The hotel is quiet, family-run and has a fairly compact territory. Nice, wide coastline,clean sand, far shallow (for children). The food is quite varied, everything is delicious. It is not usual that you need to take a meal ticket with you for lunch and dinner (they are given at the beginning of the rest)Monday, Wednesday, Friday themed cuisine (dinner). Basically, meals are served 3 times a day, you can drink coffee and eat ice cream during the day, everything closes at 23.00, then until 2.00 for money (All inclusive system). The room stock is standard. In some rooms, a hairdryer is installed in the bedside table in the room (not convenient). Sockets with an adapter, but you can also use them.. Towels by the pool are on the sun beds in the morning, you need to take them yourself by the sea. The staff is friendly, there are few Russian speakers, the restaurant always has girls Svetlana and Nastya who will always help you. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! BUT THIS IS THE EMIRATES!

We had a rest at the end of September 2024, the room on the 4th floor is the farthest left, we couldn't sleep properly from the vibration and noise from some units below on the roof, we couldn't look at the sea at night to breathe the sea air either - the noise of chillers and the stench of diesel or gasoline. I went to the reception several times, asked them to move us, Regina created an imitation of a frenzy of activity, but she didn't care about us, although the hotel was really crowded, the sun beds were occupied by things of CIS citizens from 6 a.m. To eat, people stood and waited in line until a table was available. Later, they began to sit in restaurants - Indian and Italian. After my endless walks to the reception, the male manager went to meet me, they settled in the same wing on the 6th floor. In general, the room stock is terrible. Even after the renovation, there was an old creaking balcony door on the 4th floor. Ants were running around at 6, one night a flood started at the entrance to the room, I was a light sleeper, I heard a murmur, the guys were busy for 1.5 hours - no one even apologized. The kitchen is great. Red fish, crab, and cheeses are among the delicacies. Coffee for three. The desserts are great. There were very strong temperature fluctuations outside and indoors, it was hellish cold in the hall, and children with wet heads were wrapped in towels to keep out the wind. But still, the younger one got sick. The neighboring hotel is more comfortable in this regard. Ice cream for all inclusive was served in plastic cups (not sealed) It wasn't delicious in the bars either. I was only happy with the sea and the kitchen.

We had a vacation in April 2025.There are some moments that spoil your stay.For example, you need to somehow survive the time before checking in and you want to make use of your suitcases in some kind of walk-through room, you have to take something from your suitcase, run around looking for a place to change clothes (a general-purpose room is just not here).For some reason, at the height of the season, they started doing repairs in the next room-my husband is asthmatic, I rushed to the reception with a request to change the room.So far, I've been quietly asking for one answer:All rooms are occupied…Then I turned on the hysterical one and immediately found it-a category higher.But the smell of paint was here and there throughout our week-long stay.About food:breakfast is good, everything is enough, but why are dinners much more modest than lunches, sometimes I just thought it wouldn't pull a four....And one more thing:for some reason, the middle one is closed (the most convenient entrance to the hotel from the beach), you walk through the dining room untidy, people are already sitting having dinner-you run past with shame🥹

The construction site is round the clock! It is noisy both day and night. The equipment and workers drove along the remnants of the beach among the vacationers. (no one voiced this nuance to us when buying a tour). The hotel's service has fallen very low. What kind of code is there if the hotel decided to lower prices and populated the entire "collective farm" from Egypt and Turkey 3*) Restaurants began to cook terribly. You have to take up places on the beach from 5 am... the beach area expands only in front of the Germans for a fee, taking up places for them in the evening. Of the advantages, only room cleaning!

I had a rest from 10/25/2024 to 11/04/2024 ... the first and last time in this hotel! Intrusive staff, tasteless food, dirty air conditioning (all five of them coughed the whole vacation), settled on different floors with their son and daughter, a grinder or drill work every day / evening / night, part of the territory is fenced all the time due to ongoing work, although it is high season! The hotel is full of guests! Upon arrival from the supermarket, the packages were checked, I felt like I was in a pioneer camp, where you owe everyone. The rooms are renovated, but the bathrooms are uncomfortable, causing disgust. A bidet can be used either by a person without a left leg, or by Volochkov. This is in short. But the whole hotel is covered with cameras, like a spec.the object and while we were resting, we hung another camera in front of our balcony, so that the whole room was viewed. By the way, houseeping climbs through the garbage (I threw out the non-charging cable for 3 days, they put it on the shelf again) in the room and in the closets (they put a decorative pillow in my husband's bedside table, a bedspread in the chest of drawers and took an ironing board and iron from the closet with my suitcase in our absence)! On the beach, the lifeguard hangs with such a horn that after 10 days I started having a nervous tic at this sound. This is a terrible vacation! I don't advise anyone. I've never been so happy to be back home!

The food is excellent, an abundant breakfast table and delicious themed dinners. There are drinks too, including alcohol. The rooms are well cleaned, there are enough towels and other accessories. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, all administrators try to respond quickly to questions and suggestions. There is enough water in the rooms, they replenish it daily and if it is not enough, then they bring more on request. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall. You can explore everything and return to the hotel economically. There are comments related to the insufficient sound insulation of the rooms. I had a room next to the lounge and bar, so the music is clearly audible in the room, and voices can also be heard in the hallway. It should be noted that the piano evenings are excellent! Friends can hear voices and phone calls from the next room, because the rooms are separated from each other only by a locked door. I hope there are other rooms where it is quiet.
