A good 2.5 star hotel. Clear. Crowds of people around the clock. The food is so good , the rooms look like you're spending the night at the train station. A fat plus for the sports bar, a lot of beer and you can eat good marble steaks, Healthy in size. You can have a good rest with swill for about 100 bucks, but you need to watch the bartender so that he does not pour beer from the tray into your glass, I saw for myself, I had to quarrel. The location is normal, metro and taxi. A transfer takes you to the beach, but sometimes it will bring you back and does not return, so you always need to have money for a taxi with you. The beach that they take to put it mildly is not very clean. It is better to cooperate with other vacationers and go to La mer, and pay the money in half, but the caveat is that the taxi driver sometimes does not take 4 people, you will have to fight. In general, if you are satisfied with 3 stars and a beer bar, you are welcome.

My favorite hotel!Everything you need is there. You can wait for check-in on the roof of the hotel, by the pool.changing rooms, showers-everything is for people. The food is delicious, of course there are no rib eye steaks, who likes meat, but salads, oranges, watermelon, melon, pasta are delicious.Conveniently, there are two metro stations nearby, and it is a 4-station drive from the hotel to Burj Khalifa. There is a large store nearby, it has everything you need. There is a transfer service to the sea, only Russians go there, there are usually enough places for everyone (in winter, January). The only thing is, there are a lot of Hindus, but they don't give a damn and they don't bother much.

They are poorly cleaned, the dust lay on the shelf on the bed, and lay all 7 days, there are no disposable slippers, you have to walk in the same as on the street The staff is very arrogant, they imagine themselves to be queens of a three-star hut. Departure to Moscow at 23:00 at night, evicted at 11:30 in the afternoon, transfer at 18 o'clock, while they refused to feed, they bought lunch from 134 derhams. It's definitely not possible to get to the beach on foot, it takes 15 minutes by bus Transfer at 8 a.m. to the sea, pick up at 12 p.m., (not everyone can stand these 4 hours) by the way, there are no hammocks and umbrellas on the beaches ((( Food at the hotel: Very sharp and monotonous. It's almost the same thing every day. For lunch, they don't put anything except water to drink. Morning coffee, the cheapest instant drink, is impossible to drink. Disappointed in the hotel (( Especially waiting 6.5 hours and not even feeding your guests, it's terrible Of the advantages, there is still a rooftop pool, from 8 am to 20:00 And there is a gym for 24 hours👍(only for this I give 2 stars) So it would be 0

The location is good. We were on New Year's Eve. The food is specific, and in the end I got tired of it. There are good shopping malls and shops nearby. The transfer to la Mera (the beach) is mediocre, without an appointment - full bottom. It was stated on the tour operator's website about the renovation in 2024 - a lie. The reception desk was redone and that's it. Everything in the rooms is already tired and needs to be updated. The rooms are clean in general, daily cleaning. It was chilly at times, and the air conditioning system wasn't working. It showed only the temperature and that's it, but about setting the temperature- 0 reactions. The staff was friendly and consisted of Hindus. In general, it will work.

We stayed at this hotel for November 24 years. An average hotel. We didn't like it, it smells very strongly of cigarettes, damp, there is no hood. The windows don't open, they just check. We had breakfast included, but they are focused on India, and by the way, 90% of these tourists are there. The location is normal, but the metro is not very close. Of the cosmetic devices, only soap and shampoo. Of the advantages, the rooftop pool is open until 20:00, there is no other territory at the hotel. Room cleaning+ change of linen and towels every day. Tea, coffee and water are also replenished daily. From now on, I will choose the hotel more carefully.

The food is normal, delicious in places, but you feel like you're in a canteen with an influx of noisy Indians. The rooms are small but clean, cleaning is done every day, even the bed linen was changed on the fourth day. There's a pool and gym on the roof, and towels are provided for sun beds, but there are only 15 of them, so by 10 a.m. everything is usually occupied. There is a bus service to the beach, but we didn't dare get on it.

