Great hotel. Large coastline, white sand, warm sea +35,excellent service, very friendly staff, room overlooking the sea,coffee machine in the room,daily cleaning. The cuisine is delicious, European alcohol,wine,champagne, martinis, cocktails. Free shuttle to Dubai Mall daily 2 times a day. Check-in at 15, check-out at 12, but checked in at 10. WiFi is good, including on the beach. Of the minuses: reconstruction is underway in part of the territory, but it does not interfere.

Excellent hotel on the first coastline, 30 meters from the sea. Its own white sand beach, the entrance is gradual. There are enough sun beds. The rooms all overlook the bay, the cleanliness is perfect, cleaning and linen change daily. The vacationers are mostly Russian and there are Russian speakers among the people. The territory is small, but well maintained. There are three pools: Infinity warm water, cold water and children's pool. The cuisine is Oriental and European, they cook very tasty. Themed dinners with Oriental, Asian and seafood cuisine are served on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. There's live music at the dinners, and a black saxophonist. There is no animation in the hotel, for us it was rather a plus. The atmosphere in the hotel was calm and intelligent. But for fans, there was a disco on the beach in the evenings. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Dubai Mall twice a day. I liked the hotel, I want to come back here.

We were in the UAE for the first time. I really liked the location of the hotel, the first line has its own beach. We were greeted very well at the hotel, and soft drinks were immediately offered. There were no difficulties in communicating with the staff, there was always someone who spoke Russian. The food did not shine with variety, but no one was left hungry. The hotel is always clean, cleaned every day. In the hotel, in the pool on the beach, soft drinks, beer and alcohol with snacks are all there. We have only good memories of the hotel.

All with balconies and sea views (Persian Gulf). Conditioner. A large bed. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers - everything is snow-white. Shampoos, gels.... Everything is there. Tea and coffee station. Bottled water, refilled every day. The hair dryer is in the drawer in the room, there is also an outlet. There is a mini bar - empty. The territory is not large, well maintained. A little bit about the features of the hotel. 1. There is no animation. Children's room from 5 to 12 years old. In the evening, live music (lobby bar) the girl plays great. The beach bar is a live performance. Wednesday-Sunday. 2. There is a construction site nearby. To be honest, I didn't bother. This is the third time we have been to this hotel, to be honest, we came here primarily because of your staff (Svetlana "restaurant" and Brian "cleaning"). And now in order! There were serious issues when checking in, but they were quickly resolved by Ella (the manager of the household.department). I also want to cancel the meal at the restaurant, everything was as always at the highest level, the only thing I ask once again is to diversify the fruits and add berries (cherries, strawberries, etc.). It is very nice to come and know all the employees already, Mr. Ali, my honor, is as good as ever! Well, as for me, the star of the kitchen and restaurant is Svitlana, a smiling and pleasant girl who always tells you everything and accepts you at the highest level!!! Special thanks for organizing a gorgeous congratulations to my husband in a restaurant with a saxophone and a large number of employees! And her love for children is captivating in a twofold way, she noticed that all children do not remain without her attention and give her love in return. She always helped to translate, even questions related not only to the restaurant, but simply to accommodation, you could calmly approach her and tell her everything, and not at the reception for further resolution of issues. Appreciate this employee!!! Special thanks to her for the medicine for stomatitis, which she went to buy at the pharmacy after work for the child, that's what I understand caring for the guests!!! I will also mention Sonam, Thyab, Loveleen, Bishal. The only thing I didn't like and I consider the Basem receptionist to be incompetent, if I'm not mistaken! Room cleaning by Briana, as always, is excellent! We are already specifically asking the reception to make sure that he does it!!! To be honest, we choose this hotel primarily because of these two employees - Brian and Svitlan! If you lose them, it will be a big problem for the hotel, I think they need to be upgraded and rewarded! The beach and pool are gorgeous. We had a rest in March 2024. I liked the hotel, it was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly. The food is delicious. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, you will always find free ones. I didn't like the sea because of the low tide. But this is probably a feature of the UAE, across the sea to Fujairah. I would especially like to mention the manager Anastasia. She is very friendly and attentive. We met by chance at the mall during a downpour. She helped us find a car to the hotel, even though she was no longer at work and in a hurry herself. Thanks to her for her sensitivity and responsiveness.Our granddaughter still remembers. Construction is annoying at the beginning, but then you don't notice it.

Lovely, my favorite hotel in the UAE. The most gorgeous extended beach, friendly staff, all rooms with sea views. I have been resting here periodically for many years. There are no water slides, there is no animation, it is difficult to find it in the UAE. Beach and sea: soft sand, smooth entry into the water, long coastline. Zanzibar on the beach is a place of rest and relaxation, you can drink fresh fruit, beer, eat fish and grilled meat and at the same time admire the gorgeous sea. If you go now, it is worth considering that construction is underway on the territory, sometimes it can be noisy. But the rooms are cheaper now, maybe because of the parking, maybe because it's not the season. Now we have added an all-inclusive meal plan. There are Russian-speaking staff in the restaurants and at the reception. The food is delicious: Caesar is bombastic if ordered through room service. We left the hotel for dinner in the city, we were not very impressed with the taste of the food. Alcohol is also expensive, but this is in all hotels in the UAE, because the country is Muslim. There is an alcohol shop nearby in 5-7 minutes on foot, if you want to save money on this. For a bonus, cats with kittens in the territory who play with children and adults. Nearby there is a walking place called Marsa with many cafes and views of the bay, and musical fountains at 21.00 in the evening, when the lights turn on, it is very beautiful there.
