A very decent and decent hotel. It is located far from the center of the city of Alma-Ata in a picturesque forest area. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy. The territory is more than 50 hectares. Golf courses. From the upper floors there is a magnificent view of the mountains and the forest. Two comfortable pools (indoor and outdoor) with heated water + a pool with aqua massage. The SPA is also rated (on a five-point scale) 4.5 according to colleagues. The breakfasts can be called chic. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Delicious coffee, pastries and sweets. It's a little over an hour's drive from the airport.

Very nice place , clean and cozy rooms , lots of spa treatments, excellent wellness center. A huge park area, a lot of greenery, excellent nature , many places for walking , many species of birds live on the territory. A good golf course. There are several restaurants on site, including traditional cuisine. In general, I recommend it . A nice, peaceful place to relax with your family.

A huge comfortable hotel on the territory of a huge park with its own golf course, lakes and a river. Inside the building there are several restaurants, a swimming pool, a SPA area. We used two halls for conferences and meetings.
The rooms and staff correspond to 5 stars. The room is cleaned every day. Breakfast from 7:00 a.m., a great selection of dishes, drinks and fruits. I liked everything.

A magnificent SPA hotel. It was made on the basis of a former sanatorium. A large and very cozy area with lots of trees. Excellent restaurants and bars. A magnificent SPA salon. Swimming pools, sauna, hammam, massages, treatment and relaxation! It will also be comfortable to spend time here with children. There are pools for children. There are rooms with mountain views.

Food - the main restaurant (breakfast is excellent , fresh vegetables , fruits , a good selection of cheeses and various snacks, oriental sweets (lukum, halva, etc.)
The main menu did not please me, but the taste and color as they say (in my opinion, the price / quality does not match)
is a restaurant of Kazakh cuisine, pilaf is beyond praise, manta rays are not (the meat is tough, not juicy) Vinaigrette - read the composition , I did not read it . In my opinion, a strange composition , a green apple - :((( , but it 's my fault I didn 't read the composition myself .
The spa is above all praise, clean, warm , the pool is +28, and the air is +30. There was a sauna and a hammam - the temperature was excellent .

She asked us to bring additional pastels right away. Let's all go to the pool. We arrive at 19.00, the sofa has not been made yet. It was reported again. They went out for dinner, they came back with the bed unmade. The children were tired and wanted to sleep. And the youngest waited until 23.45 until the sofa was made for him. After my husband's arrival on the phone, we organized a pastel.
- the manager is not coping with his duties. 70% of the staff are not trained and do not know how to cope with certain tasks.
- pools are muddy... some from dirt, some from chemicals.
- half of the hydro massagers were not functioning.
-Phoenix restaurant: it's a shame to have such an obscure menu. It would be comfortable to do it separately in different languages. It is advisable to add photos of dishes to the online menu. After all, so many foreigners and our compatriots come to eat DELICIOUS food in a beautiful location.
The location is there, it remains only to improve the dishes. Send the chef for advanced training. Develop a menu navigation that is understandable to many. I was the only one who thought I was so picky, but there were 11 of us. No one could choose their own dishes, the descriptions are not clear, you read in Kazakh, Russian, English at once. And you don't know in the end you moved on to another dish or still a description of one dish.
- we took three rooms. There were refrigerators in two rooms, and there was no refrigerator in our largest room. It took 2.5 days for the refrigerator to be brought to us. 😑
-Two adults and three children are indicated in the large room, but there are 4 positions of towels and other accessories.
-The rooms are life-threatening. Tiles in bathrooms are cheap, they slip even when dry. The children slipped and fell. I almost slipped three times. An aunt in another room eventually fell and injured her arm.
- the shower is open. A half-way partition. The toilet is also half closed. Taking a shower in the most careful way, the water still flows out of the aisles of the shower area.
- It is difficult to call this device a hygienic shower.
- There is only one hook for the entire large bathroom. It is not clear where to hang five people's swimsuits and wet towels.
- The bed is all rustling, crunching. The mattress is very soft. HUGE SPITTING THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT PILLOWS. I DON'T KNOW IF THERE IS A PILLOW MENU, BUT THAT WE HAD PILLOWS AND FEATHER PILLOWS AND STUFFED WITH SINTEPON -it was great!
- From the 5th floor, after a certain time, part of the floor was closed, and we could not get into the room from the wing where the pool is. I had to go down to the 4th floor with the children. The ball door is also closed there. We went down to the 3rd floor, and only from there we were able to go to another elevator and climb to the 5th floor, walk 100 meters to get to the room.
- After 13.00, the keys of all three rooms stopped working. There are two rooms next to each other and a third one on the floor above. My parents were there. Dad walks with a cane, mom with sore joints. We felt some kind of mockery. I had to leave the kids on the floor (and they want to go to the toilet big, small, someone is cold to sit wet), go down to the reception, wait in line, and go up again with a working key.
- The buggies waited 30 minutes in the sun. They called the driver and sat and waited afterwards. Buggies are not comfortable. When I was going down, I hit very hard because of the narrow passage, my dad also hit. We are walking with a huge hematoma now.
One star only for the Territory.

