Now about the cons:
ROOM: someone bit me, I'm allergic to bites, no remedy like acriderm helped, I didn't find anyone from flying (I didn't have such an itch from Dubai mosquitoes), one night I woke up from a wild itch on my elbow, I found a bug in the bed from living creatures, possibly from due to humidity and cold, like local bedbugs, the room is cold and humid, when I stopped by it was +15 degrees, it's tin, take warm pajamas, nothing dries, my swimsuit does not dry out 3 threads per day, at night for some reason the water in the toilet often runs, I woke up constantly, very thin toilet paper and napkins, I understand it is necessary to save, but you use 5 times more of this paper, it immediately gets wet and sticks
INTERNET: in principle, good, stable, I had enough speed to work, but the file download size is 4GB, the time is almost 5h writes
SWIMMING POOL: for such a hotel, it is very small (you can remove the pots with flowers and add sun loungers), there are a lot of people, if you want to relax and swim or read a book (someone constantly plops into the water and splashes you) it will not work (only when opening in the morning it is possible), I do not want to offend other nationalities, but they are very noisy, loud, do not think about others, play ball in the water occupying the entire pool, if you do not eat there to drink cleanly, then it is difficult to endure everything sober
RECEPTION: luggage storage just leave your things in the room, (in other hotels, a card for how many bags is broadcast on your things), here you leave it yourself, take it, I advise you not to leave anything valuable there
There was a night flight, it's hard, check-in at 14h (as in principle everywhere, but in all hotels (and I'm in Dubai 7 times) they try not to pull up to 2x and if there is a room to check in faster) here they offered to pay extra like about 100 dirhams, I understood the rooms were ready, Wi-Fi is not given until check-in, there are no seats in the lobby, tk. a lot of people are being evicted, someone is waiting for check-in, there was nowhere to sit, I was waiting in the changing room near the pool on a wooden bench, barely alive at 13h came up and I was still settled (there was already a guy, before that a harmful girl, gave a strange number, and she said to wait until 14h)
BOTTOM LINE: -if you have been saving up for this vacation for a long time, waiting, you have 1 in a year, better find a more comfortable hotel (a woman came up to me to chat and was very disappointed)
- if you only need a hotel to spend the night, or as in my case, just for a change of scenery, I took 1 day before departure on the principle of the cheapest because time accidentally appeared and I have already had a normal vacation several times this year, then you can go purely for a change of scenery

metro stations from the center. Everywhere is clean. The only little pleasant surprise was for us when checking in the tax collection of 70 dirhams per room. Somehow we were not warned about this. The dollars have not been exchanged yet. Therefore, at the reception they changed us $ 100 at a very unfavorable rate and gave us 346 dirhams. Whereas, in the exchangers we could get 367 dirhams. In the bathroom, all the water from the shower was constantly pouring on the floor, you just try to wash carefully, and still the whole floor was wet, the sink barely drained, apparently there was a fuss. The shower head is terribly uncomfortable, because if you need to wash your head, then it is impossible , it is located under the ceiling and is not adjustable ! Which is very bad, especially for girls:(

We really liked this hotel, we wanted to save money so that we could visit more excursions. We only spent the night and had breakfast at the hotel. We swam several times in the rooftop pool. There was a free bus from the hotel to the beach at 9 am, but it was very early for us and we didn't go. The breakfasts are good. Clear. There were always fresh towels, shower gel, shampoo. The area is safe, sleeping. A crowded hotel, but no one bothered to sleep. There is a small grocery and grocery store 300 meters from the hotel. It may be stuffy in the dining room, but if you sit down at the fish tank in the second hall, it's cooler and more cozy there. They left 5 dirhams a day, put on the bed, as a sign of gratitude for cleaning. So I was advised to do it in the Dominican Republic, I put 1 dollar there

