We had a large room with 2 rooms overlooking the bay. Cleaning 2 times a day. I didn't regret it for a second. It's just that they didn't choose this hotel. A great hotel with a beautiful coastline, sandy beach! The food is delicious, the choice of dishes is huge: salads, several types of meat, fish, generally for every taste. In general, it's not bad, for a solid 4.. The hotel is a little old, both from the facade and inside.. The furniture in the rooms is tired, as well as the cleaning, far from ideal.., the balcony has never been cleaned in 8 days! The service is good, then everything is fine, they meet you in the restaurant with a smile and sit down in a hurry, then you need to show up yourself, call the waiter and indicate your desire to have dinner! The beach is nice and clean. The service at the pool and the beach is just as different.. We didn't bother with it much, we did it ourselves! (Surely the staff has duties to meet the vacationers at the entrance group, escort them to the free sun beds, make them up and smile).. The food is good and Italian evenings (pasta, pizza, pita) and seafood and grilled evenings (fish, beef, chicken) and vegetables on coals 👍 It's also good at the pool bars and the seaside. They pour and treat you properly! This is not the first time in the UAE, compared with a more budget hotel.

Ajman hotel is wonderful. The new chef is much better than the old one. The overflow pool was made large. Friendly staff, good SPA. There are no entertainment centers or attractions nearby. But you can always call a taxi, there is a bus from the hotel twice a day to the Dubai Mall. The clean sandy beach with a smooth entrance to the water, a large number of sun beds and umbrellas compensates for the lack of entertainment.

Basically, meals are served 3 times a day, you can drink coffee and eat ice cream during the day, everything closes at 23.00, then until 2.00 for money (All inclusive system). The room stock is standard. In some rooms, a hairdryer is installed in the bedside table in the room (not convenient). Sockets with an adapter, but you can also use them.. Towels by the pool are on the sun beds in the morning, you need to take them yourself by the sea. The hotel is nice, the beach is spacious, even with full occupancy there is always a place, the entrance to the sea is comfortable. There were several pools, and there were always places without any problems. This year, the hotel staged a show, guests from other hotels came, the fireworks at 00:00 on the beach were gorgeous! We stayed at the Ajman hotel from 20.20.25 to 03.01.25, arrived around 13:00, no one met us, everyone pretended to be busy, then they told us: "they will come to you now and explain everything." As a result, a man comes and says that there are no places in the hotel ... the whole place is full, we will check you into Bahi for 3 nights. We had such a shock, we are with small children, they are all tired, and we are told that there are no places in the hotel. And most importantly, all the staff didn't care at all!!! There was one manager Khaticha Abdullah, I don't know if that's really his name, so he looked openly into his eyes and laughed, introduced himself as the manager, saying that there were no places and the issue was closed, if you don't want to go to bahi, spend the night in the parking lot!!! The only person who decided to help us was Ida (sales director), and it was only thanks to her that our vacation was not so ruined! She was in touch with us all these 3 days, provided a transfer from one hotel to another, (we didn't want to be in bahi at all, absolutely not our hotel, everything was worse there!! And instead of rest and happiness, I returned there to spend the night and cried) Upon returning to the Adjman hotel, she checked us into the villa. Thanks a lot to her for that!!! The rest of the staff is absolutely soulless, I read about Regina here, how responsive she is... when you don't have any questions, of course she sits smiling, as soon as there was a problem, she ran away from us, pretended that she didn't see, didn't hear, and so on! As a result, we realized that a huge wedding had arrived for these 3 nights, the hotel decided to make money, and to drain the tourists, because we were not the only ones! The hotel itself is nice, clean, calm, the food is delicious, but twice we got to a seafood evening, well, shrimp and crabs are something, boiled potatoes ... high-quality alcohol, good, bottled beer (Chinese, Czech and Belgian), champagne, wine (white, pink, red), tequila, rum, whiskey (I don't know what kind, I haven't tried strong alcohol). There is no Playground, there is a mini club, but as we did not come, it was closed. Anyway, thanks again to Ida, she brightened up our vacation! Where the construction site is, it's the Bahi Hotel, the difference is obvious…

We had a rest at the end of September 2024, the room on the 4th floor is the farthest left, we couldn't sleep properly from the vibration and noise from some units below on the roof, we couldn't look at the sea at night to breathe the sea air either - the noise of chillers and the stench of diesel or gasoline. I went to the reception several times, asked them to move us, Regina created an imitation of a frenzy of activity, but she didn't care about us, although the hotel was really crowded, the sun beds were occupied by things of CIS citizens from 6 a.m. To eat, people stood and waited in line until a table was available. Later, they began to sit in restaurants - Indian and Italian. After my endless walks to the reception, the male manager went to meet me, they settled in the same wing on the 6th floor. In general, the room stock is terrible. Even after the renovation, there was an old creaking balcony door on the 4th floor. Ants were running around at 6, one night a flood started at the entrance to the room, I was a light sleeper, I heard a murmur, the guys were busy for 1.5 hours - no one even apologized. The kitchen is great. Red fish, crab, and cheeses are among the delicacies. Coffee for three. The desserts are great. There were very strong temperature fluctuations outside and indoors, it was hellish cold in the hall, and children with wet heads were wrapped in towels to keep out the wind. But still, the younger one got sick. The neighboring hotel is more comfortable in this regard. Ice cream for all inclusive was served in plastic cups (not sealed) It wasn't delicious in the bars either. I was only happy with the sea and the kitchen.

