The hotel is quiet, family-run and has a fairly compact territory. Nice, wide coastline,clean sand, far shallow (for children). The food is quite varied, everything is delicious. It is not usual that you need to take a meal ticket with you for lunch and dinner (they are given at the beginning of the rest)Monday, Wednesday, Friday themed cuisine (dinner). Basically, meals are served 3 times a day, you can drink coffee and eat ice cream during the day, everything closes at 23.00, then until 2.00 for money (All inclusive system). The room stock is standard. In some rooms, a hairdryer is installed in the bedside table in the room (not convenient). Sockets with an adapter, but you can also use them.. Towels by the pool are on the sun beds in the morning, you need to take them yourself by the sea. The staff is friendly, there are few Russian speakers, the restaurant always has girls Svetlana and Nastya who will always help you. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! BUT THIS IS THE EMIRATES!

One of the advantages: the beach is very large, there is enough space for everyone. Cuisine: diverse, and there is always something to eat for all ages. Cleaning: they are always well and cleanly cleaned. The cleanliness of the hotel is quite good, beautiful, well-groomed and pleasant! Of the cons: there is only one bar on the beach 350 meters long. If you haven't had time to take sun beds in the morning, then be ready to pump up your legs. Well, it's not really scary. They clean well, but of course if you left a tip. The balcony has never been cleaned in 14 days, everything is covered in sand. The rooms are very outdated, the balcony door is constantly whistling, it doesn't let you sleep. The master came and put on electrical tape and wished me a good rest. The water in the bathroom pours like from a bottle: barely. The bathroom drain stinks of sewage. And it has to do with the signature delux sea view room. It is impossible to sleep on pillows in a hotel-a piece of cotton wool… Alcohol is cheap if we're talking about all inclusive. If you want to buy for money, it's the same! The hotel has a kind of Starbucks, all drinks are made from products in the dining room, which are also served at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course it's not free. My son went to the bar alone to get ice cream-they refused him, for the reason that it ended when I came up-the ice cream somehow appeared. One bar for the entire crowded beach. It is open from 11 a.m. and there are kilometer-long queues. The reception staff is polite-they checked us in for almost 3 hours. All the guests of the hotel checked in very quickly without purchased tours. Well, you don't know who the priorities are anymore. We were here two years ago and before that too. The staff was better, the rooms were not in such a deplorable condition. Generally a solid 3, maybe 4. But I won't put a 5. Obviously not pulling. There is something to compare it with.

The hotel has an indisputable advantage over neighboring hotels - a sooo large beach, a sufficient distance between umbrellas to comfortably sunbathe, a large construction of villas and a gorgeous panoramic pool has just been completed, but what, in my opinion, turned on the economy mode - there are only two types of cheeses for breakfast, brie and camembert can be forgotten, fresh 10$ per serving, no strawberries, raspberries, or exotic fruits. Red fish in unlimited quantities, delicious pastries, the freshest halva. Almost all rooms have sea views, there is enough space in Delux, but if you need a room with two separate beds, it's a problem. They are almost all adjacent. The audibility is good, especially if there are children in the neighborhood or someone is snoring. There is a coffee maker in the room with capsule coffee (not delicious). A kettle and an iron are available on request. The shampoo is strange - it doesn't lather, it's better to take it with you. My conclusion is that the hotel is good for families with children (two full-fledged children's pools, one of them under an awning.)

