We returned from the hotel a couple of days ago. Well, what can I say? After reading reviews about the lack of food and unsanitary conditions, I was preparing for the worst. It turned out to be quite tolerable, provided that you are not a fan of spending time on the territory of the hotel, do not expect seafood for lunch and dinner and really assess the current situation. You should not expect that for the same money you will be able to get the same level of service as in the past. The situation has changed "a little", so the angry reviews are somewhat surprising. Now for more details. Number. We got a pretty good corner in the fifth building. The maid came daily, water was brought, floors were washed, towels were changed. Everything was fine with the air conditioner, and the only problem that arose was the unexpected traffic jams. We solved this problem ourselves by finding an electrical panel in the corridor:) The beach at the hotel is wide, there were always enough sun loungers - both morning and evening. Indeed, many are broken, but I have always managed to find a serviceable one. The water is clean, transparent, and warm. The pebbles are average, I used aquashouses, but you can do without them. I will not say that the beach is clean and sterile - there are cigarette butts and plastic containers from the water. The same story is all over the hotel. There are a lot of people, most of the guests are families with children, so it is not easy to maintain cleanliness. The hotel is mainly occupied by Turkish families, it is worth considering. My son has not been able to find a Russian-speaking company. :) The water park is really cool, because of it, as I understand it, this hotel is chosen. As for the queues, they start at 11 a.m., when people from the "outer circuit" arrive with tickets. There are really a lot of people, I won't deny it. About food. They wrote about the lack of meat dishes. I can't confirm — they always have been. From the beginning to the end of lunch and dinner. By the way, the queues were created by the guests themselves. Why it was necessary to get in line as soon as I entered the dining room, it never became clear to me if all the same things were duplicated in another distribution area. They stood in one queue stubbornly and unperturbed, while all these dishes could easily be taken from the other side. Lots of salads, greens, snacks. There was fish, some cutlets, meat and poultry on the grill. Mashed potatoes, fries, pasta, and rice were always offered as side dishes. Everything is standard at breakfast — pancakes, cereals, pancakes, omelets, eggs, buns. There was nothing wrong with the yoghurts either, although they wrote that there were none. They were, though they disappeared for a couple of days. Fruits were also given for lunch and dinner. Some were delicious, some were not. We had a vacation in September 19 with a child. It took a very long time to choose a hotel and after seeing a photo of the hotel's beach and nearby territory, we immediately realized what we like. We drove an hour from the airport. Early check-in of $20, with a small child, suited us. The rooms are nice, cleaned well, linen and towels are changed regularly. The food is excellent, thanks to the chef and his team, my husband is a cook himself, appreciated it. The road to the beach for an adult is no more than 5 minutes, with a child 7 minutes.. The beach of the hotel is pebbly, to the right of it is 2 km of free zone, because there are no large buildings. A gorgeous water park, there are slides- I advise men, it takes your breath away, they let you in under a personal signature. On the way to the beach there is a blooming tunnel, the heat is not felt. The most original tunnel starts from the main entrance, you don't notice the road. There is a children's club, the girls are professional animators, the child was interested. We are planning a vacation at this hotel next year. Thank you all.

Because of this, the territory of the hotel has become small, in fact the building, between them there is a swimming pool and on the first shore an aquapark, a bar and a beach.The buildings inside are dirty, as if no one had washed the elevators since the opening. The rooms are spacious and clean, we had building 8, room 8415, 4th floor. The cleaning was done every day. Gorgeous view from the window of the pool and the water park with the sea...As expected, the room has a refrigerator, kettle, TV. In the bathroom, shower gels, shampoos and hair balm, all in a beautiful Dime Biz box. I was pleased with the spacious large balcony, three beds in the room and excellent air conditioning, it was cool..The food was good, meat and fish every day, fruits every day too. The only thing that bothered the queues for food was a lot of vacationers, especially Turks. There was a huge dining room, and there were often not enough tables, so we had to wait.The water park is wonderful! Children's paradise!a large children's aqua zone, a lot of rescuers. The children's water park was good, but the water park itself is very old. We were taking a room with our own pool. The food is delicious, I liked it. The only ice cream is paid, and if you are fans of milk shake, you will have to go to the reception to get it. Cocktails like mojito and Pina Colada are not made. My most favorite cocktails. When we entered the room, it was a shock. My husband said that he no longer wants to go to Turkey🤣 By the way, take a plunger with you. Therefore, the water in the sink goes very tight 🤣 Of course, I didn't take pictures of everything. But it seems that the renovation of the hotel was done by a blind and armless person. If you wish, the child can be busy with the animator for almost the whole day. We really liked the water slides "Doly Su" park. The staff knows Russian well, which is very pleasant. Cleaning is done every day, free Wi-fi, air conditioning, TV, safe in the room. We had a standard class room. The only minus is the meeting, we waited a long time for us to be settled, as a result we found the room ourselves (it's easy to get lost in a lot of buildings, fortunately many Russian tourists suggested where to go), we carried the luggage ourselves, after the flight we were tired and wanted to relax.

