I had a rest here in October 2023. I'll say this - I gave 4 stars for the fact that the rest turned out great, but not without nuances))) All the photos that you see on well-known review sites are true. A really beautiful pool, a really beautiful view from the restaurant, which is located on not 1, as is customary, but on the top floor. And yes, the food is delicious and there is a lot of it. Of the nuances: tired furniture and repairs (not critical). The rooms at our check-in were only on the 1st floor (as it turned out, it was also not critical). A broken air conditioner (fixed quickly, but the filter still stank. But it was cool in the evenings, and in the afternoon we were at the sea. It also turned out not to be critical). But what didn't seem very good was the staff at the reception. Maybe tired, maybe something else. And so - a great place to relax. Especially if you only eat and sleep at the hotel, the rest of the time at the sea or walking.

The quality of service is 0/5, for 10 days of rest, the bed linen was changed once, after two trips to the reception, from the first the hotel administration apparently could not convey the information. Towels were changed a couple of times, not as stated. The floors have never been properly washed, they were moved with a dry cloth and that's all the cleaning is over, as well as the balcony. The air conditioners, apparently, have not been cleaned since the opening of the hotel, and its location opposite the bed is very doubtful. The food in the restaurant and bistro is for an amateur, on the third day you no longer know what to take, it's good that there were vegetables. Meat in the restaurant goes through 7 circles of hell, first the grill, then the same pieces in sauce, well, in the third stage there is goulash, stale pasta and rice with bulgur. As if for the sake of appearances, a laboratory assistant went and took food samples. Drinks are weak, especially beer diluted with water. Russian Russian and foreign glasses are the most noticeable thing, it's funny... no one has been waiting for a Russian guest there for a long time. I stayed at this wonderful hotel from September 2 to the 12th. Check-in was late at night, but the check-in was Mega fast and well-coordinated. In 15-20 minutes we were already in the room. Tourists are kindly asked to take into account that it will be a long road to the hotel from the airport - 3 hours by bus, but who without children - I think does not play a special role. At the hotel, you can have a snack with soup at night, which is very convenient for late arrivals. The food for 10 days was varied and delicious. There was a lot of healthy food, starting with a variety of vegetables, ending with boiled poultry. A Bistro restaurant with pizza, burgers, and pasta was open for fans of trans fats. And in the evening it turned into an Ala kart - a fish restaurant, which you can get to once for free (by appointment), I highly recommend it. It was delicious. I'll go to the sea - it's extraordinary, clean. Entry is possible from the pier and shore. There are slabs on the shore, but I didn't even use the aquashoos, because it was very comfortable to go in. The main thing is to be careful and sober) I can't say anything about alcohol, since I don't drink. But I was pleased with the number of non-alcoholic cocktails!) the service is excellent in every part of the hotel. Cleaning every day, there is a spa, water slides, tennis, gym (but everything is broken there, don't count on it too much), animation in the evening. I was pleased with the attitude, there was no importunity and everything was very welcome!) Wi-Fi is paid, and so is the safe. Be attentive to this moment. The rooms are clean and cozy. We got on the 5th floor with a view of the sea and the pool. The beauty is incredible! There is a refrigerator in the room, upon check-in they give small bottles of mineral water, cola, fanta and a juice box. There is also a kettle, coffee and tea bags. The air conditioner does not make noise, it works properly. There were no problems with plumbing. The room is cleaned daily, the workers clean thoroughly. There is a restaurant on the 7th floor of the hotel. In addition to the tables in the building, there are 2 more viewing platforms where you can eat in the morning and in the evening, admiring the views. The food is delicious and fresh. Stewed, fried, baked, boiled, grilled chicken and turkey. Salmon, trout, mackerel and horse mackerel were given from fish. Porridge, pasta, potatoes (baked, fries, stewed with vegetables, mashed potatoes, stewed with meat), gratin and saute vegetables, stuffed eggplant and zucchini, dolma, champignons, cutlets, meatballs, various types of cheeses, soups and much more. Fresh herbs and vegetables, salads. I was very surprised by the variety of fruits, probably we got into the season. At the reception, you can take cards for towels and get them in the hammam. Despite the fact that there are a lot of people in the hotel, there have always been free sunbeds both on the pier and on the shore. The beach is pebbly, small pebbles. From the shore you need to go very carefully - large stones and slippery slabs in combination with large waves are quite a traumatic story. You can go down the stairs from the pier immediately to the depth. Sometimes there are small fish. In the evening we came to the pier to admire the magical sunset. It's nice to talk to him, he will always be interested in how to relax, responsive, a real lighter! Having visited other hotels in Alanya, I can safely recommend this one! The well-coordinated work of all the staff, delicious food, amazing sea and cheerful atmosphere made this holiday unforgettable! I will definitely come back here again!