An excellent sanatorium in the forest. You can't hear the city, it's a huge area. There are many indoor and outdoor pools with mountain views. A lake with fish. Pheasants, magpies :) There are no rooms available, but you only encounter people at breakfast. The most comfortable pillows and mattresses. Sleep your soundest sleep. Underfloor heating and absolutely silent! climate control.

A wonderful hotel for relaxing body and soul: a huge area for walking, breathing and admiring nature... We were in winter and it's beautiful... It's probably a fairy tale in summer! Excellent modern rooms with everything you need - bathrobes, slippers, shower gels... in short, everything is down to the toothbrush... You just have to come. Delicious and varied breakfasts: eggs in all varieties, a couple of types of cereals, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, Turkish sweets and pastries... in a word, for every taste! And I would like to highlight the SPA separately! A huge swimming pool, about the same huge Jacuzzi area, sauna, hammam, steam room... There is also an outdoor swimming pool in summer!
In short, I highly recommend this place for families, friends or for a romantic weekend!

The hotel is good! There are no disadvantages, they give a toy to children and the pasta settled in quickly without any problems. The restaurant is a wonderful playroom for children there is a bar, a swimming pool, a spa, a sauna, the rooms are clean. I came with my family and took 2 rooms 200,000 tenge per day, we were there for 15 days!

I'll say this is a 4+ hotel. Big, beautiful, the nature is gorgeous. The service is excellent. The pool is beautiful.But as always, there is a but. And it's not about finding fault. There is a dressing room, but there is no light in it. There is not a single device in the bathroom where to hang a bathrobe or towel. Such minor inconveniences in such an expensive room. And one big disadvantage for me is the remoteness.

The staff is friendly.
The breakfasts are great!! For every taste.
For me, the disadvantage is that there is no coffee machine in the room, only instant coffee. And the food is expensive at the hotel itself.
But nearby, outside the hotel, there are cafes and restaurants with local cuisine👍🏻 Both the prices and the cooking are great.

I planned to celebrate my birthday in a beautiful country hotel in a comfortable and quiet atmosphere, in fact I received drunken screams and songs from neighboring rooms, which lasted until 3 a.m.
They called the reception three times, but the security staff could not find these numbers for an hour😅
In short, my husband and I did not get enough sleep at all, and part of the trip to the lakes and canyon had to be greatly shortened.
I don't set foot in this hotel anymore, the hotel administration is not customer-oriented at all.
And if you want to sleep with the windows open, then there is some kind of noisy installation on the territory and besides the drunken crowd you will also listen to it.
Among the advantages: delicious breakfasts, new beautiful interiors. But honestly, they are not worth their money, the standard rooms are small.

