I had a rest at the end of June 2025. I liked the hotel, if there is an opportunity, I would still come here. The food was great! The staff is helpful! It's true that room cleaning is lame, but it's not critical for me. It takes 1 minute to walk to the sea. There are not enough sun beds, but we went to the sun beds of the neighboring five-star hotel, it's not bad there either... , The beach is sandy and pebbly.

We stayed at this hotel with my son in May. Close to the sea, good location, gorgeous views from the dining area, there was always music))) the pools are excellent, there were problems with hot water in the room, the food is varied, delicious, a VERY wide variety of desserts, the bartenders try with cocktails. The animation is SUPER!!!! We were taken for free to a club by the sea in Old Side almost every night. THE REST WAS A SUCCESS!!!!!!)))))

I've been staying at this hotel since September 9th.. I also paid for the view from the window to the sea .but I didn't have to see it. The hotel does not have an elevator.With problematic legs , it was difficult to get up once , let alone walk back and forth several times a day .I asked for a transfer to the following address , and they offered it .but there was a fungus in the rooms-I refused. Transferred to a much cheaper room.but the funds were not recalculated. I paid for the sea view. .but this room was also occupied by other tourists, and this is understandable.But where's my money?which I paid for the sea view. From the "window", or rather from the door of the room where I lived, I can see (the slides of another hotel are almost right next to each other) This is the number 5001.It's hard to call it a number-the stink.The toilet wasn't working. We had a vacation with a friend from April 28 to May 10, 2025. Wonderful hotel, clean and well-groomed territory, excellent location, the sea nearby. Good service. According to the stories of vacationers who have been here before, a beach bar is also opened in the summer. Fun animation, various entertainment programs, and a disco in the evenings. The rooms are cozy and equipped with everything you need. The beach is within walking distance, the pebble-sandy shore. There were always enough sun beds for everyone during our vacation. Sun beds with comfortable mattresses. There are two swimming pools on site, and slides were installed on one of the pools during our vacation. There are shopping malls near the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and courteous, so it creates an atmosphere of good rest and good mood. Everything is solvable, any question at the reception will be helped to resolve. Wi-Fi in the lobby is free, it's enough to get in touch. A paid 4 dollars a day catches well and everywhere. The first coastal, sandy, clean and cozy beach with a beach bar, a lot of sun beds with mattresses. The children really liked the animation, after there was a disco, delicious smoky hookahs. There was always a lot of different food. The slide in the pool delighted the children. The responsive and courteous staff promptly responded to all requests, the cozy, clean and well-groomed territory of the hotel. There is a bazaar and a pharmacy near the hotel. The Mediterranean Sea is warm and clean 😍 We got on a Turkish night, we were very impressed 😍 Everything was beautifully decorated, insanely delicious baklava of various types and fireworks at the end! We had a rest in this place from May 17th to May 25th. I must say that the hotel is not designed for people with sore feet. There are no elevators in the buildings, and to get to the restaurant or the beach you have to go up the stairs. I was surprised that they offered a room upon check-in... without an air conditioner with a hole in the wall. Of course, we refused. They changed it to a normal one without further ado. What's the problem with the hotel is the hot water. If there are several hours a day, consider yourself lucky. The food at the hotel is not bad. There was meat and fish, and a grill was being prepared outside. But the choice of fruits is small: apples, pears and oranges. Alcohol includes vodka, gin, red and white wine, and beer. There were always free sun beds on the beach. The sea at the hotel is not for children - the depth begins almost next to the shore. The animators did well, they staged some kind of show every day. There are water slides. During the stay, mostly people of retirement age from Russia and Poland had a rest.