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights in mid-July 2023. We arrived at night, there were no rooms and we were put in a family room. The next day, the room was changed to a double room. Then it turned out that the bed was wobbly. The master came almost immediately and did everything. The furniture and decoration of the room are very budget-friendly, the mattress is very soft, it took 2-3 days to get used to the pillows. Periodically there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom. We were closing the door. The room had a not very good view of the neighboring hotel, which had a dirty, not cleaned area. This is the view that all rooms will have (1250-1255). We had a second floor. We had enough to eat. Meat was given: chicken, turkey, beef. Fish: mostly mackerel, there was another one a couple of times, the name was not specified. If you sign up at the Ala-kart restaurant, they serve dorado and assorted seafood (shrimp, fish, squid) baked in a clay bowl. It was delicious. There are many different types of green salad. From fruits: watermelon, cherries, oranges, peaches, plums, kiwis, bananas. From sweets: lukum, baklava, halva, shekerpare and various sponge cakes. The restaurant where the meals were served occupied the entire floor of the building, places could always be found, there were no queues for food, maximum 1-2 people. Of the cons: when there were 30 minutes left before the restaurant closed, the air conditioners were turned off and it was very stuffy. The waiters opened the windows, but at 37 degrees it didn't really help. Alcohol: cocktails were made from local drinks, and there was also wine, beer, whiskey, gin. In general, as in all hotels in Turkey. The beach is great, there were enough sunbeds. The hotel has its own pier, we sunbathed on it. The disadvantage of the pier is that after 16 the locals come and jump off it, because of this a fuss is formed, so the pier caretaker chases them. There are many shops near the hotel: LC Waikiki, migros, etc. The disadvantage is that it takes 3.5-4 hours to drive from the airport. The hotel is mostly Polish and Russian. The hotel includes a spa complex for free: Finnish sauna, hammam. We went for Thai and Balinese massages. Prices are lower than in the city for this type of massage. If you buy 4-5 massages at once, it generally turns out to be profitable. I recommend. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Maybe someone will need this. Everything else is super. And many more wrote that it was far to get. It's an understatement to say that two hours, one and a half were just waiting for everyone at the airport. There were traffic jams and we drove for two and a half hours, then everyone was transported for an hour and a half. So we advise everyone to take an individual transfer so as not to suffer. We are very tired because of this. Will we go again - Definitely Yes. The sea is gorgeous, warm, azure and clean. Get ready to pay for the Internet separately, they accept rubles at the reception too. For fifty dollars, you can choose any other number that will be offered if you want yourself. Thanks to the chefs!!!The rooms are clean, renovated. They are cleaned every day. If there were not enough towels, toilet paper, soap. You could always ask and they would give you no problem. Since the hotel is located in Mahmutlar, it is a long drive from the airport. Be ready. We were the last to arrive after delivering everyone else. Nearby, if you go to Barbarosa Street, there are all shops, cafes,restaurants, pharmacies, souvenir shops and a Tuesday and Saturday market. The staff is polite, they changed our room on request immediately without additional charges. The beach is across the street or directly through the underpass. 2 min .There is a bar with drinks on the beach. There were no animators and evening programs in November, but we didn't need to. We were going for a relaxing vacation. DJ was playing music , that was quite enough . I especially often put the Sun in Monaco on order from the guests, Lucy Chabotina))))) It didn 't bother me at all . I recommend the hotel . Would we go back there again? Answer: yes!!!!

The entrance from the pier is convenient (but for the young) for toddlers and the elderly, there is a convenient entrance to the sea to the right of the Pier (on the left, slabs / stones are not convenient). The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. You can safely walk around the area even without knowing English, there are a lot of Russian-speaking immigrants. The only drawback is that the road from Antalya airport is almost 4 hours, as this is usually the last hotel to be delivered. But the rest is worth it! A magical fairy tale!

By the evening, this area becomes part of the dance floor, where adults can dance after a children's mini-disco. A children's animator named Murat has a lot of attention to himself, gives a lot of attention to kids, children are delighted with him! Daily animation is held for children, during the day in a mini club (there is a separate area for classes with children), where children draw, make applications or just watch cartoons. Often, in the middle of the day, children can expect a surprise in the form of inflatable balls from Murat. And in the evening, a music and dance program is held for children with contests, prizes and gifts, as well as balloons and hugs. My wife and I decided to go to the seaside for the first time in our lives, and our choice fell on Turkey, the Senza Grand Santana hotel. We liked the hotel, it was very cozy, beautiful and clean. The reception staff speaks Russian. They will always help and prompt you. We got a room with a view of the pool. The room is clean and cozy, there is everything you need. A small refrigerator, and upon arrival they gave us vodka and carbonated drinks. The sea is very beautiful, clean and transparent. As for food, you'll never stay hungry there. All their dishes are very tasty, there is a lot of choice in food. There is a Bistro restaurant at the hotel, it's also a Fish restaurant, we always went there for lunch. The service is excellent. Everyone is very attentive. My wife and I liked the waiter Mehmet, he's just the best and that says it all, kind, energetic, positive, smiling, loves his job, gives positivity! All people would be like him. There is an aqua park on the territory, we rode there a couple of times, we liked it. There is a swimming pool for adults and children. You can sunbathe and drink cocktails, cocktails are very tasty. Also, when you sunbathe, various contests and dances are held, adult animators work and they will never let you get bored. Little children are very much loved there. The room is cleaned every day, always clean. You can also sunbathe on the beach, as well as ride a jet ski. We walked around the city, it's very beautiful and there are a lot of cats, they love them there. We liked everything very much, and what beautiful mountains and air there are.👏👏👏

After breakfast, we wanted to check in early and in a 2-room room, we were immediately asked to choose a view from the window and a floor, and all this for just 50 bucks (we thought there would be more!) Everything is very good. The room is in loft colors, for an amateur (personally, we didn't care). Every day there was some kind of animation, the guys were just great, they tried. The hotel is almost Russian, there are few foreigners, the atmosphere in the hotel, in the village of Mahmutlar itself is very friendly, just as if not abroad, but somewhere at home. The rooms are cleaned every day, but the linen was not changed, the towels were changed only when they were already put on the floor, although before that she just asked to change. Lance boxes are not given at check-out, so take them yourself at dinner. Towels for the pool and beach are provided separately in the sauna room. The beach is good, small pebbles, the only entrance is not comfortable everywhere, especially for children, the plates are slippery under water. There is a hyper Migros nearby, on the next street. You can also get to Alanya by bus 22, 2B the fare costs 17 lira per person