Unfortunately, I do not share the rave reviews of this hotel. We returned a week ago. We had a rest without children. The check-in was comfortable. While we were waiting for the room, we were immediately given bracelets, breakfast was as a compliment. The beach is nice with dense white sand, but with green water (apparently related to the water temperature). One of the advantages is good alcohol. The rooms are tired, the cleaning is good. NOW THE CONS that spoiled the impression. If I had found the information earlier, I would not have come here. I did not read the review dated April 9, 2025. I fully confirm everything. MOST IMPORTANTLY, keep in mind that the pictures on travel agency websites are mostly old. The hotel was redone. There is no longer any green beach here, as on the websites.We chose the hotel ourselves so that there would be a lot of greenery. After renovation, there is A DESERT here. They cut down all the greenery and made another pool overlooking the sea. Therefore, lying down in the shade of palm trees will not work. There are 4 half-dead palm trees by the pool. The rest have withered. The restaurant is very small in size, there are always not enough places, they offer to go outside at + 45 in the sun or come back later.I don't know what will happen in the season. I'll say one thing about the food, everything is quite tasty, but it looks more like a canteen in a sanatorium. SEAFOOD is a mix of seafood with crab sticks. They don't know what snacks are for lunch and dinner at all. And these vouchers (lunch and dinner coupons) that you forget all the time. There was no view of the sea from the restaurant. We had a rest from January 12 to January 20, 2025. I really liked the hotel, the rooms are clean, cleaning every day, including wet. The room has everything you need, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, and you can ask for a kettle and iron at the reception. There is a coffee machine in the room, tea, sugar, coffee, cream are updated every day. The hotel is located in Ajman, the quietest of the emirates. You can get to Sharjah by taxi for 30-35 dirhams. Nearby, opposite the hotel, there is a cafe where you can have dinner together for about 70-100 dirhams. The hotel has its own well-maintained beach. A towel for the beach can be taken near the pool. I don't really understand why the hotel has such a high rating. Apart from live music, there is no animation every day. Yes, I've been to the Emirates before, and I know that animation is far from the strong side of local recreation, but it just doesn't exist here at all. There are no animators (at least one), the volleyball court, which is usually in demand, is located in such a way that it is inconvenient to play volleyball, the water is very close, and actually it is not visible on the beach at all, so as not to spoil the appearance of the hotel, I think it was deliberately done. We were looking for a hotel so that my husband could play volleyball, the description of the hotel stated, as a result, the hotel did everything so that no one would play volleyball in principle. The hotel is constantly used by locals and Hindus for wedding ceremonies, which are very noisy and numerous. It feels like this is the main income for the hotel. Everything is done there in the best possible way. Well, ordinary tourists just lie all day by the sea, then by the pool.Then dinner, and then boredom for everyone. Suffer from boredom or go for a walk around the city. We were playing dominoes in the lobby. There are still cards, incomplete decks, could not be assembled to play, chess, backgammon as well - there are not enough pieces. Tourists come to the hotel to eat, sleep, and go to the city to entertain themselves. The hotel is not the cheapest (720 standard room for 4 for 12 nights from 24.12 to 05.01), and you don't want to die of boredom for that kind of money. We definitely won't come again. Even in the emirates, you can find a hotel where there is at least some minimum of animation. It's a pity for the money and time spent, there were high hopes for the hotel. We didn't see any advantages other than delicious food.

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. Its first coastline. Comfortable sun beds, clean towels, lifeguards. A new infinity pool with a bar. A separate swimming pool for the youngest guests with a sunshade. A deep pool for adults. A spa salon with a huge range of massages, a mini fitness club with all the necessary equipment, a Finnish sauna, a hammam and a Jacuzzi. Delicious, varied food, high-quality drinks. Polite staff. Regina is always responsive and ready to help (at the reception). There is a free bus: 2 times a day they take you to the Dubai Mall and back. All rooms have a sea view. They clean up daily, replenish shower accessories, and change towels. New villas have appeared, but they haven't been there yet. We have been going to this hotel for more than 8 years and we will definitely come again.
