Excellent hotel, wonderful and attentive staff, especially the receptionist Hussein and the smiling Girls Amina, Anastasia and Somana. We rested with my husband for 9 days, the food is excellent, the beach is nearby, the pool with a bar. It will be even better after the repair.

The hotel is generally good, a spacious lobby, a beautiful lobby where a pianist plays in the evenings, excellent cleaning in spacious rooms, a full set of cosmetics in the bathroom, change of towels every other day, comfortable pillows. A clean sandy beach, plenty of sun beds, a good pool and a bar at it. Excellent cuisine, everything is delicious and fresh, the local desserts were pleasantly surprised. There is one thing that was strange for the all inclusive format - food stamps. That is, upon arrival you are given food stamps for each person for each meal and without them the entrance to the restaurant is ordered, the same coupon can be spent on desserts in the lobby - enough for 2 eclairs and a cup of coffee))
The staff is very friendly and this is a big plus for the young ladies at the reception (although they have their Arabs in priority) and the restaurant staff, who tries very hard, seats, does not allow queues during rush hours, dirty dishes are instantly removed.
Summarizing all the above, it is a very decent hotel in its price category.

We are vacationing at this hotel with my husband in October.We arrive for 2 weeks. It's very cozy here.It's like home.The rooms are clean and spacious with sea views.The room has everything for coffee and tea.Cleaning is daily.The linen is snow-white.Purity and beauty.In the evening, it's nice to sit in the lobby and listen to piano music.Attentive, smiling and helpful staff.Anastasia and Amina are very grateful to you.Special thanks to the chefs-Robin,Sonamk,Nicolai, Fahab.The food was delicious and varied. A great hotel for a relaxing holiday.
Dignities:
1. A gorgeous beach. The purest sand. The efficient staff ensures cleanliness. There are many beautiful underwater inhabitants. At low tide, crabs pleasantly surprise children.

Great hotel. Not far from the airport. The total transfer is approx.30 minutes. The beach is amazing! White sand, clean water (without algae and jellyfish), warm (+24-26 in early April). Sun beds, a bar. Towels are provided by the pool.
The food is delicious and varied. Salads, fish, seafood, meat, side dishes, fruits, sweets....
The service is fast. The staff is friendly. He speaks English. There are Russian speakers. For example, Anastasia, at the restaurant. A friendly and positive girl. Special thanks to her!
The rooms are cozy. All with balconies and sea views (Persian Gulf). Conditioner. A large bed. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers - everything is snow-white. Shampoos, gels.... Everything is there. Tea and coffee station. Bottled water, refilled every day. The hair dryer is in the drawer in the room, there is also an outlet. There is a mini bar - empty.

1. There is no animation. Children's room from 5 to 12 years old. In the evening, live music (lobby bar) the girl plays great. The beach bar is a live performance. Wednesday-Sunday.
2. There is a construction site nearby. To be honest, I didn't bother. The sound of the sea drowned her out.

