We rested for 16 nights from July 11 to 27 - 2 adults, 2 children. 460 thousand rubles. We read rave reviews and regretted the choice. When we arrived, we had already found reviews about real life here, but it was too late. Positive 15 hours from the airport. Not so far away. We arrived at about 20.30, we were immediately sent to dinner, and then we were registered. Otherwise, we would be hungry, there is nowhere to eat after dinner. A beautiful hall with remnants of luxury (a gorgeous collection of minerals). The reception is open-there are Russian speakers. Every time they wrote down "we will solve the problem." They didn't decide. I had to "run over". However, only after 4 days. I don't know if it's a plus or not -after the scandal on day 5, they gave me another superior room -much better repairs, sometimes I caught the Internet. Water park. Lots of slides. Although the water park is very old, scary figures, rusty streaks. But the children were delighted. Although we saw those with scratches. There is a "mermaid show" at 14.00 daily. We didn't go into the heat. Animation by the beach, the residential area is quiet. The children were sleeping peacefully. Tennis courts, football fields, gym, mini golf for children. Not everyone at the reception speaks Russian, but everyone is very polite and courteous. The hotel is a little tired, requires reinvention. The hotel is divided into 2 parts: buildings with rooms (in the form of ships), a reception with a restaurant and a deep pool (150 cm). Everything is often there and the floors are rubbed regularly - as can be seen in the photo. Across the street, there is an underground passage with funny drawings - places for selfies, a water park with tall slides, a 9-storey building. This water park is the reason for the influx of the local population from 10.00 to 17.00 and, accordingly, noise, screeching and dirt. Then the children's water park, my son liked it. A beach buffet, a stage, and a beach with sun beds by the sea. Some sunbeds are very tired, but they can be used, there are small stones, sand and dust in the shade, there are no ashtrays, and probably that's why there are "bulls" everywhere. The beach is a large pebble, special slippers are required. The view of the mountains is amazing. There is a bridge from which people jump into the sea. There were a lot of people at sea. The beach area is separated from the rest of the coast by buoys, but you can safely splash behind them, there is freedom. Eats paid sunbeds- not used. There are a lot of Turkish guests, 90% in my opinion. The rest are Russians, and a very small percentage of other nationalities. The food is good, a variety of vegetables, both fresh and stewed, everything is delicious, I want to try everything) beef in the form of cutlets, there are many sauces, mahshi, rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, spaghetti. One day we came to the restaurant early and counted 4 types of fish + 2 varieties), chicken. For breakfast, there are delicious rolls, honey, halva, sweet sauces, Turkish delight, eggs, scrambled eggs, porridge. Coffee, milk, tea and jupi draught drinks, water and soda. The fruits are different, but we only ate watermelon - it was sweet. The rest of the fruits are not sweet. Olives and cheeses , greens, a huge variety. There was a pizza, it was being prepared right in front of you, and there was a queue behind it. You have to catch a table on the terrace, although they smoke there, but the view of the mountain is amazing. Not far from the hotel there are shops where you can buy everything from the hotel to sneakers and fur coats. Excursions will also be offered. We did not buy excursions from the guides, for which our guide took offense at us (Mustafa Fit Holidays, Biblioglobus) and did not provide information about leaving the hotel. We found out in an hour - we had to pack in a hurry. The room was cleaned regularly, the bar was replenished with mineral water, the floors were washed and shampoo was brought, the towel was changed. The waiters in the restaurant are very efficient, they clean the plates on time, set the table for new visitors. The cleaners of the territory sweep something on their feet all day, but flowers and children who carry dirt from the lawn spoil the whole picture. The water park occupies a large area and has everything for both kids and adults. We rated the slides and pools five stars for this. The sea is clear and transparent, but the entrance is obstructed by cobblestones, special shoes are required.