Ajman Hotel Villas 5*. This is the final hotel in the Emirates and Ajman's best hotel, a candidate for my Golden Frog award. The hotel is the last in a row of Ajman hotels. It's funny that we moved to this hotel from Bahi Ajman just 500 meters away, which I wrote about in the review, that is, we walked along the sidewalk with our suitcases. The difference, of course, was immediately noticeable for the better, compared to the previous hotel. Although the hotel is not a new building, the level of service has been maintained at a high level for many years, and this is an excellent indicator. Beautiful lobby, great room. The hotel has a fairly large territory with pools and sun loungers on the lawns, as well as by the sea. I believe that the most important advantage of this hotel is a large beautiful beach area with snow—white sand. There are interesting locations where you can take beautiful photos — these solutions always pay off. The service at the hotel is excellent, the service both in the rooms and on site is excellent. We lived, as always, on our favorite HB (half board), breakfast and dinner are a great solution, in my opinion. At the same time, there are all options: from a simple room to an All Inclusive one. The restaurant in the hotel itself is not very large; there is an outdoor seating area and a covered cooling area. The staff tries their best: they change the plates, bring drinks. In general, there is nothing to add — everything is great. Breakfast or dinner with a view of palm trees, white sand and blue sea definitely lift the mood. This is the kind of hotel where you can spend a leisurely week or even a little more. If you wish, you can always go on excursions to Dubai or other emirates; there is a place to walk outside the hotel, or you can stay indoors and just enjoy your vacation inside — all options are available. The disadvantage of this hotel is the price. At the time we were there, it cost about 20,000 rubles for two on HB. During the season, I've seen prices for this hotel as low as 30,000 rubles. Therefore, as always, my favorite remark: it depends on how much this hotel will cost. If you are completely satisfied with the price, then you definitely need to take it, since this is the best hotel in Ajman, and possibly in Sharjah. A large number of factors have come together in this hotel: good location, excellent rooms, excellent service and a large beautiful beach line. This is an option when you want to combine a reasonable price for a beach holiday with tourist trips around the emirates, and at the same time you will have the opportunity to walk around the territory near a beautiful canal, where there are a dozen restaurants where locals mostly relax. But he falls a little short of the highest award. Nevertheless, my discretion allows me to say that there are quite a lot of hotels in the Emirates that will be better in terms of a combination of factors, and all of them are mainly located in my beloved Abu Dhabi. Nevertheless, the Ajman Hotel Villas 5* deserves unequivocal attention when choosing a holiday in the United Arab Emirates.

The service is 5+, the plate is cleared immediately. The beach is sand, beach towels are unlimited, water is carried, glasses are wiped, sand in the foot shower is constantly cleaned. 4 swimming pools, 3 of them heated (vacationed in January), the territory is well maintained, everything is clean, there is a coffee maker in the room, they asked for a kettle, they brought it immediately. In principle, everything was very good. A clean room, sea view, delicious and varied breakfasts, several restaurants inside the hotel where you can have lunch and dinner, a large clean beach where you do not have to run in the morning and take sun beds. I especially liked that during breakfast you could make your own tea in a separate kettle. At the same time, there were about five varieties of tea to choose from. I've never seen this in any hotel before. There are two disadvantages. The first is a bad water pressure in the shower and a big problem with setting a comfortable water temperature. There are old-style cranes (two turntables), plus, apparently, insufficient pump power - so I had to suffer. The second is an unexpected ambush with sockets. There's a desk in front of the bed, with a huge mirror above it, all in natural wood! The sockets are located directly above the table and are hidden by a wooden lid, which was not fixed in the open position. USB sockets had poor contact, it was impossible to charge. My adapter didn't fit either, as the sockets were quite deep. I had to buy an extension cord. The other sockets in the room had three round holes and the standard adapter did not fit them. At the very end of the stay, I found a hair dryer in a desk drawer) and another suitable outlet in the same drawer. But it's also inconvenient to use, you'd have to keep the drawer open all the time. Or charge it in a drawer.

A great hotel with a beautiful coastline, sandy beach! The food is delicious, the choice of dishes is huge: salads, several types of meat, fish, generally for every taste. Ajman hotel is wonderful. The new chef is much better than the old one. The overflow pool was made large. Friendly staff, good SPA. There are no entertainment centers or attractions nearby. But you can always call a taxi, there is a bus from the hotel twice a day to the Dubai Mall. The clean sandy beach with a smooth entrance to the water, a large number of sun beds and umbrellas compensates for the lack of entertainment.

I'm with my family at the hotel right now. Well-maintained territory, courteous staff. The furniture is a little tired, but there's no cheap plastic, just wood. The hotel is very busy right now, it seems to me, but there are enough sun beds both in the pools and at sea. Sea: warm, the sand is white and clean. It was possible to swim for two days out of 3 days spent. There's a wind today, and a red flag is hanging. Alcohol: I don't drink strong drinks, the guys say there's a poor choice. Beer is normal, bottled jiandao or budweiser. Ice cream is available at the bar. There are about 10 cocktails in the all-inclusive system. Guests: the majority (approximately 80%) are Russian speakers. Everything is on the light. Food: there is a choice for every taste: meat, fish, etc. There is a separate children's table with our usual soups, pasta, and French fries. There is no animation at all. For children: a children's pool with a canopy (children swim in the shade), this is a real respect. There is a children's club. In short, I highly recommend it to those who want to relax in the all-inclusive system.

