Indian Quarter. For an amateur. Food for Hindus and Pakistanis. I could only eat scrambled eggs and pancakes for breakfast. I don't know how I'll last a week on this... no coffee, tea from a tea bag. The smells around are appropriate. I got a fat cockroach in the room, I hope I won't bring it home... on the plus side, it's not expensive, there are shops, currency exchanges and the metro within walking distance (15 minutes)

Positive: 1. I got a room with a good view on the 7th floor, clean. 2. Location: 10-15 minutes walk to the ADCB metro station; many mini-midi supermarkets nearby. 3. Friendly hotel staff. Minuses:1. transfer to the bay - one small bus, one flight, a live queue, i.e. on the principle of "fighting dogs".2. Breakfast. 3. Lack of space for drying things in the room. 4. After taking a shower, there is a non-drying puddle on the bathroom floor. 5. The lobby of the hotel looks like the railway station in Sochi in the 90s - crowds of people with bags, suitcases. The hotel is quite suitable for budget accommodation.

The location of the hotel is convenient: 15 minutes leisurely to the metro red line and the same to the green line. There is a convenience store nearby. The room is cleaned every day, towels are also changed every day and water, tea bags, coffee and cream are brought. The rooms are small. There are a lot of Hindus. For breakfast, the only thing edible for me was an omelette and something like a cupcake. Coffee is an incomprehensible kind of potion... it's good that I took drip bags of coffee with me from Russia. In general, it's not bad, considering that we only came to the room to sleep, sometimes only in the morning.

Great location, good hotel and staff. But be prepared for Indian cuisine. Completely in the format of India. If you eat somewhere else, then it's a profitable hotel, everything is very close. The metro is within walking distance, I recommend

I want to share my stay at Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai. I must say right away - there are no advantages! Upon check-in, they said to pay the tax (otherwise they would not settle), 10 dirhams per day. They do not charge in currency, you will need to change it if you do not have it with you (15 minutes in the heat to the nearest exchanger in warm clothes is terrible!). The location is disgusting. This is an old neighborhood where there are mostly Hindus (in nearby hotels too) and there is a construction site all around. The metro is 15 minutes away, the red line. The hotel itself is also focused on guests from India, of whom at least 90% are in the hotel!!! The hotel menu, TV channels - everything for Hindus! And other privileges: for example, a discount at the bar, sometimes half of the dining room is closed for them.. Renovation - the hotel is outdated both morally and technically. Just so you understand, there aren't even USB connectors (I had to buy an adapter), there are only 2 outlets in the room, and there is no outlet near the bed, which is terribly inconvenient! By the way, the photos posted on the website and in many reviews are from the updated hotels of the chain, which are not true! The rooms are dirty, towels are torn, and there is only liquid soap from the shower accessories. An iron and ironing board are available on request. The water in the shower does not drain well, dust, dirt, mold, unpleasant odor. The water is barely warm in the morning and afternoon, and sometimes it's hot in the evening, but not always. The menu is very meager, there is nothing to eat. The breakfasts are terrible, there are no spicy dishes for dinner, at best, there is no fruit (an unripe watermelon does not count). 90% of the food is terribly spicy!!! It is impossible to eat. The audibility is terrible! Despite the carpet in the hallway, you can hear every suitcase, you can hear how they take a shower, go to the toilet, and the Indians who are everywhere are making noise. A separate "bonus" is the bar on the ground floor, where music is blaring until 3-4 o'clock at night. It is impossible to sleep. The windows of the room overlook either the construction site (next to the hotel) or the wall of the neighboring hotel. There is a super small pool on the top floor, and about 10 sun loungers in total!!! A couple of tables with chairs- Those seats are very small!!! There are no good supermarkets and cafes nearby, supermarkets have a very poor selection, and cafes are again designed for Indian guests. A very weak three!!! There is something to compare it with! I highly do not recommend this hotel, especially for those who are not traveling to Dubai for the first time. About food, it's a waste of money!

The hotel is not bad, but the food is Indian, you will not stay hungry, but everything is monotonous! For breakfast, the same sausages every day, no more meat or cheese, omelette, eggs, toast, jam is not tasty, a lot of salads and Indian spicy slush with tortillas! The fruits are melons, watermelons and oranges. The rooms are all without balconies, nothing dries. Conveniently 10-15 minutes to the metro, 5 stations and Dubai Mall, 2 km from the Old Town.