Останавливались в Swiss Resort 1 ночь.
Из плюсов: шикарная территория, прекрасные виды, свежий ремонт в номерах, балкон с диванчиком и столом - для лета идеально, большая вместимость (забронировать номер с субботы на воскресенье накануне не составило труда). Отличный спа: очень понравилась финская сауна, бассейны, парная в мой визит была совсем холодная + не удалось разобраться по какому принципу работают гидромассажи во внутреннем бассейне (самостоятельно включить не получилось, запускаются они как-то хаотично и очень выборочно).
Из минусов: отсутствует электрический чайник в номере (каждый раз приходилось звонить в обслуживание номеров и ждать чайник с кипятком, что совсем неудобно), на просьбу предоставить электрический чайник - сказали, что на все номера чайников не хватает. В душевой не предусмотрена дверь, поэтому при принятия душа всё пространство, где расположены туалет и раковина заливаются водой.
Ну и самый значительный минус, совершенно непозволительный для сетевого отеля уровня 5* с такой стоимостью - отвратительно работает фронт офис. С таким хаосом и твердолобостью я не сталкивалась даже в самых простеньких гостиницах. Я успешно прошла online check in накануне прибытия, тк заранее получила письмо от ACCOR о том, что моё бронирование подходит для оформления быстрого выезда. В день заезда мы приехали около 14.10 (не обратила внимание, что заселение вместо стандартных 14.00 в этом отеле только в 15.00); пройдя на стойку регистрации мне сказали, что готовы меня зачекинить уже сейчас, чтобы в 15.00 я просто получила ключ. На аргумент, что чекин я прошла накануне - мне сказали, что все равно требуется отсканировать мои документы. По итогу у администраторов постоянно что-то зависало / не работало / они отвлекались на звонки и другие задачи / не могли понять как можно с одного гостя взять тур сбор, а с другого не взять (тк второй гость гражданин РК). По итогу на весь процесс ушло 30 (!!!) минут, (учитывая я уже прошла чекин и потратила и на него своё время). Когда на часах было уже 14.40, я спросила, есть ли возможность нас уже заселить, тк уже почти 15 - на что получила отказ. Мы пошли прогуляться, я вернулась на рецепцию в 15.10 за ключом; на рецепции уже стояла очередь из заселяющихся. Тк я уже дважды прошла чекин и всё оплатила - подошла к администратору с просьбой просто выдать мне ключ, на что получила ответ, что сейчас мне всё выдадут. Простояв ещё 10 минут в ожидании и подойдя ещё два раза к той же сотруднице (которая собственно меня и чекинила) - она отправила меня к другому сотруднику, который также игнорировал меня 10 минут пока не закончилась вся очередь, а как она закончилась, решил, что меня нужно зачекинить в третий раз и снова взять с меня оплату (раза с третьего он таки смог найти в системе, что у меня всё оплачено). По итогу ключи я получила прождав ещё 25 минут и объясняя одно и то же нескольким сотрудникам. Отдав багажную бирку администратору, он умудрился её потерять и не сумел передать её портье, так что и портье пришлось самостоятельно объяснять что у меня за багаж и куда его отнести.
На чекауте та же смена администраторов ещё минут 5-10 не могли меня отпустить, тк снова не видели оплату тур сбора за гостя из Казахстана, продолжая отвлекаться на свои дела :) в общем ваш фронт офис это сущий кошмар и стоили моих нервов и часа отдыха, который, прошу заметить, никто мне не компенсировал (ровно в 12.00 начали звонить в номер и просить срочно выселяться).

My colleague was almost late for the meeting due to the fact that the suit arrived at 10 a.m. instead of the designated time - 8 o'clock. My phone and kettle didn't work. It took at least an hour. To completely solve this simple question. There was only one coffee machine working at the restaurant for breakfast, there is no water in the tanks. You have to ask.

A chic hotel and location, incredibly clean air. We had a room with a mountain view, beauty) we got enough sleep in 3-4 hours, a very high bed! Delicious cuisine, especially breakfast. And the cherry on the cake is a SPA! we had a great rest and recovered.
The only advice for the hotel is to train the staff. Raise customer focus.
There is a separate story about the reception and the sales manager. I rate the staff at 3.