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. Its first coastline. Comfortable sun beds, clean towels, lifeguards. A new infinity pool with a bar. A separate swimming pool for the youngest guests with a sunshade. A deep pool for adults. A spa salon with a huge range of massages, a mini fitness club with all the necessary equipment, a Finnish sauna, a hammam and a Jacuzzi. Delicious, varied food, high-quality drinks. Polite staff. Regina is always responsive and ready to help (at the reception). There is a free bus: 2 times a day they take you to the Dubai Mall and back. All rooms have a sea view. They clean up daily, replenish shower accessories, and change towels. New villas have appeared, but they haven't been there yet. We have been going to this hotel for more than 8 years and we will definitely come again.

A wonderful hotel. This is not the first time I have been relaxing in it. Excellent attitude to the guests, high—quality service, diverse room stock - from standard rooms to premium ones. The renovation of the hotel has been fully completed — several villas have been built, a brand new swimming pool is functioning, and landscaping has been carried out around these facilities. The food is above all praise — it is very diverse and delicious. But the main thing is a gorgeous beach, which is not found in any hotel in Ajman. As always, nothing changes with the sun beds - half the beach is already occupied at 7 a.m.))) There are plenty of sun beds by the pool. The main pool is new. The highlight is the sea view. There was a red flag on the sea for a couple of days. It's so exciting to sit in the pool and admire the moderately raging waves. Rescuers are on alert everywhere, very attentive. The rooms are small, but comfortable enough. The interior of the hotel is pleasing to the eye. The flower arrangement is changed every 4 days. The staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient (there is a place to walk outside) . One of the disadvantages (or rather, even these features) is a meager children's table (it was sometimes difficult to feed a 2-year-old baby for lunch and dinner. The soups were rich.There are no complaints about breakfast.); it is unclear how the faucet in the bathroom was working (I had to "catch" hot water for 10 minutes).

The hotel has a maximum of 4 stars. We had a rest from 07/03/2025 to 07/15/2025. Among the advantages: food (varied), convenient entrance to the water for children (shallow and no waves), Russian-speaking staff. Minuses: 1. Numbers. What the hotel shows in the photo is not true. We initially moved into room 423. The cabinets are terrible, everything is peeling, in the bathroom there is a shelf on 1 nail or another fell out. There are bloodstains on the floor. I took a picture of everything and went to the reception. After showing three other rooms (similar to the condition shown in the photo) and communicating with the managers, they gave us a room above the class, which is a plus for the hotel. But it's still not 5 stars. 2. There were 4 people in the room: 2 adults and 2 children). Towels - 3, detergents - 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners, 2 Shower gels (They are physically insufficient. Capacity for 1 person) slippers - 2 pairs (although there are also 2 children in the next room - they brought children's ones). I have to go and ask for everything. It's good that the neighbors told us that you need to ask for salmon for breakfast, you need slippers - ask for it, if you want lobster - save vouchers and you can order. Lunch and dinner with tear-off vouchers, which are issued upon check-in. At the same time, we arrived on 03.07 and because of traffic jams, we arrived late (this day is paid for). There was no voucher for lunch that day, although it could have been added to other vouchers and ordered, for example, steak or lobster. The day of departure - a voucher for lunch and dinner - was not issued. 3. Places by the pool. We took seats at the children's. We came, but our things were taken away and others are lying. After a long conversation with the staff who look after the pool, they said: "no problem, we will take your places (2 sun loungers) until your departure." There were 4 days left before departure. Okay I arrive on 12.07 - there are places, I thanked you. Satisfied. 13.07 - the seats are occupied. I approach the employee and he throws up his hands. Why promise then. Small children specially occupied places by the children's pool so that they generally did not interfere. 14.07 in the morning, as always, we will walk and take seats early. The most unpleasant thing is that they lie. And you come with the children and you are offered 1 chaise longue for 4 people. A maximum 4-star hotel with a stretch. We had a rest from March 23 to March 31. Check-in is no problem. The room is excellent, the repair is normal, although the hotel is not a few years old. Wooden furniture. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are soft. The bed linen is tactile and very pleasant. I was glad that there is no carpet (for me, this is a very big plus). Cleaning is a separate song!!!!!!! We returned from breakfast at 9 o'clock - the room had already been cleaned. If you don't put up a "do not disturb" sign or don't hang anything at all, they will definitely clean up the room. The towels are changed, the bathtub, the sink, and the toilet are shiny. The shoes are folded. The bed is made (linen is not changed every day, I checked). But they can probably change it if they want. The territory of the hotel is in almost perfect cleanliness. The paths have been washed in the morning. The flowers are watered. The grass is green). They clean up all the time, in my opinion! The beach!))) The beach at this hotel has a long coastline, you can run cross-country. They clean it perfectly!!! You won't find a candy wrapper or a bull, even if you want to. There are a lot of sun beds - there are enough for everyone when you don't come, they stand at a good distance from each other. There is no feeling of crowding. There are sun beds of different types (regular, round, bassinets, under a tent). The souls are constantly being cleaned of sand (there are several of them here). There are two pools. They look perfect (we didn't swim there). Food! The breakfasts are excellent, there is everything you need) Of course, they change something, but the main dishes are always the same). But everyone will find their favorite for themselves,) because the choice is very big!!I liked the breakfasts the most. Unusual - this is the first time I've seen - several types of tea for brewing in an individual teapot for two mugs. Of course, there are bags. What wonderful pastries for breakfast!!! Lunches and dinners - meat, fish and chicken in different variations. Vegetables, pasta, salads, fruits. Once a week, they have a seafood brunch (mussels, oysters, crabs, squid, shrimp, fish of several types (fried in front of you).. The waiters are super efficient! Before you can finish the last bite, the dishes are already being taken away. Used dishes on the tables are not worth a minute! The staff is polite! He will always help and prompt you. There are Russian speakers (our girls). But there are minor disadvantages. The water pressure is not very strong (we lived on the 8th floor, maybe that's why) and it's difficult to "catch" the right temperature.. the second disadvantage is the lack of sockets at the head of the bed (after all, phones charge).. there is a cover under the TV under which there are a couple of outlets, but it is difficult to charge the phone because the usb port has a bad contact and charging is constantly interrupted. But! There is a way out! We bought an extension cord with the appropriate usb ports and sockets) and were fine with it. Overall, I really liked the hotel!! We had a great rest! Thanks!!!!

