The hotel as a whole is not bad. 5 stars certainly does not pull. Drinks at the bar at 4. The food is just an outrage. If you are with children, then get ready to take at least buckwheat with you. Elementary pasta is not cooked. The broccoli is raw. The rice is spicy, and for some reason cinnamon is added. The children ate only pizza, which also leaves much to be desired. In general, the food is just disgusting. After 3 days, the whole family went hungry. Of the fruits, only pineapple and grapefruit. Sometimes watermelon. The desserts are just terrible. Vegetables are tasteless. After 3 days, one smell in the "dining room" makes you feel bad. The beach is nice, the water is clean. But on the beach, the sand is mixed with broken shells. The child was injured 2 times. And it hurts enough to walk myself. Excellent Playground (water park). In the evenings, they try to entertain children and adults at a beach party. The rooms can be seen that they have been redecorated. There was a musty smell in the cupboards, and there was mold on the bathroom wall too. The installation button was triggered every other time. There is one Russian channel on the TV. Not critical. At 8 a.m., the leaves begin to be driven by air. The whole hotel is noisy. In general, to say that I would definitely NOT come back here. Pay $ 500 extra and you get a hotel above the level. Another strange story about the winds. There are places where there is a wild draft. It's cold in one part of the hotel, hot in the other. The staff is trying their best. The waiters bring drinks quickly. The beer is delicious. Wine, too, more or less. A paradise for children and their parents. Lovely and friendly staff, always happy to help. Celebrating a baby's birthday, it was cool milking a baby. Congratulations were sung by special vocalists who always accompany you at dinner. Everything for children: water park, children's room, bungee jump right into the sea water! We were from 28.01.24 to 05.02.24 A great hotel with a large colorful area. There is a children's water area with slides for children , a playground , a children's room with games. For adults, billiards , lawn tennis and table tennis . Bars in the evening with hookahs by the sea , restaurants and cafes . There is a small shop on site where you can buy everything for swimming. Volleyball games every day . Friendly and courteous staff. Room 3108 was cleaned every day and various figures were made of towels, it was very pleasant to enter the room. The child was very pleased with this) we did not remember the name of this young man , but thank him very much 🙏 I liked the room very much too. We were settled in a distant building ( but everything is located very close), our own swimming pool. It 's quieter and less crowded , of course . But you can go to any pool where there are people . It 's more comfortable for anyone here . The only sun is not on the entire pool in the far building . The water in the pools is heated. Towels are given out and changed, everything is always available, no need to wait. The pools are cleaned every day and more than once. Rescuers are sitting on the towers . The staff is all working for 5! We are two adults and a child , we were given a room with a large double bed and there was a sofa that could be folded into a full 1.5 double bed. Bed linen is also provided upon request. The room itself is clean with a balcony , pool view 👍 There are 4 large pools with different depths and 1 pool under a canopy for kids. There were always enough deck chairs , although there were always enough people . A great choice for families with children! We had a rest in October 2022. Service, food, accommodation - everything is top! The choice and quality of drinks and cocktails is excellent! There is beer in cans in bars, you can take it with you to your room. There is a great children's room for children, a water park, many pools (including for very small ones with a canopy from the sun). A mini water park in the sea is a very cool thing, older children like it more than a water park on land. It's cool for adults too. That is, in fact, there are 2 water parks in this hotel. We lived in a family cabin in a three-storey bungalow type, which stand on the sides of the main building. I recommend taking rooms in them - the rooms are bigger, quieter, closer to the sea (I went around the corner of my house - the beach) + huge balconies - there is a place to spend time with your wife or friends when you put the children to bed. There is an 18+ swimming pool. But don't be under any illusions - no foam parties and topless models. It's just a quiet pool right next to the main restaurant, where children are not allowed, i.e. no one yells, rushes or dives with splashes. Peaceful people (often elderly) They are quietly chilling with books. The same childfree zone is available in the restaurant. In general, animation is tight here. This is perhaps the main disadvantage. In the evenings, the same girl plays the guitar. Well, from the comments - the headboard of the bed was painted with a pen in the room - I think it is unacceptable for such a five. On the last day, we accidentally discovered a sauna, Jacuzzi, hammam - free of charge in the main building. The hotel has a car rental service, it's OK for the price and everything is fair. We drove to Dubai for several days. It takes an hour or an hour and a half to get to Dubai, everything is simple, the navigator is working. There are a lot of people, but there is enough space for everyone in the restaurant and sun beds. Pools, however, can be crowded. In general, for animation - 2 points, for the rest - an honest 5. I recommend it with children. Without children, the neighboring Rixos is better - we went there to watch evening shows.

