there were four of us with our daughters on 06/24/19.to30.06.19 the rooms were terrible, my wife and I were on the first floor, it's something in the room there is no damp hood, it just doesn't exist at all the daughters were on the fourth floor there was no air conditioning, one herb swill vodka gin beer and wine of not the best quality everyone who was there was just shocked with drinking water, horror strained even the Turks said that we were unlucky with the hotel, taxi drivers do not know this hotel had to be called the neighboring one, guides say only from this hotel people leave with the words finally home, no one can visit there, just horror for such money

We had a rest this year in October. The hotel evokes contradictory feelings. The room for a surcharge of 20& was great. The sea and the beach are gorgeous. That was the end of the impression. During the 10 days of my stay, I did not drink tea or coffee.. I'm sorry, Mr. hotel owner, but this is just pig slops. I drank water and boiling water-if there was one. Of course, I will not go here to rest a second time. The staff at the hotel is good. Except for the angry couple of cooks in the dining room.. I can't call this room a restaurant.

The view from the room is on the wall of the neighboring building.) The bathroom is drained of sewage. There is hot water in the morning, in the evening you will wash only with cold water. The room is dead, the bed linen and towels are already worn out. The furniture is falling apart. Well, the humidity is high, nothing can be dried in the room. There is no adequate hanger on the balcony to hang things, everything was dried on outdoor chairs. Thank you that the air conditioner worked well. And a TV with a couple of Russian channels. At least some entertainment. Food. Everything is the same, it's the same every day. I had a lot to choose from. But the young man was very sad because of the lack of meat. But we ate enough vegetables and fruits for a month ahead. Watermelon, however, was always not very ripe. There are few sun beds. Of course, everyone has been busy since the night before. We have never lain on them, only on our towels always. The entrance to the sea is pebbles and stones, it hurts my legs. Animation is only for children. In general, you can live. But the hotel is clearly not 4 stars.

If you want to spoil your vacation, then welcome to this hotel. At the entrance to the hotel, a cemetery will remain 10 meters away from you. At the reception, you will be greeted by arrogant staff, only one tall guy like Yusuf is called normal, the rest are finished, especially a girl like Uzbek. When we arrived, the time was 12.30, and check-in was at 14.00. Usually, in other hotels, they always went to a meeting, seeing that they had three children, and checked in earlier if there was an empty room. Then this girl said that our family room is available, but if you want to check in earlier, you have to pay 20 bucks. We decided that while we had lunch, we would take a walk around the territory, these 1.5 hours would pass and then we would settle in quietly. But 1.5 hours have passed and voila, the same girl claims that there are NO available family rooms! After we went to the management and talked loudly, we were checked into a standard room, but they promised to move us into a family room with a sea view in 2 days, and compensate for all this misunderstanding with free Internet in the room until the end of the stay and not evict us from the room before departure. As a result, two days later we were moved into a family room with a non-working air conditioner (they didn't notice right away), they gave us the Internet for exactly 2 days, and they evicted us from the room at exactly 12 o'clock on the day of departure. In short, don't believe the promises of these Turks, I can't even call this leader a man. I gave my word, but I didn't keep it. I was already tired of arguing with them, I didn't even go to them anymore. No matter how I passed the reception desk, they were swearing all the time. I heard from a couple of people that their things were missing from the room. The food is at 4, but monotonous, boring. The food is served by the staff and when you ask for more (since we used to take everything in one plate for the children and then divide it), they start throwing food into the plate like a pig. The room was cleaned every day, but the linen and towel are stained. The staff is friendly. There is no bar on the beach, there is always a queue in the main bar. It's a good swill. The pools are clean. The only bright spot from the holiday is the sea, it's gorgeous. But take your shoes, the pebbles make your feet hurt a lot. There is a market nearby, prices are reasonable, and you can bargain with them.

In principle, nothing else is needed for a comfortable stay and a restful sleep) And the staff is very friendly. The guys are trying very hard, they are super good. All the stars that I have set just for them! Hamam and massage are beyond praise! ⠀ In general, as written in previous reviews, if you do not cycle on the little things, then you can relax quite well. And about the cemetery, it's across the street from the hotel. In general, it does not interfere in any way, does not frighten and does not negatively affect the rest. The queue in the hangar dining room is 30-40 minutes, for coffee in the bar (a table 3 meters long) 15 minutes, if worthy, then eating sitting is also problematic, Wi-Fi only at the reception with a view of the cemetery) barely works, I went to Sberbank for 10 minutes, in the rooms Wi-Fi is not better but more expensive) $ 4 per device per day. Without asking, while we were not in the room, the furniture was taken out)) They messed up the floor, scattered things! At the reception, with a request to return the chair, wash the floor and fold the clothes in response to rudeness, nothing was removed. I have not seen such a kneeling Turkey yet, I think that such establishments should be closed. We stayed at this hotel after it was renamed Elysium elite spa otel. By the way, we didn't get there of our own free will! At the transfer we were told that our Serena beach hotel is closed for renovation. Of course it wasn't true. Deceived tourists from the Serena beach Hotel were gathered at the hotel. Everyone was outraged and upset! The room turned out to be spacious, but the linen was old, poorly washed. There are only three sockets in the room. The mini-bar is empty. Water is only available at the reception. Internet is also only available at the reception. After staying up all night, I decided to solve this problem with the hotel guide. But we were refused a move to the Serena beach Hotel. The replacement offer was only in the urban part of Side. After all the worries, we stayed at the Elysium elite hotel. Although the hotel has 4 stars, in fact it is only 3. The food in the hotel is imported and warmed up before serving. There is very little fish and meat. But they didn't stay hungry. There are two nice and clean pools. However, there is only one slide. But the children are all very happy! Animation is also weak. But everyone is trying very hard to amuse tourists. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the proximity to the sea! The beach and the entrance to the sea are just great! The hotel is rated 4 with a minus. But the children were all happy. The sea is beautiful! Summing up all its shortcomings, the child wants to return to this hotel again :)) Time will tell 😉 maybe we will come!