The roar is very loud. There should have been a sofa...it was very necessary, we considered it as a separate place to sleep....it was not from the word at all (when buying the tour, it was said: IT WILL DEFINITELY BE) They came to ask at the reception, either to change the room to a larger one, or just to provide a sofa, they were ready to pay....no way. They began to feed me with empty promises. On the second day of the promises, it became clear to me that they would not do anything to somehow solve this problem. At the same time, they do not talk about it directly, but somehow pretend that they immediately have very little time, do not understand Russian, or frankly ignore it.This is definitely unpleasant. As a result, two teenage girls had to sleep together on a single bed. At night, the staff does not observe silence, can afford to laugh loudly, sing songs in their own language, and they do not realize that I just put a 1.5-year-old child to bed, and I would like to sleep myself, with an open balcony, because I tried not to turn on the air conditioner in the room with the child! Our balcony was at the patrol post at the entrance to the hotel. They are on duty there around the clock. Cleaning is terrible, even though every day, there is a finger-thick layer of dust under the beds. The rag hasn't been touched there, apparently, for a very long time. Sometimes bottled and carbonated water was brought at 0.33. The room has a safe, mini fridge and even internet access....But he doesn't catch on the beach anymore. We had a rest from July 31 to August 06, 2023. As in any place, there are pros and cons. Positive: - clear sea, mountains around, - a good water park for both adults and children (for residents free of charge). The queues are small, we rode all the slides calmly. - tolerable food, quite tasty (a lot of vegetables, herbs, sauces, fish, chicken, grapes, plums, apricots, sweet watermelons, various side dishes, etc.). During the entire stay, our family did not have any unpleasant events in connection with eating, - there were no queues for food and free tables, everyone was quietly accommodated. The waiters quickly put away the used dishes. - tolerable drinks, - delicious hookah on the beach (it's not a pity to pay $ 15) - there are a lot of Russian songs at the disco, including live singing (I do not agree with those who write that mostly Turkish music sounds), - there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. By bus, you can get to the center of Kemer and back in 17 minutes (cost $ 1 per person or payment in lira), - in the rooms for free: safe, kettle Minuses: - disgusting room cleaning, - the hotel needs renovation, replacement of furniture, sun beds, etc., - bad animation in the evening, mostly just a disco - there is no place to go outside the hotel, - the food is delicious, but monotonous, - noisy, old air conditioning, - the beach is quite steep, - they saw one cockroach in the room, - the territory of the hotel is not very large. In general, we do not regret our vacation here, but we will not return to this hotel anymore)))

I want to write a review about the Daima Biz hotel in Kemer. We had a rest at the end of July 2023. We were received at the airport and at the reception very well! The employees are responsive. They were escorted to the room. The room is good. Only the water in the sink does not go well. Shampoos do not come out... stretch this tube for 10 days🤣 after 5 days (I had to ask at the reception), shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were put on. Thank you. But they did it this way - they threw the vials, they flew apart! Like, choke on it! Very disrespectful! It's a shame even. And it's ultra all-inclusive👏👏👏👏👏strained and with toilet paper. The cleaning is so-so. There is a mold 10 cm high at the bottom of the walls. The pillowcase is torn. The bed (sheets) were changed once, but the old pillowcases remained in place. On the territory inside the hotel, at the reception, in the dining room, etc. it is very stuffy as if there are no air conditioners! As for the dining room, there is a smiling Girl at the entrance- it pleases! The rest of the workers are all very slow. There are no free tables to eat, there is nowhere to sit, although half of the free ones are littered with dirty dishes, because there is no one to clean! You stand waiting for a long time. The dishes are the same trouble. There is a queue for potatoes, pancakes, meat, fried eggs, although in other hotels you just come up and put it on. My friends asked me to take a picture of what they feed us, so I don't have time to take a photo, everything is snapped up like in a hungry year! It's strange that the dishes are not signed. You don't know what kind of soup, for example, or what kind of meat. By the way, the plates should be examined before taking them. They are often not washed and there are a lot of chips. The ladle with which the soup is poured (light) it stands in a stand from under the last soup (red), no one washed it ... nasty. Flies interfere with eating, they sit on your hands, on your feet, on the food itself. There is an ice bucket on each table and a bottle of water in it. So during the whole vacation, there was no ICE in any bucket or on any table! Meaning? Lunch is before 2 p.m. and at exactly 2 p.m. the lights in the dining room are turned off, although people have not finished eating. So it is for breakfast and dinner. Get out! Time's up. It's not pleasant. About the water park: There are many large slides for kids! The structures are tall. We didn't dare take a ride. The children were riding. I really liked it except for one slide, on which the child scratched his entire back. At every joint, the joint was painful to say. There is a large swimming pool where there are many people who want to swim, because the water park is open only until 17h. There is a bar nearby. As for the bars, the drinks are all there! Take whatever you want. The only problem is that there is no ice after lunch, and without it in the heat it's bad, and that's why we don't go to the bar. The counter is very dirty, everything is dirty under the counter where people are queuing! No one will walk with a mop, rag or broom. We take paid delicious ice cream ($1), corn ($ 2) and smoothies ($ 2). There are several shops on the way to the beach. It remains to describe the beach. There are showers. The sun beds are all torn and dirty. Paid bungalows are $30 per day. There are buckets for garbage, but often the garbage is out… There is a big dangerous spike sticking out on the pier where people jump into the sea! The sea is magnificent! Warm and transparent! The sea is a huge PLUS of the hotel, but this is not their merit. My verdict is 2 stars at most. Take my word for it, those who are used to 5 stars have nothing to do here! By the way, in the evenings, there is only a children's disco here, smoothly turning into an adult one. No artists or concerts. There's nothing to watch- there's no one to clap! The maximum burst balloon contest was a foam party 2 times a day on the beach. During the day, sports games are offered to those who wish.
