We stayed at Daima biz hotel 5* in June 2024. This, of course, is not 5 stars, but at best 4. I'll start with checking in - we arrived at the hotel at 22:00 (delayed flight), we were late for dinner. And we were not fed anything, there is absolutely nowhere to eat from 21:00 to 23:00. It is also impossible to order food for money. At 23:00, the restaurant opens for a night snack, but there is almost no food there either: cucumbers, lettuce leaves, cheese, bread (almost breadcrumbs), jam. Our room was of the Large category in the farthest building. As it turned out later, - an excellent building, - quiet, calm. There is no sound of the road, night revellers and bathers. The room itself is one room, divided by a wooden partition into 2 parts, like a screen. Air conditioning in the bedroom. The other half of the room remains without air. It was hard for the children to sleep. Then they got used to it. The room has clean and high-quality bed linen, comfortable pillows, 2 small TVs (almost all in Turkish), a balcony, a spacious wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower cabin. The room itself is tired, the wallpaper is moving away from the walls. The cleaning is average, they left a dollar - they cleaned better. Water is carried at lunchtime by numbers. If you are not in the room, you will not receive water in the room. But every bar in the restaurant has water in the refrigerators. You can take it with you . The beach is rocky. Children from 8 to 16 years old, there were a lot of them. They filled everything: the restaurant, the beach. It feels like I went to a children's camp, and not to a hotel for a vacation for a lot of money. There are large rocks under water, so it's better to have special shoes. Meals: The food is good in the main restaurant with an outdoor terrace. There is also an a la carte restaurant and three bars. The food is simple but delicious, with a sufficient selection of dishes on the buffet. The fruits were apples, pears, nectarines, peaches, melons, watermelons. Service: The staff is generally friendly, but the room cleaning could have been better. Sometimes it was difficult to find a clean chaise longue on the beach. Location: The hotel is located on the edge of the village of Kirish, 10 minutes from Kemer by bus. A bus runs every 15 minutes to the terminal in Kemer (near the white tower). As for food, you will find something to eat for sure: there are many dishes for all tastes, both for vegans and for exotics. At your disposal is the main restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, you have a lobby bar, a pool bar, a restaurant near the beach (they call it a snack bar - in fact, half of the dishes from lunch (everything is fresh, don't worry)), a bar near the beach. You won't stay hungry (but that's not for sure (their climate is such that we personally ate very heavily (and much more than at home), 40 minutes later, after cocktails, we felt hungry again;) We brought +3 kg each from vacation - the bees have bitten! On vacation, we were in the third half of May. It so happened that the sea was 19° for the first two days. Then it gets warmer, but I want to point out that their sun is very aggressive. You can burn out in the sun in 20-30 minutes without cream, and when it sets, a cool wind blows, either from the mountains or from the sea... But it's very chilly! They begin to entertain you almost from the opening of the beach bar (10:00), they offer to play bucha, then volleyball, then darts (it's very interesting if the main contingent is adults :)). The food is not bad, it is clear that the chefs are trying, but everything is COLD!!! We do not know for what reason, but the chefs do not turn on the heating of dishes, although it is there. Maybe it doesn't work or I don't know for what reason. They asked the girl, the representative of FanSan, the hotel manager, and the chefs to turn on the heating of the dishes, but to no avail. As a result, you either have to wait for empty dishes to be replaced with new ones and then take warm ones, or eat everything that has cooled down. Even a very tasty cooked dish that has cooled down is not tasty. Coffee is good in coffee machines, water is everywhere in refrigerators in cups in public access. Fruits and vegetables are good, desserts are beautiful, but quite average. In Egypt and Tunisia, they were much tastier with hotels. Water park. For us, the main criterion in choosing a hotel was a children's water park, my son is 5 years old and he loves water slides very much. The water park is not bad, the only joints on the slides are very noticeable, the water in the water park is cool, after half an hour of riding, the lips of the child are blue. Adults with small children are also allowed on the slides. The adult water park is interesting, there are a couple of unusual slides, but the slides where you ride without cheesecakes are either slow or you will beat off your back because of the joints. The water park is open until October 15th this year!!! You can buy a ticket and come from another hotel to this water park. The water park has a wave pool, and foam parties are often held in it. I also really liked the mermaid show, it runs until the end of September, we managed to go 2 times. A ticket costs $ 10, but tickets are also given out by animators for activity in bocce games, darts, and evening shows. So don't rush to buy, go to the games😉 Animation. Children's animation is very weak, 15 minutes of games and cartoons, or coloring T-shirts for $ 10. We were rare guests at the children's club. But I liked the adult animation and children were accepted into the games. My son and I played bocce several times, animators take children into the team without problems, they don't always take darts, but once we went with my son. We had a family vacation in July 2024, 10 nights.. Of course, there is no smell of a five here. Maybe once the hotel was a top five, but obviously not now. The rooms are all very tired. The wallpaper is peeling off, the tiles in the bathrooms are falling off, the air conditioners are yellow and work through one. Upon arrival, we were accommodated free of charge in the "superior" room 5025 on the ground floor with its own swimming pool. The room looks more like a horse stall. One double bed and two single beds separated by a plywood partition with the same door. In the toilet, the tile literally falls on your head, there is mold on the floor. After swearing and an additional payment of 2000 liras, we were moved to a two-room room with a better pool. However, in one room the air conditioner also did not work (it was repaired after three days), the tiles did not fall off, but the whole was cracked. The staff can be seen that they are trying, but their number is clearly not enough for such a large number of people. There were periods when there were not enough plates or glasses in the dining room. People were on guard when they were taken out after washing and disassembled right out of the hands of the taker. The beach is nice, pebbly. There were only a few places because most of the vacationers are Turks who do not swim in the sea. The water park is large, but there are 4 interesting slides with queues of 15-20 minutes, especially on weekends, because not only hotel guests can get to the water park, but also visitors from other hotels and cities by buying a ticket at the ticket office. In general, we will not return to this hotel 100%, although it cannot be said that the rest was absolutely no. The sea is there, the food is there, the pool is there, the rest can be tolerated.
