The hotel is old, it was once gorgeous, now it is very "tired". I liked the blooming area, cocktails on the beach (I was lucky with the bartender), the availability of coffee machines. I did not like the bathroom in the room, cleaning, paths with awnings (although they were useful in a downpour), a smelly hammam, monotonous food, a cold pool. The room was bought with a view of mine and I live with a view of the road on the left somewhere in the far sea, yes it is like the sea! Food and a huge amount (considering that 20 types of olives are served and taken in quantity ) maybe this is great for turrets and acceptable for us, you just need to get used to it! No matter how much time you arrive, it does not matter, do not order an individual transfer before "after 2" you will not be settled with money down the drain!!! Cleanliness is a separate story - they are not familiar with it at all!!!! Tips are taken away, but the hell with it if it 's clean !!!!At the reception, all the sofas and chairs are dirty, literally black spots are visible!!! There are no bath towels in the room! There is no water in the mini bar, although all this should be according to the contract!!! The toilet is dirty! The furniture is shabby, I will try to post a photo!the beach is not cleaned, there are always dirty cups all over the beach near the pool! Sun beds everywhere are in no order! We went for a week, I am very glad that I went without a child, otherwise I would not have known what to feed her, we settled a room on the third floor normally for three adults, cleaned every day, not a single smile from the staff, there is no service for at least a dollar, not once at breakfast /lunch /dinner did we ask if we wanted we have something, it's just wild for the declared 5, the territory is large, there are not enough staff, the beach is pebbles, garbage, cigarette butts, etc... There is no animation, the main pool has monotonous shows in the afternoon and evening. It's not interesting. The most basic food, there is none! Boiled chicken, fried and in batter, once there was beef goulash, mashed potatoes, rice pasta, no sweets, no juices, no grilled dishes, we went to the restaurant ourselves in Kemer, we went to the village for crayfish, it's better to overpay and go to proven places! This hotel is solid 3!

However, now it is a different hotel: the territory is divided into two parts, because the owners have changed, and the second part is now Mia Rosa, the hotel is divided simply by a mesh fence. After the sale, as I understood, the problems began. 1. The territory. Absolutely not well maintained, practically not cleaned, cigarette butts, glasses and dirt everywhere. 2. The contingent. 90% of the tourists are Turks or Arabs. They smoke everywhere. 3. Rooms. Old furniture, dirt in the corners. Complete unsanitary conditions, up to the left divorces from .... in the toilet. 4. Nutrition. First of all, this is a queue for meat dishes, you will have to stand for at least 20-30 minutes. Apart from chicken and pieces of fried fish, only pasta, rice and French fries. It is not worth counting on beef, tuna or any other delicacy, it will not be. Salads, fruits and greens are plentiful. 5. Alcohol. It's easier to say, not that there is no good, there is no acceptable beer: standard EFES. Take it to duty free. Bartenders are not mobile, there is no foreign alcohol. 6. Entertainment. The animation is weak, there is really no entertainment or contests. The hammam is paid or up to six. 7. Other things. There is one room card, a deposit for towels, a paid bar and food at the water park. As a result: it doesn't even come close to all, not to mention that ultra is prescribed. Two or three families leave the hotel every day, CORAL terminates the contract at the end of the season, they are looking for an option for us for the second day, the neighbors were looking for a day and the surcharge was 500 €. So, if possible, CHANGE THE HOTEL, EVEN IF IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR.

If someone was in this hotel until about 2015 and is going now, you will be disappointed. The hotel was divided into 2 hotels, the neighboring one took all the best for himself. It seems like they tried to squeeze the maximum out of the territory, but it still turned out so-so. The only +- advantage is a water park, it doesn't seem to be bad, but there are 2 nuances: anyone who wants to get into it for money, respectively, there are a lot of people on some days, and the second nuance is related to security. The staff monitors compliance with the rules, queues and other things perfectly, but the slides themselves are designed strangely, you can hit hard enough on almost any slide, I observed such cases almost every day, well, I went through it several times and did not go there anymore. The food is so - you can eat, the food is not bad, but the choice is very weak, there is almost zero variety. Queues are huge for food and drinks, almost at any time. A separate failure is the staff and service (there is none). Everything is very bad here, they exist, but they are useless (no one will bring a drink, the cleaning is just bad, if suddenly at the moment they want to clean up and you tell them to wait a minute - forget it). Bartenders are 50/50, there are normal ones, but there are also those who do not even know how to make banal cocktails, and it takes an extremely long time for everything. The promise with the reception is a complete trash, there was a problem with the number that could not be solved within 6 days. It makes no sense to communicate with them normally, it was decided only after a scandal and rudeness, as it turned out later - my requests actually did not go anywhere beyond the girl / guy at the reception, the management (I'm not talking about the hotel, but the guest service) was not in the course at all, although the problem was serious. The hotel can be considered exclusively at a huge discount, but with the understanding that it will be there if you are planning a carefree holiday with children, then definitely not here.

