Excellent city hotel, decent rooms. Cleaning every day. Towels and linen are changed on request. 20 minutes walk to the metro red line - 4 stations to Dubai Mall. La Mer Beach is 15 minutes away by taxi. Excellent responsive staff. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers on the roof. The continental breakfast is decent. There are many cafes and shops nearby, a bus stop.

I don't know who writes that the hotel is on a solid three. Apparently those who left the country for the first time. Everything is old and shabby. From the second day we took a shower under cold water. Well, a gorgeous view from the window to the parking lot and construction debris included. Food is generally a separate conversation. Stupidly and after listening to the travel agent, we took breakfast and dinner. We had dinner in the end only 2 times. No choice, no quality. Everything is designed for Hindus. Our breakfast is toast and egg! There are no drinks for dinner except water. Even hot water for tea! The location is also not the most convenient. To go to the subway for at least 20 minutes. And the cherry on the cake is a transfer to the beach. He leaves at 9 in the morning, and the queue there begins to occupy from 8.30. Half of those who want simply does not fit. And from other transport only taxi! In general, one big disappointment. And the argument that it is cheap is also not relevant. Because it's not that cheap. We went on an excursion with tourists from Rotana (a huge candle). They paid about the same amount for the rest as we did. I do not recommend anyone to come here.

And the bonus is that the hotel specializes in Hindus, and they almost never go to the pool and do not sunbathe - that's why we were alone in the pool several times). There is a bus to La Mer Beach 2 times a day. For a beach holiday with children, the hotel is definitely not suitable for excursions, independent walks and shopping - the very thing!

Three stars hotel class, three stars and deserves. Honest three stars. I was at work - a very good location: 10 minutes walk to the metro, ADCB station, 2 metro stations to the exhibition center. The rooms are clean. There are three restaurants in the hotel: Thai, Indian cuisine and a beer bar with a kitchen. Restaurants are not expensive, the service is excellent, the cuisine is for an amateur. Alcohol is on the menu. Breakfasts are Indian cuisine. I'm not a fan of spicy, but you can assemble an acceptable breakfast option from the components of the buffet: fresh vegetable salads, boiled eggs, coffee, toast, butter - it helped me out. Clean up every day, replenish water and coffee. This is three stars, so take your slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste with you. There is a shower gel. I also recommend grabbing a hair dryer, it's there, but it worked so well for me that I was afraid to use it. There are shops nearby, you can order breakfast in the room, there is a swimming pool. Due to the proximity of the beach, it's a bit far, the sea is nearby, but there is a port there. For work, this is an excellent option, for a visit to Dubai, as a city, too: inexpensive (for example, to the Expo exhibition - it is until March 2022), I would choose another one for a beach holiday, but the price would be different - very different :-) If I want to show my children how to arrange life for my people with only the sea, sand, sun and oil (provided I love my people), I will stay in this hotel for three days.

We checked in at exactly 14 o'clock. The hotel is packed, there is one large bed in the room and it's all for three - 2 adults + 1 child 9 years old!!! No matter how hard we fought, even through the tour agent and the administration, we were offered a bed only for an additional fee of 100 dirhams per day. We agreed, but it turned out that they were all busy, because the hotel was full. There were only 2 in the room. I asked for 3 towels. Cups, spoons-there are 2 left. There are no slippers or anything individual. Gel and shampoo were poured into dispensers on the wall. We cleaned every day and well, there are no complaints at all, towels were changed.
The hotel is full of guests from India, the food is appropriate. The breakfasts are monotonous. The queue to wait for the table. We didn't starve, but we didn't really want to eat. The dinners were better and chicken and beef and fish., ice cream, pastries. But the drinks are only water.
We did not use the transfer to the beach-it was useless, we took a taxi for 25 dirhams. Keep in mind that change is not given in taxis or anywhere other than shops. I have to talk, but taxi drivers generally round everything up. For example, 34 dirhams to 40. We went to the supermarket nearby to buy fruits. Go to Dai tu day for souvenirs.
We went on excursions every day or just drove around the city ourselves , we only had breakfast , dinner and spent the night at the hotel -it saved us). There's no way I'm going back to this hotel and I'm not going to recommend it. Russians definitely don't belong there. Everything is oriented towards India.

