In a good location, clean, the staff is responsive. Nice rooftop pool, convenient. The cafe's menu is varied, but many dishes are unfamiliar. According to the cafe, the rating is 4 with a big minus. I had a rest in April 2022. We took a deposit of 600 upon arrival! Dirhams. Debited from the card. Upon departure, 500 dirhams were allegedly returned. A month has passed, the money has not been credited to the card! I wrote an e-mail to the hotel. They don't answer! It's a shame for such an attitude!!

A good hotel, close to the metro, there is no territory of its own, there is a swimming pool on the roof (cold in February) in the room there is a TV, safe, refrigerator, Wi-Fi. Sockets are Russian. There is a free shuttle service to the beach, it takes 15 minutes to go. There is also a transfer to the shopping center. Daily cleaning, bring water and coffee. Breakfast for 4. A lot of guests from India (this is to the cons, it's unpleasant to eat with them at the same table). At the reception, two employees spoke Russian, the rest in English. I would stay here again.

Were in hotels February 2020. Positive. 1) relatively everything is new and modern. 2) not far from the metro on foot for about 15 minutes.

Minuses. 1) really small rooms are really small. 2) there is no balcony. 3) there is not much near the hotel, only a supermarket is not where to walk. 4) food is real so as not to be hungry and nothing more. 5) there are a lot of Hindus. 6) there is nothing to do in the hotel at all, just to sleep.

Everything was fine. Clean, cozy and the view is good. But that's just a small variety of food and I was surprised that there was only water for dinner. And also someone who does not know English well will not be there very much, for some reason there has never been a Russian staff (although they promised). Generally not a bad hotel!

The hotel has its own 3 stars. 4 years have passed, and I remember the cleanliness in the rooms., friendly staff. There is no hotel territory around, just the city. There are two metro stations nearby, which is very convenient. Daily transfer to the beach. A bus left every hour. There weren't many people in December. The city is interesting, there is a lot to see. I will be happy to go again.

It's all good. The air conditioning is working, there is a TV, clean, cleaned every day, the hotel bar, breakfast, lunch are delicious. The location is great, bus, metro on foot 10 min, to the beach 7 min by taxi, near a large supermarket, closer small markets at nearby hotels.

they just didn't change our dinner for lunch, they said that because of some holiday, and we missed one meal because of this, because we went on an excursion. And so everything is fine, clean. We recommend it.

Not a bad city hotel in Dubai. We lived in it for a week during the Christmas holidays in 2020. Upon arrival, we were met by the hotel staff, as it turned out, no one who speaks Russian, but this did not prevent us from checking in and even changing the room to a more convenient one. The 3* hotel has a free safe, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, mugs. Every day the rooms are cleaned and water, tea, and coffee are brought free of charge. The hotel has 3 restaurants where you can eat and a bar open 24 hours. On the roof of the hotel there is a swimming pool with warm water open from 11.00 to 20.00. The hotel is located not far from the ADCB metro station, where you can quickly get to the city center and the main attractions of the city. The sea is really far away, but there is a time transfer from the hotel. Or you can get to one of the main beaches of La Mer by taxi for an affordable price (1 hour walk). The hotel is really not bad I recommend.
P.S we left 5 dirhams in the room every day. maybe that's why our room was like a new one every day))))

Unexpectedly cool! An amazing hotel for your money. I advise you unequivocally. Even a Russian-speaking employee was sometimes at the reception. The room is cozy. The breakfast is hearty. There is a gym and a rooftop pool. Cleaning was done every day. I would give him 4 stars, at least.

Everything is great. Almost in the center of Dubai. From the roof of the hotel, where the pool is located, you can see the Burj Khalifa.
