For two of us, we were charged $70 for this magnificent dinner. We refused to pay for it, offered to buy them a pack of olives, but they naturally needed money from us. I started filming it on video, then their "hotel manager" ran up and started yelling at me to delete the video. Then they took us outside and he touched me, then started pushing my man, clearly forcing him to fight. But we didn't fall for it. They offered to talk to the manager. We apologized for the olive we ate, he said he didn't care how much we ate, it was a gift. But a Sarabi employee, a certain Oguz, did not calm down and demanded $ 70, as a result, we were kicked out of the hotel into the street at night in a foreign country. Moreover, while we were figuring it all out, they blocked the card from our room, and we had things there!!!! And Oguz did not allow the hotel staff to let us into the room and pick up our things until we paid him $70. He demanded payment. Obviously in his pocket. I consider sarabi company to be charlatans, I am sure that our guide Yashar and Oguz arranged all this. We were kicked out of the hotel, moreover, Oguz demanded to leave even the hotel territory, he did not even allow us to use the Internet in the lobby to find a place to live at night. With grief, we took our things from the room and were put on the road. Oguz even said something to the guards, apparently so that they would not let us into the territory. These people are tarnishing the reputation of their country! About the hotel itself, I will say this: the hotel is old. The rooms are large. The territory is large. Our friends stayed there, they lived there for 2 nights and 3 days. They spoke badly about the food, the food was not tasty and not fresh. On my own, I will say that I will never recommend this hotel, because their management allows themselves to let their hands loose on their guests. This is terrible!

Hello, we have come back to the hotel where we came for our honeymoon 11 years ago with our 7-year-old daughter. We wouldn't have come.! First of all, if you don't smoke, don't come here because non-smokers are treated like second-class people in this hotel. Contrary to the laws, they forced us to eat in the open sun with our little girl while the indoor area was reserved for smokers. And this is not a one-time thing, it's a general practice. Note: Since there is no sign or warning to attract attention in the non-smoking section, there is also smoking there, and no officer comes and warns. For example, when you enter the tea queue for 15 people and are happy that it's time, you look at the tea, the water has been drained, and 10 minutes later it's called the bride. 10 minutes later you leave, the tea is finished, they have just brewed. No lie, we have achieved the success of being able to buy tea a few times, how happy we were as a family for this.(!) Because only the tea machine at the far end is turned on in the big dining hall, I think they are apocalyptic so that others don't get tired. May Allah believe you, we stayed for 5 nights and came across a coffee machine that worked only 1 time. But we found out that it wasn't a coffee worth waiting for. Let's not get into the drinking part at all, the subject gets too long, but let's sum it up like this. They add a little of the brand drinks I heard about for the first time to the syrups with a lot of sugar and a lot of dyed ones and make cocktails. There is no closed beer, you have to drink from the barrel. Don't even ask if there isn't one, because you don't have to ask what. There is no lie, the water parks are beautiful, but they also buy so many damless ones there, the type that is popularly Decried as barzo, that they are excessive, don't swear. Believe me, I'm ashamed of my wife. You're going to the snack section, the guy came with a boxer.! An attendant also does not say, ”wait, my sister, did you come from the mountain". There is a very nice huge pool at the back of the hotel, we were a little comfortable, as families usually prefer it there, but the food and heavy oil issues did not let us get away with there either. There is table tennis, the racket is broken. There is a disco, it has never been opened for 5 days. It's not an exaggeration, maybe there are 40 types of sweets, but there is no dessert that you can call 1 great. Who gave you the idea to make baklava with almonds, for God's sake? Believe me, I've never eaten worse. Of course, there is a lot of variety, but when the quality is low, people buy all kinds and don't eat any of them, and hop, all the food is thrown in the trash. Oh, brother, instead of making 40 types, make 10 types, make them high quality. But no, then can't you pour the icing on yesterday's cake and display it as a new dessert? And so, our holiday holiday has never been here. Not to mention the more money than the 2 minimum wages we give. But despite everything, there were also staff who could provide friendly service, and we would also like to thank them. If there is a rare beauty that remains in our minds, it is thanks to them.

There are ALL the necessary entertainment and sports events, animation, a children's club, a water park open until 08/28 and slides for every taste. Nice rooms, friendly hotel staff. The service is excellent!!! I advise you to consider the option for next year. The food is served in convenient serving bowls, there was enough of everything, meat, fish, vegetables and of course sweets and pastries. If you compare with hotels like Rixos, this hotel will be about 4 stars. But for this money, what we paid is quite acceptable. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Daima Biz Hotel.

