Everyone liked the rest, everyone can find entertainment and a relaxation area and just chill by the pool.The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, the room has everything you need. Therefore, cleaning was only in the bathroom. Another misunderstanding is: there is a kettle, a tea set only on arrival and is no longer replenished. We had a rest with my son (11 years old) from August 13 to 24. It looks like a 5* hotel, but it doesn't pull. Maximum of 4*. And a strong 4*. You can't call UAL, rather just AL. Everything is fine with the food, there is enough for everyone, and there are plenty of snacks too (if you want sweets, you want pizza, burgers, fries). The rooms are cleaned well, daily. And if you leave a tip, it's even better. Even extra fanta and juices were left, towels and bed linen were changed more often than usual. The sea upset me- I was worried for two weeks. When entering the sea, the stones, and very slippery polished with water, MUST have special shoes. There are several shops on site, but the prices are high. There were no queues from the main restaurant, there was enough for everyone, and the staff quickly cleaned everything, so the tables were always free.

At the info meeting, he offered tours at exorbitant prices, we did not take them and became enemies of this guide! He stopped greeting us, ignored us! I had a fever, otitis media started and my ear was swollen and in terrible pain. I wrote to the guide to activate the insurance (since the guide said only he could activate it) but the guide did not answer us, it was saved by the fact that the wife was a doctor and had difficulty getting medicines (which are available on prescription), but the guide saw us two days later, looked away, quickly disappeared, and so every day!!! Until the last day!!! We weren't the only tourists who had their blood clotted by Raphael. The hotel itself pulls a maximum of four by a stretch. The ubiquitous ants crawl in the rooms. They were called to poison them, but it didn't last long. Paid Wi-Fi for $ 2 per day for one device at a slow speed. The food is all cold and compared to other 5-star hotels, the range and quality of cooking leave much to be desired. Gym, that's one name. Half of the simulators are not working. One pancake from the barbell was broken in half!!! And after the evening show, the animator invites people to discos for 10 bucks per person. Don't get fooled. This is a pure money divorce. The free fruit basket then turns out to be very much paid. The price tag for alcohol is just horse-drawn. The portion of whiskey was around 1500 rubles. Maybe it will seem normal to someone, but it was somehow very expensive for us. In general, everything is set up for the complete "undressing" of the client. We never set foot in this hotel again...

Vacation in October 2021. The hotel is completely ordinary, it does not pull for 5. The food is not varied, almost the same thing every day. They save vegetables and fruits. The sweet is not bad. Animation is boring, and in principle people are not active, they seem to be trying. There are no guest artists. The room is normal, everything works, the only disadvantage is that it is very dark in the room even during the day, I got a room with a view of the pool, not the sunny side. The disadvantage is that if you want to fall asleep early, you will not get music playing until 12 at night. So take earplugs. The beach has a bad entrance, there are two loopholes, it seems that you can enter since the entrance is large tiktan plates. The pier is not bad, you can more or less go down to the sea and swim from it. The water is periodically clean, but there is a minus next to the boat that something is lowered into the water. Mahmutlar itself is a populated resort town with many shops, you can take a walk in the evening. I did not take the tour because it is not the first time in Turkey that it is no longer interesting.