I had a rest at the end of May, the hotel pleased me, there's nothing to complain about. The room was 822 on the 8th floor, with a beautiful view. Although the territory is small, it is well maintained, the food in the restaurants is good, and the cuisine of different countries is served every day. I was in an Italian restaurant, the pizza was delicious. The staff is very polite, and so is the beach bar. Of the drinks included in AI, there are several types of cocktails, champagne, martinis, 3 beers, rum, tequila, and many carbonated drinks. The only thing I personally missed was the dryer on the loggia. The weather is very hot, the water is +36-38, but there is an Infinity pool that cools. I liked everything, thanks for the rest)

Beach towels are provided to everyone from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The food is varied, there are themed days. Vouchers for visiting an Italian restaurant are provided upon check-in. There are two cafes in the main building of the hotel, which partially operate on an all-inclusive system. On the "ground floor" coffee, cakes, juices... Hookahs and other things are on the "ground floor", children are not allowed to enter there. The beach strip is the longest of all the neighboring hotels, with soft, clean sand. The beach belongs to the hotel, there are no strangers. In general, there were enough sun beds, you can find a free one. The entrance to the sea is smooth, but the tides are very large. When the tide is out, walk from the sun beds to the sea for at least 50 meters on hot sand. At high tide, the water reaches almost to the sun beds. Of the 9 days, three days were a red flag, and it was stormy. There are 4 swimming pools on site: a panoramic infinity pool, large enough; for kids, no deeper than 20-30 cm located under a canopy; a pool for professional swimmers with colder water than the rest, deep enough, but only 16 meters long, and an adult-only pool. The junior suite rooms are renovated, new, spacious, bright, modern. The bed is located on a podium overlooking the sea. For entertainment, the hotel has billiards. There is no animation. The guests are 90% Russian, mostly families with children, but there are also retirees who come to the restaurant in washed dressing gowns, as if to their kitchen. For non-hotel entertainment, there is a small promenade nearby for walking; shuttles to Dubai Mall run from the hotel; shuttles to Abu Dhabi from the neighboring hotel if you have purchased a ticket to Ferrari Park or Sea world park in advance. As a result: the place is excellent, quiet, peaceful, the beach is one of the best in the UAE, the rest was a success 💯

