A good hotel for its three stars. Breakfast is a buffet, there is no variety. Basically everything is focused on Hindus. The staff is polite. He doesn't speak Russian. A small rooftop pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The view from there is very beautiful. The metro is a 15-minute walk to the ADCB station. There are a lot of grocery stores nearby, there is a place to go to eat. We often had lunch at a nearby hotel (4 stars), lunch for one is 79 dirhams, but very tasty, the choice is large, buffet. A large selection of sweets, salads, there are the first and second.
Numbers. Small, but we had enough. The bathroom has a large mirror, hairdryer, washbasin, toilet, hygienic shower, bathtub. A large bed, a wardrobe, a table, a chair and an armchair. The problem was only with charging, only two of our plugs came up to the boiler. Bed linen and towels were changed daily, water was also put on every day. There was also tea, coffee, cream, sugar and a kettle with two mugs. They took a smoking room.
To get to the beach only by taxi or bus, which runs free of charge from the hotel. The beach is called La Mer, very clean, free.
You can walk to the Dubai Frame from the hotel, it's a little further from the metro, there are also three parks nearby (a glowing park, a magical park and dinosaurs).

Breakfast sucks. Take dry sausage and doshiraki with you on the trip. Near a mini supermarket.
The staff is not Russian-speaking.
There are a lot of Russian tourists, but mostly solid Indians.
The rooftop pool is small, deck chairs with a mattress, but not always free. Towels are provided by the pool. At 12 o'clock you burn under the sun for half an hour.
The metro is about 20 minutes on foot, to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall 5 stops in one zone for 3 dirhams.
The golden frame is within walking distance.

We took a lot of Indian cuisine with breakfast (as well as the Indians themselves), but there was Caesar, omelet, all-chicken sausages, and sandwiches.
There are two supermarkets and Indian puffs nearby.

+At the reception they will solve all issues without any problems
+The air conditioner can be turned off, added, subtracted, windows opened (they wrote that you can't do anything like that in the room) But, we took a smoking room, maybe that's why it was possible to open the window. In general, it was the best solution, the smell of cigarettes in the corridor is present, but not strong, the room does not smell and the temperature is comfortable.
+Breakfasts: here, of course, in the first days, just eyes run away, a lot of everything, mostly everything is spicy. There is a choice. But at the end of the vacation, everything was already boring and I wanted something new. We ate too much every day.
+There are supermarkets near the hotel
+There are shopping centers nearby, there is a shopping center Hosea within a 10-minute walk, there are very cheap suitcases, from 59 dirhams. Cheaper has not been seen anywhere.

Regarding the Citymax Business Bay Dubai hotel: the level of amenities, food and service is no more than 3*, there is definitely nothing to do with children here, the pool and gym (if you can call it that) are just for show, the food is extremely meager and not varied - a lot of stale and stale products, in particular, I strongly advise not yoghurts open in bowls, not closed in thermal packaging, sliced fruits/vegetables/cheese and pieces of "shawarma" - definitely everything that is not eaten for dinner gets for breakfast in the form of such dishes, tea and coffee are only packaged and of the worst quality - it is better to take with you in advance, because otherwise you will have to drink dust with boiling water. Special attention should be paid if you decide to use the services of the hotel and, for example, the laundry - in particular, in my case, I was spoiled by a brand new T-shirt that I bought the day before and gave it to the laundry, while at the time of the request, the hotel employee carefully filled out the order form, examined every thing - made a remark about the trousers that I I wanted to take them to the laundry and refused to accept them - I did not argue, because in addition to the T-shirt, I handed over a few more things, while when the things were returned to me, it was the new T-shirt that was not washed and the presence of some kind of marriage was indicated, although I repeat again - the thing was exactly new, never washed and not dressed, while initially the reason was not really explained to me, but during the trial it turned out that there was a small but easily distinguishable and noticeable hole on the T-shirt right in the belt area, which is clearly visible when in contact with the body and, accordingly, I would not have missed it in any way in the store when I measured the thing in front of the mirror (I think everything at the time of fitting, they unravel themselves in a new thing from all sides) - I tried to clarify this point with the hotel, but they were all cut down at me and/or marriage in the store, but categorically refused to admit guilt for its staff or Laundry - although it's just obvious, especially given the diligence demonstrated by a member of staff, when they took it in the wash and how carefully he watched and as I have above described refused to take some of the pants (they were no longer new, and apparently there was a risk of tissue damage, since they are made of linen and had traces of wear, and given that I needed promptly and efficiently to wash, dry and iron was the risk of injury in a tumble dryer), I tried several times to draw the attention of your Manager that, if the presence of a hole initially it was easily noticeable and me and the member of staff and this information could be made in the order form or you can refuse to wash, but this argument was not heard, so I tried to find out from the representative of the property, as they can prove that the original was a marriage on a t-shirt, if it is not reflected in the order form on the issue of the answer is not followed - staff only confidently asserted that it was my fault or the fault of the store, while my question is why didn't they contact me in time when I found out about the existence of marriage - explained very simply by the lack of me in the room, though at the time of registration you are required to take a phone number bound messenger and clarify whether this number to contact Dubai (these little things the staff did not pay attention and continued to insist that didn't notify me solely because of the lack of room) - T. From July 16 to July 23, 2022, we rested in Dubai, at the SityMax Bur Dubai Hotel. This hotel was recommended to us by our permanent travel agent and long-time friend Yana Kulkova from the SANMAR travel agency and the choice was, as always, successful: 3-star hotel, network, good value for money, excellent location, within walking distance of metro, supermarkets, convenient access to anywhere in the city, near DubaiMoll and Burghalifa , where you can enjoy the world's best fountain show and shopping. The hotel provides a shuttle service to La Mer Beach - the newest and most beautiful in Dubai and to some malls. The breakfasts are quite varied, the restaurant is clean, the food is delicious - no one will remain hungry. Rooms are cleaned daily, as well as replenished with water, tea, coffee, milk. The room has everything you need: air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, kettle, everything is working properly, comfortable beds and storage space. The corridors of the hotel are clean, quiet and cozy. Since our room was located on the 5th floor of the hotel and had a view of the main attraction of Dubai - the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, it further decorated our stay in it. The hotel staff are nice and friendly people, they were always ready to help guests with any issues, all the staff left the most pleasant impression. The hotel has an atmospheric bar with live music and restaurants offering food for every taste (Chinese, Indian, European cuisine). Breakfast. Yes, they are not very diverse, but in 7 days we have tried everything that is there, everything is delicious, you just need to understand that half of the food is spicy. But there is also a lot that is familiar to Europeans.
There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas on the roof, cooled, which is very important for the summer months.
There is a transfer to the sea and to outlets, you do not need to sign up for it, the main thing is that there are seats on the bus, we were always lucky and there were a lot of places.
There are many shops nearby, to the right from the hotel towards the metro there is Viva, there are very cheap products - local and from EU countries, to the left, towards another metro - day to day, a five-storey store like our Auchan.
Also nearby there are local cafes, mak, KFS, especially I would like to mention the sea rock cafe (their hotel is to the right and 10 minutes on foot in a straight line, behind the mosque, towards the port)