The hotel is 3 stars, but in fact 1, and then with a stretch.
By points:
1. In the hotel, 99% are guests from India. I don't want to write insults, but personally, to put it mildly, I don't digest this nationality. Who knows, he will understand this smell, their kitchen, but about the kitchen later.
2. The hotel is "not fresh". The repair is crying for him; everything in the room is smeared / smeared, repainted 100 times. The walls are stained, furniture fittings, lamps are rusty, as the room is very damp. Thank God the window can be opened, but it did not save. Due to the high humidity, it is impossible to dry washed clothes (even socks).
3. You will definitely not be alone, because not only you live in the room, but also insects, namely ants. They're everywhere. It is impossible to leave food. Well, at least they didn't bite, thanks for that.
4. Nutrition. We had a buffet breakfast included. The only thing we could eat there was tea/coffee, milk, fruit (1 time it was sour), yogurt (sometimes it was sour), vegetables, bread, boiled eggs (in the first days, then they disappeared, no one eats them, the same ones were served all week). Everything else was specific to us, purely Indian cuisine. It had an unpleasant appearance and smell. They tasted something - very spicy and not tasty. Perhaps this is a very acceptable breakfast for someone. But we are used to eating more densely in the morning, food, not snacks /dessert.
5. Rooftop pool. In general, everything is fine in the pool. The city is visible. But... the towel that is given out when visiting, we got only once. Then they were gone. The mattresses on the sun beds look terrible. All stained, smelly. But this is not surprising, since they are not covered with a waterproof fabric, absorb moisture and simply do not dry out.
6. Location. To the metro 20 minutes on foot. The bus stop is 2-3 minutes away (but the buses we need did not depart from it and did not arrive at it)
7. The only plus! Cleaning every day: changing towels, vacuuming and changing bed linen.

Of the pros: there was a half-punch, they fed well, desserts for dinner, ice cream, there was even cheesecake once, 5-6 types of side dishes, always fish and chicken + 1 type of meat (beef, lamb), but all this is most often in a curry-type sauce. Chicken can be both in curry and without curry. For breakfast, delicious omelets, fruit - watermelon, oranges, melon. There were those who constantly said how terrible everything is, poorly fed, but I have traveled more than 40 countries and living in hotels from 2 to 5 suites, I write objectively: the price / quality corresponds.
The reception will always help, 2-5 people are always there (both administrators and guests), groups coming from India. The room was cleaned every day, 2-3 bottles of water, tea/coffee were always updated.
There is a small swimming pool on the roof from 8 to 20 hours.
Below I attach the schedule of the free transfer from the hotel. I was unlucky with the bus from the beach only once (I had to pick it up at 19 o'clock in the open, but I arrived at 19.30 and said that I left earlier, because I was full, either it was true, or I decided to take a day off in the open, I arrived, the crowd rushed, but I closed the bus and went for a walk))) The rest of the times I drove clearly, according to the schedule.
A taxi from the beach /to La mer beach costs 17-20 dirhams. A very successful beach, new, all the infrastructure is there, free, lifeguards, etc., in the summer it was half empty.
Keep in mind that hotels in the UAE take a tourist fee WHEN checking in, we paid in dollars, without changing it to dirhams, since the hotel rate is lower
From the pros: they do NOT take a deposit, which most often amounts to $ 200-500 in UAE hotels, which are then returned in dirhams on the day of departure and they need to change them to $ again, well, or they block it on the card (if they made a foreign bank). They subtract from them what you could damage (theoretically) or ordered to the room / used the services of the hotel. We didn't have this deposit, but we went with a package from a tour operator. I don't know how in other cases in this hotel. There was a long queue at the airport to exchange currency back. Moreover, the euro exchange rate was lower than the dollar (at the airport, in the exchange offices of the city a little higher).

Terrible hotel.
For the first time we received such negative impressions from the rest. The rooms are small with a tiny window (and it is impossible to move to a room of the best category for an additional fee, since all the rooms are the same). There is humidity in the rooms-nothing dries out. Most of the guests are Hindus and Pakistanis. The food is appropriate, there is nothing to eat.
To top it all off, at night, when the night bar is open on the 1st floor, prostitutes walk, offer their services.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I took this hotel on the assumption that I would walk a lot and just need a roof over my head. Deserves its 3 stars. I rested from 03/31/2022 to 04/11/2022. The location is great, lots of supermarkets, close to the center, close to the metro. The pool is a little shallow, but it's tolerable. The staff is amazing, cleaning every day, towels, gel, hair dryer, water, coffee, dry cream, tea and sugar - it's all there. The breakfast menu, of course, is monotonous, but there is meat, vegetables, and fruits. Several types of juice, coffee, toast. You can eat normally. True, the currency is changed at a much lower rate than everywhere else.
Minus - there are no sockets near the bed.
The rooms are clean.
For such a price, I was satisfied.
