We had a rest with my husband at this hotel in November of this year. I liked the location of the hotel, a large sandy beach with a beautiful view. The rooms are no longer empty, but cozy and clean. We had an all-inclusive package, so drinks in all bars are free. The food is a buffet, a little monotonous, but fresh and the selection of dishes is large. The service and staff of the hotel are very good. I recommend it for both families and couples in old age.

The food is normal, delicious cheeses (normal Parmesan and Cheddar), red fish, seafood is not always (one day everything, including crabs, the next-nothing). All rooms have a sea view. Good afternoon. We arrived from the hotel a week ago. The hotel has good service, restaurants, beach, rooms, but new buildings are being built throughout the hotel. Work starts at 6.30 am and ends at 23.00 , diesel generators are running all night, very noisy! The worst thing is that there is no reliable information about the construction site either on the hotel's website or in the agencies! If you still decide to go, then ask for rooms on the right side of the building, if you look at the sea, it's quieter there! I would also like to note the excellent work of all the hotel staff, all issues that arise are resolved as quickly as possible!

It is more difficult to say what is not there than to describe all the dishes and products. there is always a grill in the restaurant on the street. We rested together with a friend from July 30 to August 11 (12 nights). We arrived at the hotel around 4 o'clock in the morning, we were treated to juice and settled in a bungalow for an additional fee (350 dirhams), before the time of official check-in to our permanent room, taking into account this time of day (check-in from 15.00). It was our decision to sleep and recover after the flight. At 2 p.m., we were informed that our room on the 8th floor was ready, after which they helped to bring things and check in, having previously taken into account our wishes, taking into account the high floor. Arriving at the room, we were delighted with its beauty and the beauty of the excellent view from the room! All rooms have a sea view, but, from a height, it is, of course, more attractive! The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels were carried out daily! Everything is at the highest level! Also, I would like to mention the cuisine: first and second courses, snacks, pastries, fruits, drinks - everything is very tasty! Everything is in abundance! Chefs are the best of the best! Special thanks to them! In general, the staff is very attentive, polite, tactful! The organization of work is above all praise! Everything is competent, everything is incomparable!!!Security is at the level, both in the hotel and on the beach, and in general outside of it! I would like to mention the guide at the hotel named Tatiana! An amazing person, always in any questions will help and explain everything in detail, prompt, advise! We bought tickets to the water park from her, we were very satisfied!Also, a big plus of the hotel is that trips are organized for free by transfer to Dubai 2 times a day by appointment at the reception (at 10.00 there, at 14.30 back; at 16.00 there, at 21.00 back), if you do not have time, then you can easily catch a state taxi (with checkers), where trips are paid by the counter. Dubai is beautiful, modern, striking with its elegance and indescribable beauty, some dancing (singing) fountains are just worth it! And the subway without a driver! Wow! Incredible impressions and delight! It takes your breath away and gives you goosebumps! Next, about the beach at the hotel - it's gorgeous!!! Snow-white sand, beautiful Persian Gulf, clear water like crystal! There are water activities, we rode jet skis for half an hour at a good price;-). On the beach: there are always clean sunbeds, there is enough space for everyone, they bring cold water, ice cream - fruit ice, fresh fruit, including, they can clean sunglasses)). Cafe Zanzibar on the beach is open from 12 to 23 hours. Also, there is a bar on the pool, open from 11.00, where you can relax and cool off)). The territory of the hotel is impressive in size, well-groomed! Everything is green, the birds are singing beautifully)).Since vouchers are issued for meals, at the end of the rest we had a certain amount of them (we did not always attend lunches and dinners), after which, due to them, we were able to order two different dishes with lobster and grilled seafood in the Zanzibar bar, which caused us special delight and admiration!!! It's extremely delicious!!!! At the same time, we did not pay anything extra! So keep in mind that this is possible and do not miss your chance! The hotel has shops, we were only in the souvenir shop, where a good guy works, speaks Russian, the prices are adequate! Also, we took a taxi for souvenirs to the supermarket "Lu Lu", it's very close