We rested here in the second half of September 2022. The first thing that greets the guest is the reception - the staff at the counter does not speak Russian, but they understand English. When exiting the elevator, we were greeted by a broken ceiling lamp without a light bulb, periodically the hotel resembles an abandoned building due to poor repairs. You need to give a deposit for beach towels. Wi-Fi throughout the territory (a big plus). There is a spa and massage at the hotel - you need to bargain there. Rooms: we (the couple) got a murdered family room: the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, there are traces of mold on the sinks and tiles in the bathroom, the toilet flush button was broken and it was repaired for almost half of our stay at the hotel. Part of the sockets by the bed did not work, the air conditioner was on its last legs. The bed was made in the room every day, but the linen was changed only once. By the way, the pillows are very large and uncomfortable, but for an additional fee you can rent normal pillows - these are good fellows, thank you. The electricity in the room worked without a key card. Food: the restaurant copes very poorly with the flow of guests, it is difficult to imagine what huge queues there are during the season. But even on weekends, when the influx of guests increased, it was possible to stand for some dish for 15-20 minutes. These dishes themselves did not attract 5 stars of the hotel - everything was bland, there was practically no choice of fish and meat, there was no seafood at all for all 10 days, soups without seasonings. You can eat something, but it's hardly tasty. The basic French fries were only on the beach, but even there you need to stand in a 15-minute queue. Bars: there is a small selection of cocktails, the list of alcohol is not limited to vodka and gin, you can experiment. Bartenders often speak Russian. We liked the bar The sea: since we lived in the farthest building, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea. Pebble beach. Finding a free and not broken sunbed is a problem - there are not enough of them. There is a pier from which you can jump. And the sea is like the sea - we liked the water, clean and warm. Swimming pool: there is only one at the hotel, during the season, there will probably be little space. But in our period it was comfortable. You can't swim in the pool after dinner. Animation: practically absent. Darts and volleyball only, foam party once a week. There are no evening animations, although the program at the reception indicates the opposite. And animation was also indicated when booking. There is a children's animation. Water park: there are a lot of visiting tourists on weekends and there will be long queues, but on weekdays you can safely ride. The water park is good and there are beautiful views from the high slides. The general impression: we will not go here a second time, we gave about 80k for the hotel (without a flight) - it's not worth it. We need a good renovation so that we can consider this hotel for a holiday again. There is a bus stop nearby - you can go to Kemer or Antalya for shopping or walking. And there is a good sandy beach in Phaselis - be sure to go there.

We arrived today at 07/16/24 somewhere around 9 a.m. My tour operator is a golden man, there are absolutely no complaints about her...She called the hotel, contacted the representatives a few days before arriving here, was always in touch with them, everything was stated in front of her in the best format! The room, allegedly after the renovation of the hotel (in fact, it did not exist at all, you can see it in other reviews) is terribly dirty, not cleaned, toothpicks, traces, dust (I will attach a photo) ... trash. at the reception, people have no interest in their guests at all, they left tea at check-in. Anyway, they gave me a terrible number. But basically, as we entered the hotel, I already saw that all the windows, windows, everything was in traces, not washed and not cleaned. There is dirt, dust all over the hotel, everything is lying around, aaaaa!!! I haven't been here for another day, but I already want to escape. By food: of the dishes, if you can call them that, two not fried types of some kind of meat, neither chicken nor beef, the smell is not pleasant. A couple of types of greenery... alcohol...it is stated that there is a cocktail menu, and champagne, and this and that, dear readers of this review!!! There is no food, no choice, no taste, no alcohol, nothing! There's just nothing here except dust, bacteria and rudeness. No one wants to decide anything, no one cares about the guests. This is not the 5th race, not the 4th or even the 3rd!!!! This is the first time I've come across the fact that without having time to come and find the slightest plus in this place, I just can't find it. A dollar per ball) There are hookahs near the beach, there are tours and all kinds of entertainment at sea. There is also a pool with slides on site, but it is better to go to the water park and there is an even smaller pool located inside the buildings. Cons: The hotel has a lot of cons. Restaurants feed people like pigs. The food is not put on the buffet carelessly, the flies eat it and no one drives them away, the meat smells like rotten meat, you can't take a fork and a knife there, you can only take a spoon, and the rest of the appliances are on the tables and when someone has eaten these old appliances are taken away and do not put new ones and people have nothing to eat and do not change I'm eating, then she starts to get bored. By the way, for the fact that the underdogs take a fine of $ 20. It's a disaster in the rooms. The cleaners don't run away at all. Dust is scattered in shreds, towels are not enough for a person, the fan cannot be turned off and therefore it interferes with sleeping, linen is rarely changed on beds, but new is still some kind of shit. The only water source is brought to the room. They have to wear it every day, but many do not bring it for five days, but these porters note that they wore it to these rooms. The receptionist has a bad staff. They address you in English, many in the hotel do not know how to speak Russian. I give this hotel a rating of 2.2 out of 5

