Located in a quiet place. Good apportments for 3 stars does not hold up. Breakfast is certainly an interesting story. There are a lot of tourists from India.

There is nothing to do in the hotel if you want to have a really good rest! The distance to the nearest cafe is 1.5- 2 km, the rest is fast food, breakfasts are meager and everything is for India, there are no European dishes! There are no dishes in the room, only tea glasses! It's creepy! The hotel is not worth the money we paid!

My friends had bedbugs in their room.
The breakfasts are quite monotonous, but quite satisfying.
The rooms are simple, normal.
Do not take rooms with a view of the construction site - it is very noisy, it is better with windows to the courtyard-well.
They asked for extra blankets - they provided them without any problems.
They cleaned it according to an incomprehensible system - then every day, then they didn't clean it for three days. It's unclear)))

If you have a limited budget and you just need a bed, then in general it will do. To the metro 20 minutes in the heat, to the sea only by transport. 99% of vacationers are Hindus and Pakistanis. The food in the dining room is appropriate.

A great hotel for little money. There is everything you need plus a rooftop pool and an equipped gym. Buses that take guests to the beach and to the shopping center run strictly on schedule. Catering deserves special admiration. A lot, varied, delicious and always fresh, even 2 minutes before the end of dinner. Well done.

In the rooms looking inside the courtyard there was a constant hum probably from industrial air conditioners. We have been asking for a change of number for several days. But we were dynamited, although there were a lot of rooms available. It interfered with sleep. There is a free underground parking. Because they have not changed the room, I will choose another hotel next time.
