We rested for the November holidays. The hotel is very mediocre. It's not worth your money. The territory is tiny. The rooms are heavily used. The mini bar was not even replenished with water, although water was declared. Food - chicken and cheap fish. Meat is rare and also of the cheapest varieties. True, a couple of times in 8 days there were trout steaks, but they were cooked very boring and tasteless - just steamed in a mullet without salt. There were no watermelons and melons at all. There was no lukuma or baklava. There are 2 types of pizza in the bistro, so-so, but you can eat, a couple of uninteresting salads from grass, burgers, potatoes, a terrible soup of water with tomato paste and overcooked pasta. The alcohol is strong of very mediocre quality, cocktails too. But a good bottled wine is quiet and sparkling. There was no daytime animation at all, only evening animation. Mini disco, then some kind of show and at 10-11 pm a disco. The disco has the same music every day, you can't order something else. Disco takes place in the pool bar, the music is very loud up to 24 hours. It is audible in all rooms, it is impossible to sleep, especially if the windows overlook the pool. There are not enough beds on the beach, people just lie on towels on the "sand". Entering the sea - slippery slabs or on the pebbles at the pier. There is an iron staircase from the pier, very inconvenient. There are no lunch boxes for early check-out. So stock up yourself. The Internet is paid $ 3 per day and weak. I don't recommend it.

Check-out at 12 o'clock, check-in at 14, lunch from 12-30 to 14 o'clock, as soon as the time comes, the bracelets are removed and you can't eat and drink, you have to extend the time for $ 10 for each hour, these are the rules. The same if you arrived earlier than 12 o'clock, additional payment. Although the hotel is 60% full and there are enough rooms available. The beach is good, but the entrance to the sea is slippery slabs, to the right of the pier the slab is cut down by 5 meters, all the children from the hotel are splashing there. You can climb down the stairs from the pier, but the stairs are welded from thin pipes, it hurts your legs to go down and it is inconvenient to hold on to the thin railing. Bar from 10 to 17 (beer, juices and coffee). Going to the sea on the beach is not very successful, but there is a place without stones, I highly recommend it. Regarding the All system: I am not a fan of strong alcohol and cocktails, I took a sample only from cold beer, my verdict is quite decent :) Now about the cons: - Paid Internet with an individual password for each device, it's shameful for a hotel of this level, really (i.e. if a family of 4 people arrives, then you need to pay for 4 devices). - Paid safe (I had to pay, as they naturally do not bear responsibility for things) - And the most significant DISADVANTAGE, for which I underestimated the hotel, is the reception staff. Free sun loungers and towels on the beach. There is also a pier on the beach and in the afternoon, around 14-16:00, free Turkish tortillas are prepared for guests (you can also grab lemonade, beer, dry wine). 1 time for free to the fish restaurant (by appointment). There are telephones in the rooms. Room cleaning every other day. The convenient location of the hotel in the center of Mahmutlar: near car and bicycle rental, bus stops to Alanya, 3 km from the ancient city of Naula, 500 m from the Saturday market, banana plantations, beautiful mosques, various cafes, shops, pharmacies. It's not big, I liked the area, it's clean, there are palm trees and orange trees everywhere. We had a room with a view of the neighboring house, animation did not interfere. They did not clean up in any way, the garbage lay in the corners for all 10 days, it was also not clear with towels, we tried to hang them to know where whose was, but after cleaning they put figures on the beds and it was no longer clear. I didn't understand whether they were changed or not, except for a foot towel, but it was the same for everyone. The kitchen is normal, there is a lot of food, we went for rest, not for food, everyone was always full. The fruits were watermelons, melons, grapes (blue and white, very tasty) apples, oranges. The alcohol is so-so, the wine is dry, the beer seems to be fine, cocktails interfere with the soul! The animation is the same every day, at the same time, in the evening there were really entertainers, foam parties, a fire show and so on. Beach: the entrance to the sea is not very, slippery rocks, but in general it is fine, we swam with a 5-year-old child. I just had to sail a little further. Further cons! Fruits are only in the main restaurant, nowhere else! Paid Internet, $ 3 per day for 1 device. It was very upsetting. When checking in, the faucet in the bathtub was hanging out, they said at the reception, everything was fixed. The hotel is located in Alanya.It is a long and painful drive from the airport in Antalya (4-5h).We arrived at this hotel on August 9, 2023 and immediately stumbled upon difficulties. Naturally, we refused, since we chose this particular hotel with its star rating and reviews. But we were told that there are no rooms now and therefore we need to spend the night in another hotel and then return us. After a 2-hour scandal, we were settled and the room was found, but not of that category. At the same time, they threatened that they say now you can not approach the reception and ask for nothing. To say that this is rudeness? - nothing to say. Exhausted by the road and the scandal, we checked into a room with a view of the construction site. We photographed everything and sent a complaint to Anax tour. The manager swore at us in Turkish when talking to us, and the guide was on his side and tried to send us to another hotel. After complaints and scandals, we were moved to a room of the appropriate category and even brought fruit with champagne, but the sediment remained. The rooms are practically without light. The first floor has windows in the wall. Towels and bed linen are left over from the time of the dinosaurs, ancient with stains. The safe is paid. Vacation from 07/31/2018 to 08/13/2018 a family of 4 people, parents and two small children (6 l and 0 l 9 months) The food is delicious but monotonous, there is no baby food, there are high chairs, battered and not quite clean, as well as tables in the dining room. From the diet, I was surprised by yogurt instead of yogurt for filling breakfast cereals. Everything meat tastes the same, like chicken, beef and even fish because of the peculiar seasoning. There are no normal soups, only mashed soup. Alcoholic drinks in the dining room and on the territory of the hotel are locally produced, although beer is really diluted. Room cleaning is on request, but it is possible daily, but somehow .....small stones from shoes brought from the beach are stuffed into corners. The furniture, plumbing and appliances in the room are worn out, the condition is 3. The beach is small but cozy and clean, and a 3-minute walk along its own underpass across the highway.