A good 2.5 star hotel. Clear. Crowds of people around the clock. The food is so good , the rooms look like you're spending the night at the train station. A fat plus for the sports bar, a lot of beer and you can eat good marble steaks, Healthy in size. You can have a good rest with swill for about 100 bucks, but you need to watch the bartender so that he does not pour beer from the tray into your glass, I saw for myself, I had to quarrel. The location is normal, metro and taxi. A transfer takes you to the beach, but sometimes it will bring you back and does not return, so you always need to have money for a taxi with you. The beach that they take to put it mildly is not very clean. It is better to cooperate with other vacationers and go to La mer, and pay the money in half, but the caveat is that the taxi driver sometimes does not take 4 people, you will have to fight. In general, if you are satisfied with 3 stars and a beer bar, you are welcome.

The hotel is pulling on its top three. The bed is clean, changed every other day, cleaning every day. I'm not picky about food, everyone has their own way. She didn't leave hungry. I didn't like the trip to the beach, there are many people who want to, but there is only one bus. I had to get out and queue for the bus almost an hour in advance.

We stayed at this hotel for November 24 years. An average hotel. We didn't like it, it smells very strongly of cigarettes, damp, there is no hood. The windows don't open, they just check. We had breakfast included, but they are focused on India, and by the way, 90% of these tourists are there. The location is normal, but the metro is not very close. Of the cosmetic devices, only soap and shampoo. Of the advantages, the rooftop pool is open until 20:00, there is no other territory at the hotel. Room cleaning+ change of linen and towels every day. Tea, coffee and water are also replenished daily. From now on, I will choose the hotel more carefully.

They are poorly cleaned, the dust lay on the shelf on the bed, and lay all 7 days, there are no disposable slippers, you have to walk in the same as on the street The staff is very arrogant, they imagine themselves to be queens of a three-star hut. Departure to Moscow at 23:00 at night, evicted at 11:30 in the afternoon, transfer at 18 o'clock, while they refused to feed, they bought lunch from 134 derhams. It's definitely not possible to get to the beach on foot, it takes 15 minutes by bus Transfer at 8 a.m. to the sea, pick up at 12 p.m., (not everyone can stand these 4 hours) by the way, there are no hammocks and umbrellas on the beaches ((( Food at the hotel: Very sharp and monotonous. It's almost the same thing every day. For lunch, they don't put anything except water to drink. Morning coffee, the cheapest instant drink, is impossible to drink. Disappointed in the hotel (( Especially waiting 6.5 hours and not even feeding your guests, it's terrible Of the advantages, there is still a rooftop pool, from 8 am to 20:00 And there is a gym for 24 hours👍(only for this I give 2 stars) So it would be 0

A wonderful hotel for your money, everyone is friendly, they will always tell you, they will settle in earlier, if possible, they are not greedy, the food is delicious except for breakfasts (they are for Indians), water, tea, coffee, room cleaning, linen change - every day! A clean pool on the roof, the room itself - there is everything you need, yes, not new, but not shabby, I would give 4 stars The only disadvantage is the lack of balconies, the problem was to dry things

Friendly staff, clean, pool with cool water at an air temperature of 30 degrees, the food is not very good, you can only limit yourself to breakfast, monotonous, the seasoning in all dishes is specific. The location is convenient, the bus that takes you to the beach for free is often full and the beach is the worst of those that we visited. La mer and Jameira are in the same distance, but clean and with sun beds, 30-40 dirhams by taxi, as an option to unite with compatriots. Nearby there are shops, cafes, a market, you can get to the fish market, buy fresh shrimps, lobsters, etc. , they also clean and cook there

A good hotel, rooms of average freshness, but the location is convenient, there are shops nearby and the metro is 20 minutes away. The room was chosen with windows on the neighboring hotel, although we were offered a good view, but on the mosque. We chose tranquility, breakfast is not pretentious, but you will not stay hungry. The hotel made a pleasant impression. We checked in quickly, the room is clean, but not very spacious. Cleaning was done regularly, once they forgot to put towels, they called the reception, they brought it quickly. The windows are opening. The breakfasts are delicious, but not too varied. During breakfast, food and dishes had to be periodically waited for, when something was running out, they were not immediately brought. There were problems with the transfer too. There was 1 small bus and the only time we decided to take it to the beach, we just didn't fit in it. But this did not spoil our rest, we bought a transport card and, at an unlimited seven-day rate, went to the beach and wherever we wanted at the time when we wanted. There are many shops near the hotel and many inexpensive Hindu Cafes with delicious and varied food nearby. We had dinner in them every day, there were no problems with stomachs during the whole vacation. A separate advantage of this hotel is that it is located not far from the metro, so we looked at quite a few places in Dubai without spending extra money on excursions. Lamer beach, which is closest to the hotel, seemed to me the most beautiful of those that I managed to see. In general, the hotel itself made a good impression. In general, I recommend it.