to the hotel, we didn't dare to walk because it was hot. We bought gifts, perfumes and amazing dates and mangoes in it! We advise you to take Pakistani mangoes, despite the fact that they are cheaper than all other types of this fruit, they are the most delicious and sweet!!! There are several currency exchange offices in this supermarket, with a favorable exchange rate, which is very convenient! Also, you can exchange dollars for dirhams at the hotel reception, but with a reduced rate, 10 dirhams less. The hotel itself is very solid and comfortable, with a friendly atmosphere, with its own special beauty!!! Of course, the breakfasts are monotonous, but there is a choice, so you can take something different every day: milk porridge, yoghurts, cereals, potatoes, eggs of all kinds, sausages, sausages, cheeses, 2 types of fish, one of them is red. Fruits are different: apples, pears, watermelons, kiwis, pineapples, bananas. Cashew nuts and walnuts, candied fruits, jams, honey. Vegetables and herbs. Pastries are different, juices, coffee, tea. In general, there is a choice. The beach is clean, lifeguards are always on site. They constantly offer water in 0.5 liters. bottles. Sunbeds under umbrellas are occupied early, so if you come to the beach after 8 o'clock, then the seats will remain only under the sun. Excursions were not imposed by anyone, we did not go to a meeting with a guide. The room is large, clean, everything is in good condition. On request, they took a kettle for free. Cleaning every day. Green and black tea, coffee in capsules for the coffee machine and the usual Nescafe in bags, sugar, as much water as you want, shampoo, gel, conditioner were replenished daily. In the pool, the water is warm, clean, there was enough space for everyone. There are toilets and showers nearby, where you can take a shower and change clothes right after the beach or pool. We had a 100% rest, many thanks to all the staff!!! We will definitely return to this hotel again. The money was changed at the bank in the mall. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the shops. There is an Oscar alcohol store 2 hotels away. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, which also works on the beach.

The sea is warm, it's a long way to go to the depths, but these are trifles, crabs are basking on the rocks 😊 the restaurant is normal, delicious food, the Italian restaurant cooks great. Every day, the bus takes you twice a day to Dubai to the Dubai Mall, the beauty there, of course, is a huge aquarium ... you can take the subway to any station to walk by yourself 👌I really liked the rest, everything is wonderful. We rested in this wonderful and fabulous hotel with my wife from August 19 to 25, 2023. We took half-board HB, but everything in order. We flew on a charter flight with Flydubai. Our morning flight was canceled and instead we left in the afternoon, so I advise you to immediately discuss the departure time in advance in case of flight cancellation with the operator. We arrived late in the evening in Dubai and were already at the hotel in the first hour of the night, so we lost half a day on this. The hotel welcomed us with all the hospitality! We helped to bring luggage to the hotel, offered to relax on a soft and comfortable sofa at the reception until the check-in line arrives, treated with cool apple juice! We booked a Superior Sea View room with the wish to provide a room with a large bed and the hotel fulfilled our wish. Provided a room on the 4th floor with a gorgeous view of the sea! The room has all the amenities including a capsule coffee machine, with which you can prepare both delicious coffee and delicious tea. In the hotel itself, on the territory of the hotel and on the beach everything is clean, everything is well maintained everywhere, the staff is smiling and friendly. The territory of the hotel is completely surrounded by greenery, lots of palm trees. The pool is quite large and with different depths, it is cleaned regularly, but the main thing is that the pool is cooled, because for someone the sea may seem hot. There is also a large swimming pool next to it and a small pool for small children, which is closed from above by a heating element. This is very important in the sun, so children spend the whole day in the pool. There is also a playground closed by a heating element for children, but we have never seen anyone there, because why, if there is a swimming pool and the sea. The beach is private, fabulously beautiful and wide: palm trees, white sand, deck chairs and mattresses are very comfortable and there are enough of them to come to the beach at any time and choose a place you like. We always rested on the first line closer to the sea. Umbrellas on the beach are also very comfortable and thoughtful, there is a shelf where you can place your things, as well as hooks on which you can hang a bag and clothes. From about 