Nice hotel, great location. We took a ticket with breakfast and dinner, we did not regret it at all! Of course, there is a lot of Indian food, the specifics of the hotel, most of the Indians, but there was always a lot of delicious food for our stomach). The hotel is relatively clean, the rooms are cleaned every day and well. Of the disadvantages, we did not understand Hindu English well, as we spoke Russian English. In principle, this is the case everywhere in the Emirates.

A wonderful hotel for your money, everyone is friendly, they will always tell you, they will settle in earlier, if possible, they are not greedy, the food is delicious except for breakfasts (they are for Indians), water, tea, coffee, room cleaning, linen change - every day! A clean pool on the roof, the room itself - there is everything you need, yes, not new, but not shabby, I would give 4 stars The only disadvantage is the lack of balconies, the problem was to dry things

A great hotel for your money. There are a lot of Hindus, but then you get used to them. The food is delicious, there is a large selection. On the 1st floor there is a sports bar and 2 restaurants with a music program. Near the metro station ADCB, you can go to any location and shops. In the morning he takes a bus to LaMer beach, it's nice there.

I give you five stars because everything was as planned. And even better. Before the trip, I carefully selected the hotel according to certain points. This one was perfect. 1) Inexpensive. 2) Breakfast and dinner included 3) metro and shops are within walking distance 4) Transfer to the sea. The food is delicious and varied. The only negative is water for dinner. There are no other drinks. This is strange. Maybe it's like this everywhere in Dubai? I don't know. The view from the window was gone. View of the roof of the hall and other windows. However, the view was not needed. A lot of guys from India. It's not very good. On the other hand, there are many of them everywhere. Very noisy guys. I think there are a lot of them in all cheap hotels, so don't worry.

It's a cool hotel, the food is normal, but mostly everything is for Indians, to be honest, I don't really recommend it. The staff at this hotel is slightly below average, and Turkey is certainly better. Next to the hotel there is a McDonald's, an exchange office and a shopping center where there is definitely something to buy, quite affordable, from 10 to 15 minutes to the metro.

The rooms on the second floor faced the courtyard of a nearby hotel, where Indian parties were held in the evenings. There was liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The shower and tiles were stained; not all the maid shifts were clean. There is bottled water (tea and coffee bags). The rooftop pool was small, umbrellas were not allowed to open, and the staff was slow and rude. The water is like boiling water. Transfer to Lamer beach (the beach seems to be abandoned, no sun beds or umbrellas), by appointment and then one at a time if you manage to take a seat Well, the most that I didn't like was the breakfasts. It looked like a buffet, but everything was Indian-style with spices, and we ate toast with butter and vegetables all day.

A good hotel for its category. There are three metro stations nearby: Sharaf DJ, ADCB, Burdjuman. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to each one. The staff is friendly and not annoying. The rooms are clean and there is always water. Among the disadvantages, I would like to note the lack of a continental airport and a lot of tourists from the countries of the former British India. But if that doesn't bother you, then the hotel will do. The historical part of the city and the Frame of Dubai are relatively close. The iconic skyscrapers are 30 to 40 meters away, including the cost of getting to and taking the subway.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. Cleaning and changing of towels in the room takes place every day. They clean very well . Bottled water, tea, coffee, dry cream and sugar are supplied daily. What can I say about nutrition: you won't be hungry, but everything comes with a lot of spices and there are practically no fresh individual pastries (rolls, croissants) .If you have no food preferences, I recommend the hotel. The price corresponds to the quality !

