ATTENTION, they said that in order to get beach towels, you need to make a deposit of $ 20 per towel !!! to put it mildly, the surprise was still the same! After that, I asked where I could have a snack from the road, because I'm with a small child and I would like to eat something , to which I was given the answer : wait for 00:00 and there will be a night soup . Well , it was a shock , of course , because the child will naturally fall asleep from the road before that time . (let me remind you that the time was 21.00). Well, the surprises didn 't end there either! There is no variety and abundance in food either , and to be honest, it does not look very attractive , and even more so it tastes ( well, not hungry , and thank you for that )! The most important thing here is to be the first to complete a quest like this - if you don't have time and you've sorted out some tray, then that's it, no one will tell you anything! No means no! And what 's more characteristic is that the food is cold ! I do not know why!!!!!But you won't believe it ::: there is no bread toaster here The rooms are not cleaned - or they pretend to be ! And of course, the cherry on the cake is that if you arrive with cash, it's better to put it in the safe immediately, because $100 was stolen from me! And at the same time, neither the staff at the reception nor the police (whom I called, but never saw) could help me! The only thing, probably the most positive thing, is that there is a children's room, children after the age of 4 can stay there on their own without being accompanied by their parents. In the room , the kids are entertained by an animator , they play there , draw -well , in general , they somehow try to diversify their vacation ! In a beach bar - no better! It opens at 11.30. There's a problem with variety again ! Everything is disposable and very one - sided! By the way , I forgot to add the only children 's menu - it 's French fries , and that 's it !!!! There are tables on the balcony too, but it is also difficult to find a place, bees fly. And you can smoke outside, if you don't smoke, it's better inside, but it's not possible to eat there because of the heat. The food is monotonous, you can eat. Ice cream for 9 days 1 time for dinner, queue in km. Ice cream is paid $ 2 per ball. There is always a queue for drinks, but you take the water in the refrigerator yourself without waiting in line. The rooms are generally terrible, if dirty, one problem, but it's mold on the walls, broken faucets, and a fake shower on top (I generally see this for the first time). Food: the usual buffet (I've been to different hotels in Turkey and I know what to compare it with) everything is the same, but you won't starve (the cups are dirty, the plates are dirty too) Room: the floors were washed 2 times in 7 days, towels were changed every other day, the air conditioner is mildewed and no one wants to wash it (I went to the reception 3 times, it doesn't matter) There is no animation from the word at all, only in the evening at 20:30- 21:00 dancing for children is nothing like WOW, thanks for that, although the neighbors had much cooler dancing and a stage, and then they did some kind of small scene near the bar. You take a table, if it's dirty - get ready to wait, they clean only for their own (Turks, there are a lot of them in the hotel). The dishes are dirty, and they are under the distribution, it is necessary to squat between someone's legs to sort through the plates to find a clean one. There are flies flying around, 3-4 stable on the table, 1 trap for the whole room, and she can't handle it. The food is mostly monotonous every day. Sometimes meat and chicken are different. But the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are generally always the same. There is no buffet as such, as there is a queue for the opening of the restaurant, the food is quickly sorted, and the hotel operates on the principle of "Who had enough, had enough". A couple of times we let the crowd through to eat properly and arrived an hour before the end of lunch (it lasts 1.5 hours) and 1.5 hours before the end of dinner (it lasts 2.5 hours), but there was no food. They sometimes add something, but not enough for everyone. The food is poor, for an amateur. Are you used to Turkish animation? Forget it. The tour operator stated that the animation in the hotel is in English and Russian - no, it is in Turkish here. You can see a large area in the photos, but keep in mind that the hotel was divided into 2. And where the stage is, now it's a different hotel, they won't let you in. There is a water park, but with huge queues, as all citizens are allowed there. And hotel guests can simply use them for free. There is not enough inventory for everyone, everyone is standing in queues. And for many, the key thing is that you won't be able to have a good rest without children. Cozy rooms, air conditioning, blackout curtains, bedside tables, TV, hairdryer, safe, refrigerator. The room is cleaned daily, there were days that we even refused. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is very tasty and varied. It is worth noting the super water park, both adults and children - everyone is delighted! Animation for guests is held every day (gymnastics, bocce, darts, volleyball, shooting from pneumatics, football, foam parties (there have already been 3 in 8 days), live music, etc.). Special respect to the animation guys, especially Tarzan and Gizmo, the guys are just super, none of the guests remain without their attention! I liked the rest in general. But before you book, read the reviews. If they sell you a top-five tour and promise that this is a first-class hotel, don't believe it. All 5 functions are present, but the hotel is very tired. We knew where we were going, so we weren't upset, the price was favorable and the alcohol was imported and the bar was round the clock. But there were many disappointed tourists.

My family and I had a vacation in June of the 24th year, it's not a five, it's a deception of pure water, the hotel is very dirty, they check into the old rooms specifically, where half of them don't work at all so that you pay extra and get a good room. I'm taking the star off because the hotel is a bit old and requires either general cleaning or renovation. On the plus side, there was a good variety of food, clean pools, its own water park, a beach with lots of sun beds, friendly staff, and a canteen on the beach that was open until 4 p.m. You could have a snack there between breakfast and lunch, or not go to lunch at all. The photo shows the terrace of the main restaurant, one of the pools of the water park.

We visited this hotel in September 2024. At the entrance to the hotel, instead of 5 stars, only 2 were lit on the sign, which immediately confused... Why didn't they change it?! Russian-speaking girls met at the reception, without explaining anything about where and how, what territory, what you can use, where restaurants and bars are. We arrived at 21 o'clock. The restaurant is closed, nothing was offered from the food, there is nowhere to eat outside the hotel!!!! We were shocked. The hungry and angry Were escorted to the room, the room just had a dirty floor, hair, no gel or shampoo, 3 glasses of water in the bar! The broken door to the balcony. The room itself was quite large. I will not describe the disadvantages for a long time... The hotel is dirty, dark-I generally consider this a huge disadvantage, it seems they save on electricity. The alcohol on the bar is so-so a couple of cocktails, tequila, whiskey, there is not even champagne, the wine is white, red. Bartenders are waiters, especially in the DINING ROOM-THIS is a restaurant... They are not neat, there is food on their clothes, Drops. There are torn , dirty tablecloths on the tables, it would be better if they were removed altogether. The food is normal, varied, everything is delicious enough, for this Plus! Pool chairs on which you can only sit, they do not straighten out, I'm sorry, this is very bad!!! The territory is large, but boring, there is nothing beautiful. We walked to the beach through an underground passage, through the territory of the water park. It's probably more fun there, but more for the kids. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach. The sea was clean, it was very pleasing. Whether we will come again, no. The price, quality, and service do not correspond to 5% 100%. We need high-quality, renovated repairs, 15 years ago this hotel was for sure, everything is very beautiful. But now it is very outdated. In my eyes, there are still burning 2 stars on the sign out of 5, probably I will give this assessment, purely for the service.

The food is monotonous, and sometimes they serve rotten pasta or pasta with fish bones. The bathroom in the room is in terrible condition, the rooms are not cleaned with high quality, water is not brought to the room. Glasses and dishes in general are not handled properly, there is constantly dried food on the plates, if there are not enough glasses, they collect them from the tables and simply rinse them without detergents.