The old stock, 2 sockets in the room, the hair dryer is not working, the refrigerator is not working, the hot water cannot be set up, the room cleaning is purely symbolic, the linen has never been changed in 10 days. This three-star hotel is a stretch and big. The rooms are cleaned once a week, and only after you tell them to! The hotel requires major renovation. The food is passable, there is something to eat if you are not picky. Basically, there is no animation, it's the same thing (a couple of dances with children and then karaoke). Before the trip, I carefully studied a dozen different hotels and this one suited us the most in price / quality, because we wanted a direct flight from Novosibirsk. The reviews were different, someone really liked everything, someone quite the opposite, and to be honest, before the flight I began to fear that there would be really trash and horror. Therefore, it was decided to write the most detailed and honest review to those who are just as confused as I am - to take / not to take)) I must say right away, my husband and I are 26 and 29 years old, so that the view of our generation is clear. Let's get started. 1. Transfer and accommodation. We arrived early, around 9 a.m., we and 3 other families were on the bus to the hotel. We were the very first to arrive. Taking into account the arrival at the store for 15 minutes (there you could smoke, go to the toilet, buy a cocktail on the way), the road took us 1.50. You could buy water, soda and beer on the bus. The water cost 1 dollar for 2 bottles, the rest 3-4 dollars. As soon as we arrived (around 12 a.m.), we were given bracelets at the reception and told to wait for the standard check-in until 14:00. You could use everything in the hotel safely, and you can leave your things at the reception. We lay on the sun beds, drank beer and went to get the keys at 13:55. To be honest, my biggest fear from the hotel was a terrible smelly room with a view of the next one somewhere on the 1st-3rd floor. Thank God we were very lucky, they put us on the top floor in the building farthest from the sea. The view was really on the neighboring windows, but our room was extreme, so we had a very good view of the sea in both directions) I was really pleased with that. The room for two was small, but everything was fresh and clean. The mattress on the bed is excellent and comfortable. There was a blanket. The condee and the refrigerator worked fine. There are 2-3 Russian channels on TV. The bathroom was not great. There was a slight smell of sewage, but I didn't really notice. But I've heard some hotel guests complain about strong odors.And our toilet was a little shaky)) but it's nothing at all, I think. The hair dryer is normal. We cleaned our room every day, one day I stained the sheets with lukum, but we left 2.5 bucks and they changed it for us, I don't know if they would have changed it just like that, they didn't check) By the way, they did not ask for an additional payment for the room, we had the usual standard paid. But the huge disadvantage of the room is the noise insulation. It doesn't exist at all, so if you have a light sleep, take earplugs. All in all, it didn't really piss me off. Let's move on. 2. Food There is a controversial point here. I didn't see any huge queues for food, only on fish day, when they gave crabs, but this is logical. The food tasted like 3.5/5. There were really very tasty dishes - zucchini with minced meat and cheese, rice pudding, the whole grill was very tasty, you could put together a burger, everything was for him and he turned out quite well. Pancakes were sometimes made for breakfast. I saw some porridges, I don't know why someone wrote that they weren't there. Desserts and cheeses are standard, but 1 time they gave 5 types of baklava, it was gorgeous! On the same day as the crabs with mussels. I'll tell you this, we didn't have that, even when we were on vacation in the top five. But watermelons and melons were absolutely nothing at all (Vegetables are normal. We always found tables for ourselves at any time. But it seemed to us that it was because the end of the season. In the season, probably not everyone will sit down (By the way, there was always enough food, too, and when they came to the beginning and to the end. Alcohol. We only drank beer, but my husband took a gin and tonic 1 time, says the dazzler)) It's better not to drink. The beer is normal, but it seemed to us that they were diluting it. The territory of the hotel is pleasant, there is a lot of vegetation, pomegranates, olives grow, someone even picked a banana and gave it to us) But there are moments for cosmetic repairs. A lot of things are already like this, worn out, peeling. At first you don't notice, but by the 6th day it already catches your eye. There is free Internet in the lobby, the speed is normal, and you can send a text message and a photo. Someone even called. I bought Internet for a week at the reception, for $15. Great internet, but I didn't catch it on the beach( There are many different markets near the hotel, you can buy souvenirs) By the way, I strongly advise you to go to ancient Side, but not with an excursion, because the guide will not tell you something super interesting there, and time is limited to take a walk. It's better to spend this $ 60 for lunch at a cafe by the sea there and walk around as much as you want, admire the beauty. We booked a room with a sea view, settled in with a view of the roof, yes, a tiny piece of the sea was visible, the 4th floor without an elevator, a strong smell of sewage, one small bed with one blanket for two. On the trail.the day we moved to another building, the room was dark and gloomy, there was no cleaning for a week, the maids brazenly ignored, repeated complaints at the reception did not help, they themselves got towels, t/paper, took out the trash. By the way, there was a constant migration from building to building, apparently, this is the policy of the hotel upon check-in. There is a lot of food, but it is always cold, greasy, salty, inedible, and I was only pleased with the fruits. Places should be taken everywhere in advance, on the beach, in the restaurant, in the lobby with Wi-Fi. The hotel is boring, there is nowhere to hide, there is nowhere to go behind the hotel. The depth is immediate in the sea, when it is difficult to enter and exit the waves, and the waves are frequent there. The staff