I really liked this hotel! Air conditioners are deadly cool, not like in Turkey - they barely blow! The food quality is good and the variety is not very large, drinks on the beach and by the pools after 12 days, water and juices after 10. The rooms have everything you need, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, tea and kettle, safe, mini bar.

There was an unpleasant situation with the check-in. My paid room was extended to the people living in it. Tired from the night flight, we waited 5 hours for the check-in time and then they tell us that the room will be given at 18:30. How is it? In Turkey, this is simply unacceptable in Hilton-level hotels. Thanks to the manager Lila, who provided us with a room of a higher category, despite the objection of the girl who told us to wait until the evening. Be prepared that arriving early, you will not be checked in to please other customers. The service can be better - it's about the reception. Waiters, bartenders and cleaning are great. We will consider a vacation in the form of renting an apartment and no hotels.

This is my favorite hotel of all those I have visited. Decent distances (I dropped 3 kg despite the fact that I ate only junk food), however, they are not large. The food is good, breakfast lunch and dinner are many dishes to choose from. For everyone (as I understand it) I would say the BUILDINGS have their own swimming pool. The sea is literally a couple of steps away and there is from all sides in the hotel. There are enough sun loungers on the beach (however, umbrellas may not be enough at certain times), as well as at the pool. The pool is heated and warm enough in any weather. The rooms (which we lived in) were clean and always cleaned. Drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in a wide range are available in every bar, there are several of them, wherever you are, you will find a bar nearby. Despite the fact that I was there for 8 days and 7 nights, I got a good impression. I advise you to go in February-March

And I also want to write because we had a family vacation in August! I was very worried that it was not the season, that it was hot. There are very few reviews at this time. But everything turned out to be very comfortable and acceptable. Morning, evening at the sea, afternoon by the pool.
By sea....warm, pleasant...sand, the water is super! But salty!! Gets into the eyes of the kids, pinches (( We bought our daughter glasses for swimming and everything became good!
2 water parks, trampoline...everything works.
Who wants to see the fish, take masks, under the pontoon! lots of fish!
For food...there is just enough of everything!! However, many people eat like that, as if they want to eat for a month at a time🙃🙃
Ice cream every day, delicious fish, there were rolls and kebabs.
Alcohol from 12, in any quantity. You can drink.
By number (1406) everything worked, the safe was free, a hairdryer was brought.
Internet is free everywhere except the room. On the beach, near the pool, lobby.
For entertainment, we played volleyball, ping pong, there is a children's disco (in the club in English), live music and a saxophone.

We are having a rest with children of 3 children 11,4,5 years old .
From 8.05.2023-16.05.2023. The femeli room number is essentially two rooms between them inside the door.The view is stunning from the balcony on the so- called sea .Essentially a puddle . You go dirty , all the silt rises from the bottom .T to the bulk beach small shells .Children need to wear something .Cut your finger easily . We were driven 2.5 hours from the Airport , it 's a nightmare .The tax fee is $ 100 upon arrival .
Room cleaning regularly - there are no complaints about excellent.They give a towel , water is all ok . There is a good pool for adults, there are for children, there are a lot of people, so the sun beds are occupied at 6:30 in the morning by the pool and the sea, otherwise you will find a sunbed, but there is no umbrella.

We rested at the hotel from September 1 to September 7, 2022 with a child of 3 years. A little bit about the hotel: The hotel is gorgeous, especially if the sea view, lots of pools, rooms are large and clean, cleaning every day.The staff is very friendly and polite. The rooms have everything you need, ironing board, iron, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, refrigerator, air conditioning,mosquito net, safe, napkins, water was brought every day.Minus - the smell of oriental flavoring is just off the scale. Gorgeous view at the reception, the main entrance, lobi and even the elevator. There are no complaints, from the word at all.Opposite the hotel is a chic embankment. There are shops with sea accessories, toys and souvenirs on the territory of the hotel itself, but if you go for a walk in Dubai, it's better to buy there, prices are much lower. Nearby, a 10-minute walk there is a minimarket and a pharmacy in the Pyramid hotel.
Beach: Sandy and pebbly, clean, lots of sunbeds, towels are provided.The sea is warm, without waves, from the word at all. You can't swim in the sea after 8 pm. I would like more dietary for children. Once every three days, mashed potatoes and sometimes soups for children. In the morning, porridge of 2 types is not a problem to feed. We had food with us plus we went to the Mall to buy there, we were not very upset))

Хороший отель. Рвзнообразное питание. Есть зоны чаилд фри. Меня конечно это смутило, у меня их 2е, как будто вход с животными воспещён. Но людей отдыхающих без детей много, наверно они имеют право на покой)) номера скромные, но всё работает. Хорошие напитки в баре. Море спокойное, как в ванной, но мутное.