10 o'clock in the morning and every hour, cold water was distributed free of charge to everyone, and watermelon cubes on skewers and frozen juice (from pineapple or mango in our case) were distributed several times. The sea is just super!!! The water is warm (I measured the sea temperature with a watch – 35.9 degrees) and clean, although not as transparent as, for example, in the Maldives, but you can see several meters under the water. There are fish swimming in the sea, but we never saw crabs (maybe it wasn't the right time or it wasn't the season). One day there was not too strong wind (the yellow flag was hung out by rescuers (on duty at the beach) because of small waves), and so the sea was calm for the most part. The most successful time to spend on the beach in the hot season is from 7 am to 11 am, because after it becomes unbearably hot and after 16 hours, when the sun is already starting to go into the sunset. After sunset, the beach closes and there is an opportunity to spend an evening on the beach at the ZANZI BAR and drink cool and delicious imported beer. Upon check-in, vouchers are issued, which then need to be provided when attending dinner or lunch, if the food is on the HB system. Regina will be happy to help solve all the issues at the main reception, and Anastasia will be happy to help at the reception in front of the main restaurant. Russian Russian is spoken by a lot of staff in the hotel, and the hotel itself is designed for Russian-speaking tourists, in many places the information is written in Russian. The food was just super! The food was varied and everything was very tasty. To be honest, we didn't have time to try everything in 6 days. Themed dinners, every day of the week has its own kitchen. For breakfast, you can order how and with what to cook an omelet or scrambled eggs, the main thing is not to forget to specify the number of the table where it is located, because the waiters bring the ordered dish. The waiters work very quickly and carefully in the restaurant, they wipe everything everywhere and clean the used dishes in time. Free transfer to Dubai to the Dubai Mall twice a day. The hotel has taken care of it and now provides a large and comfortable bus for transfer, so there are no problems with seats now, at least not in season, that's for sure. We chose the departure time at 16 o'clock and with the departure from the shopping center at 21 o'clock, so we managed to walk around the mall, make purchases, and from 18 o'clock a free grandiose show of dancing fountains begins on the back of the shopping center to music, and from 19 o'clock on, as the illumination of the fountains themselves, the shopping center itself and all nearby buildings, as well as the Burj Khalifa Tower itself. It's just fabulously beautiful and not forgettable, so I advise you to definitely visit this festive show! There is really nowhere to go in the vicinity of the hotel, because the hotel is located on the outskirts and in a quiet place near Ajman Port, which does not bother tourists in any way, but there are a couple of places where you can pass the time, this is the Ajman Marina embankment and small illuminated fountains across the street. And on the territory of the hotel itself, you can take a quiet walk in the evening after dinner among the illuminations, breathe the sea and warm air and listen to the sea, just romance! Or sit in a romantic atmosphere in the lobby of the hotel with a cup of delicious tea or cocktail and listen to live music as a girl plays the piano. In a word - AJMAN HOTEL is a fabulously beautiful, hospitable, pleasant, comfortable and amazing place where you want to come back again and again! Thank you AJMAN HOTEL for a wonderful time! Prices were reduced at the same time. The beach is big, great, clean. Of the three hotels located nearby, this is the largest beach. The food is excellent, an abundant breakfast table and delicious themed dinners. There are drinks too, including alcohol. The rooms are well cleaned, there are enough towels and other accessories. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, all administrators try to respond quickly to questions and suggestions. There is enough water in the rooms, they replenish it daily and if it is not enough, then they bring more on request. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall. You can explore everything and return to the hotel economically. There are comments related to the insufficient sound insulation of the rooms. I had a room next to the lounge and bar, so the music is clearly audible in the room, and voices can also be heard in the hallway. It should be noted that the piano evenings are excellent! Friends can hear voices and phone calls from the next room, because the rooms are separated from each other only by a locked door. I hope there are other rooms where it is quiet. Overall, I am happy with my stay at the hotel. I recommend.