I can talk about food for a very long time, I will sum up that even the most refined taste here will be satisfied and you will definitely bring extra pounds home, since you want to try a lot from abundance. The waiters at the very beginning ask what you will have from the drinks and bring, then offer to repeat if they see that you have finished) Excellent serving, Villeroy &Bosch tableware, snow-white napkins - well, beauty! Alcohol according to the All Inclusive system of excellent quality, the Aperol is made on the original aperol, without sparing the ingredients) snacks are complimentary to the order of drinks in all restaurants and bars of the hotel: chisps, nuts and olives.
The staff is very friendly and friendly, there is a feeling that they sincerely care about you. I would like to express special gratitude to the employee of the Saru lobby bar, a wonderful and attentive girl, on a difficult evening we returned from a trip to the Dubai Mall (more on this separately), missed dinner, the bar was already closing by time and she brought us double portions of drinks and snacks so that we could still sit and have a good time. The cleaning team is just wonderful, smiling young people, they ask what time you need to clean, they clean perfectly! Every day, clean snow-white towels, washed plumbing, a made-up bed, replenished supplies of hygiene products and many bottles of water. The entire hotel is 5+ clean, there is always paper, napkins, soap, etc. in the shared toilets, everywhere it smells delicious.
Comfortable sun beds on the beach and near the pool, the pool is clean and heated, there is white sand and clear blue water on the beach. We did not swim in the sea in early January - it was cool, although many swam, everything depends on the individual temperature regime of each) I am thermophilic and I love when it's hot, there was no heat, +26 in the sun, it warms but not much, soft, you won't burn out on this, but we all got a beautiful tan in 5 days)
Another advantage of the hotel is the care of its guests - a free daily transfer to Ajman city center is organized (one way, but a taxi back will not cost much - 25-27 dirhams), we were traveling alone in the whole bus, and got great shopping with big discounts in a quiet and deserted shopping center. There is also a free round-trip shuttle service to the Dubai Mall twice a day. You must make an appointment for a transfer in advance at the reception, as the number of seats is limited.
I also really liked that when we left the hotel at 4 a.m. (only 4 people left our hotel), we were served a buffet breakfast with tea and coffee, orange juice and delicious buns at the reception. By the way, it's a small thing, but it's nice - the time of the return transfer instead of printouts on the stands is brought in a beautiful envelope directly to the room) The gym is just super, almost all Life Fitness simulators are in good condition, there are ALL kinds of strength and cardio equipment, as well as a separate room with mats and yoga mats, ropes for cross-fit and a punching bag. There is an opportunity to keep fit after such an abundance of food and drinks) Next to the hall there is a Finnish sauna and a mini hammam, everything is functioning perfectly. There is even a Jacuzzi, one minus is that the shower is only cold nearby, and many go to the Jacuzzi immediately after the sauna without washing themselves. It would be great to make warm water in that shower too)
Now about the cons. Of course, the construction site, in early January it occupied a very solid part of the hotel territory, rooms with access to the pool are being renovated, part of the beach in front of the pool is completely missing and fenced off, the view from the room to the sea is also with the construction site, you can hear how the equipment works. They will finish in 5 months, as we were told. New pools and bungalows with sea views are being built, we have seen the project, it will be very beautiful. But there is no garden at all now. To say that it interfered with our rest - probably yes, by 20%, it was a shame. But people have to work, we all understand.
We didn't really like the food at the a la carte restaurant Rosmarino (Italian cuisine). Prices there, as in all UAE restaurants, are high. You can visit it for free only with vouchers that you are given to visit the main restaurant of the Swedish line. You can go there, or use a voucher to visit restaurants, but with a limit of 70 dirhams per adult and 35 per child. The three of us were with my husband and child, this is 175 dirhams from one voucher, for this amount we would not even be able to order 1 dish there, without snacks and salads (drinks and alcohol according to the all inclusive system are available in all restaurants, including a la carte). As a result, we did not go to dinner for 1 day due to the late return from the Dubai Mall (we had a snack with nuts and chips in the lobby bar and decided to arrange one unloading evening), and the next day, for 2 vouchers (and they add up) we went to this Rosmarino for dinner. The only plus is the interior, and the fact that the chefs in this restaurant make pasta themselves, they are of high quality. We ordered one dish each and pizza (which was enough for two vouchers just) - lasagna, carbonara, pasta with strachatella and pizza with parma. The lasagna is bland, not juicy, the sauce is not delicious. Carbonara is difficult to spoil, but it was spoiled - the bacon was burnt, the sauce was bitter and not creamy, there was a small piece of this strachatella in my pasta with strachatella, just pasta and sour tomatoes. Without false modesty, all 3 dishes in any eatery in Moscow will be cooked a hundred times tastier, yes, every hostess will cook more delicious here. The pizza is generally good, the dough is thin, the filling is good and it is cooked in the oven, but the bottom burned in places and it gave bitterness. We didn't finish our dishes, just the pizza) That's the experience.
And there was another unpleasant moment when checking in - we arrived around 10 a.m., we met an unfriendly tired woman at the reception who did not even offer us a glass of water. She said that check-in is from 15:00 and do not wait for the room earlier. When we asked about breakfast, she said that it was not included in our menu that day and we had to pay. We were so exhausted from the night flight, and this employee left a very unpleasant aftertaste, as if we were unwanted guests. I didn't remember her name, a middle-aged woman who doesn't speak Russian. As a result, we were given a room at exactly 15:00 and not a minute earlier, no upgrades, although my child and I are 7 years old and the superior room has only one double bed. But at least they brought an extra bed for free, but of course it was terribly cramped in the room with her and they would literally jump over this bed and over each other.
Well, the biggest disappointment was not related to the hotel, but to the Russian-speaking contingent of vacationers. I will keep silent about the Russian women in down jackets in the restaurant and their ill-mannered children, climbing to the food out of turn. It was, but it didn't bother us, I just noticed) The tiniest thing is the ill-mannered, arrogant guests who crammed into the bus to the Dubai Mall WITHOUT an APPOINTMENT, so there were not enough seats for those who signed up. Fortunately, the Russian-speaking receptionist Hussein solved this issue very competently, asked everyone to get out and began to run the bus according to the list. As a result, some squeezed in anyway, deceiving that they also live in this room, and some asked people to take their already rather big children on their knees so that they could also go🙈It's a Spanish shame, and only Russian-speaking tourists behaved like that. The Dubai Mall itself is terribly crowded, although we specially went on a weekday. Everyone is pushing, hitting each other, prices are very high in stores, I only went to Zara and H&M- a terrible assortment that does not correspond to what is on the sites, a lot of people, queues in fitting rooms and at the checkout (By the way, later in Ajman City center we smartly went to H&M with with big discounts and a huge assortment). I didn't buy anything, I had a panic attack, but the worst thing was the way back. Not only those who went there with us at 16:00 from the hotel came on the bus, but also those who went to the mall on the first flight at 10 a.m. Accordingly, there were not enough seats, the bus was crowded and some were standing, and it was stuffy, hot and there was almost no oxygen in the back. It was one of the worst trips in my life, I do not recommend visiting the mall. But the main thing is still to be polite, respect others and not get into the transfer without an appointment)
Verdict: the hotel is very good, the rest turned out to be calm and family-friendly, with gastronomic delights and excellent service. We will definitely return after the construction is completed!