Good afternoon, for the first time I leave a review about the hotel. We have been vacationing since July 20, 22. The main criterion for recreation was the presence of its own water park or near the hotel, and therefore the choice fell on the Daima Biz hotel. Please note that this is not the same hotel that it was before, there was a separation of owners and the division of the hotel into 2 different ones: Daima and Miarosa. The room stock is very dilapidated, there is a problem with the electrics (the phone was plugged into the socket and the light in the room was gone, the bed was touched and the light was gone, the husband already went himself turned on the switch. Water somehow flowed from under the bed, the source was not found, they just wiped the floor, the taps are in terrible condition. It is not safe to stay in the room. Shampoo and soap were brought only after a complaint at the reception. The food is monotonous, lunch is no different from dinner. This is either chicken and fish (the same for all 7 days) or vegetable stew with meat and vegetables. There are long queues for food, as there is only one meat tray. Glasses are given out badly washed. I would rate the hotel at 3-*. We have not rested in Turkey for 10 years, during this period we rested in Cyprus, Majorca, Crete in 4-5* hotels, there is something to compare with. The water park is extreme and with poor safety equipment. Everywhere there are tiles that, when water enters (and it is everywhere there), becomes a skating rink, mats were put, but not everywhere, there are none on the stairs. Before my eyes, a man slipped off the slide and counted all the steps with his back, a lot of people fall and get injured. The sea and the beach are a plus of this hotel, the sea is clean, there are almost no waves, but it quickly gets deep (not very deep for children). I wouldn't go there a second time.

As they wrote in the reviews about dirty plates, mosquitoes, jellyfish in the sea, queues at the restaurant and a shortage of sunbeds - all nonsense! There is nothing like that there. The beach is good because the hotel is extreme and where it ends, a long strip of several kilometers of wild beach begins, which differs from the hotel only in the absence of sunbeds. You can sunbathe topless there;) there is a river nearby - I saw how the men were fishing there with a boat! It's a pity I didn't take my fishing rod with me. In general, many people fished in the sea with fishing rods! So if you're a fisherman, then take it with you;) The hotel is focused on family holidays. There are a lot of things for kids: pools, slides, carousels.... in the evening, the disco by the beach is so-so, but it will pull with alcohol. In general, we recommend it!

The air conditioners don't work from anywhere! Even at the Reception of 6, one is barely alive, the restaurant is hot. The food sucks, the first time I saw that there would be a queue for an ordinary chicken.. The rooms were cleaned every other day, and that was bad, despite the $ 2 on the bed)) In the room, there were a lot of things broken, from the doors to the balcony to the toilet lid, the conditioner dripped heavily, etc. The place is bad, there are no restaurants or good shops nearby, you have to go far somewhere.Actually, Kirish, this is a village.. It stinks of cows and sheep running around near the hotel. There was even a fight with rocks and broken muzzles on the beach, Something the locals did not share with the beach guards, cops, handcuffs, in general, complete trash. There are a lot of locals, greyhounds and arrogant ones.. For telling a child that you can't throw cocktail glasses into the communal pool, the locals started yelling and insulting both Russians and my wife and I, and Putin and Lenin got it.. In general, the Turks are oborzeli.. If possible, do not go to this hotel from the word never!! The beach is not sand, it's full of cigarette butts and broken sun beds. In general, the locals say that the owner of the hotel gave up on him.. It seems that this is the case, there is no owner, therefore such a mess.