The aqua park at the hotel was closed, the pier was dismantled, sun loungers were taken out from the beach, awnings and gazebos were dismantled. There were no entertainment for adults and children, as well as an Aqua Park, which were announced on the tour. The photos that Dima biz indicates on his website do not correspond to reality because once a single complex was divided and beautiful photos were forgotten to remove from the site. I vacationed with my wife and child in 2016 at this hotel under the all-inclusive program. I liked almost everything. I'll start with the "hanger". The reception was arranged quickly enough, in addition, they offered to choose a room in Dima or Beach. They said what is the difference. While waiting for the settlement, it was possible to go to a restaurant for lunch. They arranged for the first floor. The room is neat, clean with a small balcony, but after the rain that fell on the eve, there was perspiration from the ground. We asked for another room and it was provided to us after lunch. The room was on the 3rd floor. The cleanliness and decoration of the hotel inspired hope for a safe holiday. Further-more. A huge swimming pool divided into 4 zones in depth (knee-deep - for the youngest children, with its own swimming accessories: motorized ducks, inflatable circles, balls), an area for aqua aerobics, diving and ... a good water park! His own! There was a reason to look younger, by 20 years...30. The son did not leave the slides at all, his wife and I thought he would grow fins.😂 Own clean beach (caretakers regularly went and collected garbage from negligent vacationers). The food was also on top. Somehow it turned out that the last two days of our vacation, crayfish were cooked in the restaurant. Eat as much as you want (with chilled white wine -cool). Among the variety of different salads (by the way, the products were all fresh - withered lettuce leaves, tomato skins, and other vegetables, neither I nor my wife found, although they searched ...) incredible desserts and other gastronomic masterpieces, meat dishes were also present in sufficient quantities. Everything was fresh and delicious. In addition to everything - chilled beer, white and red wines, tea, coffee... Dining areas in restaurants were decorated differently every day, in different colors, which is also nice. In the evenings, animations were held, where it was interesting for adults, and parents themselves could participate. There was, at that time, an autodrom with radio-controlled cars on the territory of the green zone of the hotel... In short, there was a lot to do. Neither we, the adults, nor the child were bored. The hotel staff, like some locals, spoke Russian quite clearly - we did not experience difficulties in communication. 10 days flew by like one. They were conducted as politely as they were greeted. The transfer was delivered to the hotel on time. Thanks to the hotel administration, and I would also like to note the clear work of the travel company from which we rested there. We didn't spare the money we paid for this tour.

Vacationed with friends at this hotel in October 2018. My friends had a room on the ground floor, because there were 2 small children. When checking in, friends paid $ 20 to get settled faster. We waited until 13.00. At that time we went to the sea, sat by the pool. Our room was on the 4th floor. The hotel has an elevator, when they were too lazy to climb on foot, they rode it. The room is spacious, there were a few flaws, but this did not prevent us from enjoying our vacation. Everything worked fine. Cleaning was done every day, the bed was changed every day too. As for food, you won't stay hungry there. There was meat every day, fish almost every day too. The menu was repeated, but it did not get boring. I didn't even have time to try many things at all. The waiters were generally great, they rushed around like crazy, cleaned everything quickly. We had lunch on the beach once, of course the menu is not so varied, but it was fine. The weather was great, it was fresh in the morning and evening, but it was hot in the afternoon. The territory is large, there is a place to walk with children and yourself. There was a playroom and playground for children. There was also enough entertainment for adults. We rode the roller coaster, super. In general, I recommend this hotel, we would return to it again.