has nothing to do with it) I myself witnessed how the keeper of the beach Ismail, at about 7.30 pm, cleaned the towels left especially for the next day, because at that time he cleans and washes the mattresses👍 The food is very varied, there is everything and in sufficient quantity, for a 4-star hotel it is more than excellent. The most important thing that pleased me was the inexhaustible supply of cold water available around the clock. Refrigerators are in the dining room and in the lobby. Delicious coffee in the dining room, too, at any time of the day or night, alcohol and everything else without restrictions. The room was cleaned every day) There was a problem with towels once, when, apparently, there was a large arrival of guests, but I went to the receptionist and the issue was resolved within 3 hours. Then they started grilling the Chicken, but the grill was turned on as soon as dinner began, i.e. standing for meat for at least an hour in the heat. We were constantly hungry. And we are not asking for a lot of food, we just asked for potatoes and pasta so that the children would have something to eat. In the evening, after the pools close, the children have nothing to do, the children's room is locked, they were sitting in the lobby on the Internet. There is no Internet on site, even the purchased one does not work. The presenter as a separate character hates Russians. He almost always includes Turkish songs, after the scandal, he included American ones, but this is when the Bulgarians quarreled. From alcohol - beer (excellent), red, white (dry) wines, vodka, gin. The main disadvantage of the bar and the entire hotel is the "dirty" glasses. One kind causes a gag reflex. We went with our container. Another disadvantage is the torn bed linen. But we immediately changed it when we brought it to the reception and showed that we wanted to change it. Minuses: There was practically no change of linen, maybe I should have come up and asked. On the second day, they left 2 dollars, on the third - one, but it didn't work. The cleaning consisted of taking out the trash and replenishing the toilet paper, maybe a little sweeping. There is nothing in the bathroom except liquid soap. The most unpleasant incident happened during check-in. Since our room for four was small, the manager immediately suggested a bigger one with a sea view. I went to look. A narrow strip of sea could be seen from the side, but the main background was the back of the kitchen with tanks and regularly arriving food trucks and garbage trucks. And for this they asked to pay an additional 170 dollars. I say, thank you, no need. Farid's manager (Feride, as she introduced herself, asked her where her good knowledge of Russian came from, it turned out that she was from Kyrgyzstan) immediately offered another room, the price was reduced to 120 dollars, the room was not bad, we agreed. The second night it was quiet, but the next we realized that there was no sound insulation between the rooms/floors (if there were drunken neighbors behind the wall). What's in the bungalow room, what's in the main building, it feels like those with the "sense of the horizon". There are problems with the staff (paintings, shelves in the bathroom, televisions – everything is noticeably littered). The rooms are cleaned daily, and the corridors are also cleaned, but the constant "parking spot" for mobile cleaning trolleys on each floor (and it's quite narrow that you have to squeeze past them) is slightly depressing. It is noteworthy that there is a volleyball court on the beach, and a water polo gate by the main pool, but I have not seen anyone playing all this time and no one from the staff has offered to play. There is no sign of water aerobics (as well as discos, with evening programs), and there is no animation for children either (the local "DJ" turns on music in the evenings, on an improvised "dance floor" by the pool, but her repertoire leaves "much to be desired"). There are slides for children, but the water is turned on for only a couple of hours, after lunch (and then only two out of three). There is a bar in the lobby, but it is empty (although people are constantly rubbing there, due to the availability of free Wi–fi), the bar is open only at the opposite end of the hotel near the dining room (and there is not much variety in drinks, only beer, wine and vodka with gin). By the way, the food in the dining room is not bad (there is some variety), although this picture is spoiled by elderly fellow citizens (of whom, by the way, there are many here), who take turns for meat / fish cooked on coals in half an hour! I was pleased with the availability of outdoor exercise equipment, and even those are so-so. Next to them (under a canopy), a tennis table is asking for an empty place, but the hotel management apparently has "other plans." During my entire stay here, the power supply was cut off a couple of times in the area (fortunately, the presence of diesel generators saved the day), but if they are located at a distance from the neighboring hotel, near the fence, then the buzzing generator (next to the 2nd building, and even at night, is such a "pleasure"). In general, I was disappointed in the hotel and would not recommend it to sophisticated tourists.

According to the price list, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the work of the staff is high. There are interesting entertainment programs in the evenings, but I especially liked singing karaoke and dancing by the pool to incendiary music.

There were also no daytime animations, although they said that there was exercise, yoga, and activities in the pool, but none of this was carried out. The wi-fi in the lobby catches terribly, it doesn't load anything. We can say that we were left without communication , and the "cherry on the cake" of our vacation was that during our stay at the hotel, a girl was raped by hotel staff. after that, not only was there no desire to relax there, but even staying somewhere alone, especially in the evening, was very scary! The only ray of light was the reception staff. Upon check-in, we had a very pleasant conversation and took into account our wishes. and when there were problems with the room, the girl helped us with the problem very quickly, for which we are very grateful to her and I give the only star just for that. I really hope that the hotel will improve and hire staff more carefully!
