The worst hotel out of the 15 countries I've been to. At the reception, the rudeness is rare, they don't want to help in anything, they just fish out money. What can I say, there is no iron in a five-star hotel!!! The answer: "I do not know" is the most popular one at the reception. The hair dryer works for a minute, then 5 does not work. The faucet is falling off, and so is the towel holder. The hair band from the last check-in lay under the bedside table for 3 days until I put it away. There are not enough beach towels, those who managed to do it in the morning are well done. At the bar, they can pour white and red wine into one glass, like drink, you don't care. The card from the room is given out one for everyone, from morning to evening they knock on the door, even if there are five of you, there is only one card. This is nonsense, of course. Sometimes there are not enough clean tables in the restaurant, but the restaurant tries. Animation is the same children's songs about little ducklings from the day, then a chanson. Wi-Fi is paid everywhere, even in the room, even in the lobby. It's a terrible place, not even worth a unit. Many of those who were with us never set foot here.

They were from October 1st to October 10th, 2021. We chose this hotel because we vacationed there 6 years ago and it was really cool there!!!!!!!!!! Every day was a holiday!!!!!! It was fun, interesting and always something new!!!!! Very charmed!!!!!(((( the hotel has decreased(((( It got boring!!!!(((((( The dining room too (freshly squeezed juices and the grill were removed (how happy the children were when they made their own boutiques on the grill!!! (now it's gone) apparently replaced with a cafe with hamburgers and pizza from 12 00 to 19 00. (Where there was a children's playroom) Animation: It's Not There!!!!!!!! Animators walk like the owners of the hotel!!!!!! They started working more or less when the boss started looking at them!!!! We noticed it right away!!!!! And before, there was a holiday here every day!!!!! Every day from morning water aerobics and contests until the evening. Well, in the evening they always entertained with different shows.!!!! And then a disco (in his nightclub!!!) Which is NOT there now!!!!!!!! In the pool area, grandma cooked various sweets in the afternoon, to which there was always a joyful queue of children, because it was DELICIOUS!!!@! Now such a grandmother is only on the beach, it's also delicious, but the queue is for 1 and even 2 hours! They clean the rooms: if you don't leave a tip, they will give you swans!!!) If you leave, the swans will not be screwed, but the sheets will be changed!!!!!! The bartenders are well done !!!!, they are trying!!!! Don't set foot in this hotel anymore!!!!! Repaint it back!!!!! He turned really gray!!!!!!! And such animators should be kicked out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