Initially, the impressions were better, but later there was something to compare with for a similar price. The dampness is very noticeable when entering the room. The repair was done a long time ago, everything is already quite tired. It is located quite far, close, except that the "arch" and it is not a long drive from the airport. But it was interesting to see such an area, the other side of Dubai, so to speak, I will add a point for this)

The location is quite convenient, 15 minutes from the metro. Breakfasts are more suitable for residents of India and Pakistan, the restaurant is always very noisy and dirty... The rooms are small, there are only 2 towels in the bathroom (in a room for two) and 1 foot towel, not very convenient, but linen is changed daily. There is a good gym and a rooftop pool. An economical option for very unassuming tourists

A good hotel, rooms of average freshness, but the location is convenient, there are shops nearby and the metro is 20 minutes away. The room was chosen with windows on the neighboring hotel, although we were offered a good view, but on the mosque. We chose tranquility, breakfast is not pretentious, but you will not stay hungry. But they have a problem with cleaning, they came, and all the tables are with dirty dishes, and there is simply nowhere to sit. But then they corrected themselves,)

My favorite hotel! The best!!Nice rooms. We usually arrive at the hotel at 9 a.m., check-in at 3 p.m., you can wait for this time on the roof, where the pool is located, as an oasis. We've been here 3 times.Since the hotel is more aimed at Hindus, someone probably won't like the food, I really like it.The breakfasts are good, you can choose, the dinners are gorgeous, everything is fresh, very tasty! The rooms are well cleaned, the water is supplemented.Someone might not like it, but there are a lot of Indians there, 90% of the guests!

Friendly staff, clean, pool with cool water at an air temperature of 30 degrees, the food is not very good, you can only limit yourself to breakfast, monotonous, the seasoning in all dishes is specific. The location is convenient, the bus that takes you to the beach for free is often full and the beach is the worst of those that we visited. La mer and Jameira are in the same distance, but clean and with sun beds, 30-40 dirhams by taxi, as an option to unite with compatriots. Nearby there are shops, cafes, a market, you can get to the fish market, buy fresh shrimps, lobsters, etc. , they also clean and cook there

Food: medium, lots of Indian themes, European eggs, yogurt. We didn't go to breakfast, even though we paid for it. Room: the smell of dampness in the room, take it on the sunny side, they say it's better there It's noisy day and night, and there are a lot of people coming from India. The location is convenient, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is polite. In general, the average option, the price / quality is consistent.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the prices for accommodation are affordable, mostly Russian speakers and Indians live. The food for breakfast is varied, but due to being in the Indian quarter, due to their national food, there is no meat. Free transfer to the beach. The rooms are not large, but they are worthy of 3 stars. The hotel is worth the money.

I had a rest on March 10, 2025. The hotel is clean, linen and towels are changed every day. Tea, coffee, and water are always available. No one speaks Russian, only through a translator, keep in mind. The restaurant is designed for Pakistan and Indian food. Spicy, legume, ..ovoe.. There are 40 Russians per 1,000 guests. The shuttle bus to the beach is cramped, and there are a lot of people who can't fit. There is a metro station 20 minutes away, you can get to Marina Beach, it takes about 35 minutes to drive. There is a swimming pool on the roof. An alcohol ticket 15 minutes from the hotel will be sold according to your passport. So there is Expo City at the final metro stop, it's beautiful there. None of the guides talk about it. The guide only offers an expensive tour, which is absolutely nothing in fact. The old fund of buildings, the market + the museum of the future, the market+ the Bobn village square is another market. So it's a divorce of some kind. Money thrown away and a lost day...