Every day, clean snow-white towels, washed plumbing, a made-up bed, replenished supplies of hygiene products and many bottles of water. The entire hotel is 5+ clean, there is always paper, napkins, soap, etc. in the shared toilets, everywhere it smells delicious. Comfortable sun beds on the beach and near the pool, the pool is clean and heated, there is white sand and clear blue water on the beach. We did not swim in the sea in early January - it was cool, although many swam, everything depends on the individual temperature regime of each) I am thermophilic and I love when it's hot, there was no heat, +26 in the sun, it warms but not much, soft, you won't burn out on this, but we all got a beautiful tan in 5 days) Another advantage of the hotel is the care of its guests - a free daily transfer to Ajman city center is organized (one way, but a taxi back will not cost much - 25-27 dirhams), we were traveling alone in the whole bus, and got great shopping with big discounts in a quiet and deserted shopping center. There is also a free round-trip shuttle service to the Dubai Mall twice a day. You must make an appointment for a transfer in advance at the reception, as the number of seats is limited. I also really liked that when we left the hotel at 4 a.m. (only 4 people left our hotel), we were served a buffet breakfast with tea and coffee, orange juice and delicious buns at the reception. By the way, it's a small thing, but it's nice - the time of the return transfer instead of printouts on the stands is brought in a beautiful envelope directly to the room) The gym is just super, almost all Life Fitness simulators are in good condition, there are ALL kinds of strength and cardio equipment, as well as a separate room with mats and yoga mats, ropes for cross-fit and a punching bag. There is an opportunity to keep fit after such an abundance of food and drinks) Next to the hall there is a Finnish sauna and a mini hammam, everything is functioning perfectly. There is even a Jacuzzi, one minus is that the shower is only cold nearby, and many go to the Jacuzzi immediately after the sauna without washing themselves. It would be great to make warm water in that shower too) Now about the cons. Of course, the construction site, in early January it occupied a very solid part of the hotel territory, rooms with access to the pool are being renovated, part of the beach in front of the pool is completely missing and fenced off, the view from the room to the sea is also with the construction site, you can hear how the equipment works. They will finish in 5 months, as we were told. New pools and bungalows with sea views are being built, we have seen the project, it will be very beautiful. But there is no garden at all now. To say that it interfered with our rest - probably yes, by 20%, it was a shame. But people have to work, we all understand. We didn't really like the food at the a la carte restaurant Rosmarino (Italian cuisine). Prices there, as in all UAE restaurants, are high. You can visit it for free only with vouchers that you are given to visit the main restaurant of the Swedish line. You can go there, or use a voucher to visit restaurants, but with a limit of 70 dirhams per adult and 35 per child. The three of us were with my husband and child, this is 175 dirhams from one voucher, for this amount we would not even be able to order 1 dish there, without snacks and salads (drinks and alcohol according to the all inclusive system are available in all restaurants, including a la carte). As a result, we did not go to dinner for 1 day due to the late return from the Dubai Mall (we had a snack with nuts and chips in the lobby bar and decided to arrange one unloading evening), and the next day, for 2 vouchers (and they add up) we went to this Rosmarino for dinner. The only plus is the interior, and the fact that the chefs in this restaurant make pasta themselves, they are of high quality. We ordered one dish each and pizza (which was enough for two vouchers just) - lasagna, carbonara, pasta with strachatella and pizza with parma. The lasagna is bland, not juicy, the sauce is not delicious. Carbonara is difficult to spoil, but it was spoiled - the bacon was burnt, the sauce was bitter and not creamy, there was a small piece of this strachatella in my pasta with strachatella, just pasta and sour tomatoes. Without false modesty, all 3 dishes in any eatery in Moscow will be cooked a hundred times tastier, yes, every hostess will cook more delicious here. The pizza is generally good, the dough is thin, the filling is good and it is cooked in the oven, but the bottom burned in places and it gave bitterness. We didn't finish our dishes, just the pizza) That's the experience. And there was another unpleasant moment when checking in - we arrived around 10 a.m., we met an unfriendly tired woman at the reception who did not even offer us a glass of water. She said that check-in is from 15:00 and do not wait for the room earlier. When we asked about breakfast, she said that it was not included in our menu that day and we had to pay. We were so exhausted from the night flight, and this employee left a very unpleasant aftertaste, as if we were unwanted guests. I didn't remember her name, a middle-aged woman who