It was great. A wonderful hotel. A place that you really want to return to, although I'm not one of those who go to the same hotels) Good cuisine, a large selection. Meat, fish, seafood, fruits. Wonderful breakfasts for every taste. The waiters are great, very friendly, quick and active. The beach is clean, fine sand. Every day pleased us with the ebb and flow. As always, nothing changes with the sun beds - half the beach is already occupied at 7 a.m.))) There are plenty of sun beds by the pool. The main pool is new. The highlight is the sea view. There was a red flag on the sea for a couple of days. It's so exciting to sit in the pool and admire the moderately raging waves. Rescuers are on alert everywhere, very attentive. The rooms are small, but comfortable enough. The interior of the hotel is pleasing to the eye. The flower arrangement is changed every 4 days. The staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient (there is a place to walk outside) . One of the disadvantages (or rather, even these features) is a meager children's table (it was sometimes difficult to feed a 2-year-old baby for lunch and dinner. The soups were rich.There are no complaints about breakfast.); it is unclear how the faucet in the bathroom was working (I had to "catch" hot water for 10 minutes).

We were at the Ajman Hotel in the middle of July 2025. Overall, I liked everything. Of the advantages: A good medium-sized territory, a large beach, lots of sun beds, there are always free ones. Gentle entrance to the sea, hot water. Two pools, one of which is infinity. The staff are friendly, they are constantly cleaning up, they are running a marathon. There is a free shuttle service to Dubai Mall twice a day (about an hour drive). There are several restaurants on site, Indian (there were none), Italian (they cook for a long time, the pizza is average, the snacks are interesting), a pool bar and a bar where you can eat burgers + the main restaurant. There is a buffet in the main restaurant. That's enough, and it's decent for an all-inclusive Emirati. I would like to single out and thank the receptionist at the entrance to the restaurant, Svetlana. She was always ready to help, explain, prompt! Unfortunately, this cannot be said about many other hotel administrators. Speaking of cons: If there are no questions for the cleaning staff, then the administrators are not the strong side of the hotel. It was our anniversary, which we warned about at the entrance, they promised us a present, but they safely scored, referring to the "do not enter" sign that hung during our absence. When we left for Dubai, we warned when we would be in the room so as not to miss the congratulations. During a conversation with the Russian-speaking manager (blonde) about extending the check-out hour, we mentioned that we had an anniversary. And after that, they brought us a cake. He wasn't so much needed, especially at night.… We didn't know what compliments the hotel makes on such dates, we just wanted to feel good about the holiday. Also, the disadvantages include a tired room stock, but the hotel is 25 years old. Periodically, cigarette smoke was sucked up to the 6th floor from below and the door to the balcony was loosely closed, which is important at 39 degrees at night, because the room is damp. Overall, again, I liked it. They always left tips for the staff. For 9 nights, all inclusive, we got 188k (the season will be ~ 350-400k). In terms of heat, it was 40-43 during the day, under 40 at night, we swam before 12 and after 16-17, after a couple of days we got used to it, it wasn't as hellish as in Dubai.

We had a rest from January 12 to January 20, 2025. I really liked the hotel, the rooms are clean, cleaning every day, including wet. The room has everything you need, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, and you can ask for a kettle and iron at the reception. There is a coffee machine in the room, tea, sugar, coffee, cream are updated every day. The hotel is located in Ajman, the quietest of the emirates. You can get to Sharjah by taxi for 30-35 dirhams. Nearby, opposite the hotel, there is a cafe where you can have dinner together for about 70-100 dirhams. The hotel has its own well-maintained beach. A towel for the beach can be taken near the pool. The territory is very clean, lots of greenery. All rooms overlook the sea. Check-in is at 15.00, but we were checked in at 10.00 without any additional payment. It's a very nice hotel. We have something to compare it with, we have been to the UAE several times, in quite expensive hotels. The food is delicious, and there are themed cuisines several days a week. They even gave out crabs for seafood dinner. The staff is friendly and helps with all questions. If you get hurt, lose something, or lock the key in your room, they will help you immediately. If you go with full plates, they will offer to carry them. The restaurant serves you quickly. The beach is not very big, but it is clean. The coastline is convenient. There are not a lot of sun beds, you have to take them in the morning. There is a bar on the beach by the water. The pools are clean and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, the rooms themselves are large, they can accommodate 3 single beds. One of the disadvantages is that the hotel's territory is small, you can't really walk around.