Breakfast, dinner of Hindu cuisine, but you can choose something from the usual, pastries, sausages, pasta, eggs, but we are also used to Indian cuisine. A great hotel, we took accommodation for seven days with breakfast and dinner, there are no complaints about the kitchen, a buffet, there is a choice. The staff is friendly, good professionals work at the reception, I want to single out a girl named Lee from them, special thanks to her for explanations and communication, in general, all the staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean, cleaning is carried out on time, water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk powder are brought to the room every morning. Always clean soft white towels. The hotel is located near the metro. From the roof, where there is a good overview of the pool, there are also always cool workers on guard, you can take towels for a sunbed and water for free. There is free Wi-Fi, a large and comfortable waiting area, there is a luggage room, entertainment areas and something like an ala-card restaurant. A free gym for sports, I saw how carefully it was checked for cleanliness, although it was so clean there. Six elevators are quite comfortable. There are soft carpets on the corridor floor, always clean. We had a great rest, thanks to this hotel. Pulls calmly on four stars.

Good day everyone! We were together with my Wife at the Hotels of the City of Max Bur Dubai 3 (first time in the UAE) . From March 19 to March 25 , 2024 . A good hotel for its modest money , advantages : location ( Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall - three metro stations ) metro from the hotel is 15 minutes on foot , infrastructure ( supermarkets , exchanger , pharmacy ) , MMi alcohol market ( generally fire ) , the rooftop pool is crystal clear , room cleaning is also super daily , breakfasts 50/50. Cons : Indians are 80 % of the hotel's residents, noisy and not an understandable smell... ( even though we were sitting in a separate room ) , the Transfer to the sea is a sad little Groove one ( 30 seats approximately ) leaves at 9 for the sea back at 13:00 can't take everyone away ... either take a queue in advance or take a taxi - La Mer beach is good. Overall, the price-quality ratio ! I recommend it!!!

Confident 3* The sound insulation is excellent, the rooms are good. Lived 2 + 1 child, one large bed and extra. sofa (I had thoughts of getting settled there myself)) The hotel is clean (carpets on the floors) Cleaning every day, towel every day, bed once every 3 days (we didn't need it so often) Special thanks to SHOWKAT room cleaning. Works great, solved all questions about extra pillows, towels, etc . Breakfast and dinner: I'll say this, you'll find something to eat, not pretentious, but I ate my wife, daughter too. If you eat Indian cuisine, then generally beauty)) We had dinner more in cafes nearby (15-30min walk) or a fish market, we ate there and took home (especially shrimp)) ask for a simple grill without spices and breadcrumbs. Alcohol market 15min to the left of the exit. It's expensive, but there is everything, even vodka, Five Lakes")) What I didn't like was the free bus to the beach. A DISGRACE!!!! He is small and alone, there are not enough places for everyone. And if there is more or less a queue from the hotel, then everyone climbs back in a crowd who is stronger and climbed. We went once, I considered it beneath my dignity. A car for one family is 30 derx, for two 50. The hotel has excellent Wi-Fi, YouTube and Tanks pulls)) We connected an international one from Tele2 1G for 600 rubles. it was perfectly enough for cards and taxi calls. At the airport, they give a SIM card for each adult for 1 day from the connection. P. S on the ground floor there is a night Pub / Bar. Live music, alcohol by the river, tobacco by clubs)) The hotel is not bad, I recommend it. And further from your preferences