It's fine in principle, but I wouldn't check in here a second time. Pros: 1. Cleaning service every 2 days with change of towels and bed linen + bottled water and tea/coffee. 2. Normal breakfasts. 3. Very friendly staff! 4. The normal location is not on the outskirts of the city. There is a Dubai frame one station away from the hotel. ,Cons: 1. There are 3 (!) establishments on the ground floor: karaoke, pub and club. It's VERY noisy every night!!! We lived on the 3rd floor, but it felt like we were at a disco. This madness started somewhere at 22-23 hours and ended only at 3:00! There were days when we had to get up at 4-5 in the morning, and we just couldn't sleep because of the VERY, VERY, VERY loud music! 2. The hotel itself is tired. Last year we did cosmetic repairs, but all the furniture, plumbing, carpets, towels are pretty shabby. The toilet tank is leaking. 3. There is nowhere to dry things: no hooks, no dryer. 4. There are no sockets by the bed. In general, there are only two sockets in the room, one is almost broken (it is difficult to insert the plug). 5. ADCB metro station is 20 minutes away, Sharaf DG is about the same distance away. It's not very convenient. 6. Because this is the Deira area, 95% of the Indian cuisine restaurants are around. Not the pros and cons, but just the facts.: 1. Mostly Indians stay at the hotel. 2. The staff does not speak Russian.

A very nice, clean and decent hotel for 3 stars. The reception staff will be happy to help. If you don't know English, you can use a translator, and the staff themselves use it to make Russian guests feel comfortable. The food is good, very tasty. Different types of pasta with sauces, meat, fish, chicken are also several types. I don't know who writes there that EVERYTHING is spicy, but no matter how much they didn't take anything (just a little bit), then only the chicken was spicy on one day and that's it. There is a metro station 10-15 minutes away and the Burj Khalifa station is just 3 minutes away. There is also a very large and cheap Day to day store nearby, where you can buy absolutely everything, and most importantly cheap souvenirs! Tip: ask to move to a higher floor. There is a club on 1 where music can sometimes be played loudly. The Hindus. There are really a lot of them, but they are peaceful people and they don't give a damn about Russian tourists and don't touch them in any way. And in the city they can even help if they see that you are lost or looking for something) And they all speak English very well. There won't be any problems with that in Dubai.

We stayed here in March 2025. It's relatively budgetary, BUT: - The food is tasteless, designed for Hindus, of whom there are most in this hotel. We took breakfast and dinner, but I personally did not like the food at all, for dinner there is only water from drinks, tea and coffee are not served. However, you can hardly drink them for breakfast either, there are two diluted juices for breakfast. One day, very hot and very cold water began to pour out of the shower for several seconds at a time. A plumber was called and fixed. Toilet paper is super thin, in general, everything is on the edge. The room is shabby, there is not enough glass for toothbrushes, shampoo and soap dispensers, they give only one towel each, but there is a kettle and a refrigerator. They clean it every day. It's basically clean. There is simply nowhere to dry swimsuits and wet clothes, there is no heated towel rail in the room and a dryer, things take a long time to dry. View from the window in our room: on the walls of the same hotel, the courtyard is a well, the noise from the outdoor ventilation and from the street when you open the window. To the nearest metro stations: from 15 to 20 minutes on foot, to the center of Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa - from 30 to 40 minutes (the guide told us that everything is "close"). There is a shuttle service from the hotel to La Mer beach, but we have never taken it, as we were told that we could not get there and had to take a queue in advance. We decided not to spoil the experience. Excursions to Abu Dhabi and Dubai were taken on Tripster, from hotel guides everything is 2 times more expensive. I wanted more, but this is a 3* hotel (network), so more or less, but I don't recommend it.

To be honest, I don't even want to write a review, but I feel a duty to people. I want to protect you, because I study myself before choosing. My dear ones, if a hotel is important to you, but you want to save money, then it's better not to use this hotel, it will ruin your vacation, you can say you couldn't relax properly after excursions, it's uncomfortable in the room, the food is terrible. We were in October 2024, I'm writing just now Cons - * Scary number in the photo and so it is clear The food is not suitable for Russian, I ate almost nothing (there were only breakfasts) I attach the photo, but I did not take everything. If you are late, you will be taken to the second room with a smaller amount of food, it is better to get up earlier. * There is no laundry, only for a fee at a nearby store (but there is no time for this, it would be more convenient in the room itself) * A strange smell in the hotel, specific Advantages + * Water was always given 0.5 when requested and changed by themselves every day * Daily cleaning service * 3 unusual hangers, thank God I took my own. * the hair dryer is weak Separately You can ask for an ironing board and iron, there is a safe, the window opens only to the top. The pool is small, there is little space, it is better to go in advance, otherwise there will be no sun beds. There seems to be a transfer to the sea, but I don't know for sure, we didn't use it. There are Hindus everywhere (I have nothing wrong with that, but it felt like we were superfluous). It's a 15-minute walk to the subway~ There's a mac and an inexpensive restaurant in a 15-minute walk. There is also a grocery store and a laundry service on the way to the subway. Bottom line: if you don't care about what you saw in the photo, then you can go, spend the night cleanly and run away.