This is the second time we have been to this hotel and we will be happy to return again. The hotel is cozy and intimate, the perfect place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Never come here in the summer. The ideal time is October. Food, service, staff - everything is standard, at a good average level. Excellent location and a large beach. While there are few intourists, you can always find free sun beds and an umbrella. When there are more guests from Europe than from the USSR, you will have to go to the beach early and take seats. The ideal solution is a villa. It's expensive, but with its own sun beds and a relaxation area on the terrace, some with a swimming pool. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and well maintained, the communal pools are good, but I have never used them - the sea is clean and warm, only after excitement it brings algae and debris. I really liked everything! We lived in the villa at number 909. They greeted us with sweets, dates and champagne. Everything was tidy and very clean. There was a plate of fruit, and capsules with coffee and milk were attached to the coffee machine. I had everything I needed. There are all accessories in the bathroom. There are bathrobes, a safe, and slippers in the closets. In general, everything in the room is gorgeous. They came to clean up every day. The hotel itself is great. We took half-board meals, i.e. breakfast and dinner or lunch of your choice were included. We didn't have lunch. The food is excellent and does not bother. The hotel also has Ala kart restaurants, bars, a bowling alley and even a Starbucks, a gym, and a spa. Everything for a good rest is there and in excellent quality. The beach is gorgeous, but it's better to take sun beds in advance, but there will definitely be free places near the beach. Pools are also 10/10. We went from the end of November to the beginning of December. I really liked everything, I definitely recommend it to everyone. Would you come here again

I'm with my family at the hotel right now. Well-maintained territory, courteous staff. The furniture is a little tired, but there's no cheap plastic, just wood. The hotel is very busy right now, it seems to me, but there are enough sun beds both in the pools and at sea. Sea: warm, the sand is white and clean. It was possible to swim for two days out of 3 days spent. There's a wind today, and a red flag is hanging. Alcohol: I don't drink strong drinks, the guys say there's a poor choice. Beer is normal, bottled jiandao or budweiser. Ice cream is available at the bar. There are about 10 cocktails in the all-inclusive system. Guests: the majority (approximately 80%) are Russian speakers. Everything is on the light. Food: there is a choice for every taste: meat, fish, etc. There is a separate children's table with our usual soups, pasta, and French fries. There is no animation at all. For children: a children's pool with a canopy (children swim in the shade), this is a real respect. There is a children's club. In short, I highly recommend it to those who want to relax in the all-inclusive system.

The stay at the hotel from 25.07 to 4.08 left extremely positive impressions. The beach holiday exceeded all expectations. The staff demonstrate exceptional competence, care and professionalism from cleaning the premises to resolving any issues that arise. The hotel's restaurants (and there are 3 of them) were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes and the high level of culinary skills. The chef has created an amazing menu where everyone will find something to their liking. The waiters in the restaurant, lobby and bar work smoothly, professionally and with a sincere smile. The tour service is organized at the highest level. The organized trips exceeded all expectations. The sightseeing tour of Dubai turned out to be bright, intense and absolutely not exhausting, despite visiting the street attractions in 38 degrees Celsius, and visiting the La Perle show became a real cultural event – a musical and acrobatic performance with impressive special effects left an indelible impression. I recommend Ajman Hotel to everyone who appreciates high-quality service, comfort and unforgettable vacation experiences. We would like to thank the hotel manager Aziz, the tour manager at the Teymur Hotel, who was so attentive to all our requests and wishes, as well as the restaurant staff Anastasia and Svetlana.

For those who choose between Ajman and Ajman sarai, I recommend the first option solely because of the territory, it is 4 times larger, the rest is +/- identical. 80% of the guests are Russian (the contingent is decent), there are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. The hotel staff is cute, and if you leave a tip, it's triple cute. Everything can always be agreed upon and they will always go to a meeting. The food is delicious and varied, the kitchen is heavily grilled every other day - shish kebab, beef, seafood. Porridge, soup, and fresh food were prepared for the child. Very cool. I am writing about a comparison with another Fujairah hotel. And how we were taken alone and picked up from the Dubai Mall.. mm.. Sandy sloping beach, children's pool under a canopy, snacks in the bar, beer in the glass. There is relatively nothing to do outside the hotel. We walked to the supermarket once, but we didn't go out again. Thanks to the kitchen, reception and lavanderia!