We stayed at this hotel from March 5 to March 12, 2024. We have vacationed many times in good hotels in Dubai. This time we decided to choose a really beach holiday and the choice fell on Ajman hotel.
The flight was overnight. We got to the hotel at about 11 o'clock. We settled in very quickly, for which we thank the reception staff. According to the results of the rest, we can note the following advantages of the hotel:
1) The "Voucher" power supply system.
Upon check-in, vouchers were issued for lunches and dinners according to the number of days of rest. If you have not used your vouchers for a reason, for example, excursions to Dubai, you can either use them to visit any other.the hotel's restaurants. Or on the day of departure (after check-out at 12 o'clock), have lunch or dinner at the main restaurant. Such a fair food system has not been seen in any hotel.
2) The beach is super! It is huge, with a lot of sun beds. The sand is snow-white, it is better only in the Maldives. You can't think of a better place to relax for families with children.
3) The food is excellent. There is a red fish at breakfast every day. For lunch - lamb, chicken, and seafood. Separate children's menu. Desserts are delicious. We haven't tried everything. The chef constantly goes out into the restaurant hall to check if everything is in order.
4) Room cleaning is of high quality. A change of snow-white linen is every day.
5) Transfer 2-dy!!! a day at the Dubai Mall and 1 time at their local mall. Once we rested in an expensive Fujairah hotel, but the transfer to Dubai at this hotel was at our own expense (very expensive)
6) And the most important thing in this hotel is the employees. As they say, "cadres decide everything." Starting from the workers who meet at the entrance to the hotel and up to the gardener, everyone is very friendly and smiling. They sincerely love children and want to communicate with them.
I especially want to mention the Russian-speaking girls - AMINA, ANASTASIA and ROSHEL. My husband and I travel a lot, we have been to different hotels around the world, but we have not met such pleasant, responsive, competent employees. This is exactly what hotel employees should be like. Well done girls!!! You are in your place.
Everyone writes about the construction site. Yes, the advantages of this hotel outweigh the fact of construction by 100 times. Yes, she's coming. And how to improve the conditions in the hotel without building anything? There will be new coastal villas, a new swimming pool and much more.
My husband and I have a principle - every trip is a new hotel. But we will definitely return to this one.