Now about the cons:
ROOM: someone bit me, I'm allergic to bites, no remedy like acriderm helped, I didn't find anyone from flying (I didn't have such an itch from Dubai mosquitoes), one night I woke up from a wild itch on my elbow, I found a bug in the bed from living creatures, possibly from due to humidity and cold, like local bedbugs, the room is cold and humid, when I stopped by it was +15 degrees, it's tin, take warm pajamas, nothing dries, my swimsuit does not dry out 3 threads per day, at night for some reason the water in the toilet often runs, I woke up constantly, very thin toilet paper and napkins, I understand it is necessary to save, but you use 5 times more of this paper, it immediately gets wet and sticks
INTERNET: in principle, good, stable, I had enough speed to work, but the file download size is 4GB, the time is almost 5h writes
SWIMMING POOL: for such a hotel, it is very small (you can remove the pots with flowers and add sun loungers), there are a lot of people, if you want to relax and swim or read a book (someone constantly plops into the water and splashes you) it will not work (only when opening in the morning it is possible), I do not want to offend other nationalities, but they are very noisy, loud, do not think about others, play ball in the water occupying the entire pool, if you do not eat there to drink cleanly, then it is difficult to endure everything sober
RECEPTION: luggage storage just leave your things in the room, (in other hotels, a card for how many bags is broadcast on your things), here you leave it yourself, take it, I advise you not to leave anything valuable there
There was a night flight, it's hard, check-in at 14h (as in principle everywhere, but in all hotels (and I'm in Dubai 7 times) they try not to pull up to 2x and if there is a room to check in faster) here they offered to pay extra like about 100 dirhams, I understood the rooms were ready, Wi-Fi is not given until check-in, there are no seats in the lobby, tk. a lot of people are being evicted, someone is waiting for check-in, there was nowhere to sit, I was waiting in the changing room near the pool on a wooden bench, barely alive at 13h came up and I was still settled (there was already a guy, before that a harmful girl, gave a strange number, and she said to wait until 14h)
BOTTOM LINE: -if you have been saving up for this vacation for a long time, waiting, you have 1 in a year, better find a more comfortable hotel (a woman came up to me to chat and was very disappointed)
- if you only need a hotel to spend the night, or as in my case, just for a change of scenery, I took 1 day before departure on the principle of the cheapest because time accidentally appeared and I have already had a normal vacation several times this year, then you can go purely for a change of scenery

In the bathroom, all the water from the shower was constantly pouring on the floor, you just try to wash carefully, and still the whole floor was wet, the sink barely drained, apparently there was a fuss. The shower head is terribly uncomfortable, because if you need to wash your head, then it is impossible , it is located under the ceiling and is not adjustable ! Which is very bad, especially for girls:(

The area is safe, sleeping. A crowded hotel, but no one bothered to sleep. There is a small grocery and grocery store 300 meters from the hotel. The hotel is 3 stars, but in fact 1, and then with a stretch.

1. In the hotel, 99% are guests from India. I don't want to write insults, but personally, to put it mildly, I don't digest this nationality. Who knows, he will understand this smell, their kitchen, but about the kitchen later.
2. The hotel is "not fresh". The repair is crying for him; everything in the room is smeared / smeared, repainted 100 times. The walls are stained, furniture fittings, lamps are rusty, as the room is very damp. Thank God the window can be opened, but it did not save. Due to the high humidity, it is impossible to dry washed clothes (even socks).
3. You will definitely not be alone, because not only you live in the room, but also insects, namely ants. They're everywhere. It is impossible to leave food. Well, at least they didn't bite, thanks for that.
4. Nutrition. We had a buffet breakfast included. The only thing we could eat there was tea/coffee, milk, fruit (1 time it was sour), yogurt (sometimes it was sour), vegetables, bread, boiled eggs (in the first days, then they disappeared, no one eats them, the same ones were served all week). Everything else was specific to us, purely Indian cuisine. It had an unpleasant appearance and smell. They tasted something - very spicy and not tasty. Perhaps this is a very acceptable breakfast for someone. But we are used to eating more densely in the morning, food, not snacks /dessert.
5. Rooftop pool. In general, everything is fine in the pool. The city is visible. But... the towel that is given out when visiting, we got only once. Then they were gone. The mattresses on the sun beds look terrible. All stained, smelly. But this is not surprising, since they are not covered with a waterproof fabric, absorb moisture and simply do not dry out.
6. Location. To the metro 20 minutes on foot. The bus stop is 2-3 minutes away (but the buses we need did not depart from it and did not arrive at it)
7. The only plus! Cleaning every day: changing towels, vacuuming and changing bed linen.