A good hotel for a beach holiday (according to the "all inclusive" system. The food, drinks, and alcohol are all of excellent quality. There is a huge beach (no hotel on the Ajman coast has such a large beach), an Infinity pool. The only disappointment was that there was absolutely nowhere to walk near the hotel, we walked along the local embankment a couple of times, it was boring there. We got to Dubai by free shuttle from the hotel, and back by taxi 150 dirhams (3750 RUB). The hotel is suitable for a relaxing family (well, a very relaxing holiday), not for young people, young people will be bored.

We had a rest from March 23 to March 31. Check-in is no problem. The room is excellent, the repair is normal, although the hotel is not a few years old. Wooden furniture. We returned from breakfast at 9 o'clock - the room had already been cleaned. If you don't put up a "do not disturb" sign or don't hang anything at all, they will definitely clean up the room. The towels are changed, the bathtub, the sink, and the toilet are shiny. The shoes are folded. The bed is made (linen is not changed every day, I checked). But they can probably change it if they want. The territory of the hotel is in almost perfect cleanliness. The paths have been washed in the morning. The flowers are watered. The grass is green). They clean up all the time, in my opinion! The beach!))) The beach at this hotel has a long coastline, you can run cross-country. They clean it perfectly!!! You won't find a candy wrapper or a bull, even if you want to. There are a lot of sun beds - there are enough for everyone when you don't come, they stand at a good distance from each other. There is no feeling of crowding. There are sun beds of different types (regular, round, bassinets, under a tent). The souls are constantly being cleaned of sand (there are several of them here). There are two pools. They look perfect (we didn't swim there). Food! The breakfasts are excellent, there is everything you need) Of course, they change something, but the main dishes are always the same). But everyone will find their favorite for themselves,) because the choice is very big!!I liked the breakfasts the most. Unusual - this is the first time I've seen - several types of tea for brewing in an individual teapot for two mugs. Of course, there are bags. What wonderful pastries for breakfast!!! Lunches and dinners - meat, fish and chicken in different variations. Vegetables, pasta, salads, fruits. Once a week, they have a seafood brunch (mussels, oysters, crabs, squid, shrimp, fish of several types (fried in front of you).. The waiters are super efficient! Before you can finish the last bite, the dishes are already being taken away. Used dishes on the tables are not worth a minute! The staff is polite! He will always help and prompt you. There are Russian speakers (our girls). But there are minor disadvantages. The water pressure is not very strong (we lived on the 8th floor, maybe that's why) and it's difficult to "catch" the right temperature.. the second disadvantage is the lack of sockets at the head of the bed (after all, phones charge).. there is a cover under the TV under which there are a couple of outlets, but it is difficult to charge the phone because the usb port has a bad contact and charging is constantly interrupted. But! There is a way out! We bought an extension cord with the appropriate usb ports and sockets) and were fine with it. Overall, I really liked the hotel!! We had a great rest! Thanks!!!!

Sun beds on the beach in convenient places should be booked through the staff for an additional fee, or if there are larks, by yourself, since 90% of the area is touristy. 2. The rooms are not all renovated, those below the 8th floor are slightly shabby. 3. The buffet menu is monotonous for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 4. Russian tourists, especially those from the regions, bring their drinking habits here on the beach and on balconies, swearing. 5. The hotel sells beach and pool passes to third parties, so Russian-speaking girls with low social responsibility may meet on the beach, accompanied by local Arabs, behaving as they used to at home.

