This is the main restaurant and cafe on the beach. The restaurant and tents near the children's pool are paid. - there are constant queues in the restaurant, the work is not organized, with us, then the stoves did not work, then the grill broke down, the food is monotonous, apples are made from fruits, coffee machines give out only black coffee and cappuccino, devices with "juice" only apple drink. - since this hotel has football fields, children's and teen teams come to it for a couple of days to play games. Imagine a hotel that is a third full of children without parents, it's a nightmare. The screaming and running starts at 6-7 in the morning and does not end until midnight. The administration does not respond to requests to calm down the little guests! - the hotel also positions itself as a hotel with the most extreme water park in Turkey, in fact it is extremely dangerous, due to the wear of structures. We had a rest with friends from August 06-13. It's 4 stars than 5. The condos didn't work in the lobby. When we checked in, our friends' room was not cleaned. The hotel, apparently, used to be able to claim the status of luxury, but now the fee for "ultra all inclusive" evokes associations with three-star service. As for the cuisine: the drinks are not bad, but the dishes are monotonous: the meat is mostly chicken, the fish is limited to mackerel, beef and lamb during the eight days of our stay we did not see. There was also no variety of seafood, and shrimp and squid were served once in the evening. The desserts are monotonous, the fruits are delicious. There are serious doubts about the observance of sanitary and hygienic standards. There is a kitchen hall next to the playground, the door is open and we had to observe this picture- next to the products (Cheeses, salads, etc., everything is not covered with a lid), the floor was washed with a hose, all the splashes flew directly onto the food.... Actually on the third day of our stay, the whole family was faced with diarrhea. The rooms are cleaned regularly, but the appearance of the room itself leaves much to be desired: the furniture is worn out, the plumbing is outdated and covered with rust, the showers are covered with plaque, the sinks are clogged, the toilet is yellowed. The windows have not been cleaned for a long time, although you can see a few mountains and a lot of landfills from the window, the impression of five stars is completely blurred. However, the final chord became a real nightmare. It is worth emphasizing that after completing your stay at the hotel, you will be perceived as an unwanted guest, demonstrating rudeness and intolerance to the point of humiliation. That's what happened to us. Having been late with the release of the room, we immediately faced the aggressive attitude of the staff. Although we initially expressed our willingness to compensate for our late eviction by trying to make a payment with a bank card, it turned out that it was not working properly. The cash ran out, but the hotel administration took this as an excuse to show aggression. The staff openly exchanged remarks in Turkish, trying to figure out our nationality, clearly making it clear that certain nationalities were being disparaged. We were accused of trying to escape without paying the bill, threatening to take our passports and send our luggage. The staff's answers sounded rude and provocative, they refused to give clear information about the payment methods and bank details. An employee (bellboy) was assigned to our family and ordered them to leave the room within a minute. Constantly invading the room, the man shouted loudly and tried to provoke a conflict, violating the personal space of my family. During the training camp, I had to stay in a room with an open door, which became an additional stress, since my husband had to guard me while I changed clothes. The child experienced severe discomfort, tears, and a feeling of fear caused by the constant screams of the employee and loud bangs on the door. There were still about fourteen hours left before departure, and I made a simple request to allow the child to wash off the remnants of sea salt from his body with warm water, but the employee continued to actively interfere, showing outright cruelty and creating an atmosphere of psychological trauma. In total, about two hundred and twenty thousand rubles were spent for accommodation in this institution, which cannot be called a symbolic amount, given the level of service received and the attitude of the staff. I would like to note separately that we had never been informed about the need to vacate the room by 11 a.m., no one clarified the intention to extend the stay, and only at the end of the trip they suddenly announced that every tourist knew the eviction rule before the specified time. As a result, we were released only after we demanded to show a document certifying, signed by us, that we were familiar with the rules of departure from the hotel at 11:00. The touts at the spa are terribly pushy, if you don't like massage or you don't need these services, be prepared to refuse the touts 3-4 times a day. And this is not a short refusal, this is a 5-10 minute conversation about how good their hammam is and how you should try it. The water park for which we chose this hotel for 3⭐. Everything was still not working at the end of May, the mermaid pool was closed and the slide with a photo zone in the pool. But since there weren't many people, it was very comfortable. Personally, we encountered some inadequate tourists (they looked like Turks, but spoke a different language) behaved disgustingly on the slides, brought food to the children directly into the pool, threw off things and took away other people's sunbeds, threw small children alone and went to the bar, the most disgusting rabble. There was enough entertainment for a child of 3+, the playground was small, it was true that the children's clubhouse stank of urine) but we did not stay there. All massages and other services are paid, and not cheap - we were settled with a view of the water park, the sea and the road. It is impossible to sleep at night, it is very noisy, music and a presenter were screaming from another hotel. - one woman from the hotel was robbed, the police were called - Wi-Fi in the room is practically not working So far, that's all I can remember. In general terms, I will say that it is not worth your money. Probably because there is hyperinflation in Turkey, the quality of service has clearly decreased. The main contingent of the hotel are Iranians, Turks, and many people from CIS countries. The food was not bad, but do not expect any super delights. There was one chicken for lunch and dinner almost every day. Desserts are so-so... not tasty, honestly. If you are a gourmet, you are clearly not here. We will not return to this hotel.

The rooms are cleaned, if you ask, then every day, and bed linen and towels will be changed, they will also be replaced. We asked for it, they changed it for us. The pool is good, we always found sun beds. The beach is also normal, pebbles and stones (we took sneakers). The water is fabulous, the sea is clean, the beach is cleaned. There is a bar and a cafe nearby, they did not eat in it, they came in to see what was there (pasta, pizza, cutlets, rolls). Drinking water, tea, coffee, juices (not upi), soda, beer, alcohol are always available. They make different cocktails. You can drink, you didn't get sick in the morning))) The Welly bartender is super! I made very tasty cocktails. Ice cream is paid, 1 dollar. The water park is cool, children will definitely like it, adults too. But you're unlikely to go to it every day. I can't say anything about animation, we didn't go. There is something childish, we read the schedule, but did not go. Every evening, a children's disco is the usual standard set of children's songs. Well, the saddest thing is the food. We are not picky about food at all, but it was difficult to feed the children. In the morning, the children got used to eating porridge, but it was only rice, and even that was cold; often the breakfasts were cold. We've had enough of the food ourselves for the 3rd day already, because it's the same there all the time!!! The queues for food are also huge, but we came at the beginning and did not stand much. And all the people for some reason stood in the first queue, when almost all the food is duplicated from the other end of the counters. I'm not ready to stand for 20 minutes to eat freshly fried fish or chicken fillet, personally, and small children won't wait that long. Vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers) and greens are always there, fruits too (watermelon, melon, grapes, oranges, cherries), salads from vegetables are also there. There are sweets too, but we are not particularly fans of local cakes, so we did not eat. In theory, you won't stay hungry, but there is practically no variety and everything is not very tasty.