A clean, peaceful hotel. The breakfasts are not particularly rich, the sausages are modest, there is no choice of grade 1, eggs and omelette are always available. There are few vegetables at breakfast. Cupcakes of 2-3 types are also super modest. The most delicious for me were hummus, olives, yogurt, coffee. There is a transfer to La Mare beach, convenient, but the beach is dull, everything is under reconstruction. The sand is clean, the sea is gentle, there are showers and changing rooms. The hotel is budget-friendly, it barely pulls out a C, but that's why it's budget-friendly, there are a lot of people, 95% are Hindus, the staff is friendly, diligent, the breakfasts are hearty, everything is there, the cuisine is Indian, but you won't stay hungry, many write queues or have nowhere to sit, there was no such thing, although there are a lot of people. The rooms are cleaned every day, we had a view of the city, it's beautiful, towels are changed daily, the water is hot without problems, the room is small, the furnishings correspond to the price, the pool is small, there are few people, you can sunbathe and refresh yourself, transfer to the beach at 9 am, it was used 1 time, there were places, who-then takes a taxi 20-25 dh we went by bus, from metro C10, and 88, metro 15 min walk, easy in the morning, far away in the evening, if anyone understands what I mean, by bus you can get to Almamzar beach around the corner from hotel C01 to Union station, there is a transfer to H28 to the park, long, but cheap, if you have money, you can take a taxi 45 dh, cafes around are not very good for our taste, Indian, Pakistani, Thai, everything is spicy, lunch and dinner are usually in the city, it's more diverse there, who is limited by budget, I can give advice to buy food in Carrefour shopping centers, etc. in the ready meals department, this is certainly not a restaurant, but in 10 days the savings are noticeable. In general, the hotel is very good, budget. Let's start with the pros: +Cleaned every day +They give out 0.5 liters of water per person, tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk powder +At the reception they will solve all issues without any problems +The air conditioner can be turned off, added, subtracted, windows opened (they wrote that you can't do anything like that in the room) But, we took a smoking room, maybe that's why it was possible to open the window. In general, it was the best solution, the smell of cigarettes in the corridor is present, but not strong, the room does not smell and the temperature is comfortable. +Breakfasts: here, of course, in the first days, just eyes run away, a lot of everything, mostly everything is spicy. There is a choice. But at the end of the vacation, everything was already boring and I wanted something new. We ate too much every day. +There are supermarkets near the hotel +There are shopping centers nearby, there is a shopping center Hosea within a 10-minute walk, there are very cheap suitcases, from 59 dirhams. Cheaper has not been seen anywhere. +There is a Day to Day shop nearby, small, and large. Go straight to the big one. You definitely won't leave there empty-handed. Cheap souvenirs, household goods, clothing, cosmetics, appliances and much more. +Metro is also 10-15 minutes walk away +Nearby bus stop + Money exchange, but it is still more profitable to change in the bank. +Free WiFi Minuses; - A lot of Hindus -Things in the room do not dry at all, it is necessary on the street, we dried swimsuits on the beach -The transfer takes you to the beach at 9 am, picks you up at 13. Personally, for me (but other tourists also said that it was a lot), at +50 degrees 4 hours in the heat, where even in the sea you can't cool down, because it's 30 + degrees, it was very hard. -The bus to the beach is small, there may not be enough space for everyone - We arrived just at the time when the pool was closed - Spicy food, but it's the same all over Dubai.

We rested at this hotel from 8.01-13.01.24. We checked into the room before 14 o'clock. The room is cleaned every day. Towels are changed daily and tea bags, coffee, milk powder and 0.5 bottles of water are replenished. There is a kettle and 2 glasses in the room. There are a lot of Indians in the hotel, so the food is Indian (spices, spice) If you are unpretentious in food, you will find something to eat. There is a swimming pool and sun beds on the roof (towels are provided free of charge) the water in the pool is warm. The rooms have Wi-Fi. We didn't go to the beach from the hotel, I can't say anything about it. We had a late check-out, we were allowed to stay in the room until 14 o'clock. Among the disadvantages: the floors in the room are tiled. On the 1st floor there is a pub/bar, daily discos

A good hotel for its 3 stars. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The room has a bathtub, but there is no bathrobe and slippers. The rooms are very cold, but it is enough to turn off the air conditioner and the temperature will be 23-24 degrees to stay. Do not open the windows! Otherwise, condesat will instantly fall out, and in 20 minutes there will already be puddles everywhere, the air is very humid on the street. Friendly staff, speak only English. There is a restaurant serving Indian cuisine. There is a small pool on the roof and a few sun beds. The hotel is located in an area with a predominantly Indo-Pakestan population, which was great for us) very colorful. I liked everything)

Pros: the room is cleaned every day and towels are changed, we lived on the 7th floor and the room was comfortable, the bed linen was snow-white cotton, friendly staff, one of the advantages is the presence of a gym. Not far from the hotel is a very cozy and pretty Lamer beach, buses depart daily from the hotel and bring them back. Cons: far from the center, a lot of Indians and Hindus, the breakfasts are monotonous (more Indian cuisine). Consider yourself in Bombay. There are no cotton pads, ear sticks and slippers in the room. But this is not critical) In general, a normal hotel, considering that you only come there to sleep🙌