Going out to the sea at 7 o'clock it is impossible to get a towel, because the spa is open from 8.30. in the afternoon, the towel is not changed to a clean one. And upon arrival, we were charged a $10 deposit for each towel. There is no such thing in any hotel. We haven't had our bed linen changed in 10 days. The sewage system in the room is bad. We just got back. Right away, what I didn't like. There was practically no Turkish music by the pool, there is no feeling that you are in Turkey. there are no famous gozleme tortillas, there is something like pizza with cheese. In general, the rest was a success. There are five buildings, four of them are similar, the fifth is different. The number was in building B, numbering from 5000, the first building A, numbering from 4000, the next one on the left is our B, on the right buildings C and D, numbering 6000 and 7000, the far building E, numbering 8000. Each has four floors plus a basement , it is very hot on the top floor, there are no air conditioners in the corridors. On the lower floor there are rooms with their own pool for 5 rooms, it seems, but this is doubtful for buildings with access to the inside overlooking the communal pool. Everyone walks past these rooms and almost looks into the rooms, how can you relax here at all. But those that look out (onto the road in buildings A and B, or onto the green zone in buildings C and D) are not bad. There is a good gym, a lot of exercise equipment. The food, like everywhere else in hotels of this level, even had baked red fish for lunch almost every day). There was no, or I did not see ayran, there is no ice cream for free, but there is a fee. They don't make any beauty out of watermelons, at all! It is unbearably painful to go into the sea, but there is a pier from which you can enter. The disco did not catch on, there is a lot of light during dancing, it would be more comfortable to dim the light a little. The water park is gorgeous, but it's better to come to the opening at 10 o'clock.

I'll start with the fact that I have to go to Simena Holiday Village with two children, but their overbooking was half done and we were settled here, in Daima Biz... No one apologized or offered a normal solution to the problem.But that's okay, we'll leave that out. Immediately the pros: steep slides in the water park, anamators, the guys really monitor safety, there are a lot of pools, this is what you need for children! All our Russian-speaking girls and boys (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.) are excellent, responsive people. I lost my documents, so the girls ran, searched, and changed. Unlike our guide, who really doesn't care. Night discos, penny parties - it's all very cool here!! The children liked it. The sea is wonderful! Transparent, clean, but pebbles, of course. The sea is very clean! This is the second huge plus!! Now the cons (there are many of them): the food is diverse, a lot of spicy, it is not provided for children in principle, but we are not picky in terms of food, I went here to swim, sunbathe and get emotions (generally initially positive), so the item "food" is not the most important, but keep in mind, porridge for children, there are no curds at all. Next - room cleaning... Quiet horror, honestly... I never thought that in this sense it would be so unpleasant for me and the children to sleep in a bed with unwashed linen... Dirty pillowcases, originally white, but with terrible stains, blood, I do not even know what else... That is, this item is THE MOST DISGUSTING !!!! There are really huge stains everywhere, on the sheets and pillowcases. It's not 5 stars!!!! No way!! This is a confident 3!! At the reception, the Turks don't care what you ask them, you have to repeat it a hundred times, they don't move on purpose. I am not writing this review so that someone will go or not go there, I just probably care that people, like us, will be disappointed by the long-awaited vacation... The territory is not very large, there is garbage, but if it doesn't matter to you, then a cool water park and an amazing clean sea will cover all the other disadvantages!! Now for the prices: we have 71,000 for three people (me and two children aged 5 and 11) for a week. But this, again, I booked Simena Holiday. I don't know yet what I lost without getting to that hotel. If anyone was there, please write, I would appreciate it! We wish you all positive emotions and good trips!

2 stars is THE MAXIMUM. The hotel is dead. STAFF: Turks, they hardly speak Russian and English. Vacationers: Turks, Syrians and Iranians. The concept of the hotel is good, 7 districts of Turkey should be presented every day, in fact they just change the color of clothes and tablecloths every day. The hotel and rooms are all dead and dirty. Bed linen and towels were not changed once during the week of rest, although they were asked. Do not vacuum or clean the floor when cleaning. They asked to wash the floor in the room, walked over the floor with a dirty smelly mop only in the spot. The stench is terrible, they do not wash the mop and wipe all the rooms with one, there is not even a bucket for washing the mop, they moisten it with water from bottles that the guests left in the room. The food is terrible, there are queues of 30 people for something edible. The drinks are diluted. Everything you eat/drink makes your stomach churn. Animation is for Turks, there is little dance music, mostly HALAI. Animation of the children's matinees level. Yoga carpets are torn or 1.2m in size. The water park is traumatic, as is the whole hotel.