The hotel is one of the first to be built in Ajman. Such a colonial style, lots of wood in the rooms and a traditional flavor. Excellent!!!! I would say if not the best beach: fine soft sand, large space, its own sun beds, lots of umbrellas. For small children, it's just a paradise, the water is clear and quite shallow and warm near the shore, 50 meters walk to the buoys and it will be chest-deep. Two new pools, judging by the look of them. Fresh, modern-style villas right on the beach, probably 6 pcs. The food is very well chosen, everything is quite neutral, not spicy, not bland, there are grilled and stewed and boiled, fruits, vegetables, fresh pastries, generally for every taste. There are 3 restaurants and a beach bar.

After a hot street and a warm bay, you enter the hotel lobby, where air conditioners are working everywhere. After the sea, you can easily get sick while walking to the elevator and in the elevator itself, it's cold after the sea. That's the end of the cons for me. Positive. Location. The first line. The bay is visible from the room. Everything is very close Meal. I liked the food. A buffet with a large selection of dishes. There are themed days (fish day, Arabian night, etc.) On the street, chefs cook on the grill and they can order grilled fish in front of you. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time was in 2012, when it was still called Kempinski. After the renovation in 2024, the hotel has been transformed and rejuvenated. Friendly staff at the reception, who solves any problems very quickly. The food at the hotel remains at the highest level, for which I am very grateful to the chef. Only this hotel constantly prepares amazing meat and fish dishes, as well as desserts. The beach is just huge and clean. There are enough sun beds, no need to run and occupy in the morning. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, green, lots of palm trees and plantings. However, there were much more palm trees before the construction of the villas. Room cleaning is of high quality and not burdensome for vacationers. The staff is very polite and smiling. I want to come back to this hotel again and again. I recommend it to all my friends to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in the UAE.

A gorgeous beach, an outdoor heated pool with sea views! A very cozy and beautiful hotel. The cleanliness on the beach and in the pool area is just perfect! A great restaurant. Very tasty pastries , freshly squeezed juices , vegetables , fruits . All the hot dishes and salads were stunningly delicious! Very good service in the restaurant, Table setting ! Live music in the lobby and in restaurants! In general, the hotel exceeded expectations! I liked everything! I already dream of coming back!

Also, the manager is Tatiana, who was always ready to help and answer any question! All public places, including toilets, were perfectly cleaned! The rooms are of course a little outdated, but everything is clean! The room was cleaned daily and perfectly. Each room has all the accessories, a safe and a refrigerator, perhaps a shoe spoon was missing) a capsule coffee machine, something was running out, a call to the reception and your question was immediately resolved! Yes, the hotel is located away from all the parties. But there is a place to walk behind the hotel) if you walk a little, then there are cafes and restaurants) and local markets) of course, for young people who like to hang out, the hotel is not very good, there are no discos and so on. There is also no animation for children like in Turkey! This is a relaxing hotel with a special atmosphere and we really liked it. The main restaurant has a terrace and sea view. The waiters in the restaurant are smart, they serve quickly. The food is great, of course not the Dubai five, but a solid four, varied. Delicious pastries, coffee and mousse desserts. There was not enough vegetable milk. I really liked the system when you choose whether to go to lunch or dinner (we used the NV system). The hotel operates in this regard according to three systems: AIl, HB, BB. In the evenings, themed dinners (Asian, Arabic and Italian) were held three times a week in the main restaurant. There are also three alyakart restaurants, but we didn't even go there))) Bottled water is free everywhere! Even on the beach they brought it to the sunbed) Every day by appointment, free transfer from the hotel to the Dubai Mall and back. The big minus is the Internet... it worked poorly. And there are no Russian channels, but it doesn't matter))) We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, although it is not new, but cozy and well maintained. It feels like I've come to visit friends. We will definitely come back. Thanks to the management and staff of the hotel, you are the best! PS: back in 2024. We were a little disappointed, instead of a park with birdsong, villas are flaunting ((( there are a lot of people! Sunbeds need to be occupied earlier! The food in the restaurant has not deteriorated, but it has not improved either! There is no alternative milk for coffee!!!!((( they added another pool - it's beautiful, but it was better to preserve the nature that was in this hotel on the beach! Your charm!