The hotel made a pleasant impression. We checked in quickly, the room is clean, but not very spacious. Cleaning was done regularly, once they forgot to put towels, they called the reception, they brought it quickly. The windows are opening. The breakfasts are delicious, but not too varied. During breakfast, food and dishes had to be periodically waited for, when something was running out, they were not immediately brought. There were problems with the transfer too. There was 1 small bus and the only time we decided to take it to the beach, we just didn't fit in it. But this did not spoil our rest, we bought a transport card and, at an unlimited seven-day rate, went to the beach and wherever we wanted at the time when we wanted. There are many shops near the hotel and many inexpensive Hindu Cafes with delicious and varied food nearby. We had dinner in them every day, there were no problems with stomachs during the whole vacation. A separate advantage of this hotel is that it is located not far from the metro, so we looked at quite a few places in Dubai without spending extra money on excursions. Lamer beach, which is closest to the hotel, seemed to me the most beautiful of those that I managed to see. In general, the hotel itself made a good impression. In general, I recommend it.

Good day everyone! We were together with my Wife at the Hotels of the City of Max Bur Dubai 3 (first time in the UAE) . From March 19 to March 25 , 2024 . A good hotel for its modest money , advantages : location ( Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall - three metro stations ) metro from the hotel is 15 minutes on foot , infrastructure ( supermarkets , exchanger , pharmacy ) , MMi alcohol market ( generally fire ) , the rooftop pool is crystal clear , room cleaning is also super daily , breakfasts 50/50. Cons : Indians are 80 % of the hotel's residents, noisy and not an understandable smell... ( even though we were sitting in a separate room ) , the Transfer to the sea is a sad little Groove one ( 30 seats approximately ) leaves at 9 for the sea back at 13:00 can't take everyone away ... either take a queue in advance or take a taxi - La Mer beach is good. Overall, the price-quality ratio ! I recommend it!!!

The cuisine is Indian, 30 minutes on foot to the metro, a one-time transfer to the sea (you need to queue at the entrance, because there is a chance to take a taxi or stay without the beach). And so, the hotel is decent, the rooms are clean

Indian Quarter. For an amateur. Food for Hindus and Pakistanis. I could only eat scrambled eggs and pancakes for breakfast. I don't know how I'll last a week on this... no coffee, tea from a tea bag. The smells around are appropriate. I got a fat cockroach in the room, I hope I won't bring it home... on the plus side, it's not expensive, there are shops, currency exchanges and the metro within walking distance (15 minutes)

A clean, peaceful hotel. The breakfasts are not particularly rich, the sausages are modest, there is no choice of grade 1, eggs and omelette are always available. There are few vegetables at breakfast. Cupcakes of 2-3 types are also super modest. The most delicious for me were hummus, olives, yogurt, coffee. There is a transfer to La Mare beach, convenient, but the beach is dull, everything is under reconstruction. The sand is clean, the sea is gentle, there are showers and changing rooms. It was more interesting for us to go to other beaches.

The hotel is pulling on its top three. The bed is clean, changed every other day, cleaning every day. I'm not picky about food, everyone has their own way. She didn't leave hungry. I didn't like the trip to the beach, there are many people who want to, but there is only one bus. I had to get out and queue for the bus almost an hour in advance.