The room is on the 7th floor, the view is just a fairy tale. On 10/16/2025, we booked an individual tour of Magnificent Dubai from the operator Ekaterina at the hotel. On 10/18/2025, we went on this tour to Dubai with Anastasia, a tour guide. I liked everything very much: individual approach, organization and punctuality, comfortable transfer. The guide Anastasia told a lot of facts about the country, its inhabitants, and sights. We visited many iconic places in Dubai, took a bunch of memorable photos, and rode a catamaran through the night in Dubai, surrounded by neon lights. It's a beautiful hotel. Delicious food. Clean, good linens, comfortable beds. But we haven't had such a boring vacation yet. We managed to take 12 days, all inclusive. I don't really understand why the hotel has such a high rating. Apart from live music, there is no animation every day. Yes, I've been to the Emirates before, and I know that animation is far from the strong side of local recreation, but it just doesn't exist here at all. There are no animators (at least one), the volleyball court, which is usually in demand, is located in such a way that it is inconvenient to play volleyball, the water is very close, and actually it is not visible on the beach at all, so as not to spoil the appearance of the hotel, I think it was deliberately done. We were looking for a hotel so that my husband could play volleyball, the description of the hotel stated, as a result, the hotel did everything so that no one would play volleyball in principle. The hotel is constantly used by locals and Hindus for wedding ceremonies, which are very noisy and numerous. It feels like this is the main income for the hotel. Everything is done there in the best possible way. Well, ordinary tourists just lie all day by the sea, then by the pool.Then dinner, and then boredom for everyone. Suffer from boredom or go for a walk around the city. We were playing dominoes in the lobby. There are still cards, incomplete decks, could not be assembled to play, chess, backgammon as well - there are not enough pieces. Tourists come to the hotel to eat, sleep, and go to the city to entertain themselves. The hotel is not the cheapest (720 standard room for 4 for 12 nights from 24.12 to 05.01), and you don't want to die of boredom for that kind of money. We definitely won't come again. Even in the emirates, you can find a hotel where there is at least some minimum of animation. It's a pity for the money and time spent, there were high hopes for the hotel. We didn't see any advantages other than delicious food.

The hotel has a maximum of 4 stars. We had a rest from 07/03/2025 to 07/15/2025. Among the advantages: food (varied), convenient entrance to the water for children (shallow and no waves), Russian-speaking staff. Cons (my personal opinion) 1. Numbers. What the hotel shows in the photo is not true. We initially moved into room 423. The cabinets inside are all peeling, there is a shelf in the bathroom with 1 nail or another one fell out. There are bloodstains on the floor. I took a picture of everything and went to the reception. After showing three other rooms (similar to the condition shown in the photo) and communicating with the managers, they gave us a room above the class, which is a plus for the hotel. But it's still not 5 stars. 2. There were 4 people in the room: 2 adults and 2 children). Towels - 3, detergents - 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners, 2 Shower gels (They are physically insufficient. Capacity for 1 person) slippers - 2 pairs (although there are also 2 children in the next room - they brought children's ones). I have to go and ask for everything. It's good that the neighbors told us that you need to ask for salmon for breakfast, you need slippers - ask for it, if you want lobster - save vouchers and you can order. Lunch and dinner with tear-off vouchers, which are issued upon check-in. At the same time, we arrived on 03.07 and because of traffic jams, we arrived late (this day is paid for). There was no voucher for lunch that day, although it could have been added to other vouchers and ordered, for example, steak or lobster. The day of departure - a voucher for lunch and dinner - was not issued. 3. Places by the pool. We took seats at the children's. We came, but our things were taken away and others are lying. After a long conversation with the staff who look after the pool, they said: "no problem, we will take your places (2 sun loungers) until your departure." There were 4 days left before departure. Okay I arrive on 12.07 - there are places, I thanked you. Satisfied. 13.07 - the seats are occupied. I approach the employee and he throws up his hands. Why promise then. Small children specially occupied places by the children's pool so that they generally did not interfere. 14.07 in the morning, as always, we will walk and take seats early. The most unpleasant thing is that they lie. And you come with the children and you are offered 1 chaise longue for 4 people. In my opinion, the hotel has a maximum of 4 stars. We are staying in this beautiful hotel now (from 07/19/26/2025). The hotel is beautiful, the service is impeccable. The food is delicious, great fruits, desserts. Lots of meat and fish dishes. The alcohol is local, but of good enough quality. The reception staff is excellent, they understand and speak Russian. Aziz met us, he was very friendly, he would always help and tell us. We are newlyweds, on the day of arrival we were given a suite (absolutely free)!!! Special thanks to Aziz for this! The beach and pools are clean, everything is well maintained!!! The guys sing great in the evenings!!! Anastasia, a very nice girl, works in the restaurant, and thank you for everything!!!! I recommend the hotel to everyone!!!!