doesn't speak Russian. As a result, we were given a room at exactly 15:00 and not a minute earlier, no upgrades, although my child and I are 7 years old and the superior room has only one double bed. But at least they brought an extra bed for free, but of course it was terribly cramped in the room with her and they would literally jump over this bed and over each other. Well, the biggest disappointment was not related to the hotel, but to the Russian-speaking contingent of vacationers. I will keep silent about the Russian women in down jackets in the restaurant and their ill-mannered children, climbing to the food out of turn. It was, but it didn't bother us, I just noticed) The tiniest thing is the ill-mannered, arrogant guests who crammed into the bus to the Dubai Mall WITHOUT an APPOINTMENT, so there were not enough seats for those who signed up. Fortunately, the Russian-speaking receptionist Hussein solved this issue very competently, asked everyone to get out and began to run the bus according to the list. As a result, some squeezed in anyway, deceiving that they also live in this room, and some asked people to take their already rather big children on their knees so that they could also go🙈It's a Spanish shame, and only Russian-speaking tourists behaved like that. The Dubai Mall itself is terribly crowded, although we specially went on a weekday. Everyone is pushing, hitting each other, prices are very high in stores, I only went to Zara and H&M- a terrible assortment that does not correspond to what is on the sites, a lot of people, queues in fitting rooms and at the checkout (By the way, later in Ajman City center we smartly went to H&M with with big discounts and a huge assortment). I didn't buy anything, I had a panic attack, but the worst thing was the way back. Not only those who went there with us at 16:00 from the hotel came on the bus, but also those who went to the mall on the first flight at 10 a.m. Accordingly, there were not enough seats, the bus was crowded and some were standing, and it was stuffy, hot and there was almost no oxygen in the back. It was one of the worst trips in my life, I do not recommend visiting the mall. But the main thing is still to be polite, respect others and not get into the transfer without an appointment) Verdict: the hotel is very good, the rest turned out to be calm and family-friendly, with gastronomic delights and excellent service. We will definitely return after the construction is completed!

There is only one outlet in the room..the bar is empty, the cleaning is mediocre, the mattress is uncomfortable, apparently as old as the hotel.. 3. There is no territory, exit from the hotel to the beach and back. Well, there is a small pool. Mini territory. The beach is ordinary, the sea was dirty by the way, even cigarette butts floated. There is nothing for children to do there - there are no slides by the pool, no other entertainment, even nowhere to walk. 4. The kitchen is monotonous. It's the same thing every day. The food is spicy. You can order a separate meal for the child - but they still cook so-so. Well, the apogee of everything is my poisoning. This has never happened anywhere else. The only plus that can be noted is the friendly staff who greets you at the shared restaurant. But, for example, in a bar on the beach, there is no service - they can forget about you, they have to remind you about drinks several times, they wait for a long time. Even tips are not stimulating, they work slowly.

We flew to this hotel with a small child. The hotel used to be part of the Kempinski grid. The hotel is quite old, but it's sooo cool. All his five stars are deserved. I consider him one of the best in the Emirate of Ajman! The food is varied, high-quality alcohol, the beach is simply gorgeous and clean. The descent into the water is perfect, the tides are small. All the staff is friendly. In the evening, a girl plays the piano in the lobby on the ground floor. Moreover, this is real live and very pleasant music. A small heated swimming pool, next to a pool covered from the sun for children. Next to the hotel, across the street there is a park with fountains and a promenade where it is wonderful to walk in the evening after dinner. There are no complaints about air conditioning, plumbing, furniture at all.

Have a snack with a variety of pastries. A few minutes later, we were invited to a room near the pool, where we fell asleep after taking a shower. Having had a great rest, we went to lunch and moved into our room. Here is such foresight, comfort, care - it is everywhere. I will not repeat myself about the cleanliness and comfort in the rooms, about wonderful breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Everyone writes about it and it really is. The hotel has a great team of employees who work for us - the guests of the hotel. And they do it perfectly. Any requests and wishes are not ignored. I couldn't connect the tablet to Wi-Fi on my own. I turned to the girl at the reception for advice. Regina! Not only did she do everything, she also explained and showed how she did it. I was amazed. Do not spare your time and effort -, show, tell, explain. And this is not particularly included in the scope of her duties . Thank you, Regina!