Cleaning. But in general, it depends on which shift you get into. We had one for 4 days - and towels were always brought to us, including for the legs (for some reason they are not provided for), then the shift changed and everything - two towels for three and then - the old ones were taken in the morning, the new ones were brought after lunch ((but as soon as you ask, they were brought immediately. The bed linen is really not changed, only refilled, the floor is wiped for visibility, they do not wash under the bed)) but generally clean.
In the bathroom there is a rope for drying clothes, but there is nothing contributing to this, humidity and it does not dry, so take replaceable swimsuits))
Vibrant nightlife.With all the consequences, it is noisy on the lower floors + you can smoke indoors in their bar.

The rooms are clean. There are three restaurants in the hotel: Thai, Indian cuisine and a beer bar with a kitchen. Restaurants are not expensive, the service is excellent, the cuisine is for an amateur. Alcohol is on the menu. Breakfasts are Indian cuisine. I'm not a fan of spicy, but you can assemble an acceptable breakfast option from the components of the buffet: fresh vegetable salads, boiled eggs, coffee, toast, butter - it helped me out. Clean up every day, replenish water and coffee. This is three stars, so take your slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste with you. There is a shower gel. I also recommend grabbing a hair dryer, it's there, but it worked so well for me that I was afraid to use it. There are shops nearby, you can order breakfast in the room, there is a swimming pool. Due to the proximity of the beach, it's a bit far, the sea is nearby, but there is a port there. For work, this is an excellent option, for a visit to Dubai, as a city, too: inexpensive (for example, to the Expo exhibition - it is until March 2022), I would choose another one for a beach holiday, but the price would be different - very different :-) If I want to show my children how to arrange life for my people with only the sea, sand, sun and oil (provided I love my people), I will stay in this hotel for three days.

I don't know who writes that the hotel is on a solid three. Apparently those who left the country for the first time. If we compare it with the Turkish triple, then there is not even one ⭐️ to put here. Hole by hole. A meager room in which it is so damp that the swimsuit does not even think of drying out. Everything is old and shabby. From the second day we took a shower under cold water. Well, a gorgeous view from the window to the parking lot and construction debris included. Food is generally a separate conversation. Stupidly and after listening to the travel agent, we took breakfast and dinner. We had dinner in the end only 2 times. No choice, no quality. Everything is designed for Hindus. Our breakfast is toast and egg! There are no drinks for dinner except water. Even hot water for tea! The location is also not the most convenient. To go to the subway for at least 20 minutes. And the cherry on the cake is a transfer to the beach. He leaves at 9 in the morning, and the queue there begins to occupy from 8.30. Half of those who want simply does not fit. And from other transport only taxi! In general, one big disappointment. And the argument that it is cheap is also not relevant. Because it's not that cheap. We went on an excursion with tourists from Rotana (a huge candle). They paid about the same amount for the rest as we did. I do not recommend anyone to come here.

I wanted more fruits, vegetables, light soups,the service is responsive staff ,everyone smiles,the room was cleaned every day, everything is super neat, and a lot of these Indians are simple,they got out of every crack a little noisy because of them, and so everything is normal

It is very convenient to get to anything - Sharaf DF and Burjaman metro stations are within walking distance, of the minuses there are a lot of noisy Indians, the sea is far away and the food for breakfast is very scarce. I really liked the rooftop pool.

The breakfasts are monotonous, but you can always find something to eat. Cleaned every day. There is a bar on the lower floor. At night it can be heard on the floors above. A normal hotel, if you only need to spend the night. There is a bus to the sea, but everyone does not get into it, they go by taxi at their own expense.