We visited the Emirates for the first time with the whole family in March last year, just on spring break. The hotel was chosen for a long time, one of the key parameters was fully inclusive food and drinks, I must say it is different from all inclusive in Turkey. For children there is a playground, a water park with slides, though without a pool, an inflatable trampoline in the sea. We were settled in a 3-storey one of many buildings, in a spacious room (2 adults and 2 children 8 years old), 2 2-bedroom beds, a spacious loggia with a beautiful view of the bay and the hotel territory. Large bathroom, cleaning was daily. Large pools, sun beds were always enough both on the beach and around the pool. The sea is clean, comfortable, we were lucky with the weather, it was always warm and sunny. As for the food, it is not as diverse here as in the Turkish 5, but you will not stay hungry, the drinks are the same as in Turkey, although there was cola, sprite with glass in the refrigerator, it was served in the lobby bar. I would love to return to this hotel again👍🏻

The hotel is aimed at families with children, there are a lot of entertainment for children, water slides, an excellent playground, which by the way the luxury villas overlook, in my opinion a dubious neighborhood. Children frolic late at the playground. A separate shallow pool with shade. I was lucky with one of the rooms, it was taken in a detached building and it turned out that it was right with access to a separate pool for this building, just a couple of steps and you're in a heated pool. One of the disadvantages is the remoteness from Dubai, about an hour and 15 minutes by car. Well, it's not closing the restaurant minute by minute in the evening. We missed dinner a couple of times because of this. Plus, if you fly without a transfer, it will cost about 30 thousand rubles round trip. We took a car with gasoline (1300 km), fines (360 dirhams) and an additional driver (150 dirhams), it cost 2100 dirhams. If without a second driver and fines, then you can keep up to 1600 if with filing and delivery at the airport.

I already have a bracelet of a different color); you ask the waiter to remove it from the table - he will tell you no, sit over there; the dumbest thing is that you come to the bar, they start doing something with a displeased face, they say - go sit down and ask the waiter. my wife's birthday was on July 1, the tour operator indicated this, I said it 2 times at the reception, as a result, I wrote to the tour operator again on July 3, she wrote to the hotel and only then did they bring us a "present" in the form of a cake, when the rest were beautifully and loudly congratulated in the restaurant, they did not finalize (my wife was offended.) Meals: according to the All Inclusive program, you can: eat in the main restaurant, drink something in bars and that's it. If you came up at 16:03 for ice cream, sorry to pay (although here it is, lying with me). A la carte, of course, is paid, but for some reason it's strange for everything except the restaurant to be paid. The difference between AI and UAI is alcohol 24/7 (but where it is given after the bars close), you can order room service, a la carte is always available and 1 more item. In the restaurant, you should try to find something not spicy, the breakfast is always top-notch. There are also nuances, the food has been fed up for 9 days, everything is always the same for breakfast, the dinners were a little varied, there were shrimps and fish and squid, but mostly in the same version. I would like more fish. But in any case, I wasn't hungry. There are no problems with sweets at all, there is a very wide variety. The staff is polite. We went on excursions, there are many places nearby that you can visit. The child just had a birthday, the staff decorated the bed with flowers, and in the evening they brought a piece of cake. I visited this hotel for the second time in 2017 and now from September 16 to 27. My expectations were fully met. Only on the positive side. Both times we took a room in the Club buildings, the area is quieter, the Infinity pool is excellent, the entrance to the sea is sandy, there are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. The sea was very warm up to +36. And we just hung for an hour at a depth like in a bathtub. Of the vacationers, mostly Russians, Kazakhs, British and, I think, Czechs, but it should be borne in mind that from Friday to Sunday locals come to rest and the entire parking lot is filled with cars and the hotel is 100% full. It is especially noticeable in the restaurant
