We stayed at this hotel from 8.09 to 15.09. I liked the hotel. As many people write, they do not clean well, they do not change the bed linen. Dear compatriots, in my experience, I can say leave 1 dollar at least a couple of times for a vacation and you will have everything.(70 rubles is not great money). Anyway, they also want to earn money. Of course, there is something worn in the rooms, not very new plumbing, but it is enough to wash off the salt. Of course, it would not hurt to renovate for this category of hotel. But we only spent the night in the room. There is a free safe in the room, which is very convenient. The food is not delicious, but also nothing bad, meat, fish every day, a lot of desserts, salads, vegetables. The usual homemade food, everything is delicious. The beach is good, the pebbles, the sea is generally super, especially in the morning the water is crystal clear. They clean the beach every day, they saw it in person. If someone is not satisfied with the communal pool, then there are rooms with a private pool, but for an additional fee.the fee. We were offered $50. The pools are always clean, cleaned every day. I really liked that the recreation and entertainment area is located separately, i.e. across the street. A big plus for vacationers of this hotel is a free water park because other visitors pay money for visiting. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a pool bar on site, as well as a lobby bar. The recreation area also has a large swimming pool, a separate pool with slides for children. In the evening there is a very good animation and after dancing and live music. In general, everything was fine, in the future there are plans to return to this hotel.

This is the best hotel in terms of price-quality ratio out of the 5 previous ones in which we rested! Excellent infrastructure: the entertainment area is located next to the beach across the street from the hotel, but everything is nearby. This suits both those who need a relaxing holiday and "noisy" tourists. A big bonus is that hotel visitors can use the Dolu Su Water Park, which is located nearby, for free. Many thanks to Hassan at the Reception for the room with a swimming pool! Food and drinks are normal, without frills. It's a little cramped in the restaurant and I would like a bigger beach, but that's if you find fault. The hotel's vacationers are Russians, Kazakhs and Ukrainians. This is probably his only disadvantage. I am very ashamed of my compatriots who made it to All Inclusive! In general, feel free to go on vacation to this hotel! Especially those with kids! You won't regret it!

For me, the biggest disadvantage was that the hotel had problems with cleaning. For example, our room was cleaned 2 times on the second and last days of arrival. The sign was hung constantly, but she came to us 2 times and at exactly 14.00. although we had a family room and she saw us with small children more than once. Otherwise, a solid five.

We were in August 2019, we lost one day of arrival and departure due to the rescheduled flight by Anex tour, but these are claims to Anex tour they will never fly again! But the hotel itself, although they write 5 stars, they are not attracted to them, warm water flows alternately in the shower, then cold, then hot, it is impossible to swim normally. Wi-fi does not work on the territory, and there is nothing special in the room, we were without Internet for several days and the hotel was in no hurry to eliminate it. My friends' air conditioner broke down, so it was repaired only after 2 days, I had to sleep in the stuffiness. I bought a bungalow at the reception, they tried to trick us from there, a terrible inconsistency between the security and other staff! The elevator also worked every other time. The TV is not working well. There are also small balconies. The hotel also has a terrible guide!!! Moreover, he forced us to listen to offers for eoo excursions for a lot of money, and then he forced us to write a waiver of insurance (although he has no right) if we went on excursions not through him, he said that all Russians were problematic and imposed his excursions. As a result, we bought excursions 2 times cheaper near the hotel in the Mars company. The only advantage is that the water park was included in the price, it is really big and cool and the pools are different. Fortunately, they could amuse themselves and despite all the disadvantages, they had a fun vacation!

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. A huge green area. It's funny that the hotel area is located separately from the area of pools, water parks, bars and discos - this is important for families with young children. We took a family room - 2 bedrooms (1 four-poster double bed + balcony, and 2 single beds + sofa and Jacuzzi and 2 Windows), separate hallway and bathroom. View of the pool and restaurant (5th building). The room is large, 2 TVs, 2 air conditioners, a refrigerator - everything works flawlessly. They clean every day and change towels, every day 2 bottles of water without gas and 2 with gas. The restaurant is great - there is beef every day!!! (Which is rare!!), about once every 2 days mutton!!! (Even less often!!), turkey, chicken and fish in different types every day, potatoes, vegetables, pasta.... there are a lot of things, watermelons, apples, oranges are constantly made of fruits - there is enough for everything and everyone. A beautiful beach with the purest water, there are fish (for those with a mask), many pools, there are children's pools, there is a children's water park, 2 large water parks for those who are older and very large (flying slides) work almost all day (from 10 to 17). In the beach bar you really have to stand a little bit due to the fact that the vending machine with cola-fanta sprite stands at the bartenders, as a result, the kids create a queue. There is a hookah, ice cream, fresh food for a fee. The animators are also great: they run during the day and do great evening shows. Thanks for the rest!!! 03.06.19-06/14/19

Great animation!a large area, slides for children, although the DOLUS water park was also closed by our arrival, but this did not sadden us, since there were slides on the pool!The food in the first two days was upsetting, since there was one chicken, if I, as a girl, didn't care, then I thought my men would be hungry the whole vacation, but two days later it returned to normal,lamb, beef, red fish were given, minus the fact that the food is SOOO fatty, they don't spare oil(((table with sweets were scarce, but in principle you can eat something!! Minus-in a small room for food, constant queues, lack of tables! Plus, the staff is responsive, 80% speak Russian, the tables are cleaned quickly! The rooms are cleaned daily, but in 10 days they have never made the bed!! The key to the room for the three of us was given 1, explaining that we should not leave the second one in the room to cool the room, BUT the key for $ 10 can be bought and left if desired)))for the loss of the key, the tags from the hand are also $ 10, a beach towel for a deposit of $ 10 for each, they are returned at the end of arrival!they didn't even go to the hammam in the hotel, and those who were there said they didn't like the massage!The disco is until 1:00, BUT drinks at the bar already stop being poured at 00:00, it's also very strange, people are just starting to get into courage, after the animated show, as alcohol is already blocked here)))alcohol is normal, 2 glasses are poured into one hand!!! We rested with my husband and child for 9 years from 1.06.19 . Awesome vacation. Its own water park, greenery everywhere, a large Playground. But most of all I was surprised by the room with a private pool of 150m. 1st floor of the 1st building on the opposite side of the restaurant. They didn't go through us. However, there is a problem with sound insulation.We can hear everyone walking down the corridor-it was very stressful, especially at night.I recommend the hotel.
