In September 2022, I visited this hotel for the third time. The check-in was very fast, many thanks to the best receptionist Elwy Elgazzar - very polite and attentive.
Of the innovations in the hotel - now those who come using the All inclusive system need to sign checks - it's a little annoying, but apparently necessary for accounting. Towel cards have also been canceled - this is convenient.
The hotel has an excellent well-coordinated team, thanks to which a special pleasant atmosphere is felt. I would also like to mention some of the employees separately: the chef of the hotel Nicolai Schleifer is a professional of the highest level. In 7 days, in my opinion, soups have never been repeated (and there are 2 of them for lunch and dinner). I also really liked salads with quinoa, micro-green peas, Asian salads are cooked perfectly. Hot dishes of excellent quality. Desserts are super. The staff of the hotel Sundari, Loveleen, Giri, Robin, Malki, Hanmyrat, Simran, Yohan, Zaahida are also remembered. The rest of the staff also works fine - they just rarely crossed paths or don't know their names, everyone is trying. The service at Zanzi Bar is always fast and pleasant, many thanks to Giri and his colleagues. The pool bar also has excellent staff.
A very convenient system with omelets for breakfast - usually in Turkey I never have the patience to wait, but here it's a completely different matter. And the omelet cook is just super! But several times during breakfast, mint for tea ran out and then did not appear - please pay attention to this.
Near the reception there are very beautiful compositions of fresh flowers.
There was an unpleasant moment in the Blazon Lounge, when in the evening an order of three drinks was carried to us for more than 20 minutes - in the end we did not wait and went to Cafe on first. The hotel management needs to pay special attention to the quality of service in the Blazon Lounge. At Cafe on first, at any time of the day and in the evening, this has never happened, always excellent service.
Overall - the hotel is great, I will definitely come back again. Big greetings to everyone!

We have been staying at the hotel since August 3, 2022, we really liked it, everything is at the highest level, starting with check-in and ending with departure. A snow-white beach with a huge number of sunbeds, a swimming pool with a variety of drinks is just a minute's walk away. The food is excellent, a large assortment, I really liked the desserts. A decent room on the 6th floor with stunning sea views! We will definitely return there, well, maybe not in August, it's a little hot.

The hotel is good. The food is delicious. Total Serg. Friday brunch. Themed dinners every other day.
The beach is cozy, the sea is hot) during this period of time there was often a red flag. I took a jet ski and a kayak on the beach. Prices are affordable. You ride on your own.
The bar is open from 10 (from 11 alcohol) until the evening. The menu has everything: martinis, champagne, beer (in bottles), soda (in jars), juices, all kinds of cocktails (aperol syringe, mojito).
Beach towels are given out, it is fashionable to change constantly.
Food by vouchers: for lunch and dinner, a voucher from the room. In a restaurant, in a bowling alley, you can order food using this voucher, but you need to pay extra for the service and some other fees.
Bowling is not expensive, you can play.
There is a spa - we did not go.
The pool is not big, cool after the hot sea)) you can cool off.
There is nowhere to walk outside the territory. We went on an excursion to Dubai. If you take a taxi, there will be traffic jams.
In the evening, live music in the lobby. There is no more entertainment.
From clothes, elongated shorts and shirts with sleeves came in handy, since air conditioners work well) in general, you can walk in any clothes.
The rooms are nice, all facing the sea. Bathrobes, slippers, a rubber band for hair and all sorts of other little things are available) coffee machine, tea in the rooms.
It's close to the airport. I recommend the hotel to those who like peace, quiet and just lying on the beach. If you need to walk, then choose another emirate)

The first time we were in the UAE🙂I really liked the hotel, there is a separate topic about the view from the window and from the balcony: the sea, the pool...in general, the view of paradise🥰the staff is above all praise👍this is the first hotel in which there was not a single unpleasant situation for being there👍the food is delicious, European🙂the service is unobtrusive, but at the same time very caring🙂free transfer from the hotel to Dubai is a huge plus, you do not need to spend on a taxi, and it's not the way to go and far away, about 40 minutes, if there are no traffic jams🙂the rooms are clean, everything is changed on time, and if you need it, they will clean at least five times a day😃I highly recommend the hotel👍👍👍above all praise🥰