Ajman Hotel Villas 5*. This is the final hotel in the Emirates and Ajman's best hotel, a candidate for my Golden Frog award. The hotel is the last in a row of Ajman hotels. It's funny that we moved to this hotel from Bahi Ajman just 500 meters away, which I wrote about in the review, that is, we walked along the sidewalk with our suitcases. The difference, of course, was immediately noticeable for the better, compared to the previous hotel. Although the hotel is not a new building, the level of service has been maintained at a high level for many years, and this is an excellent indicator. Beautiful lobby, great room. The hotel has a fairly large territory with pools and sun loungers on the lawns, as well as by the sea. I believe that the most important advantage of this hotel is a large beautiful beach area with snow—white sand. There are interesting locations where you can take beautiful photos — these solutions always pay off. The service at the hotel is excellent, the service both in the rooms and on site is excellent. We lived, as always, on our favorite HB (half board), breakfast and dinner are a great solution, in my opinion. At the same time, there are all options: from a simple room to an All Inclusive one. The restaurant in the hotel itself is not very large; there is an outdoor seating area and a covered cooling area. The staff tries their best: they change the plates, bring drinks. In general, there is nothing to add — everything is great. Breakfast or dinner with a view of palm trees, white sand and blue sea definitely lift the mood. This is the kind of hotel where you can spend a leisurely week or even a little more. If you wish, you can always go on excursions to Dubai or other emirates; there is a place to walk outside the hotel, or you can stay indoors and just enjoy your vacation inside — all options are available. The disadvantage of this hotel is the price. At the time we were there, it cost about 20,000 rubles for two on HB. During the season, I've seen prices for this hotel as low as 30,000 rubles. Therefore, as always, my favorite remark: it depends on how much this hotel will cost. If you are completely satisfied with the price, then you definitely need to take it, since this is the best hotel in Ajman, and possibly in Sharjah. We refused and suddenly, miraculously, the number of our 408 category appeared, but again the miracle did not happen when, after checking in, we went to the shower. It turned out that the overhead shower was not working properly, there was no pressure and the water was cold or hot, we had to wash with one hand using another shower, which was not attached to the wall and needed to be held. No one has been able to solve our problem for three days now, they promised to relocate, but the vacation will end soon, and they haven't relocated or repaired anything, just promises. The room itself is old, the food is acceptable only at breakfast, and that's only because there is red fish, but everything is very mediocre. The beach is long, but there are many guests who occupy comfortable sun beds, and they may not appear all day. In general, I would not say that it is a five, a four, yes.

Red fish in unlimited quantities, delicious pastries, the freshest halva. Almost all rooms have sea views, there is enough space in Delux, but if you need a room with two separate beds, it's a problem. They are almost all adjacent. The audibility is good, especially if there are children in the neighborhood or someone is snoring. There is a coffee maker in the room with capsule coffee (not delicious). A kettle and an iron are available on request. The shampoo is strange - it doesn't lather, it's better to take it with you. My conclusion is that the hotel is good for families with children (two full-fledged children's pools, one of them under an awning.)

It's so valuable when everything is for people... Amazing girls in the restaurant, kind, helpful, caring - thank you very much... Thanks to the chefs for the delicious food, there was so much meat for lunch and dinner, a variety of dishes, fish, sweets, fruits... The Head Chef always came up and asked: is everything okay? ... The territory is clean - one day I woke up at 4:00 a.m. , went out on the balcony and saw the guys walking and wiping the metal railings and fences - thank them so much for their care ... The beach is incredible - the sand is snow-white, the sand and sun beds are cleaned every morning, you can always take cold drinks and chips... If you want to cool off in the pool, the water is cool, but we swam in the sea, the Persian Gulf is incredible, the tides come and go every day, but it didn't spoil the rest at all... We went on two excursions to Dubai - the sightseeing and Abu Dhabi - the Louvre Museum, the Presidential Palace, and the mosque... I recommend that you immerse yourself in the incredible beauty and richness of the amazing Arab world. We bought tickets from our guide and they turned out to be much more expensive than Timur's at the hotel... Nevertheless, I recommend contacting him for gifts - we bought Dubai chocolate and chocolate-covered dates, we bought the latter in a store in the hotel, they turned out to be cheaper here , and chocolate in Ajman City - where the bus goes from the hotel, and we took a taxi back for 23 dirhams, by the way, dollars are accepted in all stores...