Honestly about everything. At the Daima Biz ***** hotel, we had a vacation with children in July. This is an inexpensive five, but the impressions were good. For a very penny ticket, we received: a gorgeous water park, the slides are all very cool, very long and interesting, in addition there are also slides in the hotel itself, which are also not bad, despite the fact that the hotel was 100% full, the queue for the slides is no more than 10 minutes, most of them do not queue at all. There are many pools, different, everywhere. Special thanks for the children's pools, safe and good. Food: we made friends with the waiter and received every day the most beautiful table on the terrace with rose petals and service until the night is absolutely free. The food is not bad, I will not say that there is a very large selection, but there are a lot of vegetables, greens, there is always meat, fish, side dishes. There is nothing to complain about, they always ate delicious. At any time, you can have a snack and drink coffee at the beach bar. Kids Club: at first it seemed that the staff was not very friendly, but the children said that they were kind and enjoyed visiting the club. The only thing I would like it to work more, since 2 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon is not enough. But on the other hand, we spent more time with the children, which is certainly beneficial. The beach: clean, transparent, beautiful water, there are a lot of sun beds, there is always room, for an additional fee (good bargaining on the spot) you can get truly royal beds on the shore and enjoy there all day. Animation: I can't objectively describe it, I practically did not visit, I will say one thing, it takes place constantly in the pool and on the beach and on the territory of the hotel, everyone who went was happy. The staff was friendly, provided assistance and support in all matters. There will still be one minus, room cleaning is disgusting, not every day! and the room was partially cleaned, although we left tips, which of course we took away. I had to put up a sign asking to get out, sometimes it hung until the evening. But this did not overshadow a wonderful holiday in Daima Biz, so I recommend families with children to visit.

The check-in was quick, without any additional charges. The room was clean, cozy, there were as many as 3 beds, although there were two of us. Everything you need is there (refrigerator with drinking water, air conditioning, balcony overlooking the pool, safe, mirrors, bedside tables, cabinets with hangers, beds, slippers, towels, shampoos, gels, body creams), only Wi-Fi does not catch well. The food is good, but the food is insular in my opinion. They do not spare spices and pepper. If you have stomach problems, it is better not to experiment, but for the first 2-3 days to eat what you are used to. An abundance of everything (meat, fish, chicken, seafood, crayfish, pastries, fruits, salads, sauces, vegetables, dried fruits) It was possible to diversify the breakfasts! There was nothing to eat except eggs, scrambled eggs, specific yoghurts, buns, vegetables, dried fruits, pancakes (dry). Add portioned yoghurts, cottage cheese, casserole, cheesecakes, porridges, hot sandwiches and you will have no price!!! Sausage and sausages are tasteless with them. There are no complaints about lunch and dinner! The territory is large, well-groomed, lots of greenery. The staff constantly cleans and cleans, keeps clean and tidy. They don't always work out, but you can see that they are trying. Where there is such a large passability of people, it is unlikely that everything can be perfect in terms of cleanliness. It's obvious to me. The sea is clean, warm, gentle, but very salty. The beach is large, private, there are enough sun beds (if you come on time), it is cleaned regularly. It's worse with sun beds by the pool, there are catastrophically not enough of them. The animation is just super! All day long, animators tirelessly entertain children and adults (aqua aerobics, dancing, darts, beach volleyball, contests, relay races, competitions, disco in the evening) The water park is simply stunning! There are no such slides even in Moscow, it seems to me. One capsule is worth a lot...It's completely extreme! We enjoyed visiting the SPA salon a lot. They talked us into the procedures for a long time, but we did not regret that we agreed. Massage, hammam, peeling, foam massage, clay and chocolate masks, relaxing music and delicious tea. The best massage therapist is called Eco (Balinese). You come out like you were born again. The transfer on the way to the hotel was a bit nervous. The driver corresponded with someone on the phone all the way, while holding the steering wheel with one hand. They don't have traffic rules in Turkey. The guide warned about this, and then you see this...In no case do not agree to go to the Textile and Knitwear factory for FREE through a guide. Everything there is three times more expensive than at the local bazaar. We didn't know and went out of curiosity. We were treated and divorced there so that then I came to the local bazaar (1000 meters from the hotel) and was amazed. Everything is much cheaper! The same goes for fur, leather and jewelry. They will be touting (that's exactly what it's called) don't see each other! Buy it if you don't even need to! You need to be able to bargain at the bazaar, they love this business very much and sometimes they throw it off decently! The staff at the hotel is friendly, nimble, smiling, annoying, most of them are Russian-speaking, but not all. Everyone at the reception is very friendly. There is a suitcase packing service that costs $ 5. There is a cafe on the beach from 12:00 to 16:00, where you can eat without leaving the beach. There is also a delicious $ 1 ice cream (ball), cotton candy, popcorn and boiled corn for $ 2. Drinks, including alcoholic beverages in excess. Especially delicious cocktails. The bartenders do it at your request. In general, we were satisfied with the rest, but a week is not enough. 2 days was not enough. Next time we will know and take vouchers for 10 days.