But taking this opportunity, and if you have read to the end, I appeal to the Russians: There is a certain dress code in the hotel when visiting its cafes and restaurants, as it is written everywhere in the hotel - trousers (trousers) and shoes (shoes) for men and the corresponding requirements for women. But for some reason, many Russians believe that coming to dinner at a restaurant in a T-shirt, shorts and slippers, sometimes with the whole family, is normal. Yes, you paid for this dinner in advance, no one knows you here, but that doesn't mean that you can behave like this in your kitchen. No matter what - you are a guest! And the requirements of the owners should be respected. After all, you don't go to a restaurant for dinner in your city in this form, because you know that it is not welcome and then you can be shamed for appearing in such a disdainful way to others. And you certainly won't like it if your guest doesn't care about your requirements. And here, such behavior of a number of citizens turns a visit to a restaurant into a trip to a roadside eatery for others. Agree - seeing bare feet in dusty flip-flops does not help to raise appetite. Of course, none of the hotel staff will tactfully make comments to you, but this will definitely not contribute to preserving the image of "Ruso turisto - obliko morale!"

The food is excellent, both fruits and meat. Service, the guys are trying, except for the lobby bar. Here we were there 3 times and all three times for this or that request, to put it mildly, were sent. They asked us to make coffee and pour it into our glass to take with us, they refused, at 22:25 they wanted to make an order for drinks, they also refused, they say there is already a lot of time and they will be scolded. Well, probably the system is still not perfect. Drinks only from 11. Before that, they won't even pour coffee and water. The mini bar is empty. Drinks are not allowed in the room.

We had a rest with the whole family in April 2021 (children 9 and 11 years old), a great quiet hotel, located on the outskirts of the city, everyone liked everything. There is even a place to walk in the evening, when leaving the hotel there is a large square with many cafes and a fountain playing. There is enough space on the beach, there is enough for everyone, there are no problems with sun beds. The only negative (Ajman), a port city and it is not uncommon to meet floating vegetables and watermelons in the sea. Another minus, on the 3rd day of our arrival, fine fuel oil appeared in the water. It doesn't seem to be a big deal in the water, but on the shore, it heats up from the heat and you want to, you don't want to step into it anyway. Of course, the hotel staff is ready for this, gives napkins soaked in a special composition to wash the feet of the feet, but it's still not pleasant. There is also an excellent fish market, a market and a shopping center. Of course, there is no reason to go there on foot, because there is no sidewalk, but you can. Approximately 35-40 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by taxi. There you can buy very cheap fruits and there you can buy any fish, etc. There it will be cooked, cleaned and cooked. At the moment, grandiose construction is underway on the territory of the hotel, construction works are actively underway on the territory, construction equipment is working from 7:00 in the morning until sunset. All this happens practically under your windows. therefore, you will wake up with the first blows of construction tools and equipment, and of course no "quiet hour", respectively.
In this regard, the number of places on the beach has been reduced to 1/2, so there is already a shortage of places on sun beds and tourists occupy them even before breakfast.
Also, I would like to note separately the absolutely irresponsible, even "disregard" attitude of the hotel management and the check-in service to their work. With all the written confirmations we received before arrival that our two Deluxe Seaview rooms would be connected or in close proximity to each other, since parents always live with their children "according to the rules of the hotel", as a result, our rooms were only on the same floor, but in completely different parts of it under rooms 610 and 621!
Neither for the construction site, nor for such a settlement with a "view of the construction site" instead of a "sea view", nor for their incompetent staff, no one even apologized!
Therefore, definitely, for today, this is the worst option for your vacation, I do not recommend it categorically!

