vacationers. And once I saw a cat doing its business in the sand on the beach. But I did bury it! And what do you want them to go into the tray? There's even a rhyme like this: "it's good to be a cat, it's good to be a dog, wherever I want ... wherever I want ..." The sand on the beach is leveled by a tractor every day, the garbage is well cleaned, you come in the morning and the eye is happy. The only disadvantage is that the toilets are located far from the beach, near the pools. There was another case that I want to tell you about. The main building is 9 storeys high, there are three elevators, but there are no stairs. That is, there is a staircase, but it is a fire escape, facing directly onto the street. And it turns out that even people living on the lower floors still have to take the elevator. And then one day two of the three elevators broke down. It was breakfast time in the morning, and there was a pretty big queue in front of the elevators. One of the employees went around apologizing for the inconvenience, asking and writing down who lives in which room. And in the evening, all the "victims" found in the room an apology postcard and a compliment from the hotel - a plate of fruit. It's a small thing, but it feels good.