The hotel with the largest territory in this state. The beach - I think the best (big and clean) The all-inclusive system is very strange, with coupons for the main restaurant (you can use it in other restaurants, with a small extra money) it looks like Turkey 15 years ago ... but the food itself is quite good quality. Outdoor grills are often organized. The meat is great, fish too, but they don't know how to cook it, which is frustrating. There is a Zanzibar bar with a gorgeous sea view. There you can order a lobster, while its size is pleasantly surprising. A portion for 2 people of 2 coupons and 40 dirhams of additional payment. A huge plus is that you will always find sun beds on the beach. Anytime. There is an alcohol shop 150 meters away. Our room was in excellent condition. Everything is clean and tidy. (At the entrance of the upgrade, as a result, the 7th floor with a perfect view of the sea) the price of the upgrade is 300usd for a week. The hotel has a bowling alley. Works in the evenings. There is also an all-inclusive bar. (Until 11 pm) alcohol itself, unfortunately the most inexpensive level. If you want a normal whiskey or something else - for money. Cola and water are free. There is a free shuttle to Dubai Mall. The price tag there is just crazy right now. There are a lot of people, but no one really buys anything.
I think that after a while I will be ready to come there again. Have a good rest to all!

Oh, yes, Russians practice taking sun beds at 6 in the morning, leaving their belongings on the sun beds, at 8 in the morning it is already difficult to find a place on the beach.
The food is excellent, the beds are comfortable, the service is on the level despite the fact that the hotel is not fresh.
The beach is large, the sea is not always calm, the sun is stable)

A sad story with this hotel. They say that AI, but in fact lunch and dinner are vouchers, if you want to eat outside the main meal at the hotel, then you spend a voucher, which in theory should go for lunch and dinner... A complex system) you can't understand it the first time.
There is no AI to eat on the beach. Only alcohol and water on the beach and by the pool.
The number of rooms is old and dead.
The price and quality are not comparable.
Several advantages:
- the staff are friendly and courteous
- on the first floor of the hotel - nice
- the food is not bad

I really like it! I was there more than once with my family. Yes, there were moments like a jamming lock at the entrance to the room. But we like the territory, the beach, the pool and the food. The food is generally very diverse. A separate respect for the pastry chef. There are evenings of cuisines of the world. That's cool! There are many places to relax. From the airport, 30 min by taxi.

A great place and the hotel itself. Away from the noisy streets. Its own beach with fine snow-white sand, palm trees, flowers, well-groomed territory gives joy. There were always enough deck chairs. I have never seen water of this quality anywhere, it is special, as if it envelops, very salty, the whole periodic table.
We rested for 10 days in December, mild weather, warm sea. The impressions are amazing, we had a great rest, I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is amazing. Everything is at the highest level! The rooms are nice, all with sea views. It's a bit humid, but it's a feature of the country. It is better to take the ol inclusive, since it is too far to go to the center of Ajman in such heat (in September the temperature was +39 and the humidity was 98%). The hotel has large spaces, both on the beach and in restaurants and recreation areas in the hotel itself. The service staff is attentive to cleanliness and service. The food is varied and delicious. There is an alternative - buffet, Italian, Arabic, Indian, European cuisine. There are themed lunches and dinners with a mandatory grill: seafood, meat, tortillas with fillings at least four times a week. The hotel organizes free trips to the Dubai Shopping Center. When planning a vacation by the sea, I want to return to this hotel.

The air conditioner didn't work twice a night, we booked a lagoon room for six months, didn't check in there on arrival, said that repairs were underway, although in the morning we saw that everything was occupied, we were given a suite, of course it was better, but we needed a lagoon. The new owner will carve out places for additional earnings, this year the dining room is separate from the building, an inflatable tent, I didn't really like it, and there is not a sawn system, but blown guns from which are very siphon. Previously, the dining room was in the main building.

This year there are more compatriots, it has become a little noisier. In general, this hotel is not for young people, calm and quiet.

The hotel is nice and the beach is with it. But the UAE itself did not come to me personally. It's windy and there's always a dusty suspension in the air. There were sandy crossings on the roads/sidewalks. Freshness is not felt either in the morning or in the evening. On the beach with water, imperceptible oil specks were washed up, so many of them appeared on their feet and turned black))
The food is good, the rooms are also good, with the exception of 225, from which we have been asking for a long time to move)
