We rest in this hotel, from the end of March to the 7th of April. This is certainly not five stars, but a solid four. The rooms are old, there are stains on the chairs. We apparently got into the season and the people are not that dark, but just crowds. Heaps of children who run everywhere , crawl, in a restaurant you are afraid to step on or knock down a child. The food is very sad here , there is no variety , almost everything is the same . And of course there are crowds of people, you have to stand behind every dish, you can't get anywhere. If you didn't take something in time, then you may not get it. Alcohol is terrible in the hotel, it is impossible to drink wine, cocktails are incomprehensible, sometimes it seemed to be without alcohol at all (tasteless). There is almost no entertainment in the hotel, music by the pool during the day and a couple of songs in the lobby in the evening (such as live music).There is nowhere to leave the hotel, there is a small promenade, but there are no restaurants, no entertainment - nothing. You need to take a taxi to the nearest shopping center. There is no place to change money either. If you didn't change it at the airport, then you won't be able to do it here at a good rate. After reading good reviews, I was going to expect much more, most likely I will not go to this hotel anymore. Apparently, the one who wrote these reviews was here out of season and did not see these crowds of people.

Oh, it's just love... The hotel is excellent, the quality of service is excellent... Everything is for people... Rooms, food, pools, hotel location, beach, live music in the evenings - everything is very decent....The first time we rested in the Emirates on the islands, I really liked it. I liked it much more than in the cities....We went to Dubai by taxi, it didn't bother... We managed to do everything in a week - both on excursions and shopping. The hotel is great.

Hilton 4 to this 5-star hotel of the same chain.Everything would be fine.But the girl Akmaral works at the reception, she gives misinformation about staying at the hotel.When we asked what facilities we could use, she replied that even ordinary water, and even more so any drinks, we should buy, and we can only use lunch.They asked her several times.I would like to say that once in the pool and on the beach, people explained to us that we use everything the same as others.That is, all drinks, including alcoholic, snacks,frozen, bars were all free.It was very unpleasant that an employee of Akmaral at the reception, as if on purpose, with a smile and mockery, assured us that everything was paid.Incompetence is not even called, just a mockery!!!It's a pity my husband didn't want me to write a complaint on the same day, he didn't want to spoil the mood on vacation.

This is probably the worst Hilton in my memory, and I've been to many Hyltons around the world! There are no dental bills in the room, no shaving foam, cleaning is 3 out of 5 points, there is a very poor variety of dishes in common restaurants and long queues for food. A lot of Englishmen and from there love, so all the attention is only to them. In general, I will never go to this Hilton again!!!

I had a great rest! We were with the girl from March 9 to March 19. I liked everything. We took a room with a garden view, gave a room with a sea view! Plus, there is a separate pool without children, there are very few people and shade at lunch, in the heat it's the best thing to plunge into it after lunch! The sea is clean but a little shallow! December 2022. The beginning.... My wife and I are in the UAE for the first time. The experience of visiting different hotels in other countries is quite large, so there was a desire to write a detailed objective review. The most important thing is that we are very happy with our vacation!!! The hotel is beautiful, modern. The room is simply luxurious for such a price category, extremely comfortable, spacious, beautiful and cozy, obviously should cost more than we paid. We lived in a four-storey building (this is the average category in this hotel). The staff is competent and friendly, no complaints. The sea is very close, the beach is clean, everything is fine with the sun beds at any time. I would take the kitchen to the minuses: those who are used to eating premium, you are not here. They feed normally, but no more, that's why I think I have no right to lower the overall rating for food. We do not regret at all that we came here, but we will not go again, because everything is somehow bland, ordinary, without a chip without a wow effect. Entertainment is minimal, but everything went great for us. In our opinion, the hotel is perfect for a relaxing family holiday without exclusive requests. That's how it is! For children there was also a kindergarten in the afternoon and in the evening dancing for kids😂 The food for the children was good, for every taste. We regret that we went in July - it's very hot! The sea and the pools are good, there is no animation, except for live music in the lobby in the evenings. The food is not particularly refined, but generally corresponds to the level of the hotel.
