They said they would move us, but in the end we had to spend another night to be given a standard room with a balcony and some kind of normal view. We stayed at this hotel from August 13 to August 19, 2024. At the moment, thank God, we have never had a worse holiday, and I hope that it will not be. Everyone told us that if you ever go to Turkey, you will fall in love and you will not want to go to Russian resorts anymore. We went for the first time and in the next couple of years, until the eye stops twitching at the mention of a vacation in Turkey, we are not ready to go there. I want to say right away that the sea is very beautiful, the water is warm, the food in the restaurant is simply gorgeous and there is a wide selection of snacks, cheeses, fruits, desserts. But... upon arrival at the hotel on 13.08, we were told that they had no rooms available (the question is: how do they book rooms if they have such layers) and everyone who arrived that day was moved to another hotel. Time is lost. 14.08 before lunch, no one could tell us today or tomorrow we will be taken to our hotel, again time is lost. 15.08 time is lost again because the transfer to our hotel arrived only at 12-30. We arrived at Santana and settled in. The toilet door was torn off one hinge, the toilet seat was also held on "honestly", there was a very strong smell of sewage, there was no door and side in the shower stall, and when you wash in the shower, all the water spills all over the bathroom. The air conditioner in the room is located directly on the opposite side of the bed and it turns out that when it is turned on, it blows directly at you. The refrigerator in the room acted as a heater, not a cooler. The bandura of the air conditioner itself was not displayed on the wall of the hotel, but right on the balcony (and it is very small. Two people left and there is no more room). It turns out that from this bandura, hot air was blowing directly into the balcony, the crematorium. Do not open and do not exit. One plus - the laundry dried just instantly. The dryer on the balcony consists of 4 sticks in the wall (standard), one of which was broken. There is one trash can in the room, in the toilet. It's the size of a 2-liter jar. Garbage is not taken out every day. During the entire stay at this hotel, the bed linen has not been changed once, as well as towels. They said to all the complaints that this is how it should be. Now the beach. Very close, literally 3-5 minutes walk. But.... the beach is very dirty. People throw diapers, cigarette butts, cups, leftovers, spit, and it's just not good (we had to clean up after others around our sunbeds and pick up and throw out garbage in order to sunbathe normally), but there are no workers on the beach either. No one cleans up anything. Some of the sunbeds are broken ((((( that is, sometimes you have to walk between them in search of whole ones. Entering the sea is a separate song. There's a natural stone there, it's covered in algae and it's sooo slippery. When entering the water and oncoming Volga, a stone slalom is provided for you, as well as falls, somersaults, etc. Stock up on shoes that you can swim in and so that they don't slip too much. At the reception, the manager Olga is a great smart girl with great patience and nerves of steel. There was one young man who just hated Russians fiercely and didn't even try to hide it. Russian russians came up to him all the time and pretended that he did not understand and did not speak Russian. Although at one point, when he was a little angry, it turned out that he understands everything perfectly, speaks and even swears in Russian. In general, the rest was not a success, the service in Turkey was not impressed. There is no desire to go there again

There are many dishes, but 90% of breakfast/lunch/dinner is stewed chicken/turkey/fish/meatballs in a huge amount of gravy and with vegetables. For example, I can't have that for breakfast, but it's three times a day. On the appetizer table, except for cheeses and soy sausage, everything else is a mess, without the signatures of the dish name and composition. In the grill area, the same thing alternated between French fries/ rustic/ onion rings/croquettes and grilled chicken/turkey. As for the hotel itself - 10/10. A pleasant impression begins with the lobby, which is bright, modern and smells delicious. The staff speaks Russian. Early check-in for an additional fee.We paid the fee and got a room with a sea view. Such a beauty that words cannot convey. The rooms are good, not worn out, not old, but not mega trendy either - it was just nice to get around, not squeamish.They cleaned every day, left $ 2 or 100 liras for the maid - changed the bed at least 3 times in 7 days, towels were added every day and even additional ones. In general, the maids are very pleasant, as are all the hotel staff EXCEPT FOR a certain Bulgarian, who is the "caretaker of the deck chairs" on the pier. This man behaves very brazenly, occupies sun beds with towels, and then sells them to outsiders who do not live in the hotel. September - during the 7 days of rest, I have never seen yoga, water aerobics, or any daytime animation at all. I come from the beach to the pool at the appointed time and do not see any animators or busy vacationers. The water slides also never worked, for what reason no one says. The only daytime activities are the beach and the pool, and I had expectations that in the all-inclusive concept I would try different types of activities that I can't afford to do at home, such as yoga at 10 a.m.)) Evening animation- went 1 time, there were dances and 1 acrobat, not to say that there was a desire to come again A bistro in the daytime, also known as an ala kart restaurant in the evening, sounds tempting, but in fact it is very mediocre. Snacks are just on the verge of being edible, ala kart-.... No comments. First, the appetizers were served, the same as in the main restaurant, only in beautiful menageries. And for a hot big dorado - yes, delicious and tender, but the expectations from the "a la carte" were higher, that we would spend an unforgettable last evening of vacation. The location of the hotel is a very friendly village of Mahmutlar, we walked with pleasure, in the evenings there are a lot of restaurants with live music. There is a huge Saturday market nearby, we didn't get to it, we went to the Tuesday market, about 15 minutes on foot, you can easily find it on Yandex maps. Also nearby is the new akdeniz shopping center and the simply super lc waikiki. Believe me, you will have enough shopping, you don't have to go to Alanya for this. Waikiki near the hotel is a hundred times better and bigger, Akdeniz shopping center is also better than Alanium shopping center. Wifi in the hotel is $ 3, I bought an esim through the unisim app, it turned out about $ 20 for a week (payment with a Russian card in the app), distributed it to two more devices and was always connected to the Internet, it seemed to me more profitable than a hotel Wi-Fi.

The entrance to the sea did not cause any difficulties, as they wrote more than once, you can safely enter directly from the pier, we swim a lot and well and were extremely pleased with the absence of buoys- swim wherever you want! The food is good, there is a lot of it, you will always find something. There were always enough places in the restaurant and on the beach on the sun beds. There were no negative emotions about this. The hotel is also located normally - not a city, not a steppe - there is a place to walk in the evening.