I had a rest from 10/25/2024 to 11/04/2024 ... the first and last time in this hotel! Intrusive staff, tasteless food, dirty air conditioning (all five of them coughed the whole vacation), settled on different floors with their son and daughter, a grinder or drill work every day / evening / night, part of the territory is fenced all the time due to ongoing work, although it is high season! The hotel is full of guests! Upon arrival from the supermarket, the packages were checked, I felt like I was in a pioneer camp, where you owe everyone. The rooms are renovated, but the bathrooms are uncomfortable, causing disgust. A bidet can be used either by a person without a left leg, or by Volochkov. This is in short. But the whole hotel is covered with cameras, like a spec.the object and while we were resting, we hung another camera in front of our balcony, so that the whole room was viewed. By the way, houseeping climbs through the garbage (I threw out the non-charging cable for 3 days, they put it on the shelf again) in the room and in the closets (they put a decorative pillow in my husband's bedside table, a bedspread in the chest of drawers and took an ironing board and iron from the closet with my suitcase in our absence)! On the beach, the lifeguard hangs with such a horn that after 10 days I started having a nervous tic at this sound. This is a terrible vacation! I don't advise anyone. I've never been so happy to be back home!

Good afternoon. We arrived from the hotel a week ago.
The hotel has good service, restaurants, beach, rooms, but new buildings are being built throughout the hotel.
Work starts at 6.30 am and ends at 23.00 , diesel generators are running all night, very noisy!
The worst thing is that there is no reliable information about the construction site either on the hotel's website or in the agencies!
If you still decide to go, then ask for rooms on the right side of the building, if you look at the sea, it's quieter there! I would also like to note the excellent work of all the hotel staff, all issues that arise are resolved as quickly as possible!

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. On our first visit, we were completely delighted with the place, the service and attitude to the guests, the cuisine, and so on.
The last visit was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel was in a full-scale construction site: most of the beach was occupied by construction for a swimming pool and bungalows. The construction site is round the clock! It is noisy both day and night. The equipment and workers drove along the remnants of the beach among the vacationers. (no one voiced this nuance to us when buying a tour). The hotel's service has fallen very low. Minuses:
- The hotel is 25 years old, the restoration was in 2014. Many elements of decor and equipment are obsolete and are living out their time. For example, the air conditioner in our room broke down;
- Undergoing restoration/ noisy repair work. You expect silence, interrupted by the noise of the sea and the singing of birds, you get a neighbor with a puncher at 9 in the morning;
- The hotel does not have enough adapters for foreign types of sockets. I had to wait for an adapter from other guests. Either take or buy your own, or charge the equipment at the reception desk;
- An uncomfortable pool with a depth of about 2m, 99% of guests do not reach the bottom and "hang" on the side;
Moments that are difficult to define in one of the categories:

The hotel is great! All the staff is very friendly and always happy to help. Separately, I would like to thank the Russian-speaking staff of the hotel Regina and Hussein, who are always ready to explain, show, tell, etc.
We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, checked in and we were sent for breakfast, although it is not allowed on the first day, because check-in from 15.00 hours. We were settled at 10 o'clock, for which we are also very grateful.
Of course, the breakfasts are monotonous, but there is a choice, so you can take something different every day: milk porridge, yoghurts, cereals, potatoes, eggs of all kinds, sausages, sausages, cheeses, 2 types of fish, one of them is red. Fruits are different: apples, pears, watermelons, kiwis, pineapples, bananas. Cashew nuts and walnuts, candied fruits, jams, honey. Vegetables and herbs. Pastries are different, juices, coffee, tea. In general, there is a choice.
The beach is clean, lifeguards are always on site. They constantly offer water in 0.5 liters. bottles. Sunbeds under umbrellas are occupied early, so if you come to the beach after 8 o'clock, then the seats will remain only under the sun.
Excursions were not imposed by anyone, we did not go to a meeting with a guide.
The room is large, clean, everything is in good condition. On request, they took a kettle for free. Cleaning every day. Green and black tea, coffee in capsules for the coffee machine and the usual Nescafe in bags, sugar, as much water as you want, shampoo, gel, conditioner were replenished daily.
In the pool, the water is warm, clean, there was enough space for everyone. There are toilets and showers nearby, where you can take a shower and change clothes right after the beach or pool.
We had a 100% rest, many thanks to all the staff!!! We will definitely return to this hotel again.
The money was changed at the bank in the mall. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the shops. There is an Oscar alcohol store 2 hotels away. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, which also works on the beach.

Restaurant dishes are full of delights. It is more difficult to say what is not there than to describe all the dishes and products. there is always a grill in the restaurant on the street.
